We had the best time. The house was amazing. We enjoyed the house, the screen porch, patio, pool, putting green, and pier. My grandkids even caught a few fish. It was an awesome stay and we will book again.

Clean, comfortable and close to lots of things, Easy to get to historic downtown and the beach. Walk-able to food and activities. Would recommend. We very much enjoyed our stay. The following aren't issues but just things potential renters might like to be aware of: The hot water in the shower is backwards to how the handle indicates and you only have to turn the water on slightly in order to get the water hot. Turn too far and it will get colder. There is no dishwasher so if you use the well appointed kitchen you have to wash dishes by hand. There is a bar directly behind the unit that is open until 2:00am. It isn't that loud but you can hear the music. Again, not a problem but just so you aren't surprised.

Had a fantastic stay! The accommodations met every possible expectation. Even the view from the couch was breathtaking. The staff were super responsive and put up a sweet sign to celebrate my birthday. I highly recommend the property and would schedule my next stay here without question.

Great place to stay for the price. Beach was nice and right out the back of the condo and not crowded at all. Pool was also nice. Also liked being able to walk across the street to St John's Pass. Would stay at again.

Great location. Good size unit for a family of 4. Access to the hill was great. Beds could be more comfortable, and the unit could use a facelift. Overall a great stay.

We love treasure Island and Sunset Vistas was a great place to stay. Beach and pools perfect. Had a bike rack for our bikes so we could ride on the boardwalk. Unit was good. Bedrooms are a little small but beds slept great. Beach towels, toys, etc..nice to not have to bring some of those things. No floats so bring your own or try the community box on the way to the beach to see what folks left behind for guest use. Was clean and although we didn't cook it had basics. Ping pong table, 2 hammocks, and corn hole were available to enjoy. Public very close but they close at 9pm so plan accordingly. Walmart not far away either. Sloppy Joe's had great grouper sandwich. Didn't try on site cafe but it's open 8-5pm. BilMar resort down the street has good breakfast and open to public. Had a maintenance issue which was taken care of in a timely manner. We would stay here again for sure!!

Fabulous vacation home! What's not to love? The Lazy Palm has it all - close to the beach, private pool, plenty of room with a great layout and lots of style! I loved the multiple areas to hang out. The home had everything we needed - stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, tvs in all the bedrooms and living spaces, plus it's so easy and a lovely walk to get to the beach. When we did chose to leave the house, we explored Isle of Palms and Charleston. What a fun place! We all can't wait to come back.

This home was decorated beautifully with cozy furnishings, high end touches and a great distance from the beach. We absolutely loved the golf cart! The pool was nice, and we appreciated the elevator to haul suitcases up and down. We felt very spoiled during our stay! I would definitely recommend this house!

We did a girls trip and stayed at the penthouse -- it was GORGEOUS, comfy beds, so much space, and a great location. Perfect distance to the pool and easy walk to the beach or you can call the golf carts to come get you. The staff was incredible to work with and Kathy was amazing helping us get checked in/out. Thank you for a great vaca!

We are beyond pleased with our stay at Peaceful Waters! The property is beautiful and immaculately maintained. The view is stunning and can be enjoyed from multiple deck and patio seating areas including two fire pits with ample chairs and tables. Relaxing in the hot tub with the lake view was a highlight! The home is spacious, comfortable and very clean. I'm very impressed with the attention to details big and small. The kitchen supplies are excellent quality and everything you could possibly need. So many nice touches like extra linens, multiple charging stations for electronics, portable bluetooth speakers, popcorn, coffee, tea, marshmallow roasting sticks, games ,books and so much more. You have quick access to HWY 101 and ample parking. We will defiantly stay here again! Heather

This place was incredible! Our 10 person and 2 dog family felt very comfortable and spacious. Being so close to so many wineries and vineyards gave us plenty to do, not to mention the basement game room downstairs. Our host was always responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen was mostly stocked with everything you need to cook while there and although the grill outside was only 3 burners and not quite big enough for all 10 of us, it was great to have the 4th of July bbq outside.

