Everything was okay. Only thing was only 1 elevator. Makes it hard for going up and down. Love our room enjoyed the music from Johns Pass on our balcony😘.

This house was perfect for our birthday weekend getaway! Just like it’s described. Everything was clean, nice appliances , kitchen equipped with everything you could need. Couch was comfy. Beds were comfy. The a/c worked great. The showers had great pressure. Loved the little office since of course the husband had to work some. Great location, close to downtown & the beach!! Neighborhood was quiet & even met some neighbors that were great. I do have 2 suggestions, & by no means did it take away from the overall house- we loved everything about it & will stay again! But, I would like a tv in the master bedroom & wish the backyard was a little better. Maybe a small area outside back door with pavers down & a table & chairs or even just a couple chairs to sit in the backyard. There is a room before you go out the back door that you could even just keep some folding furniture IF someone wanted to sit out back. It has potential. GREAT place, highly recommend!!!

Amazing girls' trip in Hilton Head! Gorgeous area! This place is absolutely beautiful! It's extremely clean, comfortable, and cozy with all the amenities you could possibly need! The location is a perfect bike ride to the beach. This vacation home has a beautiful setting on the golf course nestled in the trees. The unit is pretty spacious - I stayed there by myself but it could easily accommodate a five person family. Very clean and pleasant, although the lamps dripped some water oddly and the microwave didn't work in the beginning (they came to fix it same day). Location is nice inside a quiet resort, although a bit of a walk on non-sidewalked roads from the main areas, in case you don't have a car.

If you are referring to the walk to the convention center you are correct there isn't a sidewalk from Vista Cay along the service road to the center but there is a sidewalk along Universal Drive and the resort has sidewalks throughout the complex. This place has wonderful views and is close to town and slopes. We stayed there with 7 adults and 5 children and there was plenty of space for that. The furnishings are high end and very comfortable. It really is cozy and beautiful at the same time. It was also nice to have spices available for cooking and all the kitchen supplies needed for cooking. The caretakers are diligent about meeting your needs. We hope to stay there again next year for our family ski tradition. Book it....you'll love it too!!!

My family and I are frequent visitors to the Destin area, but this was our 1st time as guests at Jade East. 1440 was newly remodeled and we LOVED it. Very roomy and clean with great views. Hope to return soon!

The host is very hospitable. The location is very private, and a short walk to the beach access makes it simple. The house was very clean, everything was operational and functional. Outdoor shower is very practical, which kept the house clean during our stay. The AC was working well to keep the house comfortable, and all the appliances worked fine. Great experience all around and will be booking again. Thanks-

My family and I loved our stay and we couldn’t ask for a better location. There are so many good restaurants in the area we didn’t cook although there is a nice modern kitchen and bbq set up. Street parking was relatively easy and the garage was great when it was filled up. The home was as advertised and the property manager offered early check in and late checkout without even asking and was great with any questions I had. I would highly recommend staying here.

The house it's beautiful, clean, organized and on great location, restaurants and Walmart only 5 mis away. Disneys park themes only 10 minutes away from the property. U have everything what u need. Also the club house from the condominiuns has a multiple pools, lazy lake and two large slides. For my next trip I will defenetly book this house

I visit Perdido Key multiple times a year with friends and family. I’ve stayed at this beautiful home three times now. It’s always the perfect amount of space, extremely clean and has everything we need. The golf course is beautiful and all of the amenities at this resort make for a perfect, convenient stay. Private beach, pickle ball courts and the free shuttle is always heavily utilized. I have nothing but good things to say about the house, host, and area. This is now my go to rental in Perdido Key! Thank you!

We enjoyed our condo on the beach! There were never many people on the beach so we had some space to ourselves. The condo was everything it claimed to be. Perfect for our family of 5! We did a lot of fun things, all within 30 min from condo: parasailing, jet ski riding, deep sea fishing. Would highly recommend!!

All six couples thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We were sad that we only stayed 5 nights. It took almost that long to find everything since the house is so large (just kidding). Really, every possible thing we needed for cocktails and dining was there. Great swimming pool and barbecue. Fantastic golf courses within a short distance.

Traveled from Tenn. to see family in Austin and we stayed at this wonderful lake home for 3 days. The views from the deck were spectacular - it was very easy to get lost in the views of the lake. I woke every morning and spent the first hour of the day out on the deck with my coffee and a book - it was so peaceful! The layout of this home creates a feeling as if you're in two different homes - the adults stayed upstairs while the kids (ranging in age from 10-19) had the entire downstairs to themselves, and stayed there almost the entire time! The pool can be accessed from all of the rooms downstairs and there is a basketball court so the only time we saw the kids was at meal time. The adults enjoyed the upstairs immensely, especially the hot tub as the sun was setting.

Serenity is a lovely condo that had everything we needed for a week of exploring Charleston. The decor is bright and welcoming, and has plenty of space and seating. There are two large bedrooms and two nicely appointed bathrooms. The screened patio overlooks the Folly River and is the perfect place for morning coffee or a leisurely lunch. Serenity is a 30 minute drive to Historic Charleston, the USS Yorktown, and Ft. Moultrie, making it a great base for all your adventures. A short 5 minute drive and you can spend the day on beautiful Folly beach.

Quiet, comfortable, relaxing and refreshing is how I would describe or stay at Westgate. All the amenities at the resort were fantastic and the restaurants were five star worthy. Our room was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The staff was always friendly and attentive to details and responded to our requests quickly. We will planning a return trip to the Westgate Resort!

