Had a wonderful weekend in Daytona with the wife! The location of the property is awesome, 4th floor Oceanfront patio overlooking the beach, couldn't ask for more. The property was clean, big enough for 2 people, everything worked. We cooked in the condo which I love to cook. Sitting on the 4th floor patio overlooking the beach just listening to the waves roll in, is so relaxing and even when you leave the sliding glass door open at night while you sleep that's all you hear is the waves rolling in. If you want to be on the beach in Daytona this is the place!

My family and I stayed at the South Shores II condos for a week in August. We loved it! The condo was beautiful and looked even better than website photos , which is so rare. We had the best week ever and didnt want to leave!!!! The walk to the beach was very short and painless. My parents are elderly so we all loved the elevator. The neighbors were all friendly and peaceful. None of us had ever been to Surfside Beach before and it is so beautiful. There was plenty of bedrooms and personal space so the forced family fun was actually enjoyable. We saved hundreds of dollars by having a full kitchen stocked with cookware and dishes. We never want to go anywhere else again!!!!!! Dave Snower answered any questions I had and was very helpful. The staff where you pick up the keys were nice too. FIVE STARS!!!!!!!

My family had a great week at this location! The apartment is in a beautiful location, right on the beach. It was delightful having ocean views and being able to see the board walk fire works from the living room. The pool for the complex is maintained really well, and was great for when we needed a break from the beach. The area has a lot of fun and interesting attractions for families, including the aquarium, the ferry to Southport, and museums in Wilmington. The apartment was very clean and had most of the essentials we needed, and the building was quiet. The owners were very communicative and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to other families with small kids.

We stayed in unit 1408 for ten days in March with our 17 year old daughter and her friend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again. Just as a suggestion, and extra 4 pieces each of cutlery, bowls, plates etc would be handy so the dishwasher didn't need to be run as frequently, feeling only half full.

We had a really nice stay. The villa had everything we needed as far as cookware, kitchen dishes and flatware. Plenty of room and it was a bonus for every bedroom to have a bathroom. The pool was very close and we'll maintained. Sea Pines Center was almost across the street to get the trolley all over the plantation. Would definitely return to this villa.

We enjoyed our stay at Old Mill Stream Cottage while attending the Smokey Mtn Jubilee, and a week of trout fishing. It made it very easy to attend services, fish, and relax while worshiping Jesus, and thanking Him for His grace and mercy this past week. It was a great location (very close to shopping and the Leconte Center, and the river) , very clean, and wonderful owner. We met the owner on Friday and he was very nice. We cannot thank them enough for the accommodations they made for us while we were there and intend on staying again soon. Very nice staff with iTrip and had no problems whatsoever. Would highly recommend this cottage.

My Fiancé and I stayed at this condo for 7 nights. The condo was cozy and clean, within a short, scenic walk to the beach. The Palmetto Dunes Resort where this condo is located in has many amenities including affordable bike, kayak, and other equipment rentals in addition to a convenient general store and pickleball courts in walking/biking distance. The beach was quiet and not very busy. We were always able to find a spot to set up our chairs and umbrella close to the beach entrance. There were many activities (restaurants, mini golf, etc.) within a short driving distance in addition to restaurant options within walking distance inside the resort. Overall our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable.

We absolutely loved Casa Guillermo and would recommend! Our host was great with communication and the house was perfect. Quiet neighborhood and convenient location. My sisters and I rented the home along with our families and it was accommodating for all. We had a kitchen big enough for us all to cook in and we played games around the dining room table. Would definitely return!

We loved Falling Waters! Spectacular pool and views from our lanai. The condo was very nice, clean and very-well stocked for our 4 week stay which was very much appreciated. WE come to Branson 3-5 times a year, we love staying in the area of your Royal Links condo. Beautiful condo; however, the dryer in our unit did not work. We had to buy toilet paper b/c there was only 1 extra role in bathroom. Had 2 large towels only. Fortunately we had also rented the 2nd bedroom that goes with this condo whose dryer was working and who had extra towels. I'm really NOT a complainer but if this were my condo I would want to know these things. It just wasn't very well supplied. We would love to stay here again with some adjustments. WE especially LOVED the porch!

Our group had a great time at Crystal Towers in Gulf Shores. The apartment was bigger than expected and we enjoyed the pool. It's very quiet in the apartment even being there during a large event weekend with a lot of guests. Check in and out process is simple and I would book here again. I also appreciated the kindness of iTrip agents I spoke with on the phone prior to our stay.

