Perfect home for skiing in both Bever Creek and Vail. We had 4 couples in our group and it was a perfect home to rent. 3 rooms had a king bed and one room had a queen bed. The two lower rooms share a bathroom but it was ok with 2 couples because there is a 1/2 bath as well. Will definitely stay at this home again

This year was de second time on the road that we stay in this house. We really like it! Its near of everything: beach, supermarket, downtown, shopping. You can go walking and enjoy the neighborhood or just a few minutes by car. The house has big environments; comfortable beds; well equipped kitchen; sun during all the morning in the lanai. It is very comfortable and safety for the kids.

We really enjoyed this place. Nice and cozy. But the star really was the view and beach access. Absolutely perfect. Only small criticism would be to replace the kitchen blinds. Gerald provided great communication throughout our stay and answered all of my questions promptly. Thanks Gerald!

We loved the view, the kayaks, the peaceful setting and the proximity to the beach! So much to do nearby or onsite. Sipping coffee on the deck while the sun rose was unbeatable.

Great stay! We really enjoyed our anniversary in St. Augustine and the Little Yellow Cottage on Water Street. The house was clean and well-stocked with useful and thoughtful touches like inspect repellent. We would happily stay here again. Additionally, the iTrip inclusions (one free ticket for most big St. Augustine attractions) were fantastic, and if you use most or all of them you are absolutely saving money, the probable slight added expense to the nightly fee is less than these things would cost to do. Highly recommended!

Coastal Glam is perfect for families. We felt like we were at home. The beautiful interior and heated swimming pool make your time more pleasant. The house was clean. The kitchen was spacious and equipped with everything needed for cooking. It was nice to watch the lizards walking in the trees. Contact with the owner was problem-free.

This was a great condo for our family of 5. The top floor end unit remained quiet and doesn’t share outside walls with people so it was a pleasant stay and less stressful with my three excited little boys! We loved the amenities in the unit and felt the room sizes were perfect. The hot tub and garaged parking were well liked as well. It’s a really short drive to the Canyons which was a great spot for us to start each day! Thanks so much for hosting us!

I must confess that this property is sure a wow house. My extended family and l checked out yesterday after a week stay. The house was very specious for fourteen people, it was clean and instructions given for everything we required were clearly. It's proximity to the theme parks was delightful. Everyone in our group was well pleased with the house. I sure will recommend it to anyone visiting the 'sunshine state' or l would consider it myself in the future should l need a house with the same space.

We have made the Myrtle Beach area a destination for our family many times using other booking sites like Airbnb, VRBO, etc. We also like to bring our Golden Retriever, Bentley. This year it seemed like many of the condos through these other services have implemented dramatic weight restrictions. Most clearly stated 30 lb weight limits. Every available property we considered, including ones we had stayed at previously, had these restrictions.____While searching I came across iTrips. I found several interesting properties and reached out to them because I saw no weight restrictions on most. I was pleasantly surprised when they quickly approved our Golden, Bentley, to stay in the condo we narrowed it down to.____The condo we chose is a beachfront unit with plenty of room for our family of 5, including Bentley. This units pictures looked almost too good to be true. I couldn't help but have some doubts. We booked the unit over Christmas this year even though I had reservations. Again, this all seemed too good to be true and we had no previous experience with iTrips.____Mandy and the iTrips staff followed through with everything promised as our vacation came near. They emailed and texted updates and simple instructions on how to check-in and obtain keys, etc.____When we entered the unit we all were blown away with our accommodations for the week. It looked even better than the pictures! We had an awesome time in this absolutely beautiful condo. We are already considering another trip there sometime this year. Of course, we will be using iTrips again.

We had an excellent time at the condo - the location was fantastic and the condo was perfectly suited for us. With our family, we all had plenty of space and large bedrooms so everyone had privacy but was able to be together. We will definitely stay again!

My family of 4 stayed here over the 4th weekend! It was the perfect location. Walking distance to the beach and renting a golf cart to head over to the grocery store or restaurants works perfect. The hosts provided great communication throughout the trip. Location was clean and offered all of the amenities we needed. We will be back!

This was our second year in commodore 103 and like the last, it was great. Location as always is the prime reason for our stay. Through the front door and out the back directly to the pool and beach. No stairs, no elevators and close parking.

We had a wonderful stay here! The condo was very clean and inviting, as well as fully stocked with everything you would need! Was only a short walk to the pool, where we enjoyed lounging in the sun! Our only suggestion would be to have darker blinds in the bedrooms as it was fairly bright in the early mornings! The patio furniture smelt like cigarettes which was not inviting to site on. Overall we had an awesome stay!!

We stayed here for the weekend for a girls getaway. Views LOVELY. Could have seen from the house but walked down a few feet from the home to watch the sunrise and was picture perfect. Home is very nicely furnished/ decorated. We had everything we needed for the weekend - was a huge help to have starter supplies for the kitchen and bathroom. Management was very supportive and responsive. It's a quiet residential neighborhood. There's a very small community beach in walking distance. The beds were comfortable. The sofa bed and day bed would be fine for kids, maybe not adults.