We have booked through iTrip for the past three years. Booking is fast and easy and they have many accommodations to choose from. We stay at North Beach Plantation every year. Unit 601 has beautiful views, comfortable beds and the kitchen was adequately stocked. It was very clean when we arrived. I would definitely recommend this unit!!__

Beautiful views, walking distance to restaurants and of course the beach. The condo was adequate and was very clean, the sunsets were amazing. The ocean views and other surroundings create an inviting atmosphere in treasure island. The restaurants and bars attract many visitors , and is walkable, the relaxing locations add to the charm of the island.

The location was among one of our favorites of all the times we've visited 30A over the last 6 years. Walking distance to Shunk Gulley, Gulf Place, Goatfeathers, and Local catch. So nice to be away from the traffic that is in seaside and seagrove areas. Beach access was a super easy walk and not overly crowded. The gulf views were great, especially from the top deck. The living room furniture is patio furniture, which for the first few days isnt the worst, but after a few days it would be nice to have comfier furniture to sit on. The downstairs bunk bed is very noisy-- and no door for privacy to that room so it is best suited for kids. Overall- we would stay here again as the positives for this condo outweigh the minor things we would change.

We found this rental to be very clean, modern, and spacious. We were in the area for a family wedding at The Chapel at Ana Villa in The Colony. With 5 bedrooms, there was room for the whole family. The grandkids enjoyed running around the backyard. The living area was comfortable. The kitchen was updated and the table fit us all. The host was super accommodating and set up a crib and a pack n play, and also provided a high chair. We would highly recommend this house.

We hosted Christmas with our three children and another family of 4 in Beaver Creek (total 9 people) - it was absolutely amazing. The unit is perfect. It is located in the heart of the village and is stocked like a home (not bare bones where you have to outfit the whole house). The living room, eating and kitchen area is absolutely gorgeous and incredibly functional. We cooked every breakfast and every dinner (except the night we got lazy and ordered pizza). Its an awesome kitchen - felt like home! Having coffee overlooking Strawberry lift every morning was awesome. The main floor has two master bedrooms (the house has three king in total). The Big Master on the first has an unreal shower and freestanding tub. Our younger kids loved the bathtub. The master shower has multiple heads and a steam shower which is awesome after skiing all day. Upstairs on the second level is a bunk room with 4 awesome bunks and another king bedroom with a great shower. The older kids loved the bunk room - and there is a tv room between the two rooms where they could hang out. But they loved to all hang out on the 3rd floor which is a TV nook with a full bathroom. They would go up there and lounge and watch a show or play Nintendo at night after a full ski day. The building has a great indoor outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub which entertained the kids and you get to store your skis easily in the building every night. It was the perfect setting for our Christmas vacation!

We booked this location for Memorial Day weekend. I live downtown Sarasota so this was a 12 minute ride from home. When we arrived the home was very clean and had the amenities that we would need for 4 days at Lido beach. I’m not really one for pools, but having the pool 10 steps from our door was excellent! The pool was super clean and the water was perfect after a long day at the beach. When we went to St. Armand’s for dinner, we didn’t have to drive the main road. The backroad, which was empty of cars, is a straight shot to the circle. Publix was a ten minute drive in the morning to get whatever was needed for the beach days. Already planning another long weekend here.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The unit has been newly renovated and is very comfortable. Location is great (next to restaurants with easy access to beach). We didn't use our car during our stay and walked to all of the amenities. We did not use the pool, but it looks to be nicely kept and is a nice addition if you need a break from the beach. Would stay again.

This is a spacious unit located in a very well maintained resort on Treasure Island. We have booked this unit 3 times now. The Itrip staff is wonderful to work with from booking to check out and everything in between. The unit itself is very comfortable and has all the amenities you need. There was one extra fitted sheet and one extra regular sheet in the master bedroom closet that we used for the pull out sofa, but we could have used a heavier blanket as well. That would be nice a nice addition. Our only complaint was that some of the linens smelled a little musty in the smaller second bedroom. All in all we would return to Sunset Vistas and book this unit again.

Loved the location of this space! It has been here for a while so gently used. If there were any issues or questions, response was 100% helpful. I would recommend it most comfortable for no more than 4 people to spend the night here unless you bring an air mattress. There’s plenty of room in the kitchen and bar area to eat and the views out to the beach are spectacular!

Ananda Key was the perfect place to spend out families summer vacation. The location was fantastic, right across the street from Smathers Beach. Complex was very well maintained, clean, and safe. We rented a golf cart for the week which was a fun ride around town. Lindsay was an incredible host and made sure that her condo has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We spent a lot of time outside in the heat and water so having the washer/dryer was fantastic. We hope to visit again soon.

We enjoyed our stay at Napili Shores. The fold-up Murphy bed is a plus, adding living space during the day. The small sofa is very comfortable when hanging out, but we were disappointed to see the small recliner chair was replaced with a side chair! The recliner was a wonderful addition when we stayed a previous time. The staff was very responsive when we contacted them with questions.

What an amazing stay at Steelhead Villa! Loads of space to spread out. Everything was super clean, working properly and organized. We wanted for nothing here. Immaculate from top to bottom. Just a gem of a find in McCall and the price was beyond fair. Tim and Darlene are the perfect hosts and have thought of everything. The kids lived swimming in the crystal clean pool, the outdoor fire pit, biking in nature and so much space to hang out at home base. I can’t think of a single complaint and would highly recommend. We will return!!

