We just stayed 8 nights in this unit and it was excellent. The condo is beautiful inside and well set up. The closed in patio is very nice as there are not many units like this. There are several beach chairs available and a wagon for transporting everything to the beach which is only about 3 minutes away.

We loved the cottage!! It was the perfect size for our family of four and our dog. We could easily walk to the beach, and take our dog on walks in the neighborhood. The fenced in back yard was convenient as well. We definitely plan to visit again!! Allyson

Falling Moss was perfect for our Thanksgiving stay. It accommodated 5 adults perfectly and made our stay in Mount Pleasant relaxing and comfortable. The Southern charm was evident throughout the home and the neighborhood was super friendly too a bunch of "yankees"! Thanks again Steven and Sarah for allow us to stay at Falling Moss.

This home was perfect for our family of 10. Having a heated private pool was enjoyed as well as the huge pool and water slides at the beautiful clubhouse area. We would definitely rent again whenever we can. Location was great for our two days at Disney!!

Awesome location. Very close to beach and a short bike ride/walk to boardwalk. Great layout for multiple families with young kids and grandparents. Plenty of room for everyone!

Property is clean, bright, and just a short little walk to the beach. We have a toddler and a baby, and also brought 2small dogs. We were happy the fur babies could join us ! It was a short but sweet trip and communication was great which made for a smooth check in and check out process. Would come back for sure!

Had a great time with my family. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Lots of room and mountain was just a short walk to the lifts. Would highly recommend this rental during the winter.

I recently stayed at the Hyde Park Craftsmen and had a wonderful stay. The house location couldn’t be better and The house was very clean and warm feeling. The iTrip team was extremely accommodating and even left me a bottle of wine, some water and some snacks. I would recommend this place to everyone and I look forward to returning to Boise soon!

Found this condo and thought it would be perfect for our group. Everyone had plenty of room and couldn't stop complimenting the gorgeous decor in the condo. It was very aesthetically pleasing. Loved the storage room outside the condo so we weren't constantly dragging sand in/out. Short walk out to the beach front, no rowdy tenants, and not a ton of people to share the shoreline with. Didn't use the pool so can't speak to that. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

This cottage was PERFECT! Beautiful, well appointed, and, bar none, the CLEANEST rental I have ever visited. A lovely kitchen alcove for coffee, but also a dining table for our card playing. The living area was comfortable, stylish, and inviting. The cottage/bungalow was perfect for two couples—each had our own charming bathroom and amazing shower. Across the street and cultural center.All walking distance from the quaint downtown with dining, ice cream, pubs, post office, and boutiques shops. Highly recommend this one!

Such a great little condo - well kept, cozy, and well decorated. Close to lots of river trails, the river playground, and the Old Mill District. No need to go far! The only regret I have is that we couldnt stay longer. The property manager was also super quick to respond and helpful in all of my interactions Well definitely be back!

We had a wonderful week! The condo was very nice and accommodating. Would love to come back again. My two granddaughters loved the beach and pool. We were surprised at how quiet it was there. Wonderful! We visited Oak Island and Southport… enjoyed the restaurants, ice cream parlors, shops, miniature golf. There was only one pitcher which I used for ice tea, but needed another for lemonade. I bought one and left in cabinet for other guests to use. That was the only thing I needed, but didn’t have. The kitchen was well equipped. One question, how will my security deposit be refunded? Thank you again for a wonderful trip to the beach! A lot of memories were made!

I would only be repeating what has already been said about this spacious unit. We enjoyed our stay and will stay at this unit again in the future. The only improvement we would recommend would be to repair/update the sliding glass door in the living room. The door locking mechanism did not work properly and the door was difficult to operate for my youngest son and mother-in-law. It was a minor inconvenience and certainly did not detract from the rest of the unit. The storage box that contains the beach toys is located between the covered parking space and the beach. We found that this was a nice amenity and was convenient for family (our boys in particular) to access. Oh, I almost forgot. When we first arrived via crossing the Tom Stuart Causeway and turning left (south) onto Gulf Blvd., we were able to locate the building almost immediately by looking up and seeing the Arena De Madeira's distinct mint-green color. We no longer needed our GPS.

The house was very clean. It was beautiful inside and out. I was so happy to see extra blankets for when I got chilly in the evening. The house is stocked with everything you need at first. All the guest were happy with their bedrooms and enjoyed the stay. We had a little one with us and she enjoyed the beach toys in the garage. I loved the shower in the master bathroom. No complaints. My group would book this house again.

This was a great place for my family and I to stay in while on vacation..The home is very spacious and all the rooms have cable television in them..The beach is not far from the house and it’s a great restaurant in the community ..We will definitely be rebooking next year for vacation..

Everything was great! Our four legged child loved the back yard. The house was perfect for our stay, walks on the beach, Love the area, great cozy little Cottage on the canal. Bought a new coffee pot for the kitchen, our gift to the cottage.