Our third year at this location. Super accommodations for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. The beach is a 5 minute walk and is spectacular. The house itself is modern, clean and well maintained. Hoping to rent next year if the owner decides to rent.

We loved our stay at Kure beach! Kure beach was a sleepy beach town with amazing restaurants and close enough to Carolina beach if you wanted more action. The place was right on the sand with beautiful views of the ocean and sunrises! The indoor pool was awesome when we wanted to cool down but needed a break from the sun. My only negatives were the bedroom slider door to the deck was difficult to open and the washer and dryer (which were awesome to have and easy to use) had a very small capacity, necessitating multiple loads. We did have one small issue during our stay and the management was extremely responsive and fixed it asap. Overall fantastic place and we would stay there again!

My family and I had an amazing time at Sweetwater. The location was great and the house was even better! We had 12 people stay at the house, and another 2 couples stay at a local hotel (but were over from sunrise to sunset). The house never felt crowded and was perfectly set up to host large gathering of people. I wish I had constructive feedback to share, but the reality is that everything was exactly as pictured and described. The property owner reached out a couple times during our stay, just to make sure everything was to out satisfaction. And... After our stay, I boneheadly mailed an Amazon package there by mistake. They notified me within an hour of delivery and then put it in the mail to me. Just incredible service at an amazing property. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

I very much enjoyed my stay at Luring Palms. It’s centrally located close to the downtown area and very convenient to everything we wanted to see during our visit. Inside the home, is a minimalistic chic décor, with consistent cool blue tones throughout the home living area and exterior. There is almost a smart nod to Santorini. Each bedroom is uniquely different but compliments one another. The styling is visually luxurious, and only made better with the very comfy beds and super soft sheets. That combination will have you quickly drifting off to a deep sleep. In the living room, there’s lots of seating, including two beautiful blue-green vintage leather chairs that you might see in a Bond movie. In the kitchen, the owners didn’t skimp here. There are all new appliances and really impressive, branded quality cookware. You’ve got everything you need to cook, a simple breakfast for your family and friends, or if you so wish, a full chef’s tasting menu - with dining seating indoors for 6. Other details that I enjoyed included the motorized window shades. With the touch of a button, it was easy to let in some sunlight or let down the shades to cool down the house. Suffice to say, the inside of the home felt like a luxe hotel stay. Not to be outdone, the back of the home is truly an oasis. The owners placed a number of lounges around the pool and throughout the backyard, which gave us plenty of places to comfortably soak in the desert sun. There were multiple seating and lounging options that allowed for variety in how we enjoyed the wonderful Palm Springs Sunsets and mountain views. The pool was very clean and the perfect temperature. At night, the pool lights up green, so we enjoyed a few night swims during our stay and the spa was a delight. We will definitely come back and certainly longer than 4 days. Side note – This place is just a block away from the famous art piece Cadillactus, so be sure to check out the uniquely cool one of a kind cactus sculpture.

We had a great stay, having the pool and hot tub accessible close by! We enjoyed sitting outside. We found the kitchen adequate and it was great to have separate bathrooms and showers in each room. Will stay again if we are back in the area!

Had a great time at this updated condo ! It was very clean, neat, and modern. Loved the kitchen ! Loved the blue coastal colors throughout. The location was perfect- loved staying on the marsh. Whole different vibe than staying ocean front. We were close to the market. The 6 person golf cart must be new, it was in great condition. Really appreciated the beach chairs , beach towels and grill. Left a few crab pods for someone else to enjoy ! Master bed was very very comfy and the view was great ! Would definitely stay here again :)

We recently stayed at 990 Inverness and were very pleased with the layout of the unit, how exceptionally clean the unit was when we arrived and how quiet being on the golf course in and end unit was for us. We love to cook and found everything we needed in this unit. Did not feel like a typical rental property kitchen - this was a dream. The pool looked great, but it was too cold to swim, but we enjoyed having tennis courts right there for us to use. The check in process was smooth with our car pass being mailed to us and the electronic lock meant we didn't have to stop anywhere on our way in. We will definitely be back!

I love having a beachfront condo where I can see the sunset and other activities on the water. Any issues in the condo were readily resolved. It was easy to reach the owner/rental agency. I enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants.

The best thing about our time at this house was....EVERYTHING! The worst thing was that our trip eventually ended, so we had to leave...but we didn't want to. The decor was modern, the amenities were plentiful, the beds were cozy, and the location was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet, scenic and close to everything we needed. On top of all of that, the customer service provided by the staff was very proactive, graciously accommodating and extremely responsive. If I could give this property a higher rating I would.