I was traveling with my two elementary school children. We did not have a car, but we were able to take advantage of the local buses that pass right in front of us. The room we stayed in was not new, but it was kept clean and satisfactory. The room was clean and well equipped and we had no problems at all during our five-day stay. It was as comfortable as if we were staying at a relative's house in a rural area. Across the road is a beautiful white sand beach. Unlike living in a hotel, I felt comfortable and integrated into the local community, as if I had access to it from my own home. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants the perfect resort environment, but I would recommend it to anyone who wants to truly enjoy the Florida air. I think our kids really enjoyed themselves at the pool as well. It had both gas and Charcoal BBQ grills and had a great time. I just want to thank you for providing us with great accommodations.

We very much enjoyed our home away from home in Bradenton! The house was nicely remodeled, well equipped and very comfortable. The pool and lanai were wonderful for afternoon and happy hour relaxing. Several beaches and other attractions were reachable in 30 minutes or less. Special thanks to Jerry and the management company for being very responsive to our needs. We highly recommend this home!

We stayed for a fishing tournament and the house is set up perfectly. It was nice to sit in the air conditioned Florida room overlooking the river while preparing for the tournament. There is plenty of room for parking boats and trucks and extremely secure. We will definitely stay here again

Nice view of Siltcoos Lake and great location for exploring south of Florence. Clean, cozy, and comfortable beds. Well-stocked kitchen. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms & 1.5 bathrooms, and the lower floor is studio-style with bunks & 1.5 bathrooms too, and both units have kitchens, so plenty of room to spread out. Unit 306 was amazing! Location, location, location! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was clean, bigger than expected and a corner unit for an even better view! Literally walking distance to the beach, pool, hot tub, restaurants, live music, essentials and entertainment. We rented this for a girls trip and it could not have been more perfect. Sitting on the balcony chairs with our coffee every morning and enjoying the view was the perfect way to start our day! I would highly recommend this condo for any getaway, whether you're going to go party every night or looking for some much needed R&R within the condo; this is your place!

we stayed with our kid for 7 days. They have two pools and boiling Jacuzzi. it was close to all trips that we did. 35 min from airport. Parking is $23 per day. place is not fancy but really comfy

We were pleasantly surprised by this beautiful studio condo! We had an amazing view of the pool and ocean. The place was really clean and I loved that the owner left us some dish washing tabs, detergent, extra trash bags, and dishwashing detergent. I just LOVED the place. Will definitely book here again! We had a wonderful time during our stay at Wakita Wave. The house was exactly as pictured. It was clean and spacious, and the ocean views were amazing. The large kitchen, dining area, living room, and decks were perfect for our extended family. The beach was quiet, and the drive to shops and restaurants was easy.

Not your cookie cutter vacation rental! If you like dull in boring don’t stay here. The decor takes you back to the 70’s, Every piece of furniture is nice and comfy. There is a working gas fireplace in the beautiful living room. Updated well stocked kitchen perfect for cooking! The back patio is perfect for entertaining with larger lounge seating area, table w/ propane fire centerpiece, over head string lights, and the bubbly hot tub. We spent most of our trip on the back patio. The thermostat was upgraded and kept the whole house the perfect temp. The King beds are both memory foam and the right level of firm. The master bathroom has an overhead waterfall shower and gives off spa like vibes. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

We had an amazing, much needed girls getaway. The house was so clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. There were extra throw blankets and pool tools. The view from the living room, back porch and the dock was beautiful. We spent time fishing from the dock, swimming in the pool, and just relaxing. We saw manatee, dolphins, and some amazing looking birds. We had a wonderful time! We would definitely love to come back. Thank you for sharing your home! Cindy

We enjoyed our stay! The views of the ocean and double decks where great. The condo was updated, clean and spacious! Great location and quiet area with plenty to do and stay active. We used the indoor pool being it was cool outside, which was a nice bonus. Beds where comfortable. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Incredibly well kept home with all the amenities you would need. Very well thought out and prepared. Maybe next time let people know how well stocked and prepared u are so the guests dont have to purchase everything in thinking that there is nothing. Other air B and B experiences I have had were not so good. The last 2 had no toilet paper or tissues and no towels etc and this is very frustrating like no tissues and small things like that. This home was exceptional and communication good with suppprt staff to be nature a relaxing and comfortable stay

I was worried the walk to the beach would be too far, but it wasn't. My room was comfortable. We had what we needed in the kitchen and living room. Good restaurants were nearby. The beach was not too crowded. The company we rented from was attentive and followed up with any needs. I recommend.

We had a fantastic time at this stunning home! The kitchen had everything we needed, including some unique and new appliances, like an air fryer and blender. The heated pool was equipped with brand new floaties and lots of poolside seating. We stayed as a couple and this place was huge- could comfortably host a family! We took advantage of the Phoenix Zoo tickets (the company covers one admission per day), which was another excellent perk. Finally, the location near Kierland is ideal and the home was tucked in a quiet neighborhood. We loved this place and would recommend it highly!

We had a great experience at this condo! One problem is that the master bathroom shower did not drain when we first got there but we text them about the issue. They fixed it the same day and we didn’t have a problem since. It’s a perfect location!