This was by far one of the best places to stay. We had 5 kids 13 and under and we all had a blast. The management team at itrips were great to deal with. We actually were approved to check in early. That has never happened to me before! We really appreciated that! Just can't say enough great things about our visit. Everything was awesome. The shudle was on time and friendly, everyone we dealt with was on point. We will definitely be booking this place again! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We have been coming to the Delaware beaches every year for the past 10 years, and have found our new favorite place to stay. The home was clean, well maintained, and the beds were super comfy! We loved that the deck had gorgeous ocean views, and also loved listening to the sound of the ocean waves crashing against the shore from the house. This home is such a value because it lives like an oceanfront home yet at a better value price. We loved that we could easily go back and forth to the beach (especially since we have young kids). The home was well stocked with everything we needed and they provided linens (which is such a bonus). I have only positive things to stay about our stay and wish I could give more 5 stars...we will be back!!!

We only stayed 2 nights, but wish we could have stayed longer! The unit had everything we needed and it was so clean! The floor to ceiling windows provided an amazing view of the beach from the kitchen and living room and the table and chairs on the balcony were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out there drinking our morning coffee and our evening wine. The grounds of the property were very well kept from the lobby areas, to the pool, and to the beach access. We hope to come back soon! Thank you for the perfect weekend getaway!

This home has been recently completed (stunning) and is in top-notch shape. Very comfortable home with everything very clean and new feeling. Location couldn’t be better as the ocean is just steps away and visually amazing on back deck as it is ocean front but nicely set back. We will be coming back. Dogs are very convenient with lots of space to wander on property. Also location on end of Folly is perfect as beach was not crowded. Very nice.

Highly recommend this condo and the location. Condo is bright and clean, perfect for two to four guests. Kitchen was stocked for us to make breakfast and snacks. The views are amazing! We spent the mornings watching the sunrise and having our breakfast on the balcony. Fun to watch all the boating traffic in the afternoon too. Location is great - on the quiet side of the island away from the crowds and traffic of Ft. Myers beach. 5 min drive to Lovers Key Beach. Flippers is a right next door for a bite to eat and a cocktail and we went about 10 min south and had a great time at Doc's Beach House. Management was very responsive and let us know our condo was ready early! Def will stay here again.

We had the best time! My husband and I booked this house for when we had family come in town. There was plenty of room and lots to do. Close to plenty hiking, breweries, wineries, and restaurants. The house also has plenty of activities to keep the fun going if the weather isn't the best.

The house was as advertised. I have stayed in the resort a few times already and the houses are very nice. This visit was no different. The house was very plush, clean and we had little to no issues. I had a very minor issue with the ceiling fan which maintenance expeditiously responded to. I will definitely be staying again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 510! It was newly updated and clean. It was a very short walk to the slopes and had an amazing view of the mountain! It was so beautiful waking up to that view everyday. The personnel was very accommodating and were quick to respond to any problems we encountered. We had a wonderful stay at the lake house to end our jaunt from South Dakota to Idaho. Let me start with the bad, and these comments are from native Floridians where the biggest mountains are at Disney World. If you have ANY mobility issues, this is not the place for you. You park at the top of the driveway because the incline is extreme. My 50 lbs suitcase almost pulled me down the driveway. Luckily, there are pebbles on the side that work like "getaway truck" ramps. Access to the lake is also down a lot of stairs. That said, most lake houses in this part of the country are that way due to the geologic formation. Also, the road to the rental is not for the faint of heart. There are portions that are, for all intents and purposes, single track; however, it is a relatively desolate road from what we experienced. The house is stunning. The decor was so lovely and appropriate for the lake. The beds were extremely comfortable, as were the chairs on the upper deck. All the appliances were high end and worked well. The linens were plush, and there were plenty of high quality beach towels. The view from the deck is amazing - not just the lake but the deer that frequented the house in the morning and evening. The lake was so crystal clear. The lower deck had two chaise lounges, which were also comfortable. The management company was readily available, and we were able to check in about a half an hour early. They also informed us when the lawn crew was coming so we weren't surprised. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it for those who can manage the terrain. If you go, take a visit to Sweet Lou's restaurant. We fell in love with it last year when we were in Sandpoint, so we were excited to be able to go there this year also. It is very convenient to the rental.

we stayed 5 nights and had a great time. close to park city skiing base area, walking distance, wel equipped condo and kitchen, comfy beds, clean. enjoyed to pool every night after skiing. free PC shuttle right in front of complex.