We had a fantastic time! The room was spacious and the kitchen had all I needed to make meals in the condo. The relaxing patio looks out to well landscaped trees and grassy areas, and the pool is a very short walk out the back door. Located far enough away from the "business" of the strip, but just a mile or two from grocery stores, miniature golf, restaurants and shows. The master bed was extremely comfortable!

6 of us ladies recently spent almost a week at River Rock Cabin. This place is not only beautiful and relaxing but nicely decorated. It has all the amenities anyone could want to include heated bathroom floors. The owner makes sure everything is working and in tip top condition. My only complaint is that we couldn’t spend more time there. I highly recommend this cabin to any group wanting to have a great experience in Pagosa Springs.

Me and the GF took this trip as our first together after almost a year together. It doesn’t get better than this place, can’t get any more on the beach without being actually in the sand. We enjoyed every aspect, the two doors to the separate kitchen and bedroom is different but not a problem at all! AMAZING local cuisine as well. Wrote all our adventures in their little book, definitely recommend, very quiet and relaxing for a couple or small family!

Although my stay at the Commodore did not not start up in the most ideal way. I was able to get everything worked out in a timely manner. Amber was very understanding, accommodating and communicative. I would recommend staying here. The home was clean. The view was beautiful and the easy access to the beach was very convenient. There were a lot of nice restaurants around.

This property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The elevator was especially helpful for bringing luggage to the bedrooms on the highest floors, and the outdoor spaces were very nice. The closeness to the beach was very convenient. Also, the property manager was so polite, professional and prompt with responses when we had any questions. The fully stocked kitchen made family dinners so easy. Bedrooms were laid out so that everyone felt like they had plenty of space and privacy. And each room having it's own bathroom was a huge plus with a big group. Would definitely return! Very pleased with everything about our stay!

Location is great. Wonderful neighborhood restaurants nearby (check out The Daily and Barsa Tapas!) Ravenal bridge is also close, and the heart of Charleston is a very short drive away. The unit is functional, the pictures are accurate the owners are very responsive. The one thing I’d warn people about is to bring earplugs. The night noise can be a bit much if unprepared.

This condo was very nice. Just a couple blocks from Front Street and the harbor. The condo was clean and attractive. The air conditioning in the master bedroom was extremely loud, but everything cooled down my bedtime and we turned it off. Also, we were on the first floor and we could definitely hear the people above us walking around, moving chairs, etc. Next time, I would try to stay on the second floor. The infinity pool was awesome. The grounds were beautiful.

This unit was wonderful for our family of four and one guest. Accommodations are outstanding. This third floor unit has tall ceilings in both masters. The upstairs double beds were comfortable. All bedding was great...plenty of extra blankets if needed. Lots of comfortable chairs and couches and a great layout. High quality furniture and all the comforts of home. Kitchen literally has everything you need. Hot tub stays the perfect temp. Garage had plenty of spaces for us. Washer and dryer worked great. Deer Valley was a short walk away. There really wasn’t anything that we could complain about. It’s a great place!

This is our second time staying at Saddlebrook Resort. Just like our last visit, we were very happy with this condo also. We needed to rent a three bedroom and it was available. Kim G. is a pleasure to work with. The condo needed some very minor repairs which were taken care of immediately. She is very responsive and is a great communicator. Have no complaints whatsoever and was pleased with everything.

My husband and I, both retired, just returned from 8 weeks in Steamboat Springs. We rented a condo through iTrip and could not have been more satisfied with the experience. We had a chance to see the unit before committing, so we knew that it was modern, clean, well maintained, and well equipped for a long term stay. It was also very close to the base of the ski area - a five minute walk or a five minute ride on the shuttle that came regularly between 8am and 5pm, and on call until 10:30pm. The iTrip staff were professional, friendly, and extremely responsive to the few minor issues we experienced during our stay. We have already organized a return booking through iTrip for next year!

Lighthouse Condos in Gulf Shores, Alabama, was absolutely a wonderful place to stay. The condo was very conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The view was amazing. The sands were white and the ocean beautiful. Two nice outdoor pools, one indoor pool, and exercise facility. The condo itself was very comfortable. It was clean, spacious, and came with all the amenities. The balcony was sizeable and fits several people. The parking was good and convenient to elevators. I have zero complaints and would absolutely stay with Lighthouse again. I highly recommend this as a vacation option. And, for folks needing a beach fix in December, it's a good choice (two of the three days we were in the mid-70's).