We felt very blessed and grateful to be able to spend 5 weeks at Hang6 Condo on Folly Beach. The location of the condo is located so close to all the best Folly Beach has to offer. The condo itself is very comfortable and homey. Anything that would be needed for a great beach experience is available at the condo. Basic essentials and anything that would be needed for cooking and preparing meals is provided. The patio offers an amazing view of the beach and an amazing sunrise. We just returned from a 2 week stay at this wonderful condo. The unit was as pictured and described as well as very clean and comfortable. It's so close to the beach access so it's easy to head over to the beach for the day or a sunset in the evening. Lots of chairs, umbrellas and beach chairs to use. The property manager was also so quick to resolve any (minor) issues that arose or any questions we had. I can highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay at Sea La Vie! It was very clean, and just like the pictures. It was perfect for our family, and just a short walk to the beach. We are planning on returning! The only thing that would have made it better is more paper products being provided, ie an additional roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and an additional roll of paper towels.

We were in town for the holiday and thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful home. It was clean, beds were all very comfortable, and the location couldn't be beat! I traveled with 6 adults and 6 kids. This home was perfect and met all of our needs! It was very clean, well furnished and comfortable for all of us. The pool and porch were our favorite parts! We loved the chickens, and seeing deer and rabbits on the property. It's a short drive to so many fun activities. We really had a great time and would love to stay here again!

Great location, close to Old Town and the canal path. Beautiful complex with multiple pools and lovely green spaces. House is well equipped, and everything is in perfect condition. First let me start with we are a retired military family and have traveled all about. We are also foster parents of six, two seven month old baby boys and four teenage girls. This home has every item you will need! Next time, and there will be a next time, as long as this home is for rent, I will pack lightly! We have a huge home in Texas, and this home has more than enough space for our family of eight. Our four teenage girls loved their space. There is to much to mention. There is cleaning supplies, vacuum, toiletries, WiFi, Netflix, every item for the beach is in the garage with bikes! The home is decorated nicely and there are plenty of bed linens, towels, wash clothes, beach towels. They have thought of every item you will need! We commuted from Texas (Fort Hood area) and the 16 hour drive was tiring, but good. Upon arrival to the home a lady greeted us, welcomed us, and opened the home for us. Any time I texted with a need, the manager was super sweet and accommodated our family. Once again, this home is comfy, and has everything a family, especially a large family will need. I love this home and we have taken great care of it! So that it will be enjoyable for the next family. I pray you all enjoy it as much as we have. We will book again! That’s a promise! We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. The kitchen had everything we needed, and I loved the slide out pantry shelves for plenty of grocery storage. The master bed was very comfortable, and the view of the 11th fairway on Fazio is hard to top! We rode our bikes to the beach and over to Shelter Cove, golfed multiple times on the island, and the weather was perfect. Don’t forget your pickle ball paddles because the courts are the place to be!

We loved our stay at Lighthouse 4. The view is amazing! It was clean and welcoming. The location is great, beach wasn’t crowded and the condo building was quiet. Very easy beach access, loved the door from the balcony to the beach walkway. Lots of yummy food close by. We have 3 young kids and found this a perfect fit for us. We will be back! We love staying at Dockside. This was our first time in this specific unit. It was perfect for my husband and I and our two children (9 & 5). They use the pull out sofa and we used the bed. Bed was comfy. Everything was clean for the most part. Washer and dryer are awesome to have. It's an end unit so only neighbors on one side, which we liked. Small kitchen but good enough if there's only one person cooking. They have a lot of dishes and cookware. Umbrella, chairs and cooler for beach were perfect. TVs have YouTube and Disney Plus. Pool is clean. We used the grill downstairs a few times, it's very convenient. We only ate out for 3 meals in 5 days, it was awesome. Will return for sure.

Our family had a wonderful vacation at 301 South Shores II! The condo was large and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and set a nice table. The sun deck was great for our coffee in the morning right to our last look at the moon at night. It was beautifully decorated. One of the nicest places we've stayed. We'll stay again when we have a nice sized group coming with us.

This house was cute, clean, and had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. We were in town to visit Salem, and we had no issues catching an Uber from there and back. I will definitely consider staying here in the future, and recommend it.

This was a great condo. We all agreed that our stay was the best and we would without a doubt rent this condo again. Very nice condo. Location was perfect and near everything. Balcony had awesome views of beautiful evening sunsets. The weather was in the 70s two of the 5 days we stayed, so relaxing out on the balcony was a real treat in December. The condo was pretty clean, except for some minor dusting issues around baseboards and the utility closet door with the slats, but nothing that would keep me/us from giving a high recommendation. One thing worth mentioning was that the closet in the master bedroom was locked so there was nowhere for guests to hang up their clothes in that bedroom. However, when I contacted the property manager, they were very responsive and promptly delivered a portable wardrobe so we could hang up our clothes. I'd suggest that if the closet will remain locked that the wardrobe already be in the unit for guests upon arrival. Other than that, we absolutely loved our stay, the unit was perfect for our stay and we would definitely stay again in the future if available.

Aloha! We loved this condo! Nicest place we have ever stayed at. We really appreciated all the little details and effort taken to give us all the comforts of home. The owners really thought about everything from fresh new sponge, a cooler for day trips, games, beach equipment and more. It was fantastic! We could not have ad a more perfect honeymoon and suite. The beach in front of our room was the cherry on top. We found some great snorkel spots on the beach and were visited by turtles everyday. Some of our fav memories were: 1) Road to Hana-swimming in water falls, The bamboo forest, rainforests and blacksand beach 2)Snorkeling everyday! 3) Swimming on the private beach of Makani Sands 4) Fav Restaurant was Sangrita-Best Mexican good we have ever had and just 15 mins from the condo! We recently stayed 4 nights in this lovely, up to date condo. The location was excellent, the roaring Gore creek right off the back deck, the wooded lot, and beautiful neighborhood made for a relaxing experience. The property manager was quite thorough with instructions, including a report out on the extensive cleaning between guests. That's very comforting in this time of COVID-19. We will definitely return to the property in the near future.