House was great! Location was great, too! Super close to Dollywood and downtown Pigeon Forge. iTrip was great and having the Xplorie “perks” were fantastic! Saved us almost $150 on adult admissions to Dollywood, Anakeesta and the Titanic Museum. The only thing that Could have made it better is if I could Have booked with Xplorie online instead of having to call them….which is minor in the grand scheme of things :).

The Dockside Retreat was perfect for our family getaway! We had the marina launch our boat and we enjoyed the 4th of July with thousands of families on Shell Island! The house is perfect for boating families and we would highly recommend to others.

This vacation was our second summer vacation in a row at Captain’s Quarters in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. The home is immaculately maintained and oh so convenient to the beautiful beach and emerald waters of Santa Rosa Beach. Great restaurants along 30a are close and the neighborhood pool is refreshing, as well. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else for a beach paradise trip!

Super convenient to EVERYTHING! There is such an energy being on Main Street that makes this cozy little unit just amazing. We ate breakfast on the roof-top deck. We walked across the street for Thai. The liquor store is an easy, walkable 2 blocks up. We were slightly worried that it would be loud on Main Street -- but not a peep! We couldn't hear anything from the porch! Communication with the host was super quick and super awesome.

Very nice condo with spectacular views of the bay and gulf. Much nicer than the photos! Very clean and has everything one needs. Easy access to Lovers Key park and beach. The pool is great. Lots of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. The food at the adjoining Flippers restaurant is Very Good!! I highly recommend staying at Lovers Key Resort.

The condo is perfect! It’s spacious, clean, well stocked and the location could not be better; so close to everything!! The only thing that surpassed the accommodations was THE VIEW!!! The weather didn’t allow us to use the outdoor area, but it was very nice. The king size beds and large tvs in every bedroom were wonderful. We wished we could have stayed longer. The house is in excellent condition with all amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked and the home also included extra beach towels. The Fridge and AC worked very well and each bedroom had really comfy beds and extra pillows and blankets. Perfect location over looking the pool and 2 min walk to the beach. Highly recommend and would rent here again.

I simply could not think of a more magical place to spend Thanksgiving with family! We kept saying it was Hallmark perfect. :) The home and surroundings are beautiful! We felt so spoiled and pampered the whole time we were there. We loved watching the children play on their own little private sledding hill right outside the kitchen window as we baked pies and stuffing. We loved relaxing in the steaming hot tub while snow fell all around us. We loved that there were many places throughout the house where small groups could gather, and the great room was big enough to hold us all when we were together. The master bedroom and bathroom is a dream, and all of the bedrooms were comfortable and beautiful. The kitchen was well-equipped. The wood burning fireplace was cozy and warm and the heaters worked really well. Also, the management was extremely accessible and helpful if we ever needed anything. I could go on and on, but I'll end with saying we never wanted to leave and hope to return soon! It would be fun to try all the seasons in this magical place!

We had a fantastic experience renting this property with iTrip. The rental was top notch, even better than the pictures. And the location was unbelievable. The beach and North Plantation complex are a very short walk away and do not disappoint. The house was much bigger than I expected and was very easily able to sleep our 4 couple trip. The customer service and staff with iTrip were always professional, responsive, and helpful. If you are thinking about traveling to North Myrtle and considering renting this property or any other from iTrip do not hesitate, they surely do not disappoint!

Loved the cottage, great value for a fun stay at the beach with our dog. Comfortable King master bed (didn’t use the second bedroom) fully stocked kitchen and bathroom also had supplies- shampoo, hair dryer etc. So nice to have the fenced yard and loved the seating areas outside and also beach supplies like chairs, buckets, boogie boards. Had great food at Beaches restaurant with live music- also dog friendly. Very nice Publix super close. Minutes to downtown St Augustine and close to Ponte Vedra and Jacksonville beaches.

This was our second time at this condo. It is a 3rd floor walkup in a nice building with a pool. The most exceptional thing about the unit is the amazing oceanfront views. This is the 2nd year we have had 3 people stay in the unit and with the couch-bed in the living room, it worked out well. The kitchen has the basics and works well for cooking. Beach access is right next to the building. It's a nice walk to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and the balcony is perfect to see Thursday night fireworks.

Scout Alley was a perfect place for our family to stay as we celebrated our son’s college graduation! The home was bigger than pictures portrayed and very comfortable. We took graduation photos at the oak tree in the shared park area in front of the home. Although we had a rainy weekend, we were able to utilize the beach towels for a quick afternoon at Sullivan’s Island before the rain arrived! Many thanks to Sarah and Steven! Our family all recommends considering Scout Alley as your base when visiting Charleston!!

My father & I do an annual golf trip to PGA West for my birthday. This was the first year booking through iTrip & was impressed the whole way through. Rozet, Penny & Elizabeth were very accommodating and answered emails very quickly. The condo itself was exactly like the photos, very clean and everything worked as it should. The attached garage was perfect for unloading groceries. Pools were very close and very nice. Check in was smooth at the front gate, etc. The only ding is it would be nice to have ceiling fans in the guest bedrooms but temperature upstairs was fine. We're definably going to book this condo again next year! Thanks iTrip!