Great location within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. We loved the view from the balcony and the condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. The place was well maintained, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels, bed linens, etc. Although we didn't have children, there was one closet full of items needed for a day at the beach. Overall would highly recommend.

Beautiful home with many amenities to accommodate a crowd! We had 16 people intermittently throughout the week. As the “chief cook”, I was impressed with the multiple sets of silver ware, dishes, casseroles, pots and pans for a crowd, etc. The game room came in handy as the first four days were rainy. The heated pool was a necessity, since four of our grandkids were 3 and under. The elevator was a real bonus. We didn’t use it often, but by the end of the day, it was great to have. I highly recommend this home!

We stayed at the apartment from June 1st to August 4th while we were working in Park City for internships. The apartment was fantastic! Kitchen is newly renovated and has all the features, utensils and cooking tools anyone could need. Three extremely spacious bedrooms with varied bedding options. One room has five beds! Really great showers with good water pressure. Relaxing porch with nice chairs for lounging. Living room has great couches, big TV, nice stereo speakers, good wifi in the main living room and porch. Support staff was quickly on site and very helpful. Laundry (washer and dryer) was in the unit. Dryer was very nice because it was a stream dryer so clothes came out wrinkle free. There is also a large laundry facility on site (two floors below) with multiple large washers and dryers. Plenty of parking on site which is a huge plus in Park City. Amazing Location - 2 minute walk to the base of Park City Mountain. Bus stop right out front for free bus throughout the valley. Three min drive/20 min walk to the heart of Main St. Grocery store is across the street. This is a fantastic place - perfect location, great size, wonderful support. We will definitely come back!

This place had everything we could have asked for, not only was it exactly as described but the description didn't do it justice to how well they plan for their guests. The location alone makes blue pearl a top tier place for your family. When they say minutes to the beach and boardwalk they really do mean minutes! They were easy to contact and had no unreasonable expectations from us as guests! We will definitely be using this company and blue pearl again in the future and we reccomend you do the same!

I ran a vacation rental company at the beach for over 15 years. I am pretty particular :). I was very impressed with this Villa and the management company. The Villa was spotless , had a VERY comfortable bed with quality linens, a well stocked kitchen, streaming TVs, relaxing private screened porch and extremely easy walk to the beach. It’s also near the front of the island making trips to Freshfields shopping quick and easy. ITrips communicated all necessary info by text and email. I would definitely rent this Villa again!!!

The Three Brothers Cabin is great for a family with kids. It had everything what we needed, including washer and dryer! The creek in the backyard was a fantastic playground for our toddlers. Rock, the manager was very easy to communicate with. We had a great time vacationing there and would recommend this place to anyone who like nature and wants to relax in a wonderfully peaceful place.

Overall very pleased with this rental. The interior is very functional for six people, ktichen is very usable, as was tv (with apple tv connected). Communications were also good, very seemless. Two very small improvement suggestions: 1. The hot tub (which is a community hot tub associated with Storm Meadows) is more of a "barely warm" tub. It's simply not hot enough to do any good after a day of skiing. 2. Early access was weird. I asked if could access before 4pm on the day of our arrival, since we landed at noon. The answer was, yes if our team have finished cleaning in time. 3pm access is free, every hour before that is $50. Why? considering we paid more than $1K per night, if it's available just let us use it, and if it's not, it's not, no big deal. Why squeeze us? Odd.

I’ve had a phenomenal stay here, place is beautiful and immaculately clean. Great amenities, even in the kitchen! I was able to enjoy the sunrise this morning! The only thing I would recommend is to have blackout curtains on both of the bedroom windows. The hallway lights from the condominiums next-door shine into the room through the blinds at night. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay here and I’m so grateful!

We traveled from Asheville NC and made it out just before Helene hit to this house. Luckily we already had the reservation here. We were able to get our 87 year old Nana out as well as other family members. We so enjoyed the hike it was lovely and I love the way the bedrooms are set up you couldn’t hear anything in your room and that was awesome. The view of the beach from the porch was magical especially in a time like this we were all able to enjoy our time there. Would love to come back!