I would like to thank Elizabeth and Tammy Novak for making our family trip very memorable! Tammy helped us us a lot while we are in Naples answering all our questions! She quickly get back to us every time I sent her a message The house is very beautiful and most important very clean! The pool and spa is beautiful with overlooking lake! It was a very relaxing vacation very quite and safe neighborhood as well! We got to check in the house early as well did not have to wait until 4:00pm! The house is perfect as well if you have a pet! I will recommend staying at this place if you want a relaxing and quite vacation! There a few beaches close to the house 10 to 15 min drive! Again thank you very much we had a great time

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for our family. The home was spotless and well-maintained, with wonderful amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The neighborhood was charming and peaceful, and we felt completely safe throughout our visit. Its central location was ideal for exploring many South Carolina attractions, which was a huge plus. We really enjoyed the house. It was well appointed. The beds were comfortable. Short walk to the beach and about 30 minutes from downtown Charleston. Everything was very clean and the communication by the owners was very informative. I definitely recommend this place to others.

I "snowbirded" at this townhouse for a long time occupancy during the winter 2019. It's spacious with a fantastic location and newly installed bathrooms, upstairs carpets and main level hardwood floors! Loved the recliner movie style sofas and the big screen TV. The queen beds were very comfortable as were the supplied silky sheets. It was nice to enjoy the fire pit in the back yard at times with guests. Having access to a BBQ is a big bonus as is the large two car garage. The kitchen had everything you could ask for and then some! If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I'd give Berne, the property manager at iTrip Vacations, and his team, 6 stars! He responded almost immediately to some minor improvements, issues and missing items that needed attention for my long term rental that were easily ironed out. The Las Brisas townhouse community is great...friendly residents, and pet friendly...so it's perfect for your dog. Nicely paved dog walking trails abound this community. The townhouse is only minutes to the Price Freeway and 5 minutes to a free park and ride for the streetcar to downtown. Only a few minutes to the hub of restaurants and pubs with lively night life and ASU students at Mill Avenue and Tempe Beach Park. It's only about a $7 Uber ride to Cubs stadium (so you can enjoy a beer and not worry about driving). The location is pretty central to anything...10 minutes north to Scottsdale and minutes to hiking trails at Papago Park and the Zoo. If you're an avid cyclist like me, a plethora of cycling trails exist in Tempe and the Valley of the Sun which is what I did almost daily...you can access major cycling trails right from this townhouse without the worry of racking your bike on your vehicle and driving. While it is advertised as newly renovated, some improvements to finish it off superbly would be refreshed new kitchen cupboards to replace the painted original ones to go with the gorgeous new granite counter top and new appliances, and to open the wall from the kitchen to the family room with a breakfast bar to allow more natural light in the unit (as it is a bit "dark" on the ground floor). (Thanks to Berne for providing a floor reading lamp!) As well, the current half bath in the master bedroom could be upgraded and changed to an enclosed large walk in shower to prevent water splashing on floor, the garage could use some tidying up (which is where the a new washing machine is located), and the older dryer could be upgraded as it had rust on the top (although it worked fine). The back yard is a bit "stark" with a concrete wall, no vegetation and only crushed stone, but on the other hand, it was a great place for my dog to take his last pee before bed! Take note that it takes a few minutes to get hot water to the townhouse taps because the hot water tank is located in the garage and the toilets don't always flush fully (so you have to flush twice at times). But these are minor inconveniences. Unfortunately the one and only hot tub for the community located at one of the pools had a broken heater during my stay, so hopefully this is fixed by now. In conclusion, when you weigh the benefits and amenities this townhouse has to offer, and its incredible location, and the fantastic response time from Berne and his crew, I would highly recommend booking this property. I would come back!

Loved location. My 78 year old mom came with us. She had porch/breezeway to sit under. Was able to visit with us but still stay cool. We loved having a private pool and could look out at water/lagoon. Small gro store for quick pick ups near us and a big gro store less than 2 miles away—so close to beach too.

This house was perfect for our birthday weekend getaway! Just like it’s described. Everything was clean, nice appliances , kitchen equipped with everything you could need. Couch was comfy. Beds were comfy. The a/c worked great. The showers had great pressure. Loved the little office since of course the husband had to work some. Great location, close to downtown & the beach!! Neighborhood was quiet & even met some neighbors that were great. I do have 2 suggestions, & by no means did it take away from the overall house- we loved everything about it & will stay again! But, I would like a tv in the master bedroom & wish the backyard was a little better. Maybe a small area outside back door with pavers down & a table & chairs or even just a couple chairs to sit in the backyard. There is a room before you go out the back door that you could even just keep some folding furniture IF someone wanted to sit out back. It has potential. GREAT place, highly recommend!!!

