The house worked perfect for our family of 10! We loved the layout and location. The house was super comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back. The people at iTrip Vacations St. Augustine were also great hosts—informative, responsive, and accommodating to all of our needs. Two examples: there weren't beach chairs at the property per the listing details, so the property manager dropped off 4 chairs the next morning; about half way through the week there was an issue with the upstairs AC unit. The host had a technician out to fix the issue within the hour. These things happen no matter how great a property is, and having a host and property manager that is on top of things makes all the difference.

Our service from Itrip was very courteous and considerate. Easy check-in with door code. Condo nicely clean and ready for us. Beds comfortable, and spacious living areas with comfortable seating, My recommendations would be to include a few staples, salt and pepper and coffee filters upon arrival would be nice. And, maybe a few more hangers in each bedroom. Had a few days of problem with the complex elevator not always working and then completely out of service Friday night and Saturday ( 8 flights of stairs checking out with luggage), not easy for senior citizens. When we informed our agent at Itrip, that glitch was handled very promptly and fairly. Our stay was very nice and we would surely visit again.

We drove from Orlando to Bonita Springs (3 hour drive) after an exciting but exhausting trip to Disney World and Universal Studios. Let me tell you...this is just what the doctor ordered. I can honestly say that the pictures online of the house and pool are absolutely accurate. The house was beautifully decorated with comfort as a top priority. The pool and spa were amazing...pool lighting at night was the kid's favorite. We were able to fish on the dock in the river behind the house and we even saw a dolphin swimming! We drove a short distance to Barefoot beach and the Naples Pier. Both beaches were clean, beautiful, emerald green water, and lightly populated (which we enjoyed). We traveled with 12 family members (ages 11-62) and it accommodated everyone easily. Our family has traveled together for the past 21 summers and everyone has voted this house/pool as our favorite. Thank you Tammy and Neil for meeting our needs during our stay.

We are an active family of 6 (4 kids ages 10-14) and the Island House was perfect for us. There was plenty of room, the house was immaculate and had everything you need, and the location cannot be beat. The beach is beautiful and the sunrises are spectacular. Great restaurants and activities abound. We cannot recommend Island House enough and we certainly hope to return sooner than later.

Perfect home for our stay for vacation and visiting family. Very comfortable fit for my family of 5 - my toddler and infant included. Had plenty of amenities for the beach, everything to cook and eat meals. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Location. Unit was clean and well laid out. The loft is good for family members or weekend friends- it is open to the main living area so noise needs to be considered depending on who is sleeping up there. Storage in the loft is adequate, good chest of drawers, but no hanging closet. Glacier lodge facilities were good.

Beautiful three bedroom condo right on the beach and a few steps from the pool. Well stocked kitchen and clean accommodations. We had an issue with the coffee maker and it was replaced immediately. We will definitely come back.

Our family loves spending Thanksgiving at North Beach. The location is perfect with beautiful homes, a walk to the beach, pools, and many attractions close by. November 2021 was another great family Thanksgiving. This year our accommodations were at 498 Banyan Place. It was a perfect home for our family. A beautiful home with a short walk down to the beach and pools. The home was clean and met all of our needs. The home looked exactly as the pictures shown on line, which is very refreshing to see. We would love to spend another Thanksgiving there. We have done our booking through Itrip for many years. Sally has been wonderful to work with. She is very prompt in responding to any questions that we have. We never worry about our accommodations through Itrip. Sally has always made sure that we are well taken care of. Thank you, Sally for making our stay at North Beach over the years a joyous time with our family.

The Little Neil Condo 10 was modern and recently renovated. That is difficult to find in Aspen. It’s located right in the middle of every Aspen has to offer. You can easily walk to the gondola. The management company helped with any issues we had and was very responsive!

We had a great stay at The Lazy Palm! The house was very clean and well equipped. The location is great…just a quick 4-minute walk to the beach! We really enjoyed hanging out in the pool in the evenings after being at the beach all day!

This home was decorated beautifully with cozy furnishings, high end touches and a great distance from the beach. We absolutely loved the golf cart! The pool was nice, and we appreciated the elevator to haul suitcases up and down. We felt very spoiled during our stay! I would definitely recommend this house!

We stayed at Marketplace Lodge unit 207 this week, and it was awesome! Newly renovated, modern suite with two bedrooms. Right on top of the IGA, so super convenient as well. We'll definitely be coming back in the future!