We recently spent a few days at Doc's Beachwalk in Kure Beach, NC. Could not have been a better trip. The house is brand new and very well appointed. The living area is on the 2nd floor and is very conducive to hanging out with family and friends. Large comfortable sectional in the living area, followed by a modern kitchen and dining area are all on one large open floor. At the front of the house is a porch with a view of the ocean and at the back a large porch with an outdoor dining area. The kitchen included new appliances - large double door refrigerator, wine refrigerator are highlights. The top and bottom floors of the house contain the bedrooms and small sitting areas each. Off the 1st floor is an outdoor shower which makes knocking the sand off easy. An in home elevator connects the three floors and makes moving things in and out easy! The beach is very close, as is the boardwalk, which is a short walk to reach the fishing pier and town of Kure Beach. There are great restaurants including Ocean View, Freddy's Italian and Jack Mackerels Grill. Our time at Doc's Beachwalk, on the beach and in town exceeded our expectations.

My family and I stayed at Catch 22 for a long weekend for my husband's USNA reunion weekend and we loved our accommodations at Catch 22. The home was updated, beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was fantastic! Super close to restaurants, marina, and the Naval Academy. Parking garage was close by. Communication leading up to our stay about check in was full of information about our stay. We will definitely stay at Catch 22 during our next trip to Annapolis! 5 stars all the way!

iTrip representatives - reservations and local property management- were exceptional to work with and very responsive. The unobstructed view of the Gulf from the upper floors and the short walk to both the beach and heated pool were definitely the highlights. The home was built in the 1980s with builder grade finishes, and some upgrades are scheduled/some windows and carpets need replacement, but it had been well cleaned and prepared for our arrival. There are modern appliances, comfortable mattresses and furnishings, fluffy towels and nice linens, and a well stocked kitchen for cooking at home. My only caveat would be that the lower level was considerably cooler in Jan and Feb, even when the heat was on, so the garage conversion bedroom (no window) and the futon might not be ideal in the winter months. (A heater is provided.) The whole of 30A is experiencing a construction/ renovation boom, including the Seahaunts complex, and that occasionally took away from the serenity of the place, but there is still nowhere like this piece of paradise. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. I highly recommend iTrip and this unit; I know the area and the rate charged is competitive, fair and good value. Enjoy the view and sunsets on the beach!

It was the perfect getaway for our family of 6!! So many activities within walking distance. The property was as advertised and just as the photos depicted. It was very clean and you felt that you were at home. While located on North Collier which tends to be a very busy road it was very quiet inside the house. When you were in the backyard you felt like you were out in the country as we didn't hear the traffic. Our kids loved the inground pool in the backyard. It allowed for swimming day and night and is well lit with lighting in the pool and around the patio space. The family enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard and lounge chairs. There were also rafts/floats to enjoy in the pool. The pool has a shallow section at is a little under three feet deep and goes a little over six feet at its deepest point. You can gain access to the pool through the master bedroom bathroom (second door) or the family room area. The house was equipped for cooking and we used both the flat iron grill outside along with the stove for some meals. All the appliances worked well. The house has a great wifi connection and is equipped with a Sonos sound system and Amazon Alexa. We were able to park one of our cars in the garage and the property has a nice turnaround pad to park a second car and to make it easier to make the right on North Collier vs. having to back up into traffic. The house is pet friendly and we brought along our small cavapoo, purchased a left behind a dog crate as we crated our pet when we went somewhere that wasn't dog friendly. There are a number of restaurants on the island that have outdoor patios that are pet friendly. No dogs at any of the beaches though. The floors are tile throughout the home so no worries of scratches and our dog loved the cool tiles in the kitchen as we had the classic Florida 90 degree days. We enjoyed Mark and Sarah's hospitality. They were very responsive to our request and can see why they get high marks with their properties. We have already booked our return visit in 2022 and look forward to coming back.

We had an awesome time at Haute Haus. Very convenient to the slopes and the mountain village. Alot of room for family and friends. The smart tvs thru out the house were an added convenience. The master bedroom was huge. Very well kept home. Alot of thought was put into organizing and labeling the kitchen. We will be back!

This unit has been recently remodeled. Nice and clean! Had everything we needed for a cozy 3 night stay! Unit numbering in the building is confusing. You enter on the 4th floor, unit is 417 but on the first floor...just take the stairs/elevators down two floors and it is right there. Otherwise it was one of the best rentals we have had in the mountains! We really appreciated the great communication/customer service by ITrip who is managing this unit. A+ experience! Thank you!

Booked through VRBO and found we could have saved their cost booking direct. That is our only complaint. This condo is very comfortable and steps from the beach. I spent every morning on the balcony, sipping my coffee and bloody mary, looking at the gulf and checking emails. Great eateries were close by and John's pass is a nice stroll down the beach or sidewalk. The pictures are accurate. Thanks for a great stay. Will use your properties again for sure!