The place is beautiful, quiet, with a great view. Needs minor repairs outside but they do not detract at all. It says 4 beds but I only found 3 and the upstairs is not very private. The fire place would be grand if it was able to light but no directions on use nor any control was to be found. Asked for directions twice and never got any. Exterior camera placements are a little close to the bedroom windows. Kitchen was grand and well equipped, a Nespresso would have been nice but not necessary. Would be an excellent place for a dinner party (quiet one though). Winter access may be a challenge due to steep roads luckily it’s coast so wet but not too much ice. It was a wonderful two nights. Would come back.

This was our third stay at this condo. We stay there when we visit family members. We return to this unit because of how well it’s maintained. It is always clean, well-stocked and very well-organized in the kitchen in cupboards and drawers. It has a beautiful ocean view and a furnished wrap-around deck. The only drawback is the view of the abandoned buildings on the nearby property, but that is not the fault of the condo owners.

We enjoyed staying at this house immensely! We had three couples in their 40s so it fit us. The pool table, hot tub and fire place made for a wonderful time. The living room, dining room and many patio spaces were enjoyed as well and felt very cozy. It was also very stalked with essentials. The only thing to mention is the upstairs master does not have privacy. The bathroom is very large but connected directly without a door. May not be a problem for some but barn doors would be a suggestion for the owners for privacy. Also a couple of the mattresses were on the hard side so bring a topper if that’s an issue. We did love the house and would rent again.

The condo was clean and check-in was very easy. Everything you needed was furnished. We have stayed at the Commodore many times in the past and love the location. Very quiet area away from the congested areas of Panama City. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at 306-S, Sunset Vistas. The unit was very clean, updated and had a great view of the ocean. The property is really nice with a beautiful beach and pool. For an extra bonus they have a cute cafe, and fun pool bar!!

My best friend and I booked a girls trip at Holi-day by the Sea and we had the best time. The space was perfect for the two of us and well-supplied. We took full advantage of the close proximity to the beach (only about a 7 minutes walk). We enjoyed sunrise walks on the beach each morning. The condo had plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and a cart for us to use. We spent most of our trip relaxing on the beach and it was idyllic. The beach was perfect for people (and dog) watching without feeling crowded. The location was a quick drive to Fish Camp and the Crazy Crab which were delicious and had beautiful views of the lowland. When we chose to eat in, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. We left feeling relaxed and stress free. We can't wait to make this an annual trip! 10/10 recommend!

This is the cutest, most adorable well equipped beach cottage I have ever rented. From the hand made Waverly curtains and matching lamps and couches to every imaginable amenity in the kitchen, bathroom and patio we never wanted to leave. They have thought of everything and we were so cozy we felt like two bugs in a rug. Two blocks from all the restaurants and shopping you could want as well as a 5 minute walk to the ferry to the other island with amusements, stores, eateries and the ocean and the pier. Morning or evening exercise with a walk around the 2.7 mile island and a view of the yachts and mansions. I cannot recommend this unit enough. We were i heaven.

I am so happy we decided to go to Miramar Beach and rent this B315 Unit in Amalfi. It has an excelente location and the Unit is very clean, and more than perfect for 2 couples , we all the utilities and appliances needed. The table in the balcony perfect for eating outside and the May weather and water was perfect!! Ready to go back as soon as we can!!!

We had the best time! The house was beautiful. There was no exaggeration in the descriptions, in fact it was even better than the pictures. The few minor glitches were fixed in minutes, the staff was was awesome. Check in and out was a breeze. The amenities were fantastic. I just wish we had another week to enjoy it.

What can I say, Makani Sands has all the spirit of Aloha. Everyone around us was so amazing and welcoming. We even got invited to a celebration of life for a tenant that had recently passed away at 100 years old, what an honor. Every day we would wake up, go outside, have coffee and a danish from Costco and just sit at our our private beach for at least a half hour to start our day. Everything was exceptional, including proximity. I literally had to walk down like 6 steps to the beach and the next thing I know, I’m swimming with sea turtles. I have nothing bad to say about Makani Sands and everything good to say. I can’t wait to stay there again for our next trip to Maui! Mahalo

House was great and photos were accurate! Space was plenty and the 2 living areas really helped! Location was on point, just 5 minutes to the base of Beaver and 12 min to Vail, Avon is the perfect in between! It is pet friendly so if you have allergies, keep that in mind, animal hair was present.

This place was so cozy and amazing. The location is close to everything. The first full day we rode the gondolas up the mountain and hiked back down. It was a little more than we were used to but we made it so if you're inexperienced hikers like we are make sure to prepare accordingly. This was walking distance from Lift! There are great restaurants and shopping too! A short distance away is the Olympic Park where you can zipline, tube, and ride the alpine coaster. We also made reservations at Red Pine adventures in Canyons Village and went horseback riding. The accomodations covered more than we ever needed with hot tubs, swimming pool, fitness area, and steam room. Thank you for having us! We will definitely be back!