We stayed here for a ski trip and it could not have been better. The condo was perfect in every way. Very conveniently located and super close to the lifts and restaurants. Seemless check in and check out and property management was very attentive and proactive. Can't wait to come back!

Spectacular place overlooking Strands Beach and points north, all the way to Long Beach. Pool. Fireplace. Walk to surfing. The only small negative is the soft-ish beds. We are planning on returning next year.

This guesthouse is simply dreamy. It's location in the mountains makes it the perfect scenic oasis. I spent a cozy snowy weekend there. When I travel, I want where I stay to be therapeutic, so that I return home feeling refreshed and energized. I felt that way after just 2 days here. The kitchen was updated and has everything you could ask for - clearly done by someone who loves to cook. The towels are plush. Everything is sparkling clean. There's a beautiful view of the mountains from the bathroom. I slept better than I had in months, woke up ready to greet the day, and could have stayed cozy in the house all weekend long. This would be a wonderful getaway destination at any time of the year. I hope to return and experience it in springtime or summer, too, when I can take a cup of coffee outside in my barefeet and enjoy the beautiful views.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was close to everything….Fashion Island, Balboa Island, Corona del Mar, the beach. The location is perfect. The inside is clean and spacious, everything was easy to find.

Paradise Found is a great property. We found that it met our needs and exceeded our expectations. The property was clean and well maintained, the essentials for our stay were well stocked. The hot tub was working well and was easily accessible for both young and old. I was prepared with light bulbs and batteries (having learned from previous vacation rentals) but I didn't need them at this property. I will be checking with iTrip first when we choose our next vacation.

We live in the area and had family come in for the holidays and needed a place for them to stay. Grandmas Rest East worked out well for us. Though the exterior building is on the older side, we were very pleased with the cleanliness and size of this unit. Both the air was clean (important for those with asthma) and the furnishing were clear. The large balcony extended from the bedroom to the living room. The unit was pleasantly quiet and we received positive feedback from family members who stayed there that they appreciated the ease of walking out on the beach - a peaceful respite that provided a nice contrast to the sometimes hectic and crowded atmosphere at our house when we all gathered. The iTrip staff were easy to work with. Once during the stay I sent a text message to iTrip when a lightbulb burned out and got a quick response. The condo requires parking permits and they had some blank ones in the guide book in the unit. The property office was available during limited hours (9-1) on weekdays to provide parking passes and they recorded the make and model of vehicle so they don't accidentally tow you.

Truly enjoyed the hospitality and beauty of this home! The pool and hot tub were great. This home has a lot of stuff to offer and a short drive from chimney rock/ lake lure. Will be coming back.

This spot is idea for really any time of trip to st Augustine! From families trying to stay walking distance to downtown but not spend arm and leg! Or a pair of couples catching a show at the amp that don’t want to catch a dui or pay for parking!! We love our stay and we’re there 23 Nights and highly recommend family and friends

This was an excellent place for my friend and I to stay while I was doing some work in the area to get my condo ready to re-open. This out second year in unit 103 and it’s simply amazing! It’s spacious for our family of 5, has a huge balcony overlooking the water and is right across from John’s Pass! We will definitely be returning.

Our family throughly enjoyed our time in this duplex. The open floor plan made entertaining easy. We never heard a peep out of the adjoining duplex despite being occupied and our 3 children were able to sleep soundly in the downstairs bedrooms without being disturbed by the adults upstairs. The layout was simply perfect. The proximity to Beeaver Creek and Vail made for a managable Chritsmas vacation for our young family and the sledding hill walking distance form the duplex was a great bonus. We would be happy to return to the property - perhaps permanenetly if you ever are ready to sell!

We had a small group drive up from Denver to stay at the condo in Steamboat. We had a great time. The condo was stocked with what we needed for meals, everyone had a bed, and the common areas offered plenty of seating for everyone. The fire place was cozy and the patio/grill were a nice addition that you don't often get. The personal sauna was also a nice touch!

This home has it all, comfort, space, well equipped, game room, lots of parking and more. There was 11 of us and all felt that they had their own space in the 3 bedrooms, 2 full and 2 half bathrooms in the house and 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a hide-a-bed in the living area of the apartment attached to the shop. There is a game room downstairs that makes it perfect for entertainment. The deck on the house overlooks a beautiful landscaped yard with a pond. We were there with a family getaway and we all enjoyed the home and was impressed with the decor, furnishings, well equipped kitchen and the abundance of bathroom towels. It was great due to the location as well.. Kudos to the owners and property managers of this beautiful home.