The Southerly is such a beautiful home with great views to the Intercoastal Waterway from the kitchen, dining room and wrap around porch! The home had amazing brand-new furnishings and an open light and bright feel and floor plan. The house was very clean and a comfortable place to stay. The restaurants, grocery store, or fun is just a short bike ride or golf cart ride away. We loved this place, we'd 100% stay there again and recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Palms 310. It was in a perfect location to everything we wanted to do. The Publix next door was so convenient. You really could walk to Johns Pass if you want a good walk , just under 2 miles, and save yourself the hassle and money for parking. The condo was clean and no maintenance issues at all. Excellent communication from the itrip and condo people. Will return.

This was our second stay at the Green Whale the second year in a row. It’s a great set up for our family of four - nice clean house in a nice neighborhood only 10 minute drive from Sullivans Island, 4 minute drive from Walmart for groceries and 15 minute drive from Charleston. Overall our stay was great! The location is ideal for anyone who is looking to do all that Carolina Beach has to offer! The beach is a block away, shops, boardwalk and restaurants all within walking distance. Our family loved listening to the ocean on the large deck and walking for hot donuts on the boardwalk multiple times. The property itself is extremely clean. The communication is excellent! The property does not have beach chairs or umbrellas so I do recommend bringing them or renting them at the end of the street. Do beware we did experience a few bugs but that’s what you get when you are that close to the beach. If you’re looking for a great property in a great location this is the one for you.

4th time in this unit. Location, location, location. That explains most of it. Unit interior is great, kitchen adequately equipped. Some minor maint issues, one major. Staff was responsive, well informed, fast. A major issue with guest shower was discovered close to our last day, and repairs are scheduled. Closeness to sea, sunsets, privacy is all here. In fact we renewed our vows behind this unit overlooking the ocean.

The name, Blue Paradise was perfect. The ocean just a few steps away to our front, and the bay a few steps to our back. This cottage was on the front corner where we could sit out on the deck comfortably and see sections of the gulf. The steps into the condo was a bit of a workout, but it was so worth it. Lighthouse is a very nice facility right on the gulf beach with excellent amenities. Two large outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna, fitness center with a good selection of equipment, and ample parking. The facility was in excellent condition and appeared to be recently painted. There are numerous dining options within 5 minutes and many more within 10-15. Unit 1612 has wonderful views from both the living area and the master. The balcony is large with a table and total seating for 8. There is a large tv in the living room and smaller tv's in the bedrooms. The living room seating is very comfortable. The master has a king bed, large walk in closet and opens on to the balcony. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and separate bath. In spite of the queen bed being quite squeaky and not real comfortable, I'm giving all 5's on this unit. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee maker, blender, toaster, large fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Plenty of plates, glasses, mugs, tableware, and kitchen gadgets, etc. The table has comfortable seating for 6. The laundry room is roomy with large capacity washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, and vacuum cleaner. The bunk room is small but fine for a couple of kids. Bottom line we would definitely stay there again when visiting the Gulf Coast.

The location was great close to Depoe Bay and right in between Lincoln City and Newport. My kids loves the “turret” reading room! Will book a stay again.

We had a wonderful time at Beach Blessing! It was perfect for our small family including our dog. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed the large TV in the living room. We enjoyed the swing out front and in the backyard, along with the beautiful flower garden! We also made use of the bikes and went on many walks over the scenic bridge to the beach, about 10-15 minute walk. The cottage is very clean and everything is in working order. We would stay here again!

We visited for the weekend for our annual Sibling and Spouses get together. The house worked perfectly for our group of 8. It's typically hard to find a house that has 4 King rooms with ensuite bathrooms so that was what initially attracted me to the place. The rooms are not large but ample space for a vacation where you spend little time there anyway. I chose this for our group over newer properties because of the room setup & the place was very charming. The view is indescribable and pics do not do it justice; it is a must see! Hosts were responsive to the few questions we posed and I appreciated all the information that was shared prior to our arrival in regards to the ferry, getting around the island, etc. We would book again and hope to be able to visit again soon!

My wife, 18 year-old son, and I just returned from our week-long stay at CP 3209. I can't rave enough about the entire experience with iTrip, from the initial rental process, on-going communication, check-in/check-out process, and condition of the condo. The condo was impeccably clean, had plenty of cookware and supplies, had a great view and plenty of storage space. My son slept on the pull out sofa, which was of high quality and very comfortable, not like the typical fold out sofa. The king bed in the bedroom was also very comfortable. The bathroom had a shower and tub. All furniture was updates and in great condition. We had an issue with one side of the toaster not working and I had a replacement the next day. The ski lockers in the first level were perfect, walking just 20 steps from the Elk Gondola to the lockers. The proximity to the gondola, Village Express, and the Sky Cab was awesome. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a grocery store is only a 10 min walk away. No need to rent a car. I highly recommend CP 3209 for a family ski trip.

The lodge is simply fantastic - Great condition, spotless when we arrived, and more than enough space for a group of 6 adults. Enjoyed our morning coffee with unobstructed views north towards Pagosa Peak, listening to the birds sing and watching deer stroll through the property. Short enough drive into town for food and relaxation. The property management was never more than a text message away. I have never dealt with a more caring, courteous, and actively invested property management. They went out of their way to help us when we asked. Hannah brought us replacement hand soap to accommodate a coconut allergy in our group. Our travel group has been renting properties each summer for about 8 years, and has never had such wonderful customer service. I would absolutely recommend staying here, and will always check with iTrip Pagosa when looking to stay in this part of Colorado again.