Indian Shores is a great area. Being right on the beach was very nice. For 5 people the Condo was roomy. A very minor complaint is the master shower. If you turned it to good water pressure, it was scalding. When turned down to an acceptable temperature, the water pressure was low.

In February, I stayed 5 days in this beautiful location near Rockaway, OR. Everything was as listed. Stunning views of the ocean, waves crashing. View from hot tub on day 2, saw a whale blow and breasted several times, I even got tan lines! Beds big, luxurious beddings, blankets so soft. Garage was nice to have entry, lots of room inside and out, quick private walk to the beach. It was an amazing trip, even for just myself. Thank you to Chris at iTrip. I will be booking again

We have been staying in North Myrtle for 15 years in the condos and this was our first experience with renting a house in North Beach. The house was fantastic. Super clean, spacious and conveniently located to everything. The master bedroom and bathroom are really, really nice. Beach is a quick walk as is the fitness center. I can assure you that I read all reviews before I stay anywhere and anything less than 5 stars does this place no justice. We'll be back for sure.

This was my first experience using itrip, they were recommended to me from another rental that I've always rented from. Their process was very user friendly and my reservation process was very easy. After picking up my rental packet and getting to my rental, I was more than happy to see the property rental was even better than the pictures on their website. I'm a disabled veteran my rental was very clean the view to the beach was breathtaking. Each room had its own bathroom which made my stay even better. I would definitely use this rental company again and would highly recommend it to all of my family and friends.

The house is fabulous and the views are absolutely lovely! As beautiful as the scenery was in the summer I imagine it's spectacular in the fall as there is a state park across the river from the house and the trees would be stunning when changing color. The house is well appointed, beds are comfortable and the management was attentive to any questions we had as well as great at communicating with us prior to our arrival and while we were there. I would highly recommend the house to anyone - families, girls trips, couples getaways, etc... We ranged in age from 9 to 82 and everyone absolutely loved staying there. The location is great - between Boston and Kennebunkport which is where our two main activities were this trip - and right next to Newburyport which has some really nice restaurants right on the water. We plan on coming back!

We had a great stay at Beaver Creek Landing! The condo was extremely clean and spacious. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well-stocked. Easy access to Avon or to Beaver Creek Village. Check-in and out procedures were straight-forward and the management company was excellent. We hope to be back!

We stayed for one week at this home. We had two adult couples. Very quiet neighborhood. The house was super clean. Mark was quick to respond to our questions. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, pans , etc. unlike other rental houses we have stayed at. They even had salt and pepper!

Second stay with itrip this year at the Barefoot Retreat cottages. In town for a golf tourney and these cottages are great especially for access early mornings to widely ranging golf locations. Once you find a good location, I would check the bedding(hard beds/pillows) as there is little consistency from one unit to another. Will definitely be back

Everything was so wonderful! The communication before our stay, the digital guide book (seriously amazing!), the check in and out process- was all so easy and appreciated. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect space for our weekend getaway!

We liked our condo very much. It was roomy & comfortable. The wifi was plenty fast and it was nice to have a full set of tools available in the kitchen. We (mostly our 7-year-old) were mildly disappointed by the fact that the bunk bed pictured in the Air BnB photos wasn't present, and one of the toilets was a little finicky, but overall there wasn't enough to take away a star.

Everything with the house was perfect will definitely pass around info about the air b&b! The only problem there was! There is a man that lives behind the house is a gang member and approached my boys and tried to intimidate my kids which was a little scary all because my boys knocked on his door to retrieve a ball that my granddaughter kicked over but they were not home! About an hour later they left he followed them all the way to cvs watched them then followed back to the house and jumped out and kept saying he was in a gang and who were they representing and my granddaughter was with my boys at the time all this was taking place

We went for our honeymoon and could not say enough amazing things about this place! Great and secluded but right in the heart of a bustling district of Austin with amazing food, shopping, and nightlife! The staff and communication was great and they are thoughtful and responsive in everything. Truly an amazing trip!

My family and I had an amazing time at 34 Sea Club. The condo was clean and very comfortable for my family. The a/c was very cold! We are from South Florida, so we know heat :) The host was easy to communicate with and the local shops were walking distance. The beaches were beautiful and very close by, just a walk across the street!

Unit 3 at Northern Lights exceeded our every expectation. The home was within very easy walking distance to the slopes, restaurants, and shops. The location couldn't have been better. We have a large family, so the home offered enough space for everyone to spread out and relax once we were off the slopes. The hot tub was such a wonderful amenity to have. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had sharp knives and a Keurig machine. The washer/dryer are new and spacious. There were two gaming tables and a boot dryer in the garage. I highly recommend this rental to anyone.