We loved its location! Right at the end of a hall, a few moments walk to the beach. Everyone was laid back we encountered. The staff and security were chill! I feel like everyone around me just wanted to have a good time so it made for a better trip. I would stay in 1136 again most definitely!

The place is nice with quick access to the beach. Well maintained house and not far of a drive to city and other attractions. Only one mile to grocery store. Multiple dessert shops near by. I would recommend anyone to stay at this location. The owners are very tentative to your needs.

We three essential workers traveled to Hollis House for a much needed break during Covid times. This house gave us a much needed mid week break to decompress over such stressful days. The porch is SO NICE!____Pros:____ 5-7 minute walk from the beach on a quiet road__ Good AC__ Comfortable Beds__ Well stocked kitchen with pans, toaster, microwave utensils (would've been nice to have basics like sugar and pepper but they weren't promised so that's ok)__ Plenty of room to park. The city is charging for parking so leaving our cars and walking or biking was a great option__ Great communication from rental people__ less than a mile to Britt's Donuts and Crush

From the second you walk in, the stresses of the world will immediately go away. The house has a very open layout, giving you the ability to (literally) stretch out and relax. From a peaceful morning coffee one of the two decks. To dipping your feet into the lake, this house has got it all. With 2 kitchens and family rooms it give you the ability to separate the noisy (kiddos) to the quiet (adults). My only criticism, would be the comfort of the beds. They all seem to sink in the middle. Overall the house is amazing and I can’t saint to come back.

Had a fantastic time at this great little unit. It had all the amenities needed and everything was up to date and of upper quality. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice comfortable clean and great views to stay at this unit. Do not let the Murphy bed scare you away, this bed was absolutely comfortable as my own bed.

We had an amazing time at this house. Excellent walkable location next to the old mill and the river, close to downtown, and super easy to access the mountain and biking trails. We had a bonfire and grilled every night. The wood burning fireplace was a nice touch and the house is well laid out and very clean. 10 out of 10 would stay here every time we go to Bend.

Our family loved everything about our stay. The proximity to food/shopping and beach/pool were very ideal. Definitely go kayaking through mangrove tunnels. Not even a mile away. We'll be back Lido Key!

The Baker Creek Retreat was the perfect place for our family stay during Linfield University's graduation. The house had ample space, was well equipped inside and outside. The home is in a peaceful neighborhood which was nice to walk in each morning. The location is central to everything we needed to do. ITrip was great with communication, and we highly recommend Baker Creek Retreat.

I liked this room at the Commodore. It was nice and clean upon arrival. Everything we needed was furnished. Even though this room says it can accommodate 4 people, in my opinion it is better suited for a couple. Great beach view from the balcony.

The house was outstanding. It's up in the foothills with great views from inside and on the front porch. We had coffee outside on the porch every morning and enjoyed the cool air and the mountains. Hummingbirds visited, and two moose walked right by the side window and ate for a while one evening. Just a short drive into town whenever you want to go. We will definitely go back.

Great place to stay: We had the most amazing vacation while staying in this bungalow! It is in the perfect location. It is close to the beach as well as many shops and restaurants. The home at 27 Heritage Rd was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room for the family, with a great kitchen/living room for evening meals and hanging out. The house was extremely clean, with top notch fixtures and features. No issues at all to report, and we were already saying this would be our go to house in the future when visiting Hilton Head.

We go to the Emerald Coast every summer but this was our first time using iTrip Beaches Of Alabama LLC. From start to finish, they were outstanding to work with. The condo we remted was our favorite one so far. We always rent one overlooking the beach, so we can hear it from condo, but this one was RIGHT ON THE BEACH. It was only steps to the sand, closest of any and very easy walk. The beach was very well maintained and right next to a private beach so it was very spacious and not crowded. The pool was also right there, all very accessible. The condo was very roomy and well layed out. The patio was accessible from both the master bedroom (which had a mini living room) and also from the main living room. Parking spots were tight but very manageable and we never had an issue of not finding a spot, no matter the time. Never an issue with a wait for the elevators as they were quick and efficient. If I was pressed to find a con, to counter the LONG list of pros, I think I would say that the bathroom door (which is a sliding pocket door) should be replaced with a standard door. The sliding one is a pain and very loud. I would not hesitate to rent this condo again amd FOR SURE will be using iTrip Beaches Of Alabama LLC for any future trips to Orange Beach... which will hopefully be very soon.