Best condo yet! We have stayed in numerous homes and condos on the North end of Fort Myers Beach and this one was by far the winner! We had a fabulous beach view for sunsets and sunrises! This end unit has 2 lanais which is great because the main one gets so hot during the afternoon and evening The rear lanai overlooks the intercostal which is a huge plus. We enjoyed cocktail hour on that lanai and coffee and late night chats on the front lanai. We had great space for the 3 of us . Loved that it had beach towels and a cooler so that we didn't have to pack those. We had an issue with a shower door and maintenance was there within an hour to fix it and was very polite and quick. Our only wish was a fan or pull down shade on the lanai for daytime use.

My family and I have been thoroughly enjoying our stay at Debra Jeans River Retreat!! We’ve caught a bunch of fish right off of the dock. Our favorite part is the closed in sun room where we can all hangout and enjoy the beautiful view of the water. It has been a great stay so far! The only negative thing is the grass should have been mowed beforehand.

One of our daughters who lives in Steamboat was married on June 29. This until was the perfect place for our family to stay, including our small dog Leo. The unit was close to Gondola Square for the wedding at Four Points and everything else we needed including grocery stores. The unit was comfortable, spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed, including an espresso machine. The fresh flowers in the kitchen were a lovely touch. We were also able to communicate with property management to check in early and check out an hour beyond checkout time. Management also checked with us during our stay to ensure everything met our needs. We would definitely stay here in the future!!

The dipping pool was great and the fenced in backyard was very important to us so our dog could be off leash while outside in the sunshine. Superb location, short walk to the slopes to ski down to the lifts or walk to Snowmass village. Unit is nicely appointed with updated furniture, bedding, decor and flooring. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you could need to prepare a meal. A beautiful outdoor hot tub, grill area and fire pit are just steps away. Ski storage just outside the unit. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the unit. Description of the units is accurate. If we are lucky enough to come back to snow mass we will gladly rent the same unit again.

We had two families stay in this house over New Years. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us to roam around the house and watch the bowl games on the big screen. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked! It was only a short walk to the bus stop to get to vail village for the best skiing ever! Loved this place!

Stayed with 1 other couple for a Spring ski getaway. Plenty of room since we had one extra bedroom. It was nice that the hot tub was hot and clean every day. Everything functioned as it should. Beds were comfortable and linens were plenty. Be advised that there will be nothing in the fridge and there is no pantry. No big deal, but just so you know there was only salt and pepper in the unit as well as 2 coffee packs. Pots, pans and plates/utensils are plenty. Just so happened a few of the remote controls had no batteries in them so we had to swap back and forth. Access is easy and location between Vail and Beaver Creek makes Eagle-Vail a great choice.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! The space was bright and clean, and perfect for our family of 4 and our big aussie dog! (2 adults, 4 yo and 1 yo) The cottage was upstairs and we were glad there were no other suites below us so we didn't have to worry about making too much noise (young kids playing). It was also a convenient location walking distance to the beach, Anchor Street Park for the kids, and of course the downtown area of restaurants/gift shops/markets. Communication was great before/during/after our trip via email and text and very responsive to our feedback. We had a wonderful time!

We enjoyed our stay at River’s Edge Retreat, the house had everything we needed and it was so nice to hang out at the pool. We enjoyed cooking out on the gas grill. If I could point out some things…. The ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom with the queen bed rocked so bad we were afraid to use it. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom makes a bad noise, unless it is on high, then the noise isn’t as bad. The pool liner is tearing up and I’m afraid someone might get hurt.

We said at this place with friends from Texas and chose this place since it had 2 separate suites, with private bathroom, connected by a living area and a W & D. It is at a great location, a few steps to the huge beach and several great local restaurants, ice cream shops and a wonderful donut shop (Island Donuts). It was a short drive to the old town, St Augustine, as well as the light house. I would definitely recommend and stay at this place again!

Our stay at Crystal Shores was great! We love being on the beach with a balcony! Our unit- 1201 was so nice. It’s on the end of the building with a wraparound balcony and extra windows with a great view and lots of light! It’s decorated like home with a cozy living room, dining area and kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. We enjoyed the pool, the beach, and dining and fun around town. We had a great long weekend! Only wished it had a newer tv so we could watch Netflix. And the hot tub has a weird, bubbly ‘pulsing’ through the piping?