Our stay at Center Street Condo Check for a girlfriend's weekend was great! Check in was easy and the location was ideal. Staff was easily accessible via phone or email to answer any questions we had. We were right across the street from shops, restaurants/bars, the boardwalk, and close enough to the bridge to make quick trips into Downtown and James Island a breeze. The condo was big and efficient enough for the four of us.

The Lighthouse was a great place to stay with a family. Close to everything, nicely stocked kitchen and well maintained. My only wish was for there to be beach chairs like some of the other units; but we put our towels on the sand and spent most of the time in the water anyway so all was good. I would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. This is not our first time to St. Pete Beach or Pass-a-Grill, and this has been the best. The property is conveniently located a street across from the gulf-side of the beach, one block away from the street with 4 restaurants. Paradise Grill is also close for a quick bite for breakfast and lunch. Yet, it is quiet in the evenings. The beach nearby is quieter, and the neighborhood offers nice evening walks. The property management was very helpful in terms of addressing any problems we experienced (lack of a good chef's knife), and they respected our privacy. The only downside is the lack of grocery stores near by; the closest one is Publix about 2.5 miles away. This can be a problem if you plan to cook a lot. We tried both Instacart (as the management suggested) and Uber/Lyft, and both of them worked quite well. A very minor suggestion to the property management: please update the listing to indicate that the unit has washer and dryer. Having them was very helpful, and others will appreciate it as well.

We stayed for a long weekend ski trip with 6 friends. The house had everything we needed, with ample space left over. The hot tub was great after a day on the mountain. Kitchen was fully stocked, made cooking at the house easy. Garage parking is a plus.

The home and grounds were even better than expected and more beautiful than the pictures. Every room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bathrooms, as well as being gorgeous, were roomy and well stocked. The kitchen was fantastic with everything a family needs plus more for the gourmets in your group. in our party, there were seven adults, two four-year-olds and the family dog. And there was plenty of space for all of us. Although there is plenty to do, we found ourselves staying on property most of the time to use all the amenities. The basketball court was so much fun for the dads and kids. The hot tub was immaculate and there was plenty of outdoor seating. We barbequed, ate at the huge dining room table and then roasted S'mores in the outdoor fire pit. The Gazebo was charming and there was plenty of room in the yard for the kids and the dog to run. We had a fantastic time and hope to come back again.

We stayed for Christmas week. We enjoyed the club property the golf course is beautiful. Lots of walking trails. Hiking near by was fantastic. The condo was extremely well equipped clean and pretty perfect in all ways. We cooked a bit but enjoyed the area restaurants as well. Recommend the Bristol Farms grocery store. We really enjoyed the patio sat and watched the stars at night. The fire table and the grill were easy to use. Will plan again!

The condo was clean and ready for us at check in. The balcony view was beautiful. The pool was clean and warm although most of our time was spent in the ocean. A shower/rinse station was located right outside the pool area. There is also a bathroom right next to the pool. The area was secure and the condos have private beach access. We used Jake’s service to reserve chairs and umbrellas. Well worth the money! There are several steps to the beach so taking chairs, etc would have been a major inconvenience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

The Love Shack is a great, little, beach cottage. It was very clean and comfy. The location was perfect for our weekend plans. Check in was super easy. We were nervous when our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until 4 am, but it was easy, with no glitches.

Nothing beats the site and sound of the ocean from your room! Pros: This unit was in the building close to the pool by the beach (but just far enough away!) Close to the grills for dinner prep. Go to the Gazebo for a great breakfast but get in line before 7:00 am unless you have time to wait for a table. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped. Had a more open feel than some of the other units. Bed was comfy and our daughter slept in the living room on the pullout. Things to note: You can exchange your bathroom towels for a $30 fee. We never did this, but we felt we had enough towels to last us 10 days, but the shower mat got pretty grimy by the end. It’s Hawaii, so towels can take 2-3 days to feel really dry. There is a laundry room - $2 to wash and $2.50 to dry which was awesome. Parking was close and easy but they can fill up later in the evening. Also, since all the 1 bedrooms are on the parking lot side, you can hear foot traffic/rolling suitcases/cats at all hours, but overall a really quiet Resort. We loved our first stay in Napili as it has a different ambiance than the hotel strip. We would definitely would stay here again!

We stayed at the mountain villa unit 24 and had an absolutely amazing time. The house was so spacious and modern. We were right in the lake and in the evenings watched a beautiful sunset with one night seeing a double rainbow over the lake. I highly recommend using itrip and staying at this property.

The home was the perfect size for our 2 families (with two kids each) and we had some privacy since one family was in the basement and one was upstairs. We could hangout together on the main floor and then retreat to our separate spaces. This property is very close to main street (shopping, parks, dining, gondola). I would recommend a little bit more toiletries (shampoo, soap, body wash) be provided, as well as coffee. The property managers had excellent communication, so accessing the property and knowing the house rules were a breeze.