Great communication right from the start with all the info we needed upon arrival. As soon as we walked in after our long drive we felt right at home. The house is spotless and pleasant with a nice beach decor. Comfortable beds and furniture and kitchen necessities to get you started. We really liked the areas recycling program which was easy to use. Cold AC. It’s also in a very nice well cared for neighborhood. We appreciate everything.

We loved the condo! The location was great... super easy to get to and around town and perfect for shopping. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The pool was great and super convenient. The condo was very clean and comfortable. All around a beautiful place to stay and we would definitely return.

We thought the apartment was great! It was clean, we loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The location was great. One reviewer mentioned it not being a great area, we disagree. Upon arrival it is definitely "up and coming", however you were two blocks to great food and bars! We felt very safe walking around. All sorts of college kids, families, people out walking their dogs!It's a decent walk to the water front & market (30 minutes.) At night, we took an Uber to go out!

ITrip outdid themselves with this wonderful apartment on Hypolita in St. Augustine. The apartment is in a delightful quiet part of town, with walking access to everything you want to see and plenty of restaurants. From the moment we booked we were kept up to date with clear info. On arrival… WOW .. this unit blew our minds!! The location was awesome, seeing dolphins from the balcony regularly. The Unit was spotlessly clean, fully equipped and tastefully done out. The pool was great, hot tub was .. hot.. parking is right under and easy. Walking distance to the beach and pier 60 … loads of places to eat, jet skiing across the road. What more could you want !! Oh a Cat3 hurricane idalia. ITtrip kept us informed and we were evacuated by Pinellas for 2 nights which was an experience but was all good and safe and returned as soon as safe .. Can’t wait to to rebook and return !!!

Just a few houses from the beach, this home was the ideal location for a quiet family beach trip. There were sand toys, a wagon, and some folding chairs in the garage that were perfect for our days the beach. You can hear the ocean from the house, and the hammock and rocking chairs were great to place to spend some quiet time. The home is spacious enough that our family was able to spread out in the house. Plenty of pots/pans/dishes etc. to cook meals at home. Overall the home met our needs and we would rent this location again. Kure Beach is a beautiful town and we look forward to visiting this home again.

Spacious accommodations - we had five adults (two couples) and two kids -- and there was enough room for everyone to feel like they had their "own" space. Just as nice as the pictures depict it to be. We would definitely stay there again!

My husband and I along with our two adult children (25, 22) stayed for a week at Now and Zen. We enjoyed how easy it was to walk to the beach. We also had everything we needed (as advertized). The home is well decorated in soothing colors and up-to-date decor. We enjoyed relaxing in the mornings and evenings on the balcony. The neighborhood is mostly sleepy and quiet. As far as local places to eat, we recommend Britt's Doughnuts, El Cazador's, Freddie's (call to make reservations), Hang Ten, and Michael's Seafood. As far as activities, our family took surf lessons at Tony Silvagni's and attended an outdoor church service on Sunday. We also walked, biked, and ran on the trail located west of the home. Nearby, we explored historical, downtown Wilmington, NC where we ran on the boardwalk, shopped, and toured the USS North Carolina. If you're a history buff, this is a great place to visit! For those traveling from the midwest, we flew into Raleigh, but realized later that Myrtle Beach, SC may have been a little closer. Finally, expect to pay for parking whether in Carolina Beach or Wilmington. We walked to the beach and ate at restaurants where parking was free. However, we weren't able to completely avoid paying for parking during our stay. Now and Zen is a great home away from home with plenty of great things to do nearby! We highly recommend!

“We truly enjoyed our experience staying at LuLu’s Key House. We stayed in the upstairs unit and loved it! From walking to the village every morning for donuts, to enjoying the view by swinging every evening on the front porch. We loved that the village and the beach was so close. Really enjoyed walking to all the shops and restaurants. The pool was also very enjoyable! You can literally show up with just your suitcase! Stop by the grocery store and you are set! They have all he extras that make it a home away from home. Washer, dryer, beach towels, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, rafts, etc. I will stay here again!!! ”

Our family debated between 2 places to stay - one being a bit further from the “action” which would require a car. We chose this unit and couldn’t have been happier. Not only does it face the gulf and overlooks the pool on the second floor, but it is just steps away (across the street) from the Johns Pass Boardwalk which we frequented every day. The unit itself was clean and had everything we needed including beach towels, umbrella and chairs. One thing to note which wasn’t clear in the listing is the living room couch is not a pull out. But there is a daybed (in addition to the main king bed) in the bedroom that has a pull out trundle. To give the privacy to the kids and adults, we moved the two daybed mattresses into the living room (super easy). Another benefit was the extra sink/vanity in the storage closet that’s just off the bedroom - this was helpful considering there was just one main bathroom to share. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend bringing a fan/sound machine to block out the noise as the trash chute is right near the unit and is very loud (and it can get noisy hearing all the neighbors running around). One covered parking spot near the stairwell and coin operated laundry (outside the unit) was convenient. Overall I would recommend!