My sweet parents bless us with a week's stay at Balboa each summer, and we always look forward to our family's annual tradition. We've stayed at a variety of beautiful homes on Balboa over the years, but we've never vacationed at a home as wonderful as 1106 Park Avenue!! I almost don't want to share all the fabulous details, for fear of it being booked non-stop, without a way to reserve it for ourselves -- but, I'll put my selfishness aside, and I'll share anyway. ;) ____The house is perfectly situated on the island, as it's one block from Marine Avenue (where all the restaurants and shops are located), and it's also one block from the bay. We loved being able to park inside the gate on the property -- it completely takes the stress away, as we usually have to fight for a parking spot on the street, and we also have to keep moving the car throughout the week due to the street sweepers. Not with this home! Your car is safely tucked away within the gate, and it makes loading and unloading things so easy, too. The courtyard in front of the home is just darling. It's all so well-maintained, and we loved the beautiful landscaping, the various tables and chairs, and the large BBQ. You can't beat the darling Dutch door as you enter the house via keypad!! The ventilation throughout the home is quite remarkable, as all the windows open easily and completely. The layout of the home is fantastic, and the living room couches are extremely comfortable. We appreciate how light and bright all the rooms are, and can I just mention the awesome sea breeze throughout the house again?? Who wouldn't want to cook in the kitchen with the windows open?? Speaking of the kitchen, I've never seen such a well-stocked kitchen before. I usually bring my own pots, pans, and knives with me to rentals, just in case, but I honestly didn't need them here! It is outfitted with all the kitchenware and appliances we could ever dream of having. There is plenty of counter space, too, and it's lovely to have the washer and dryer right there in the house. There's a large closet downstairs, as well as closets in both bedrooms, and there's a separate closet area upstairs in the hallway. The bathroom has ample room, and the shower is very spacious with good water flow. Our kiddos loved their quaint bedroom, especially once they found the wooden ladder under the bunk bed. ;) ____My parents came to visit one day during our vacation, and they both agreed that this was the best Balboa rental yet. In fact, they loved it so much, that now my dad is seriously considering a full-time move to the island!! He really loved the privacy of the fenced-in courtyard, and he appreciated the beautiful architecture of the home. You should have heard us all ooh-ing and ahh-ing over the house the entire time we were there! ____Scott is absolutely fantastic from the start -- he responds quickly and thoroughly, and he really works hard to make sure your stay is the best it can be! I really appreciate his generosity and all the sweet little touches he provides for his guests -- from the handwritten welcome/thank you note, to the cookies wine, to the complimentary adventures and activities he provides with your stay (the whale watching is so amazing!!). This was our first trip to Naples and we loved staying in #153! The location was just perfect. There was ample storage in all rooms and very comfy master bed! The lanai was so relaxing and such an added bonus. We loved not having to worry about beach gear because everything was there for us to use. We fell in love with Naples and can’t wait to come and stay here again!

The condo is situated in a tranquil area and is located right in front of the beach. Access to the beach is very convenient. The unit has breathtaking ocean views from the balcony and the master bedroom, and you can also see the sea inlet from the kitchen and the guest room. The furniture is simple but functional, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are well-appointed. Karen and Travis recommended this place to us, and we are very pleased with the excellent attention and service they provided.

We made our first trip to PCB for a few short days on our way down to Clearwater and booked unit 810 at the Commodore. The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advised. The welcome basket was a classy touch and really showed the effort iTrip puts into their units. I was able to contact Amber, our representative with iTrip, with any questions and she responded in a timely fashion. The complex itself was extremely family friendly, clean, and the gated parking lot was a plus. The heated pool was a nice touch as the gulf is a bit chilly this time of year. The location was perfect on the quiet end of PCB but still plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. Only about a 10-12 min drive from Pier Park and the busy end of PCB. We are in touch with Amber about planning another stay next year, this time longer than 4 days!

This Cabin is wonderful and full of cool spaces! WE loved the wrap around deck, the hot tub, all the space to love and converse with family! We were here for a wedding at Blackstone River Ranch and we had so many friends and family in many cabins around. We had a wonderful stay as a family of 4. Spacious two parking space as a start, conveniently located right by the elevator. More than enough space for all of us to sleep, with a king size bed and bunk bed that can easily sleep 4 people on its own. Place is nicely furnished with high tech equipment and new appliances. Nice spacious kitchen and can also do laundry. Each room is equipped with its own AC (for heat and cool) along with the central heating. Each room is further equipped with its own TV. The giant TV and big couch in the living room is an absolute draw for all of us. A very inviting dining space that is adjacent to the patio spot looking out. Lots of sun light, loved it. Very clean in-suite space, and that extends to all the common spaces as well. Finally, this is located just steps away from all the amenities, restaurants, groceries, etc., and direct access to Whistler Village. Needless to say we will definitely return to the Marketplace Lodge, and particular this unit that we have stayed.

