Escape to fun and relaxation in this luxurious oceanfront family home. You will enjoy stunning ocean views from the master suite, living area, and two balconies, as well as direct beach access on the private boardwalk. The large private driveway provides plenty of parking for your entire group and the elevator makes loading and unloading a breeze. Spend the mornings watching the sunrise and evenings enjoying the sound of the waves on one of the two wrap around balconies. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off the salt and sand before heading inside.

The Beach Escape has the perfect layout for enjoying time together, both indoors and outdoors. On the second floor you will find a master suite featuring a king bed, large smart television, spa like bathroom with a walk in shower and a soaking tub, and incredible ocean views. There are two additional bedrooms on this level, each one has a comfortable queen bed and one has access to a west-facing balcony, and a desk in case you need a quiet space to get some work done. The hall bathroom on this level is equipped with double sinks and a separate area for showering, which provides the perfect space and privacy your group needs.

On the third floor your perfect beach getaway continues. The bunk room on this level features a twin over twin bunk bed, a twin trundle, and a stand alone twin bed - the younger members of your group are sure to make lasting memories in this room together. This level also has a sitting area with desk and pull out sofa, which is a great spot for conversations, working or writing your favorite memories, and providing extra sleeping space. Endless ocean views fill the open concept living space and kitchen with large island. Grab a cozy seat in the living room and watch your favorite shows and movies on the large smart television. The spacious modern kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite foods and drinks. Gather around the dining table inside where there is seating for eight or take your meals outside where there is seating for six. Be refreshed with good food and great conversation with family and friends as you breathe in the ocean air.

Just across A1A, you'll find Genung's Fish Camp with equipment rentals and fishing gear, plus a convenience store with gas and all the home essentials you may need. For your safety, the weight limit for bunk beds is 100 pounds.

We hope you enjoyed your stay! Check Out Time is at 10:00 AM! But before you leave, be sure to:
 

  • Please empty the refrigerator.

  • Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle.

  • Please do not strip sheets but leave beds unmade.

  • Pile all dirty towels in the bathroom or laundry room.

  • If you have rearranged any furniture or placed any items out of sight, please put them back as they were when you arrived.

  • Please be sure to collect all of your belongings.

  • Please remove all trash and place it in the respective trash recepticle. 


*Please be considerate of the check out time since the cleaners need to get in to prepare the property for the next guests. A delay in check out will result in a charge of additional fees. Thanks so much and we hope you will come again soon!

Guest violation of house rules will result in a minimum $500 fine.

MAINTENANCE

Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to the us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.  Check out instructions as provided must be complied with. 

HOLD HARMLESS

Tenant and all other occupants willingly occupy these premises.  In exchange for being allowed to occupy the premises, Tenant, on behalf of himself, his heirs, assigns, and descendants, agrees to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and forever discharge  iTrip or the Owner from any and all injuries, costs, damages, loss, death, or other claim or injury suffered of any nature whatsoever arising out of Tenant’s own negligence or gross negligence; the negligence or gross negligence of  the Owner or iTrip or any of its employees, managers, principals, owners, representatives, agents, authorities, leaders, or other person affiliated with it in any way; and the negligence or gross negligence of any other occupant in connection with the stay whether that be prior to, during, or immediately after the stay. By agreeing to these terms, and in exchange for being allowed to stay on the premises, you further agree that you will indemnify iTrip and the Owner and hold iTrip and the Owner harmless for any and all injuries, costs, damages, loss, or other claims made by all other occupants other than yourself arising out of or in any way caused by your actions undertaken in the course of your stay on the premises. Tenant understands that he/she does not have to stay on the premises and that without agreeing to these terms whereby he/she chooses voluntarily to waive any liability of iTrip and the Owner under the above terms, he/she will not be allowed to stay on the premises.

If your property shares a common indoor or outdoor space, please be respectful of the other tennants in conduct and language.

For pet friendly properties, pets must be approved prior to booking.  Request approval with number, size and breed.  A pet fee and/or pet deposit will apply.  Do not leave dog unattended in house unless in kennel. If your dog is interrupting the neighbors with any barking or noise, the dog will have to be removed and there will be a fine of $250. If you bring a pet to a non-pet friendly property, you will be subject to our $500 fee for house rule violation!

This house was perfect for our family. The house was spacious and relaxing. October was a great time to visit. Not too hot but still warm enough to get in the ocean. Then enjoy the hot tub as you listen to the waves.The elevator also made it easy to heavy loads to the third floor.

Great Week!

We enjoyed our week at the Beach Escape very much. The amount of ‘beach stuff’ was the most I’ve seen in the 30+ years we have been renting. We had five children under 6 and 6 adults. The bedrooms are directly under the kitchen and living areas so nap times where extremely difficult as the footsteps traveled to the downstairs. We where disappointed the hot tub was not working but it’s directly outside of the main bedroom so that probably would have been a noise problem as well for us. There are only two and half baths so that was challenging with 11 people as well. The outside of the house (windows, doors, and porch ceilings) need a good pressure washing and cleaning but it was late in the summer/season. We had a problem with the A/C and the owner was very responsive. The checking instructions where very clear. We where count by surprised that listing says private walk to beach but it’s actually shared with a very nice neighbor and he parked a bike on it one day. Not a problem, just would have been nice to have known. The second garage door was broken so it was a little cumbersome unloading and loading but we made it work. It’s a great house and would recommend. These are just the things we encountered,

Beach Escape is a superior property. Extremely clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need at the beach. Excellent location at Crescent Beach with an amazing view. Amazing home with an unbeatable location that’s right on the beach. The boardwalk takes you right down to the sand. The home was very spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Communication was over the top! The elevator was nice added touch.