Location, location,location!!! This condo was walkable to all of downtown Lahaina and its many shops and restaurants. Also very close walk to one of the sunniest beaches! Greatly maintained pools and grounds. Host was very responsive and helpful during stay. Parking on the street in front of condos is free. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! Mahalo!

We most definitely will recommend your unit as we found it very clean, beautifully decorated and in an overall great location (except for the noisy Saloon in the back). We stayed here for four days with our two kids (4 & 2). It was easy to find and the perfect spot to explore the area. We went to Meridian, Boise and Star. The house was perfect for us and had a great floor plan. Two of the bedrooms and one bath are on one side of the home with the master and laundry on the other. The master is huge. The kitchen had all the necessities for cooking. We didn’t spend much time in the backyard because we were visiting friends, but it is a beautiful space. Nice seating and a bbq. The front porch also has seating, which is really nice. The only thing we had trouble with was the television in the living room. And it really wasn’t that big of a deal (we didn’t contact anyone about it). It was just super slow/delayed when navigating the apps. No problem with the movies once they were selected though. So I’m not sure what might have been causing it. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors to the left (when looking at the house) were really nice. There is also a great little park at the end of the street.

We enjoyed the stay at the Tyra Summit condo in Breckenridge and everything was nice. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessities and the updated appliances were nice. The only thing that we noticed was the seats on the toilets were loose. Again, we enjoyed the location and the condo.

Our family has been vacationing in Breckenridge for several years and it is a perfect location. We spent nine days in August with our kids and granddaughters. Our condo was comfortable, well equipped and walking distance to Main Street and the gondola. Our granddaughters loved all the toys in the downstairs room and we enjoyed the grill and the hot tub. Any minor issues were addressed quickly by Carla. We are looking forward to returning next summer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at System Shutdown. The view from the house and the porches was amazing. The kitchen and laundry area were functional and made the stay easy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. This home was beautiful, clean with great modern appliances. The kitchen was very well equipped. We enjoyed the sunsets over the lake in the evenings and kayaking and swimming there during the day. A large game room complete with several game was available for our use. We would definitely recommend this place for a family or a small group.

The condo we rented was wonderful! It was nicely decorated and had what was needed to prepare all of our meals! The view of the channel was spectacular and we enjoyed seeing the variety of birds that frequented the area. The heated pool and jacuzzi were enjoyed daily! I wish we were able to stay longer!

The room exceeded our expectations. It was clean, nice and relaxing. I most definitely would stay there again. The only thing was the reserved parking spot was blocked off due to construction in the parking lot so we had to park somewhere else.

We hated to leave because we had such a wonderful vacation in La Quinta. We have stayed in PGA West four times now, and this was by far our favorite stay. The condo is well-stocked, clean and comfortable. The heated pool is across the street. It has a wonderful view of the Santa Rosa Mtns and the Palmer Golf course. On a daily basis we would be treated to watching the big horn sheep from our comfortable patio. We enjoyed walks, hikes and delicious meals at many fine restaurants in the area. From the condo, we could walk within all the PGA West properties. The property manager, Rozet, was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. We welcome the opportunity to say at this location again!

Just as posted. Very clean and quiet property close to theme parks. Grocery store, coffee and donut shop, pizza and sub shop within walking distance. Nice to have three bedrooms so both teenagers could have their own room.

We stayed at the Lago Vista Pool with a View. The property is as advertised! We had a wonderful time on the lake and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The home is gorgeous and the view is priceless. We spent one morning on the lake and the rest of our time relaxing at this fabulous property. The pool was really nice to have. The accomodations were clean and current and we relaxed in style. I will let those know who are thinking about renting this home that if you cook your own food, you need to bring any specialty items/seasoning with you. No big deal but the kitchen is stocked modestly with dishes and kitchen items. Again - no big deal but I want to make sure there are no surprises. Also - the grill is a charcoal grill. There was a modest amount of charcoal provided but not enough for our stay (3 meals on the grill). We enjoyed grilling with the charcoal but I just want to give a heads up to bring your own charcoal if you plan on using the grill for several meals. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a little hiccup in the first room, but was accommodated with a room that was really nice and larger than we needed. It was done in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend itrip for any booking trips you may need. Thank you, Shasta, for being so prompt and caring for our needs. We were down for my daughters wedding ceremony on the beach. A wedding that had been canceled due to covid, then hurricane sally. We were able to fulfill her dream of a beach wedding and a beautiful room with many accommodations.

We love this condo! Second time we have been in 408. Hosts were very quick to reply to any questions we had. Stayed two weeks and hope to do the same next year. Also very impressed with maintenance man for the Sea Breeze. He worked non stop to sweep sand from main areas (elevators, pool, and surrounding areas).