I have rented many beach condos but this is the only one I can say was far better in person than in pictures. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Having two littles with us we loved the short walk to the beach. The covered parking was a bonus also. Wish we could of stayed longer.

What a great beach home! Our family enjoyed this beautiful home and beach so much! The home has everything that you need including beach items. The views of the ocean from the kitchen/ living area was my favorite! The home is beautifully decorated and the set up was great for our large family. Unplugged was a great beach house for our Winter vacation. The kitchen was full of every item we needed. The location was the best we've ever had in Gulf Shores. Our grandkids visited and really loved our little beach area! I could put my kayak in right from the property. We had a couple small issues arise but the iTrip office was right on everything and took care of the problem immediately. Thanks so much iTrip, we look forward to working with you again next winter.

Our family throughly enjoyed our time in this duplex. The open floor plan made entertaining easy. We never heard a peep out of the adjoining duplex despite being occupied and our 3 children were able to sleep soundly in the downstairs bedrooms without being disturbed by the adults upstairs. The layout was simply perfect. The proximity to Beeaver Creek and Vail made for a managable Chritsmas vacation for our young family and the sledding hill walking distance form the duplex was a great bonus. We would be happy to return to the property - perhaps permanenetly if you ever are ready to sell!

We had the best time on our trip and this condo made that all possible.The amazing location, 3 minute walk to the beach, walking distance to everything on the key, and providing everything for out of town guest. We wanted to spend a lot of time on the beach and LuLu's had everything we needed to help enjoy our time; from beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach carts. It made everything more simple for us. The outdoor space/pool/grill were and amazing plus, the private pool and lounging area with tables and umbrellas made it that much more possible to enjoy the outdoors while on vacation. I visit Siesta often but this condo made it that much more enjoyable and I will be back to stay.

We stayed at Oak Rise with 5 families on a friends getaway. We had a fantastic time; the game room, pool, basketball court and acreage kept us busy. We didn’t really need to leave the property once. We had a lot of small children between our families and it felt safe for them as well. When we arrived there was an issue with the AC but I contacted iTrip and it was resolved quickly. Our only feedback would be that there wasn’t enough coffee mugs for all 10 adults to have coffee in the morning and also having some plastic drinkware would be useful for at the pool and/or for kids. Great property though, would definitely rent again!

We had a great time at wakita wave. Everything was clean and perfect for us. We used Instacart for a few snacks and drinks. We didn’t use any kitchen appliances or cooked at the home as we wanted to try all the different restaurants in Folly. Views, cleanliness and proximity to the beach was our main concern and those were terrific. We used the beach chair rental recommendations as well and it worked out great!

Condo was pristine clean and well appointed. Property has direct access to beautiful beach. Pool and hot tub on-site. A/c worked really well (important for us people from cold climates). Easy check in/check out. Everything as described. King bed in primary bedroom was so comfortable. Best sleep ever.

Had to go to Stmbt on business & was able to stay at one of the Storm Meadows Townhouses. Beautiful unit/facility. The unit was easy to get to…..clean….tastefully designed and we loved the kitchen and its layout. Easy to find everything. Outdoor grill on the patio. Good water pressure on the upstairs and that can sometimes be a problem. Wonderful view also. Highly recommend #20 if you are considering a trip.

We had been staying at the same Clearwater beach hotel for over 25 years but as of last Spring this hotel sold to Wyndham. The closure of our go-to hotel had us searching for new vacation accommodations when we found 502 Dockside. We couldn't be happier with this condo. It is spacious, clean, and exactly as it is described online. The booking process with iTrip is straightforward and easy. Their staff is very responsive and we will definitely be back next year.

Our group of 6 adults and 4 children under 3 had a great time. The house was nice and clean as advertised by the pictures. The private courtyard was great and allowed the children to play outside without the worry of them running off into the parking lot or street. The pools were great and the Manor house was beautiful. The house is in a great quiet location and only a few minute walk to downtown. The only issue we had and it was not even an issue but there is a lack of pantry/storage space for food/paper products. We would definitely stay here again.