This was our second stay at Tranquility Base in about 8 weeks. Beautiful home in fabulous Kure Beach. I brought my daughter and son and my daughters boyfriend. More than enough space! Master bedroom is spacious, comfortable and the bathroom is over the top nice. We love the location of being a short walk to the beach access and far enough back for peace and quiet. I would live in the House year round and I don’t say that about many rentals. Kitchen is very nice but could use some baking pans and a couple of mixing bowls. We will definitely be back as we always have a relaxing and enjoyable time and look forward to coming back soon!

Great location and very spacious condo for our family of 5. We have 3 teenagers and this place allowed us to all have space. Each bedroom is big. The laundry and kitchen in the unit are perfect for a family. Loved the proximity to the ski lifts. The walk is short but if you want to take the shuttle it is only 1 stop to drop you off at the cabriolet. We hope to be back soon.

We stayed at Silver Shells St. Croix 405 and it was absolutely beautiful. This condo fit all of our needs and then some. First they had everything you could need in the kitchen, including a coffee pot and a keurig. Second we did not have to rush out to the store because there was toilet paper, soap, paper towels, dish and dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent already there. We did buy some and replenish to pay it forward. Third the condo is updated and decorated so pretty. We never had to wait for an elevator. It was a great location. We had fun at the beach bar and pool. The beach was spectacular! It was perfect for our stay. We hope to go back there again in the near future and would definitely stay here again. Lastly when I called with some questions before our trip they were so helpful and kind. We highly recommend staying here.

My family of 5 chose to stay in the Panhandle of FL this trip. We picked a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit at the Commodore in Panama City Beach. It was wonderful! Our unit was on the 11th floor with an amazing view of the beach and the gulf from the full deck. Coffee out there every morning was so nice. The unit is newly remodeled and all the furnishings are very nice. Beds were so comfortable. Ample towels for our entire clan. Washer and Dryer in the unit are high quality, as well as all the other top of the line appliances. Very clean throughout. We will definitely stay here again should our travels take us to this fine city again. We used a couple of the "free" activity perks as well. Golf is on a temp course, and the club rental price more than made up for the "free greens fee". BYO if possible.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our family vacation to Park City and Westgate 4404AB. The unit is beautifully furnished, spacious and centrally located to all the amenities Westgate has to offer (multiple pools, game room, restaurants, tennis courts, spa, Canyons Village and much more). The free shuttle is key and takes you all around Park City. You never have to drive any place. The condo's host was very helpful and responsive. I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. We will be back for sure!

Clean--bed was very comfortable-- close to the lake ( and Lilly's landing)- ac worked great!! The only thing I didn't like is that we were not able to grill. They had a small electric George foreman so I did pork-steaks one at a time on it and they turned out better than expected.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The owner has thought of every detail. The condo was as clean as an operating room. The air conditioning blew arctic cold air. Every amenity you’d need for a beach vacation is covered. Conveniently located within walking distance of the pier, shopping, and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at Beach Blessing! It was perfect for our small family including our dog. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed the large TV in the living room. We enjoyed the swing out front and in the backyard, along with the beautiful flower garden! We also made use of the bikes and went on many walks over the scenic bridge to the beach, about 10-15 minute walk. The cottage is very clean and everything is in working order. We would stay here again!

Unit and location were great. Couches and big chair in main room were very comfortable. Itrip Management was super responsive for everything. My only improvements would be Master Shower could use improvement - better shower-head and easier way to turn on without getting soaked and we did hear a lot of different sounds from the unit above us. Not sure if it was running water or what but a lot of various noises that were annoying at times. Otherwise, great place.

The condo itself is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked (which we appreciate since we cook a lot)! The hot tub was a 10 second walk from our door, however the upper village pool was closed which we didn’t find out until after we arrived. Communication could have been better…it was difficult to find who to contact. Once you got a hold of someone they were extremely helpful! The condo was spotless when we arrived and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

This was the most beautiful house we rented in La Quinta. Big rooms, lots of light, amazing pool and hot tub. The views are incredible ...and the "FUN" we had looking at every golfer tee off right from the hot tub.. with a drink on hand! Just the best! The house was very clean at our arrival, and the cleaning team came right at check out time. The house has everything you might need: Full kitchen, pool towels, pool toys, lots of extra bath towels. They also supply little shampoo, conditioner and soaps. Lots of extra cleaning supplies. The Casita is so cute! Great for a couple or two people that do not mind sharing a double bed. Is out of the way and very quiet. It has its own entrance, bathroom in suit and a big closet with a mini fridge. Fantastic!! The only thing I would say, is that the laundry machines are old so they are very loud. We just had to manage laundry during the day time, before everyone got in bed. If you are traveling with kids be aware that all the beds are doubles. We had a teen girl and a boy that didn't want to share a bed, so we end up with a blow up mattress (there is one in the house) in the tv area. Not big deal, but it is not ideal for a family with kids. Another thing that was outstanding, was the fast and direct communication with the property management group. They reply right away and helped us with every little question. Thank you, Rozet! Overall, this house was amazing! A Golf Paradice! We are looking forward to rent it again soon :)