Booked through VRBO and found we could have saved their cost booking direct. That is our only complaint. This condo is very comfortable and steps from the beach. I spent every morning on the balcony, sipping my coffee and bloody mary, looking at the gulf and checking emails. Great eateries were close by and John's pass is a nice stroll down the beach or sidewalk. The pictures are accurate. Thanks for a great stay. Will use your properties again for sure!

Wow. Oceans 13 exceeded our expectations. The description and overview was as mentioned on the site. Didn't use the beach items, however everything was in the bin outside. The unit was clean, all the kitchen items that you would need was available. All restaurants were in walking distance, and the beach was a few steps away. ST. Augustine historic district was a few minutes away. My wife and I had a great time and my inlaws stopped in and found it as a hidden gem. We had a wonderful stay and experience.

This place was great for our annual friendship adult getaway. We had to find last minute accommodations due to the hotel being sold and this was a wonderful alternative. Having three bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms was extremely important and helpful for our couples. One room is double beds and only one room has the bathroom attached. I cannot say enough good things about this home! I was fortunate to have won a giveaway the St. Augustine iTrip was having on Instagram. I never win anything so needless to say I was in shock! My boyfriend and I came up for the last weekend of Nights of Lights and it was absolutely memorable. We had amazing communication with them leading up to the visit as well as throughout. Upon entering the immaculate home we were greeted with a handwritten note and a thoughtful gift basket welcoming us. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were going to have a relaxing and carefree time in the ancient city. The home offered everything we could've needed and more. The condo was very nice! Great space for families to stay together. Very nice for everyone to have their own bathroom. Decor was updated and beautiful. The only issues we ran into were a slow draining tub during showers in one bathroom and the ice maker did not make ice very quickly but neither was a big deal. Pools were very nice. Indoor pool was cold but I think it may have just been refilled the day before we went to it. Great access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Publix and Rite Aid located within walking distance. Clean room and common areas. Will definitely be back!

The Gaibler Cottage is an absolute gem. We were looking for a clean and safe environment for our family to stay while we were having work done to our home. Our children were so happy having such a cozy environment with lots of space to play outside. We all soaked in the beautiful, country views and the herd of cattle that would make their way around the perimeter of the cottage. What a rejuvenating and serene place this was! We got a chance to meet the owners, who are as lovely as their cottage: warm and inviting. We're so grateful to them for caring deeply about the people that stay at their cottage; it really shows in the details of their home and the resources they provide for local adventures. We couldn't have asked for a better situation and will be recommending the cottage to any of our friends and family that come to visit Oregon. The cherry on top for us was the ease and attentiveness we experienced communicating with the iTripNW service team. They were so excellent that we'll be booking with them directly in the future.

This condo is about as close as you can get to conveniently and easily getting to and from the mountain without being ski-in/ski-out for a great price. It is a 5-10 minute walk downhill (in ski gear) to the Cabriolet which will quickly whisk you up to the base of the Canyons side. From the base, hop on the Red Pine gondola or the Orange Bubble lift. M-TH on a non-holiday week, there were no lines. To get back to the condo, take the Cabriolet down and walk up hill (there is a path forged up to the X condo building which makes it a little faster). If there is snow coverage, you can ski down behind the Orange bubble, past the ski patrol office to get to the road above the condo. Walk across the street and then downhill to Chalet Drive - this is slightly shorter and half down hill which makes it easier with all your ski gear on. The condo itself is nestled in an older condo community which has the ski vacation vibe. The size of the condo was perfect for 3 of us. The couch pulls out and could sleep 2. Full kitchen equipped with decent knives and pans, coffee pot, and a crockpot. Only wish there were more utensils. We had to get creative with the seating to have racks to hang up our ski clothes and we moved the dining table to make room for our ski boots and shoes. There was a crate we used to put our skis in. There is a clubhouse that has a heated pool (felt like bath water) and two hot tubs which is a short walk. We did not rent a car but I wish we did so we could get to the town and get groceries. We took an Uber to get to and from the grocery. Note that the liquor stores are closed on Sundays but beer is sold in grocery store. We took Canyon Transportation from the airport which was easy but I bet the price for the round-trip for 3 would have been the same as renting a car.

We absolutely loved staying at this location. The house was the perfect size and provided everything we needed for the week. It was extremely clean and tidy, both inside and out. The beach is just a short drive over the bridge, all the public access points we found were free and had plenty of parking. The property is in a central location with lots of options for shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay there again!

We had a fantastic time during our stay at this spectacular new, new home in Wildernest! The mountain views are simply amazing, both from inside the home and from the decks. This is a perfect place to relax after a day exploring. The house was extremely clean. This is a great option for multiple families or groups of friends. The layout allows people to enjoy each other's company, but also provides everyone their own space when wanted. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and 3 of the 4 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms! The kitchen is well appointed and there are multiple TVs throughout the house. Our group enjoyed nearby hiking trails. The location provides many options for activities with such easy access to the main resorts (Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail, Copper and A-Basin) and of course a short drive to groceries and shopping in Silverthorne. In short, a wonderful home and vacation. We can't wait for our next stay!