Loved this place! Clean, updated, beautifully decorated. Loved that we could hop on our bikes and take the trail into town to shop, eat, ride along the river. My son loved jogging to the end of the street to the park each night to shoot basketball hoops. Right on river to enjoy putting tube in water and floating or fishing. So glad we stayed here!

We just returned from a great stay at Gondola Village Unit 1. The location was perfect and an easy stroll with young kids to Creekside gondola, ski school and shops/restaurants. This was our first time to Whistler, we were happy we chose the quieter location in Creekside over the main village. The unit was clean, easily accessible and spacious enough for our family of four. The loft was an added bonus for the kids to have some downtime while we stayed below and enjoyed a glass of wine and complimentary Netflix. The kitchen is small but fine for a quick breakfast before the slopes or small meal/snack in the evening. We were only there for 4 nights so we ate out most nights. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Highly recommend this unit and we'll definitely be back!

I rented this home with my family & we had a great stay. Our family of different ages all enjoyed the house. The deck is fantastic, and the kids loved fishing off of it. The wide overhang meant that there was plenty of shade while watching kids in the pool. There were plenty of rooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen is well stocked. It’s a great location- easy access to the Old Town, the beach, local attractions, etc. We loved nearby Anastasia State Park. The house isn’t totally upgraded, but the beds are comfy, it’s well laid out, and there are lots of extras, such as board games available, and staples in the pantry.

This Condo is in a great location and is the perfect size and layout for a family or group of friends to enjoy the luxuries of a vacation with the conveniences of being in a home. Beds were all comfortable with plenty of pillows, the 3 rooms were all spacious, bright, and well-appointed with furniture and storage. Three full bathrooms is a real benefit when traveling as a group, as is having on-site laundry! The kitchen is stocked with just about everything you need including a crock pot and a large countertop griddle that easily whipped up 6 burgers and bacon all at the same time. The garage is heated which is AWESOME to get into a warm car in the middle of winter. The owners are eager to ensure all their guests have 5-star stays and the management company was very responsive to our few questions about passcodes and busses. It was a great trip, thank you for the great accommodations!

What a perfect weekend getaway! We came to ski and had a group of little ones we needed to entertain as well. The condo was close to everything for the kids (library, rec center, restaurants, etc.) and less than a 5 minute walk to the gondola at the Westin. 158 Avian was just what we were looking for with 4 adults and 4 children. The condo was clean and the complex was well maintained. Location was great with a short drive to food lion and beach only 1.5 miles away. Only downside is when two twins are pushed together to make a king, you definitely feel it. But understand for the owners it’s the most practical arrangement to accommodate different groups! The outdoor patio was also quite dated so we did not use it. Would stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our time in this condo and stayed here for one week in early August. Condo is very clean and has everything you need for a vacation with 2 Teenagers. Its across the street from the large Sundial development through which you can walk right to the beach. It backs up to a canal with lush landscaping and vegetation. The street is quiet and no problem to cross. We will be back, the owner was very helpful.

This condo was perfect for me. I stayed here for two months in January and February and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I had a couple of minor issues but i Trip management responded immediately and the issues were quickly resolved. The 2 large bedrooms are on the second floor which was not an issue for me but could be for folks that don't like to climb stairs. The bedrooms have plenty of closet space and dressers. There is a bathroom with shower on the first floor which is very convenient. The family room is very open and bright. There is a nice balcony with sliding glass doors overlooking the pool with a nice view of the ocean. There is a path that leads to the beach which is only steps away. I really enjoyed the beach. It's very wide and you can walk for miles in either direction. The historic town of St Augustine is only about 6 miles away and has many attractions plus numerous excellent restaurants. There are also several really good restaurants and bars within walking distance (1/2 to 2 miles) from the condo. The unit has some upgrades but the kitchen is a bit dated although it is well stocked with everything you need. There is not a washer and drier in the unit but coin operated machines are located on the premises. I also found a "wash and fold" laundromat a few miles away that was very reasonable. In summary I would highly recommend this condo for individuals or families looking for a fun beach getaway.

We had great time, walk few steps to be in the beach, kids had great fun and they didnt wanted to go back. Parking available on the home. We didnt use the pool this time, but in summer it could be great. We enjoyed watching sunrise all the days we stayed. Great place to relax. We would love to comeback.

Small space (we read the reviews beforehand and knew it would be small) but it honestly didn't feel "so small" ... high ceilings and lots of natural light in #9 made it seem bigger and it really had all we needed. Who goes to KW and stays in their room anyway. And, most importantly, the room was clean! Pool area was clean as well.

We had an amazing experience staying at the Reindeer Ranch! From the moment we arrived, the place felt like home. The house was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the thoughtful touches, like the blueberry loaf, candy, and jerky, made it extra special. The house was perfect for our party of 6 and 2 dogs. We couldn’t have asked for a better backyard for the dogs. Some enjoyed the hot tub and others enjoyed the cozy family room for board games and movies. The location was perfect—close to Redmond and all attractions you would want to visit. We also appreciated iTrip Northwest communication, which was prompt, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, offering suggestions on things to do and checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We will be back next time we are in the area and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming spot!