BB&T By The Sea was a wonderful beach house! It had everything we needed throughout our stay. We had 3 couples for our trip, and it was great. Never felt crowded. The bungalow was a nice addition for the extra bathroom and the ones who needed to work remotely. Location was great being want local restaurants and grocery stores, but also just a quick drive to the point for the best sunsets in NC. For someone who's been coming to Oak Island for 30+ years, I am always looking for new places to stay. We will definitely keep this home in our list of repeats!

The resort was a nice place to stay and the condo was well equipped with most of what we needed. The television was confusing to operate at first but after some effort we figured it out. Perhaps a short guide for those of us not used to the system is in order. The wifi worked erratically, would drop as you were on line. Couldn't get anyone to believe it needed attention until near the end of our stay when the router was replaced and then the system worked like a charm. I suggest putting beach chairs in the room. That has been my previous experience and is a common expectation. I would prefer to have a set price for the room and not have all the fees which I didn't understand listed. Overall, the experience was very positive.

This home was a 10+ for our weekend at the beach! The house has so much space, decorated as a beach cottage. Super comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen with 3 bathrooms ( a must for 6 women!) What a great trip! The Lighthouse is a perfect location, with walking distance to the Hangout, other restaurants and shops, and just a few steps away from the beach! The two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, and two outdoor hot tubs really made for a special treat, and gave lots of options of things to do in addition to playing on the beautiful beach. Super easy and convenient to reserve umbrellas & chairs at the beach with very friendly staff on the beach and at the Lighthouse. Room 911 was perfect for us with very nice furniture & atmosphere, and the kids loved the bunk beds. We would gladly go back, and hope to do so sooner rather than later. Highly recommend this condo and the location. Condo is bright and clean, perfect for two to four guests. Kitchen was stocked for us to make breakfast and snacks. The views are amazing! We spent the mornings watching the sunrise and having our breakfast on the balcony. Fun to watch all the boating traffic in the afternoon too. Location is great - on the quiet side of the island away from the crowds and traffic of Ft. Myers beach. 5 min drive to Lovers Key Beach. Flippers is a right next door for a bite to eat and a cocktail and we went about 10 min south and had a great time at Doc's Beach House. Management was very responsive and let us know our condo was ready early! Def will stay here again.

Our family has been renting vacation homes for over 15 years to meet up together. We span three generations with have elderly parents to teenagers and young kids. Our rental home on Sagamore Beach was the best we've ever rented. We had good, clear, prompt communication from the rental company. The property was not only without any issue or complaint, but immaculate and outstanding. The home was gorgeous inside and out. 100% clean. Wonderfully stocked with linens, paper products,l and soaps. The kitchen has sharp knives and was stocked they way your personal kitchen would be stocked, not just with leftover cheap tools. Perfect coffee pot, an abundance of reusable and disposable plates, pots and pans. Heck, you could make a full Thanksgiving meal there easily. Huge table for everyone to dine together at. Loads of comfort seating int he living room. The bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely and top of the line. The rooftop deck is a dream for sun rise and sun sets. Plus you're across the lane from the beach and an easy ride into town. Everyone in the family was very impressed and expressed a desire to come back again. Thank you for making our vacation stay the very best.

We were looking for a house with a private beach that felt private and was close to amenities. This house made our vacation very fun and special. The house had stand up paddle boards and a kayak, a hammock and plenty of things that us outdoor folks love to use right on the water. The private beach was perfect and beautiful, especially for sunrise. The kitchen we well stocked and there was enough room for each one in the family to have their own space. We would definitely return for a future getaway!

We visited for Shaky Knees and the house is exactly as described. Loved the driveway! It was fun to drive up! Then east access in a safe location. My daughter walked over to Piedmont Park which entrance is just a block away and ended up exploring the belt line to the Ponce City Market. We watched a few movies on our downtime and enjoyed having coffee on the front porch listening to chipmunks and birds. Overall, great experience! Thank you for hosting us! This place is a block away from the Long Island sound. Beautiful park near by. Restaurant within walking distance. House very spacious and clean. 7 of us traveled for a wedding and we had everything we needed to get ready for the formal event. Game room downstairs was fabulous. Highly recommend.