I was worried the walk to the beach would be too far, but it wasn't. My room was comfortable. We had what we needed in the kitchen and living room. Good restaurants were nearby. The beach was not too crowded. The company we rented from was attentive and followed up with any needs. I recommend.

This home is wonderful. Very clean and plenty of room for large families. Home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The only downfall is that the beach was not just a 3 minute walk as the access must have been closed. Would definitely stay here again.

PROS: The condo was lovely and was just perfect for the 6 of us. We found the unit to be very clean with the exception of the fridge that had some left over bits of food that needed to be removed. We spent a lot of time out on the big deck where the view was amazing and we truly appreciated the 6 comfy chairs. The kitchen had lots of items for our cooking and storing needs. Thankful for the 2 parking spots! Management was quick to reply when we had an issue with the dishwasher which was appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this unit again! CONS: Providing only 1/3 of a smashed paper towel roll, 4 rolls of toilet paper, no hand soap, 2 small bars of body soap and 2 dishwasher tablets for a week stay for 6 people is not acceptable and very frustrating. Management can spend less than $20 to give their guests a warm welcome instead of the stress of having to go to the store to buy these basic needs the first night we were there. The hangers that are provided really need to be replaced as well. These items might sound picky but it's these small gestures that make guests truly feel welcomed.

Our group had a fantastic time at Jade's view Estate, it's our best short term rental experience! We really enjoyed the privacy of the house and the vicinity to all the wineries and downtown McMinnville with its stores and restaurants. From each room and the terraces, the views of the Golf Course and Hazelnut Orchard are stunning. The house is beautifully decorated and very well appointed with lots of cooking utensils. The large beds are very comfortable, the cleanness impeccable, and the water very soft on the skin. We were able to relax, explore the area and had a lot of fun. We will definitely be back !!!

This is a very comfortable place to stay. Beds are great, Plenty of towels, pillows etc. Nice pool area and a pretty cool ocean view off the upper deck. Everything works as it should and all in very good condition. The provided beach chairs, wagon, etc is a very nice touch and very helpful. Notes: (and these are MINOR issues) -Could use a few more bowls, coffee cups, etc...seemed like we were always doing dishes. -it's not particularly obvious in the description, but be advised there is no master bathroom. Both upstairs King Bedrooms share one small-ish bathroom. -Would be nice to be provided with a garage door code too. - 1 Snotty neighbor - you'll know by her upstate NY accent. Overall, highly recommended.

Four friends and I just finished our 20th annual ski trip to Vail area, and stayed at the "Greenside at Eagle-Vail" home. The house, in a word, was terrific. It is Located directly between Vail and Beaver Creek, on a quiet road in a pretty neighborhood, with easy access to the highway, Avon store, restaurants, etc. private backyard with hot tub was ideal. The home was well appointed and in very good shape, with 5 comfortable bedrooms and baths. When we had a few issues, e.g., the toaster didn't work, the rental agent came by with a replacement almost immediately. And finally, we found the pricing to provide very good value. Net/net, a great vacation rental.

We had a wonderful family beach vacation at Coastal Escape. Our family enjoyed the quiet natural area around the house and close proximity to the beach. Everything is within walking distance, but far enough away from the crowds. There were more than enough beds for us, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer! We had two families stay in this home for 4 nights and it was set up perfectly so the kids could all stay upstairs and the adults stayed downstairs. Everything that we needed was provided and the home was in a perfect central location to be able to enjoy everything that Lincoln City had to offer. We started nearly every morning with a short hike on the trail behind the house after breakfast and ended every evening in the hot tub while watching the sunset. The beach was close enough that we didn't have to pack lunches, we could go and come back to the house for lunch. The pool was not crowded at all and it was a short walk from the house. We had a wonderful time and cannot wait to go back!

Loretta's place was clean, comfortable, and beautifully kept. It's on the second story with private balcony and a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to a nice pool. There's covered parking and nice restaurants in the area, and located in a private part of Siesta Key. I didn't get to use the tennis courts because I was having too much fun at the pool, but I plan to go back to take advantage of both. Definitely recommend this one!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo in Gulf Shores. It was large, clean, and decorated so nicely. We had the lagoon behind us and the ocean in front of us. One of the large pools was practically right outside our door. We brought 3 14 year old boys with us and they had a blast!!