The stay at On Cloud 9 was absolutely amazing! My husband and I met up with my brother’s family for a short getaway in Annapolis. Even though this home was newly listed and didn’t have any reviews, we took a chance and OMG did it pay off! The house was immaculate and really thoughtfully designed. My husband and I loved the Master Bedroom suite on the top floor. It has a nice room off the master where we would make coffee in the morning. My brother’s kids loved the bunk bed. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The home is on a quiet street which was perfect for us ( and was ½ a block from the water). We can’t wait to visit Annapolis again.

This residence was the perfect getaway where I was able to enjoy Myrtleeach and completely relax inMyrtleBfy and cozy home. The home is exactly as the photos, equipped with more than enough essentials to make your stay carefree and relaxing. Very clean and wonderfully decorated. Very close to the beach and areas of enjoyment in the North Myrtle area. Will definitely choose this residence again when visiting Myrtle Beach, SC. Absolutely perfect!!

We recently stayed at Cardinal’s Nest and my family and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax on our vacation! The house layout is incredible! The backyard pool and entertaining space was perfect for our two young boys to play and swim with nice patio furniture to enjoy the sun or shade! Smart TV’s in each room was a bonus. Being able to use the garage was nice as well! The neighborhood was very quiet and the people were very friendly around us! I would highly recommend this house for a family or couples looking for a private house to relax at!

My family and I stayed for a week and we loved it! The condo has plenty of room, is air conditioned, and is in a great location with easy access the beach, Publix and lots of restaurants & attractions. We also really enjoyed the pool area. We would definitely recommend this to anyone!

As advertised. Nice remodeled condo on the top floor. About a mile walk to the tourist spot (Main Street). Close enough to walk. Close to the ski resort (one hill to climb and across a parking lot). The garage parking is valuable.

We all really enjoyed our stay here and the house was exactly what we needed and as described. The pool was warm enough to swim in even given the unseasonable cold temps. This was our first time visiting Flagler Beach and enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere of the town. We enjoyed some football games and a Christmas day lunch at Finns bar. A really good local spot with tasty food and strong drinks. We all took many walks to the center of town for drinks and food... and ice cream at Sally's! Took a quick day trip up to St. Augustine to tour the Fort and old town... it was worth it! We initially had issues with the wifi not working. A call to the property manager and Jason came out as soon as he could and found us a new modem and had us up and running at 630pm... on Christmas eve!! We were so thankful. Our only complaints were that the two twin bed mattresses were not comfortable for adults. (We went to Walmart and bought some toppers to make them acceptable) They would probably be just fine for kids or average size teenagers. The two chairs in the living room were not comfortable at all, but we adapted. Be aware that the traffic sound on A1A in front of the house can be loud and is a constant. Several of us took daily advantage of the covered picnic table on the beach right in front of the houses. Overall we would rent here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful! We have always stayed oceanfront but this location was perfect! Short walk to the beach and view of the ocean. Our teenage boys enjoyed fishing at the marsh and watching the tides come in and out so I think this may be our new favorite place! We enjoyed talking to a couple at the condo that were regulars and were actually from our hometown area. We will definitely be returning!

We stay in quite a lot of Airbnb’s and this home was one of our favorites. The outdoor space is so cute but the indoors is even better. So much room for everyone, with large bedrooms and each room having their own bathroom. For such an expansive home, it was very cozy. There are many places to hang out separate from the main living area, if you are looking to get away from everyone else for a bit. Aside from the primary kitchen, there are two additional kitchenettes. One downstairs in a very nice suite and another upstairs in between a few of the bedrooms (perfect spot for this). Plenty of blankets, towels, and kitchenware throughout the home. We will definitely be back!

Hello Sunshine condo on the beautiful Folly River was the perfect vacation home! Everything from the decor, location, size, amenities and views were just what we were looking for on our girls trip to the Charleston area! The home had everything we needed and the owners were responsive and welcoming. It was close to beaches, biking, boating and downtown Charleston was a short 25 minutes away. It was a great value for the price. Can’t wait to come back!