I hate to write anything positive here, because I want this place all to myself the next winter we go to Steamboat, but it was a great experience. Check in and out was easy. The location was great with maybe a 50 foot walk to the green slope Right of Way. From there, we put on our skis and snowboard and easy ride to the base area. At the end of the day, we stopped at the same spot, walked up to the townhome and dropped everything off in the ski closet on the back porch. The inside of the townhome was great and had everything we needed. Either the host, or other guests, had left sugar, salt, pepper, etc...and this was very much appreciated. There really was no need for a rental car either. iTrips did a great job of providing shuttle service to the base area, grocery, and even downtown.

The beds were comfortable, and nice to have a separate space to put the kids. We really enjoyed the location in whistler but glad to be in a quiet area also . This unit faces the pool but we didn’t have any problems of noise or anything. The kitchen has all the dishes you’d need, although groceries are more expensive in whistler. They gave us a number code for entry which is good for a group.

We had a wonderful time staying at This Must be the Place! It was so nice having 3 king rooms with ensuite bathrooms for all the adults! The kitchen had everything you could think of - it was the most well stocked kitchen I've ever encountered with a rental. The two six seater golf carts were new and perfect for our group of 12. We walked over to the kayak launch daily to fish, kayak and look for crabs. We brought scooters for our kids but the main road was a bit too busy so we just ended up playing in the yard. We loved every minute of our stay and can't wait to return!

We had a lovely time at San Carlos 1408. The unit was clean and well maintained with amazing views of the gulf in a great location. Weather was perfect and beach attendant Forrest was awesome! One suggestion is to have beach towels available for the guests. They are big and bulky and not easy to pack. We do recommend staying at this condo.

Stayed at premises for four weeks with my wife daughter and son in law together with my two grand children ,the premises where nice and spacious with three good bedrooms and three bathrooms ,the living area and kitchen where also a good size and adequately furnished ,the only thing I would suggest is another couch or easy chair in living area, premises is in a good location on treasure Island a short walk from supermarket and across the road from the beach ,the pool area is a nice relaxing area,plenty of vehicle parking . I would recommend the premises completely and would definitely go there again .

The best! We loved everything about our stay! The home was in the perfect location to the pool and beach! The home was so comfortable and spacious! Every detail was done perfectly! Thanks to the owners for the use of beach chairs and umbrellas! We will definitely be back! Our entire family said it was their favorite place we have ever stayed!

The location for the property is great. The house is not updated. It is a great location. There are many tiny galleries/artist shops near by. There are so many that we can only see so much. The performing art center looks great. I think it worth to visit the performing art center. it is beautiful theater. On saturday in afternoon and evening, when the sun came out and rain stopped everything is so pleasant on the roof top. The town offer free EV charge. It is free on Broadway.

We had a wonderful vacation. iTrip has very simple procedures and getting into the place was a snap! Once in, we were greeted with a 32' wall of windows overlooking BEAUTIFUL Madiera Beach. The unit was well appointed and our family was very comfortable. Ocean Sands is a very nice place with a good pool, massive community grill and easy access to the beach. Shopping and dining are very close and convenient as well. And, OMG - that BALCONY! It is bigger than our first house!

The condo at Boardwalk 1084 was very cute and clean. We felt comfortable and relaxed in our home away from home. The view was amazing and the location was right in the heart of activity and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

The weather on our trip was not ideal for a beach vacation. Luckily the villa we rented (The “Blue Pearl”) was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Due to the weather we had to spend much more time here then we had planned, but it is a wonderful place and great location so it worked out alright. My kids were very comfortable here and loved seeing the alligators from our screened in porch. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for providing a wonderful place for my fam!

Great view great price and very clean. you cannot beat staying at the island inn. Everything is very convenient to get to. Walking down to Caddies On the beach for breakfast lunch dinner whatever is awesome great bands playing there too. The only thing I would change about the room that we stayed in is the bed sheets and pillows are too old and need to be replaced with newer ones as well as the bath towels are old and Not soft. We are so glad we brought our own Pillows that would definitely be a recommendation I am passing on. Thank you I trips I believe this is our third or fourth time renting from you you guys are awesome thank you

I would rate the unit a 3 1/2 on a scale of 1 to 5. It was clean and everything worked. The door to the microwave was broken, but we were made aware of that by a note left in the unit. The bedrooms and bathrooms were satisfactory. However, the living / den area was too small for the number of occupants (we had 6). The sofa and loveseat only sat 5 people. The cushions of the loveseat and sofa are shot and should be replaced as they are VERY uncomfortable. More seating is needed in the den area. The curtains looked old and a bit faded. Lighting is needed under the cabinets that are over the kitchen sink / counter area. The unit served its purpose for sleeping our 6 people.