The beach is less than 5 minutes of walking, and the facility is outstanding. Great place to stay with a company and having a dog. The back patio is great to allow a pet and also the neighbors are wonderful. Thank you for providing a wonderful place in Kure Beach.

Our stay was great. Having children that live in the Snowmass and Aspen area. TERRACEHOUSE 81 gave us the flexibility to spend time as a family and the amenities to have some quiet time as well. Using public transportation is free and easy bit also having a car through the airport allowed for day trips.

The location of the home is perfect. We’re far enough away from the downtown crowds to have peace and quiet, yet it’s only a five minute walk to the shopping district and restaurants. The beaches are a short drive away. Best of all worlds. Highly recommend Happy Bungalow.

This is an awesome house in scenic Laurel Canyon. The balconies look out over the city and you get a really great view of Downtown (among other places). Great living room with cabin vibes, fireplace, surround sound, good sized rooms and the view from the master bedroom is sweet. This alone was a highlight just sitting and enjoying sunrise/sunset. Kitchen was equipped for our needs and even during COVID, everything was clean and we felt safe. It was easy to get things delivered as well, as this is close to a bunch of cool stuff on the sunset strip and weho. The property manager/host was amazing to work with. She accommodated a number of special requests I had to set up a lovely weekend. Could not have been easier. From check in to check out it was a breeze. The owner lives in the unit below - we didn’t hear a peep from him and had no issues playing music upstairs. I’ll note just a small point - The bathrooms are slightly dated and somewhat inconsistent with the decor theme, and the steps in the master bath may not be perfect for someone with mobility issues. Non issue for us. There’s only one designated parking spot, but all guests found easy street parking. This is such a cool area of LA to explore. Would gladly stay again! Perfect staycation and did not want to leave!

Shadowbrook 204 was a fabulous place for my family (hubby, son, mom and me) to stay for a week of skiing at Snowmass. It's very spacious, effectively 3 bedrooms (one is the den that can become a sleeping area with an accordion wall) with 3 ensuite bathrooms. Unit has a great retro vibe that I love...pre-COVID, we stayed for years at Mountain Chalet (just above Shadowbrook) because we loved their retro vibe and the location--this is mid-century modern compared to Mountain Chalet and similarly convenient ski-in ski-out location. Unit was incredibly clean (I am picky)! And the in-unit laundry closet was a treat. (I was expecting to use the complex's common laundry room, one level down.) Kitchen is very well stocked--at other rentals, we've had to run the dishwasher less than full because we've run out of clean glasses or spoons or something, but not the case here--plenty of everything such that we only ran the dishwasher full. Note that the stove (older electric model) takes a long time to heat up. Hot tubs and pool were great and well maintained--the hotter adult grotto tub lost heat one day but they had it fixed in a day. Elevator was handy when dealing with luggage or tired legs. Honestly can't imagine a better place to stay--we will hope to book for our future Snowmass trips!

We had a wonderful time while staying at this home. It is quiet, beautiful and close to beaches. The home is well equipped with all of the essentials! It was clean upon arrival. We loved quietly paddle boarding around the lake and saw a lot of birds, salamanders, frogs and a bald eagle. We only had myself, my husband and our two kiddos but there is definitely room for larger families! We will most likely stay here again at some point.

We had a great time on the Siesta Key in the house next to the Siesta Key white sand Beach! The house is located close to the beach - no more then 5 min of slow walk. House is in pretty good condition. It has a garage where washer/dryer are located. From the garage you enter a kitchen, so you do not need to walk around the house to put your grocery into the fridge. Garage can be opened only from inside. IT will be nice to add a garage opener. The kitchen is connected to open big room which combines dinning and living space. There are a big TV with Xfinity connection and big L-shaped couch. There two spacious bedrooms with attached bathroom and big master suite. There is a door to the patio from master suite. The patio is divide into two parts- one - under the roof where you can sit comfortable and enjoy the company and another one - pool area. Pool is great it is about 13 yards long and and the deepest part is about 5 feet. Water has temperature control which is pretty nice when you come back from the beach. We will definitely consider to rent this house next time when we will come to Siesta Key Beach again!

