Fantastic apartment. Updated furnishings. Unbelievable ocean front view from the extra-wide extra-wide balcony #1 plus lovely bay views from rear balcony #2. This property has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths on two-levels. The 1,000+ square-foot penthouse features a living area with a wall-to-wall slider on the 1st floor - giving you the most gorgeous scenic ocean views possible. It also featuress a very unique natural-light ceiling.

Note: This apartment has a spiral staircase to the 2nd floor bedrooms.

The penthouse also features a fireplace (off-season use only). The unit also features a private oversized ocean-front balcony, and has a Bay View (rear balcony) on the entrance side of the property - you can see gorgeous bay views from this balcony especially as the sun sets. An updated kitchen with new appliances completes the decor. The property also has a separate HVAC system that cools the 2nd level.

The luxury Oceana property offers an elevator to the Penthouse and a shared outdoor pool. An assigned parking spot is next to the elevator lobby entrance on the parking level (ground floor).

IF ANY RULES ARE VIOLATED, GUESTS MAY BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL FEES 

HOUSE RULES (STRICTLY ENFORCED)
  1. No Smoking anytime, anywhere in the property.
  2. No parties or loud noise.
  3. No pets allowed (Service animals MAY be allowed on a case-by-case basis, but Official Certification must be provided).
  4. No rentals can be reserved by anyone or groups under age 25.
  5. If a person age 25 or older books a property for guests under age 25, the person who books MUST CHAPERONE all those under age 25 and reside in the property for the entire stay.
  6. If the under age 25 rule is violated, all tenants may be evicted at anytime and without notice.
  7. If furniture is moved not returned to its proper place, a non-refundable fee of $125 or more will be charged to the bookder's credit card.
  8. Trailers, boats, or RVs are NOT allowed to park anytime without written permission (permission is a function of the property).
  9. Some properties may have video surveillance ONLY OUTSIDE the property.
  10. Some properties are located in resort settings or gated communities. Please read any help articles that are found in a separate article. Additional HOUSE RULES may apply.

Great place - few things to be aware of

This condo is in a great location, easy access to the beach, loads of restaurants and shopping. And of course the beachfront location is amazing! The balcony was a favorite place for morning coffee (dolphin watching), after beach hangout and nighttime relaxing - very peaceful. The condo is clean and comfortable. Beds are all comfortable too. BUT the spiral staircase is treacherous, impossible for elderly and young kids who could easily slip and fall on them. We couldn’t get our suitcases up, it’s so steep and narrow! The second bedroom upstairs (with the bunk bed) is very small with a bizarre curtained window that opens into the main bedroom - not good for privacy for people in either room. The AC is not good in that room so whoever sleeps in there needs to sleep with the door open. Our guests ended up moving to the sofa bed in the living room due to the lack of AC up there. Like one of the other reviewers, we also did not receive an email with access code. The manager did not respond to communication thru VRBO app on move in day. We had to figure out how to get hold of someone via the iTrip website, while waiting outside in the heat and humidity for at least 1 hour before the rep, Roger, saved the day! Not a great start. All in all, I would recommend this property, just beware of the items I’ve highlighted in this review.

Amazing location, far enough away from the downtown area, but close enough to everything! iTrip was more than helpful; Herb and Roger made things easy. Our cleaners were a little late due to traffic, but once they arrived they did a great job. Spiral staircase can be a little intimidating. But all in all a beautiful space.

We had a beautiful time at your penthouse ocean front beach condo. We enjoyed our stay. Loved sitting on the balcony at night. We saw a few shooting stars. Enjoyed some fireworks on the beach one night. So many good restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the game selection, and yes my husband is the monopoly champ, his head couldn’t be bigger. 🤪 Next year is the playoff! Can’t wait to go back next year! ☺️

Oceanfront and great living room

This was our first stay in this condo at Oceana. All in all a good sty. We got a good price compared to what else it available. The living room is spacious, clean and modern. Comfortable for a big group. Kitchen is good, up to date. Utensils and tools are flimsy, but plates and glasses were nice. Everything worked. The beds are comfortable but the bedrooms are mediocre. I’m not a fan of the bunk and trundle scenario and there’s not much floor space for sleeping bags. The spiral staircase is treacherous and not good for older folks. But I did get used to it. The elevator was quick, I never had to wait. Don’t love only 1 parking spot, but it was easy enough to find a spot on the street. Location is amazing and we saw fireworks at ropewalk on Tuesday. Check in was not optimal. They said they would Email a code, but actually I had to log into the itrip site and search under check in. I would have liked clear instructions. The code didn’t work but there was a number to call and that person did answer and it was resolved.

Beautiful condo

This was fantastic for 4 adults and 7 kids from 7-15. The wide balcony and wall of windows offered incredible views. The unit offered a great starter kit of cleaning and hygeine essentials as well as abundant books, games, beach toys, blankets and chairs so we could enjoy our stay right away. We loved the convenience of parking and electronic locks. Would not recommend for very small kids due to very narrow spiral staircase to upper level and pebble decor around fireplace.