We were originally booked to stay at Gulf Winds Resort in St. Pete Beach. They day before our arrival, our iTrip hosts contacted us and informed that our rental was unavailable due to an AC issue. They immediately offered an alternate property at the Palms of Treasure Island. The first property offered was a good match but the found an even better one. We needed separate beds for our teens who refuse to share, LOL. Check in was smooth. The unit, #103, fit our needs perfectly. It was clean, uodated, and well maintained. The location is excellent and the pool/dock, whole not used, we're very nice. Thank you for a great trip and we look forward to returning!

Sea-renity provided a lovely home with a pool shaded by palm trees. With 5 bedrooms(4 bathrooms) there was room for everyone. The kitchen was a dream to cook in with so many pots, pans, and other accessories available. The pool with the heater on was warm enough even in late December. The beach is just a short walk down a quiet side street. The beach was calm in the winter, and enjoyable for walking & wading. Numerous stores and restaurants were within walking distance. The management company was so easy to work with, and was super responsive to any request. I couldn’t imagine a smoother, more enjoyable vacation. Definitely would book again.

Quiet, relaxed living area in excellent location within a block of trendy El Paseo with its fashionable street cafes, restaurants and boutiques. Large well equipped kitchen and living area with good essential supplies for a two week stay. Nice master bedroom and ensuite. Second bedroom adequate. 2 1/2 bathrooms. Poor natural light but excellent internal lighting with dimmers. Handy B-B-Q on patio. Current dinning table chairs are too low. Small hot water tank with 2 shower limit. TVs need updating. Lovely quiet clean pool area. 2 nice tennis courts. Private parking with 2 slots. Easy check in / out with good prompt support when contacted. Overall assessment excellent! We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at The Chambre unit 302 . It had everything we needed and more to have a great stay! This is our second time in this unit and 3rd time in the building ! Close to the Naval Academy! Worked perfectly for commissioning week. So easy and fast to walk to events on the yard. Even if you forgot something, you could run back and get it. Ample space with three nice size bedrooms. Nice kitchen and living area. Beautiful patio space where we hosted a commissioning celebration grill out with family. And we also hosted a rehearsal dinner the night before our son’s wedding on the patio with ample space for catering set up from Chipotle. Overall very clean and nice. We were so pleased with our stay at Bleessings by the Sea, I kept telling myself to keep a running list of all of the small details we appreciated. The layout of the house was functional and allowed our two families to stay connected, while also allowing our own privacy. The kitchen was stocked with more than enough tools for us to cook meals pantry and Closet space was more than enough for everyone there. A huge perk is having the screened in porch. We loved sitting back there and the kids can play in the grass area, while the adults could still watch them from the porch. We took walks around the neighborhood each night. Getting to shopping, beach, pools, restaurants was an absolute breeze. The management was a dream to work with. Really impressed with this place and we travel often.

We in the past few years have been to several places on the beach, and this one is the most top notch place we’ve stayed at. The kitchen is fully stocked with pretty much anything you could need. The condo had beach chairs, a canopy, and toys for the kids to play in the sand with already there. It was close up to the beach with easy access. We will definitely be coming back again in the future! There’s a surplus of pools that kept it to where they were never super crowded, and there was plenty of seating and chairs there.

158 Avian was just what we were looking for with 4 adults and 4 children. The condo was clean and the complex was well maintained. Location was great with a short drive to food lion and beach only 1.5 miles away. Only downside is when two twins are pushed together to make a king, you definitely feel it. But understand for the owners it’s the most practical arrangement to accommodate different groups! The outdoor patio was also quite dated so we did not use it. Would stay here again!

We loved seeing the snow from our condo balcony! We enjoyed our snowbird visit again and consider ourselves lucky to have Jason respond so quickly when things needed to be repaired in the condo. To show our appreciation, we added some items for the next guests. It has been such a pleasure staying at our White Sands Condo for two months. The condo is clean and has all the amenities for an enjoyable time. It is within walking distance of Siesta Key Beach, Tennis courts and has a great heated pool. We were also able to walk to church (St Michael the Archangel) and when we felt energetic we also walked into Siesta Key Village. In addition, the views from our Lanai overlooked water and it was very relaxing to sit outside. It was also a pleasure working with the condo's listing agent Loretta and her husband Jerry. Their response to any questions we had were prompt and satisfactory. Our comfort and concerns were their priority. The owners also allowed our dog which was so important to us. All in all we give White Sands a 5 star rating.