Our cabin in Park City was clean, cozy, warm, and a great place to stay for the Sundance film festival. Only note would be that the hot tub is only open from 8am-10pm; would have been good to know ahead of time as our group was expecting to go in it later at night after we got back from the films. We had a great long weekend in Park City - the house was very conveniently located, a great size for a group, and itrip was incredibly responsive! Slight hiccups included difficulty accessing the house up the steep road/driveway due to the weather/storm, so a 4WD vehicle is definitely needed in winter. The storm also caused power to go out one night, but the management company was very responsive and kept us updated as the utility company worked to bring it back online! All in, a great stay, and will definitely consider coming back!

The unit was excellent as before. Weather was a little cool at first but warmed up enough to lie on the beach. Sunsets, as usual, where spectacular, some better than others. Mad Hatter restaurant was excellent - lobster escargot was to die for. Traffic, on the other hand, can be a nightmare at times. Excellent location for walking - either on the beach or bike trails.

We were in town for my nieces wedding, which was at the Bilmar Resort. Location of condo was great. Walking distance to Publix, quite a few restaurants and shops. Treasure Island Beach access is right across the street. We had a little maintenance issue the first day, but was resolved quickly. There were 4 of us and it worked out great. Nice view of the intercoastal from the balcony. My only minor complaint would be that the pool water was not heated and the hot tub looked like it needed cleaning (not very inviting). Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would visit again. I would recommend your condo to others. Thank you! (My brother did a Drone video of the outside of the condo and the intercostal. If you would be interested in seeing it, please let me know. It is a beautiful look at the back pool area and water!)

My family of 4 recently stayed for a week at Summer Wind. What a great house! Everything seems to be updated for all bathrooms and kitchen as well as flooring. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, the beds were very comfortable and the house is open and spacious inside with lots of light pouring in. The kitchen is very well stocked for people who love to cook like us. The washer dryers worked very well . The outside back deck has super chunky, sturdy, comfy outdoor furniture to eat dinner on, lounge or have a cocktail. The front deck was very breezy and beautiful to sit out on as well. The house has 2 new golf carts that were fantastic to tool around the island or run errands. They are both in their own bays in a two car garage. Two outdoor showers were fabulous. The location of the house is perfect for access to the beach, and the proximity to the market or any other place you’d want or need to visit is very close. We already booked for next year and cannot wait. NC Beaches Itrip Vacations are fantastic, super responsive and very accommodating. They keep you well updated as well. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week. The accommodations were comfortable and quiet. The townhome was perfect for our family of four. It was well equipped with plenty of dishes and every other item you might need for your stay. The location was ideal between the Big Chill and Seacrest. It was an easy trip to the ocean. All the extras were wonderful, the golf cart, bikes and fire pit! My applause to Management they were great with communication, it was an easy check in and they went above and beyond providing us with bike locks. We would gladly stay here on our next vacation! A big thanks for making our home away from home awesome.

This was our second stay at this great ski house perfect for large group. Very roomy so you can spread out but also comfy. Large up to date kitchen and eating area. 10 people can stay here very comfortably. Convenient to both Beaver Creek and Vail. We expect this will be our go to ski house for years to come.

This condo had everything we were looking for in a beach property. The penthouse views on the top floor from both of the balconies were outstanding. We were steps from the beach and close to the John's Pass boardwalk with all of its restaurants, bars, and quaint gift shops. We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the condo and all of the amenities. The pictures and video on the website were an accurate representation of the property, so you can be sure that "what you see is what you get". The property managers, Liz and Charles of itrip, made everything easy as well. We will definitely be returning!

Mustique 1902 is a great place to stay. The condo is large, easily accommodating seven women (one grandmother, three daughters, and three mostly grown to grown granddaughters). It is very tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. We did almost all of our own cooking, so I would have appreciated a better-equipped kitchen, but next time I'll remember to bring my own knives as well as a salad spinner and a vegetable peeler. Beach access is very easy, right across the street. Since the condo is located about three miles from the main intersection, the traffic is pretty light, so crossing the street is no problem. Also, since the neighborhood is mostly houses and not high-rise condos (like Mustique), the beach was never too crowded. I highly recommend it.

Our stay was a delight, starting with the booking and communication with Jeff. I sent him questions which he answered promptly and completely. Our stay was the first week in December and we opened the door to a clean house decorated for the holidays, starting with a fully lit Christmas tree and electric fireplace turned on in the den. Furniture and bedding was comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and not cluttered. The home is maintained with attention to the smallest of details. We enjoyed the peace and quiet sitting around the fireplace and touring the grounds outside. This is a perfect home for couples wanting a get away to the lake but does require climbing 4-5 steps inside to get around. Highly recommend this company and home.