This condo was well equipped and was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay which was 4 nights and 5 days. The owners even let us stay late on our last day as we had a late flight and wanted to swim a little before going home. The condo was clean and well cared for and updated. The location was excellent and easy to get around town. I will stay at this particular condo again as it had lots of room and we felt it was a great lay out and would have been comfortable for even 4 people if we had had any of our older kids with us. It was just 2 of us but 4 would have worked fine also.

We had a good stay the condo was ok. 1084 really needs some updates. We had two other family members in our party staying at the Broadwalk and their condo's were really much nicer then ours. They have been updated and have had a little bite more tender loving care then ours. You could not move in the bed with out the headboard banging. Get rid of all those decorative pillows they are just a pain to take off and put on the bed each day....YUCK.....Get a new broom so that you can sweep up the sand the broom is so wore out! There was also no dust pan. Needs a new frying pan! Table and chairs on the patio really are in need of repainting or replacement. The pool should be open earlier then 10 a.m. and there should be a bathroom by the pool. Parking situation is horrible! I would not come back to this condo, I would check out a different place if I were to come back to Gulf Shores.

Thank you for your recent stay! Saddened to hear of the issues you faced and sorry that you didn’t report any of them allowing us the chance to make your time pleasant. Now that we are aware of some of the issues we will have them addressed. Beginning with the banging headboard and evaluating the patio furniture to see what can be done. I can’t imagine a unit without decorative pillows, as those could have just been place in the bedroom closet if they were such a bother. We can deliver a new broom, dustpan, and frying pan delivered to the unit. The pool however is a common area and not managed by the onsite team or the association. Having the pool hours changed or adding a bathroom poolside does not fall under our umbrella, however the onsite management/association have the authority to make those type changes. We appreciate your feedback!

The photos don’t do it justice. This place was clean, the perfect size for 6 and only steps away from their largest pool! To top it off, it’s only a couple blocks from the beach, restaurants and bars. I can’t wait to book again!

Close to the historic district but we drove to the city garage to sight see. Lovely apartment. Very comfortable. Great for a quick getaway. One bathroom, 2 bedrooms. Nicely decorated. Great for 3 or 4 people. Would recommend this apt. Had no issues. Price was right!

We were a group of 6 couples. This house was wonderful. There were plenty of spaces for us to gather as a group or get away for a little quiet. The house is located very close to the neighboring houses, so quiet hours need to be taken seriously. The only criticism I have is that the pictures don't really do the property justice. We would love to return!

The house was a great touchdown point for our girls' weekend in the area! You can walk to the beach but we liked to ride bikes to the beach access every day. NOTE: the beach access has VERY LITTLE parking so you should plan on walking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at S'more Fun. Communication was excellent, the unit was exactly as described, had everything we needed, and was warm and inviting. The unit is spacious and great for large families. The backyard view of Black Creek is spectacular! Driving up to the unit feels like you are in a secluded place but you're only minutes away from supermarkets and restaurants. Look forward to staying there again!

stayed at same Lighthouse 208 3 of 4 last years and just love the place. Zero entry is fantastic for my little ones (and this old grandma :-) )There was a rowdy kids ball team there that kind of were obnoxious by spitting off 14th floor onto people and dropping ceramic coffee cups off balcony but the security staff was fantastic watching out for everyone! You can't go wrong with this unit! When I win the lottery, I'm buying this unit from the owners :-) Hope the owners don't mind but we left behind a book so each future guest may put their experience and helpful suggestions for restaurants, dolphin rides, etc. Hope to be back soon! Thank you all so much!

we loved at our stay at 800 Las Fuentes (Bella Vida). The space was clean and spacious and tastefully decorated and had a great layout for a family (open space). The pool in the back was amazing and also private. The staff (especially Kari) was so attentive to our needs both before and during our stay!