We arrived as tourists and left as residents. We spent the month of July at SummerCrest cottage looking to buy a home in Beaverton. The cottage provided us with a base from which to explore the surrounding area. We found one around the corner two doors down the street from the cottage. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beds are particularly comfortable. It was peaceful and quiet throughout our stay.

We travelled to Orlando with our 2 children and our live in caregiver and we could not have had a better experience. This home is ideally located to Disney World (10mins to parking lot), shopping (15 mins to premier outlet mall), and any restaurant you can think of (less than 5 mins). The gated community gives you piece of mind for security purposes and the common playgrounds, pool, and rec centre offer great added value. The house itself was more than we needed, but the space was great if any of us needed alone time. The games room in the garage was also an added bonus. This house would be perfect for two families with children. I would suggest shopping at the Target (7 mins away) as it also has a full meat and produce section. We only had one issue with the spa tub, but the support staff took care of it right away. Overall, loved the house and the community. Also the agency handling the home is very easy to work with. We are looking forward to our next trip to Disney. We will definitely call Premier Resort Group.

Our family of 5 was very pleased with our accommodations at 5307 Hampton Place South. There was ample space for the family to spread out through the condo including the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen. The condo was furnished throughout with well kept, stylish decor and furniture. The kitchen appliances, cookware, dishes, glasses and silverware were clean, plentiful and in good working order. The view from the balcony was fabulous and - with a cup of coffee - provided us an excellent start to each day. Beyond the condo itself, the property had everything our family desired in a beach vacation. The pool and workout facilities were generous and, again, well kept. And, the beach access was an easy stroll from our condo. The Palmetto Dunes community includes great sidewalks for walking and biking. And, it felt like we were very central to many activities, restaurants and shopping on the island. Lastly, the reservation process was seamless. And, the pre-arrival communication was timely and detailed. I look forward to our return to Hilton Head, and I look forward to staying again at 5307 Hampton Place South.

We stayed here for 5 days with 6 adults and 3 kids and the house couldn’t have been more ideal. Very clean, new, and spacious with oversized living areas and bedrooms. The outdoor entertaining space and the large pool were outstanding and the property is located nearby the new Publix grocery store and only a short drive down Winterberry to the beach and all the shops off Collier. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Mark at iTrip for an another memorable trip back to Marco Island!

Beautiful views, wildlife & relaxing setting! Great family location with ample space for extended family trip and the house is well stocked! Grandparents would have been happy to just enjoy the home for the week but we visited Multnomah Falls (a must see), rode the Mt Hood railroad, ate voodoo donuts, visited a farmers market for cherries & berries and drove to the coast for beach time and lunch @ Cannon Beach. Cedar Street bagels was a great local breakfast, lunch, picnic option, too.

From the moment we booked, they were quick to respond and help. The house was beautiful with great proximity to the beach. The maintenance man had to stop by and he was super friendly! The only thing we wish they would have included were kitchen basics that are cheap but a pain to bring such as basic spices. We will definitely book with iTrip again.

What a great stay. This property did not disappoint. Upon arrival it was even better than the pictures portrayed. The property manager was awesome. They responded to our inquiries almost immediately. We had an issue with the air conditioner one evening. Manager had it repaired in just a couple hours. Really pleased!

Birds of paradise is a beautiful and well appointed condo. The grounds are well maintained and beach is easily accessed. The condo itself had everything we could want or need. It was clean upon arrival and check was seamless. Will definitely stay again!

This place is a great place to get away. It is short walk to pool and to beach. There are paths all throughout the property for walking, bike riding or jogging. Close to everything! So much fun!

What a great condo in a great location! We loved our fist time visiting Siesta Key and can’t wait to come back. The condo was clean, had awesome views of the water and is conveniently located. We loved having a choice of either the beach or pools each day and enjoyed the ease of use for either and both! The condo was great- had everything we needed from beach towels and toys to comfy beds and every kitchen gadget we could ever dream of needing. Highly recommend staying here!

Condo was as advertised, great location, great view, great resort, we really wanted for nothing during stay. The place was clean, and complete with linens, towels, dinnerware, even some books and games. The tower is ON the beach, a mere 50yard walk to the waters edge and the view of south Siesta was fantastic. You won’t be able to see the sunset from the room, but you can see the sunrise. The building was nice, plenty of parking, the management office was nice and helpful, as were the private beach attendants, and the AC was cold. Honestly, we don’t have any complaints and thoroughly enjoyed our stay

This townhouse was in great location with fantastic view of mountains! It was wonderful to be able to come back from long day of hiking to relax in jaccuzi and sit on back porch to enjoy the view ... with the humming birds frequenting the feeder overhead. Its just a short drive to grocery store and downtown Vail as well. It was a wonderful place and we appreciated the opportunity to enjoy it with family!

The Bungalow was as described. Well situated in wine country. We appreciated the well working air conditioner as it was hot while we were there. A treat to sit on the back patio and look out at a wine grove!