The condo's location is fabulous with beautiful views of the water from the living room and rooftop decks. It is nicely Pointed, has everything you need, and is only a couple minutes walk from the boardwalk. The property management are very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about this condo!

I spent most of my spare time on the Balcony - People watching excellence! Plus you're 20 steps or so from St George & Hypolita. So good we just booked for December!!! (fix the elevator, please)

I can’t begin to describe how happy we were with our stay at the Villa! Very convenient to the beach and the shops at Freshfields Village. Short walk to the beach and short drive to the shops. The apartment was clean and fresh with lovely decor and everything we needed for the week. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had. I will definitely be back soon!

We had such a wonderful stay! There’s so much to do and see. We loved the house it was perfect. Our daughters really enjoyed it as well 17 and 7. Place was very nice. As advertised. If you’ve used other rental companies in the I-70 corridor, you have probably seen the ‘bait and switch’ game many companies play. ITrip and AirBnB are legit and you get the place you booked on line! I highly recommend!

This was an excellent condo on Orange Beach. Easy access to everything in the area and the second floor access meant no wait for the elevator for most trips. Great beach service and a comfortable pool. Others in our party enjoyed the indoor pool after being in the sun too much. We look forward to coming back!

This unit had everything we needed and was close to the Village. Breakfast each morning was just steps away. The home was nicely decorated and bed was comfortable, I always think a comfortable bed is key to picking a vacation rental. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. We were in St Augustine for a wedding and wanted to combine the formal events with some beach time. 3 bedrooms were just right for 5 adults. Kitchen was well equipped and stocked with the essentials. 5 min walk to beach just across A1A. Plus we were able to take advantage of discounts on local attractions. Would definitely stay at the Surf Perch on a future trip.

El departamento es divino súper completo en su equipamiento Todo un lujo Esta cerca de la playa, pero al no estar frente al mar hay que cargar todo y bajar en la zona del Marriott donde está el acceso a la playa pública 600 metros aproximados del departamento, que también dispone de todo para disfrutar en la playa. The Beach House is perfect! It’s location is directly across from the beach and you can see the ocean from the stunning front porch! You have all the amenities of a condo, but in a beautiful home! This house is close enough Charleston, to see the city, but still have the beach life! It was a perfect stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Heron Hideaway!! Great location - close to the center of town and the beach, but in a quiet secluded neighborhood. The house was clean and well decorated, beds were comfortable, and the backyard was large and very private. We loved hanging out on the screened porch in the evenings. The basement game room was also a fun surprise. Host was kind and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again!

This little place was adorable and served our needs well during a home remodel. Corey was very flexible as our checkout date kept changing. It was clean, cute, quaint and had all of the required amenities even if I couldn't figure out how to use the toaster/microwave thingy. It is located near many restaurants that weren't open when we were there but would have been a great holiday, visit Portland spot if we were not from up the road. Washington Park and all of its trails, however, were open and my family was able to get out daily for strolls. The beds were comfy and it was plenty warm and comfortable.

Wonderful, clean condo in a perfect location in an absolutely beautiful place. St Augustine Beach is steps away, as are wonderful restaurants and treats. We hardly needed the car while relaxing in and around the property, in the pool or porch, was a fabulous stay. Had everything we needed and great communication. I hope to return, for real.

What a great place to stay in Georgetown! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Rose of Georgetown. The cleanliness, abundance of space, and wonderful amenities made our stay even better. Our family and children had an amazing time at the Caribe. The condo was extremely nice and clean as well as the rest of the resort. The pools are huge, and the kids really enjoyed the lazy river and the water slides. There's a shuttle service that takes you right to the beach, so you don't have to drive your own car there. We will definitely be staying here again.

This studio apartment was the perfect place for my solo ski getaway. The accommodations were super clean, modern and comfortable including an easy to use and great sleeping Murphy bed system. Loved the coffee supplies, the well stocked kitchen, the view from the room, in-room storage and the cable TV. The location in Canyons Village was fantastic - a very short walk and some steps to get to the village shops, restaurants and the ski lifts. The staff on site were friendly and very helpful with tips for getting around to the market or Park City on local transit (free). I took advantage of and enjoyed all of the on-site amenities - a nice gym with Peleton bikes, hot tub and pool, ski valet, business work stations and the cozy lobby lounge. Last but not least, this booking came with a sweet deal - FREE ski rental for each day of my stay which made this Airbnb a superb value. I would book this again in a heart beat if traveling to ski in Park City.