We stayed at The Commodore's Son for five days while in town for my son's wedding, which was taking place at The Lost Key Golfclub. The location was perfect for that event, and was close to the entrance of The Lost Key, within walking distance to the Beach Club across the main street (there is a crosswalk). It was perfect for two couples. We loved the decor, which made it feel much more like a home than many of the more sterile looking places we considered. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you might need, even a variety of spices and some small appliances you wouldn't typically find (e.g. an air fryer). The beds were quite comfortable. The screened in porch was a great place to begin our days with coffee or tea. We had a great stay - it was the perfect place to unwind after all of the wedding festivities.

The CALM villa at Sea Pines was a wonderful and peaceful vacation for our family. The villa itself was extremely beautiful, peaceful, spacious, and comfortable. The Sea Pines resort offered amazing access to a beautiful beach, miles of fun bike paths with gorgeous scenery, and fun shops and restaurants. I highly recommend a stay at this villa in Sea Pines! You will not be disappointed!

We had a great day at this condo where we met with some of our friends and spent five days skiing. Easy access to blackcomb gondola on a trail and we could ski back To the condo on a different trail. The condo is beautiful And well stocked. we had a great stay.

The condo was very clean upon arrival. It was well stocked with "starter" items. The keypad entry is convenient, not having to handle a key. The elevator was a bonus as I had double knee replacement recently. I could go on and on as to how wonderful it was. The best part was that we were able to rent for a 4 day weekend following Memorial Day. We all voted that we would return at some time in the future.

This large house had plenty of room for our extended family, and the layout of bedrooms was such that all had comfort and privacy at night. With one bedroom and a futon downstairs, the layout also assured us that the elders in our family didn't have to climb the stairs. The common space (kitchen, dining room, living room) is open plan and spacious, allowing for talking, fun, games and interacting for all. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishware, cookware and the smaller items (coffee grinders and presses for example) that often are not found in vacation rentals. There was a nice supply of books and games, as well. The parking passes, beach cart and cooking grills were an added bonus. The location is very convenient to the beach, boardwalk and downtown Rehoboth Beach with its wide array of shops and restaurants. The house was clean and the labels throughout with instructions for how to operate accessories and lights were very much appreciated. There were a few maintenance and household upkeep items that, while not serious, could easily have been addressed at some point before or during the vacation season to make this an exemplary property. For example, one door to an upstairs balcony didn't open; one bathroom towel rack was missing; fresh paint was needed in some outdoor places. But these were minor and didn't detract from the overall fine experience. Finally, Jeremy, our property management contact, was extremely helpful before, during and after our visit. Kudos to him for his help and assistance throughout.

We have enjoyed our stay in siesta key. The condo was well decorated very clean and had everything we needed for our trip. We enjoyed walking in to find music playing and ice in the freezer to get our trip started right. The View from the balcony was excellent with the ocean, just steps away. We enjoyed falling asleep to the sounds of the waves through the bedroom doorwall. It was an added bonus to find the beach, chairs and towels, along with a cooler. All things we couldn’t pack on an airplane. Thanks for the memories.

This park city studio condo was great and the location was perfect. The host was great to work with and we would definitely recommend staying here! The condo itself was clean and cozy, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The location was ideal, as it was walking distance to the main attractions in the city. We enjoyed exploring the nearby parks and taking in the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The Saragossa Sunshine is a quaint house that offered us plenty of room during our stay in a quiet area of town. The house is located outside the historic district but was well within walking distance for all of us, including my 77 year old mother. There was more space than expected inside the house, and it was very clean. There really is no yard to speak of, so if you bring your pet they’ll not have room to roam free. There was good communication from the renters with us, which was greatly appreciated. Overall I would definitely recommend a stay at this house, and we would stay again during future trips to St Augustine.

iTrip and the Lichenhearth 26 unit were great for our ski trip. We skied back easily after lunch and at the end of the day and went directly into the place, and in the morning it was a 1 minute walk over to the main lift or the gondola at Snowmass to get back up the slope. The iTrip Team helped out with a number of items like refilling firewood for the awesome fireplace, extra towels, luggage storage etc. We were very well taken care of. The location was awesome, and the amenities were exactly what we'd hoped for. Our group would certainly come back.

We were recently at #5 1324 Promenade in Bluffton SC. Beautiful and exceptionally clean home that we enjoyed very much. The multiple levels make it easy to get some alone time but the generous space throughout gave us plenty of gathering options as well. Great location and the multiple balconies added to our enjoyment. Everything we needed was easily within walking distance and we had no issue finding a close parking spot. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. We will be back!

This property is the definition of perfection. It has been recently fully renovated, so the house is crispy clean and in impeccable condition. Location, location, location - the property is located right on the beach and is also close to all of the main restaurants and entertainment. Can't say enough about this property.......

We found this gem online through Vrbo. We wanted something that could accommodate a family of 4 with 2 small children and 3 grandparents. This had it all! There was plenty of room to sleep, sit and play inside, eat inside at the table and also sit outside and enjoy the amazing view. Many occasions we saw dolphins playing. The location was perfect. We were on a nice quiet part of the beach that was only steps from the elevator. Our kids loved the heated pool all hours of the day. We brought some chairs and umbrella but also rented some for a good price right in front of the condo. It was a short drive or long walk to the park next door. Restaurants and activities were a short drive away as well. The kitchen was fully stocked on everything we needed during the stay...except salt and pepper which we bought. The security staff onsite was a pleasure and there was quick responses from the ownership. When we come back (not if but when), we will look to rent this same spot. It was amazing! Family memories were made over those 5 nights of fun!