The views from the HUGE upstairs balcony was breathtaking! From the deck you see beautiful dunes and blue waters. It’s picture perfect. The beach itself is not overcrowded, we had plenty of room to spread out, and very clean! The accommodations were beyond expectations! Pros: -Private beach access (only shared with 2 or 3 other units on the property) Beautiful beach -Gorgeous views from balcony -Open floor plan living -King beds in 2 of the rooms and a bunk room -Laundry room was a great plus -Very large comfortable sectional! -Impressed by gate at the top of stairs for little ones-they’ve thought of everything!! -Property managers are helpful when needed, but give you your space. We had great interactions when needed (extra propane for gas grill was taken care of promptly). Cons: I really can’t think of anything substantial, if I had to nitpick, the walk to the beach is a little long, but I believe that’s common for the area. Can’t really complain as it allows for the natural beauty of the sand dunes. Overall: I’d 100% recommend this place! I’m already beginning to plan a second trip soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Valhalla 11 and will try to book it again for our times we need to stay in Whistler for our bike races. Great location in relation to the amenities of the village and the path system. Loved sitting on the deck every morning and evening. It felt like home for the week we were there. Only issue was getting the vehicle into the parking garage with the ski box on top. We had to unload that and store it in the vehicle for the week so we could park the truck underground. Just of note for others with large vehicles. Thanks Bob for setting us up with accommodation on such short notice for Crankworxs. See you next season

My family really enjoyed our stay at Bella Mar. We had absolutely everything we needed for the week. The house is beautiful and perfect for our family of 10 as well as the dog. The house is conveniently located near the beach, good restaurants and grocery stores. It also came furnished with beach equipment which made the kids happy. The instructions provided prior to check in were very thorough and communications throughout our stay were easy and helpful. It was great to be able to reach out via text to get a quick response to our needs. If we’re ever in the NC area and in need of a beach home, we know who to contact.

Unlike the previous renter we were warned about the construction taking place and so we have little complaint about it. The accommodation can take 4 people easily, and 2 others should you wish. The penthouse provided views of Blackcomb Mountain and was ideal for a relaxing evening looking out. On our last night, of 3, we unfortunately encountered the downside of condo living. Our neighbours returned from, what sounded, a good night out at around 11.30pm... At around 1.45am I'd had enough of their shouting and hollering and then I shouted down the hall for them to keep the noise down. At around 2am they went to bed and all things returned to as they'd been for our first two nights. I let the management company know about the above, by email, and all I've heard back by reply is this request for a 5 star review. The owner of this property has a nice condo and shouldn't suffer from the random renters that take up occupancy next door... but if it is the same management company then they should better control who they allocate rentals to.

However we do not manage that unit and only manage 1 other unit in that building so the guests are out of our control. We are happy you enjoyed your stay despite disrespectful neighbors

This house is perfection! Everything was just as pictured, updated furnishings, very clean and cared for. The number of bedrooms was great for multiple families, with almost every room having an en suite. The best part of the house is the private backyard!!! The pool was spacious while still having plenty of yard to play. Plus access to your own private dock was great for fishing and enjoying the view! I would totally recommend and plan to come back!!!

We rented this condo the week of 6/6/15 through 6/13/15. The condo was wonderful, very spacious. Having the three bathrooms and three bedrooms worked great for our group. The living room and kitchen were bigger than the usual condos also. The beach area was wonderful and just a short walk from the condo. We have stayed in Orange Beach many times and this was our favorite condo thus far. We plan on renting it again in the future.

We loved staying at this house. It was everything we hoped it would be, as well as a great location. Very clean and had everything we needed. We stayed for 2 weeks and didn’t want to leave. We even checked to see if we could get an extension to our time, but it was rented already. We are definitely be going back and can’t wait. We had the most amazing Thanksgiving vacation are this property! Everything we needed for an unforgettable family vacation! The kitchen had everything needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. The location was PERFECT, the kids had endless hours of fun playing in the snow in the “open” backyard! We will definitely be staying here for future Thanksgiving holidays!

We had a great day at this condo where we met with some of our friends and spent five days skiing. Easy access to blackcomb gondola on a trail and we could ski back To the condo on a different trail. The condo is beautiful And well stocked. we had a great stay.

The perfect place for my coworkers and I to stay during a brief business trip. The house is huge with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have privacy, and the living room/kitchen area gave us a cozy space to hang out together when we wanted. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Clean towels, bed sheets, and anything you might need in the kitchen. The hot tub right off the back porch was an added bonus. The location is within convenient walking distance of restaurants, shops, and bars downtown, albeit there are some good uphills to contend with. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The hosts made sure we had all the information we needed before check-in, and followed up to make sure we were settled in once we arrived. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book again when we visit next!

Our family from Alabama spent a glorious week skiing at Park City. The 2 bedroom 2bath Sundial condo easily accommodated the 6 of us. It was well equipped , clean and cozy. All the staff were very helpful and upbeat. We needed to unwind from a very hectic life and this was just what we needed! Nothing like the fresh mountain air and being able to play in the snow! This is the sixth time we have stayed at the Royal Kahana, and the first time to stay in #1209. The condo was great! Nicely updated remodel, lovely decorations and a very comfortable King size bed. We always rent "Oceanfront" and this is one of the best. We had a couple of questions for the management company and they responded immediately with answers. Best of all, when it came time to check out (which is 11:00 am) we asked if it would be possible to get a later check out time and they were gracious enough to allow it at no extra charge. This definitely helped, as most flights off the island to the mainland are a red-eye and don't leave until late evening. I do realize that is only available if there is no one renting the following day, but they still didn't have to do it - so we very much appreciated the consideration. We very much recommend this rental!