As soon as you walk in it immediately feels like home. Walking distance to a variety of eateries, entertainment and shopping. Located directly on the beach the condo provides everything needed for a fun day in the sun, towels, chairs and beach toys to keep the kids occupied. The best part is the balcony. Comfortable seating with amazing views of the gulf sunset. You can also hear the live music from across the street at John’s Pass Village, however once inside it’s quiet and peaceful. The perfect home away from home. I can’t wait to return

Cool Blow was an amazing place to stay! The minute we walked through the door both my husband I turned to each with a big smile and commented on how cute and clean the place was. We were so excited to enjoy our anniversary weekend. Oh, the beach is a short 5 min walk and is beautiful! We also kayaked at Mingo point and saw lots of dolphins. Our special anniversary dinner was at the Ocean Coarse restaurant with an amazing ocean view. We will definitely be back to stay at Cool Blow!

Our condo was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed! Our only issue was the neighbor in 115. Seemed like she must have been the campus police. My husband and I were heading out to dinner he sat a small bag of trash right outside the door and stepped back into the condo to grab our keys. When he went back to the door she was standing there. I’m talking not even one minute of it being at our door. As we were leaving to take it and get in the elevator. She was very rude to him. But that aside our stay was perfect. I think our vehicle moved twice in 7 days. The condo is so close to all your needs! No need to drive any where.

iTrip, Robbie Branham and his staff, provide service over and above any that I have encountered in my 75 years. The attitude, demeanor and deportment of those encountered at iTrip has been exceptional. They have provided a wonderful vacation whenever we have booked through them. I will continue to book through Robbie at iTrip and I have also referred friends and family to him for vacation bookings.

This property was wonderful. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the shuttle to resort (stop is straight out front door diagonally across parking lot). It’s the second bus stop, so generally still plenty of room to get on. Unit was conveniently close to the elevator, and underground parking was convenient, though spaces are tight - doable but just be careful! Fireplace was easy to use, nice to relax in front of at end of day. I would agree the couch is uncomfortable, mainly because you’re always feeling like you’re going to fall off, the cushions slouch forward. Still gave good rating as we’re not there to sit in condo, but felt it was still worth mentioning as others have said same. I would definitely stay again.

My wife and I just spent the weekend in Newberg, Oregon. What a great experience. The Bungalow was perfect, beautiful location and easy to get to. Everything was provided shampoo, soap conditioner. And even spices for cooking and some coffee for the coffee maker. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. We just loved our stay.

The home was beautifully decorated with a modern, open concept. We loved having 2 masters on opposing sides of the house. The home was very clean, kitchen well-stocked, beds were comfortable and the outside area was amazing. iTrip was a breeze to work with and check-in was seamless (no contact). Every box was checked off with this house - definitely recommend.

The apartment was very cleaned and well furnished. The iTRIP company was very efficient in sending and handyman in a few hours since I reported a little inconvenience. I was very satisfied about the condo too, well kept, well cleaned, everything working. The bbq area was really usable and pleasant. also the pool was attractive and well kept.

What can we say about our experience at 47 Oyster Bay Drive? To sum it up in one word it was “perfect”. The house is absolutely charming, with every amenity you (and your family) want during your stay, topped off with a gorgeous view of the water. Sitting fireside, roasting marshmallows, and watching the sunset every night are absolute musts while you’re there. The house is quietly tucked away in a small neighborhood, but is also conveniently located minutes away from the beach and shops - so there’s no need to fuss with packing your tribe in the car to hit the sand. Overall, the house is wonderful place to enjoy a quiet stay or to host a family vacation for the week. We made so many new memories and we’re already looking to book our next stay. The only issue you may have is that you couldn’t stay longer!

We rented this condo the week of 6/6/15 through 6/13/15. The condo was wonderful, very spacious. Having the three bathrooms and three bedrooms worked great for our group. The living room and kitchen were bigger than the usual condos also. The beach area was wonderful and just a short walk from the condo. We have stayed in Orange Beach many times and this was our favorite condo thus far. We plan on renting it again in the future.