We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge - Antlers - A33. It was spacious, plenty of room for us and our teenage Grandchildren. There are plenty of things to do in Breckenridge for teenagers, the Rec Center and skate-board park were hot spots for us. The pool and hot tub were very nice as well accessible via short walk or short drive from the condo. As far as the condo, it could probably use a little bit of fresh paint, but other than that it was perfect. Antlers-A33 is well maintained and I would recommend it to family, friends and strangers! The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots/pans utensils and even spices and things which was very helpful. The bus stop to town was just across the street or an easy walk down the hill to Main Street where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Breckenridge is a great town any time of year. Summit County is very accommodating to guests offering shuttle buses around town and all through the county. So if you don’t want to drive, you really don’t have to once you arrive. Take advantage of all of the free shuttles.

Wonderful location across the street from the beach club, beach access and the club pool. Condo was roomy and had a nice layout. Parking was easy to access and convenient. Our stay at Lagoon Tower 1101 was OUTSTANDING!! The condo was exceptional! It was spacious, clean, and well equipped! THE VIEWS, OMG, amazing from every room. My favorite place to hang out was our balcony while enjoying my morning cup of coffee seeing dolphins and hearing the waves crash! Just simply relaxing :) The private access beach was just a short walk from the condo. Security guard, Ernie, was very kind and extremely helpful. Lagoon Tower is located in safe and quiet area but still close to shopping and restaurants by car. Property manager was very quick to respond and genuinely cared about our needs. we loved the place but have stayed there before when our friends owned it. on the downstairs bedrooms it would be nice to have some stand up fans for circulation, those bedrooms got a little warm. In the master bathroom we had issues using the plug by the vanity for the hair dryer, it kept going off and we had to go to breaker box BUT they had that same issue when I stayed before. it's one of the best condo's we have stayed in and I always stay in Inland harbor, coming for 21 year. thanks. kim

We recently stayed at Unit I269 in Napili Shores. Very nice, the view was outstanding. Close enough to walk to the beach, and run back and forth for drinks/snacks/restrooms. End unit, 2nd floor. Only drawback to that all the other 2nd floor units walk by your front door to get to their units. Napili Shores is a nice complex, it appeared to be fairly kid friendly. There are several grills on the grounds, they are gas, which is a big bonus. Two restaurants on the grounds, we only ate lunch at the Gazebo once. Two pools, laundry room, a large grassy area. We will be staying again.

What an amazing stay at Steelhead Villa! Loads of space to spread out. Everything was super clean, working properly and organized. We wanted for nothing here. Immaculate from top to bottom. Just a gem of a find in McCall and the price was beyond fair. Tim and Darlene are the perfect hosts and have thought of everything. The kids lived swimming in the crystal clean pool, the outdoor fire pit, biking in nature and so much space to hang out at home base. I can’t think of a single complaint and would highly recommend. We will return!!

This villa was cute, modern and clean. Love the decor! The grounds were beautiful. We were able to enjoy the swing looking out to the beach and even took a nap in the hammock. It was so relaxing and peaceful. Only recommendation would be to have a Keurig Coffee Maker. Thank you for having us!!

My Fiancée and her daughter had an absolutely wonderful week at the property. When we arrived we were really impressed on the cleanliness of the home. The property was exactly as described. This is the nicest condo in the best location. Not only is the condo super clean, but it’s huge. The kitchen contains any appliance, dish, or utensil you could think of. You can sit at the breakfast bar and enjoy the view of the ocean which is across the street. Or you could sit at the cozy kitchen table and still enjoy the view. The condo’s private pool is a great place to enjoy a relaxing and quiet dip to cool off if you don’t want to walk across the street to the beach. You pretty much have it to yourself too. We saw maybe three people in the pool during our 9 days here. I would definitely stay here again! Loved everything about the place.

The home was immaculate when we arrived. Very close to Disney and everything you need close by! We thoroughly enjoyed stay there. The property manager was very quick to respond to every message, so communication was great! My only suggestion would be a fan on the back porch. It was very hot in July watching the kiddos swim and there were no wash clothes in bathroom or kitchen. I bought some and left them there for the next renter because it was such a minor thing when everything else was so great!

I'm a real estate professional in South Florida and I must say that I'm very picky with just about anything involving a home and the person helping me! Tammy was just a fresh of breath air. Her detail to attention, special accomodations and just good old-fashioned great customer service made this trip so much better. The home is amazing and the layout is very unique. We've been enjoying every single day in the home so much that we don't even want to go out! Thank you to Tammy and Neil for making this a special vacation for us during these times!