We loved the property. The unit was very warm and welcoming. It had all the amenities we could have asked for including beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. The grounds are beautiful. There were several fountains in the pond off our lanai and it was so relaxing to sit there and listen to the water features. The onsite restaurant was very convenient and had fabulous food. Also, the unit was located close to a grocery store, Walgreens , liquor store and numerous casual dining places.

We found this cabin to be clean and well maintained. It has a nice view if the lake with lots of wildlife to watch. We really enjoyed our stay and will consider booking again in the future. The only negative of this cabin is the steep driveway. It can be a bit challenging to navigate with our large touring motorcycle. Other than that, this is a great cabin to visit.

We visited for Labor Day Weekend and had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect, beautiful and well equipped. The facilities were very accommodating and the shuttle bus made it perfect. This was not our first time to Perdido Key but first time at Lost Key and we loved it. We rode bikes and played golf too! Definitely would love to come back and would recommend! Also the host was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with.

We loved this house. Super clean! One of the main reasons we chose this place was the clean reviews, and it lived to that standard. It’s also in a great spot near Haceta beach (you can’t see the ocean from the house, though). The kids loved the adventurous trail from the house to the beach, but you can also easily access via the road and driftwood shores area. We would absolutely stay here again. The house is very roomy with two living areas and three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds are super comfy, too! Lots of extra blankets and pillows in the closet. Great stay!

This was by far one of the cleanest condos we have stayed in. The building is well kept. The Pool and BBQ were conveniently located. The apartment had breathtaking views of the pool and beach. Our annual vacation in Isle of Palms was awesome this year - largely due to this beautiful coastal home! The house is spacious and very functional. It is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The Little Harbor Inn in Ruskin was a lovely place to stay for a short vacation. The room decor was very "beachy" and bright, and the beds were comfy. We had a great view out the window of the canal and could see dolphins swimming by. We enjoyed the two pools; and the two restaurants on the property were good, not 5-star, but good. You will need a car to get to other restaurants and activities. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Spent a week at the Firehouse and loved it! The house is really lovely, spacious, well-equipped, and the host is incredibly responsive. We loved the location and neighborhood and the fact that the house is dog friendly was a big plus for us since we traveled with our 2 little dogs! Our family of 4 loved our villa at the Bluffs. It was very roomy for all of us and was clean, well-decorated, and had all the amenities needed for our stay. We had family also staying at the Bluffs on the 1st floor of another building. It was nice, but not nearly as bright as our 3rd floor apartment. We especially loved the very short walk to the marina, pool and the beach. This made going back and forth very easy with our 5 year-old. It also helped to rent a wagon to haul beach chairs and a cooler. Definitely take advantage of the beautiful bike trails at Sea Pines and enjoy the pizza and ice cream at the marina. There's no doubt that we will visit again, and thank you to Peter M for all the help!

I and the people I was with during this period were unanimous in evaluating the service positively from the first contact until now. They were wonderful days and even when we had a problem with the air conditioning on the third floor they were fantastic. During the 4th of July holiday, they managed to mobilize a company to fix the air conditioning and this happened within a few hours of my contact with the manager. I would highly recommend this house for the excellent accommodation (the decor is incredible and the furniture and everything are of high quality) as well as the services provided by the property managers. We had a wonderful time and are so grateful we made the right choice. Thank you so much for providing us with a great 4th of July holiday.

We rented a house for our 10 year anniversary, we intended to go with our 6 children and 13 grandchildren, so we rented a house that could accommodate that many people. Then two families back out, so we had to downsize, which was very easy. I went to cancel my original reservation and they inquired what I was looking for and sent me several options, one of which we ended up going with. The entire process was very easy and afforable, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them. We thought this was going to be a once in a lifetime vacation and it was such a great experience, we are planning a return trip in 5 years!!

The Tin Shed Revival is a perfect little retreat spot. Near the beach and a grocery store, also just over the Usina Bridge and St. Augustine. One of my favorite things, though, is the little private garden around the screened porch. Palms, palmettos, and twisty oaks tower above you. Also, when you're lying in bed, the view continues with two surfboards in the rafters. A tranquil, beautiful spot.

Traveling with kids is hard and to arrive to a clean and cozy home, with safety features with the pool and a few minutes walk to the beach let us rest knowing our 3 year old curious and busy granddaughter would be safe!!! the many doors kept our grandson busy in the hall way and we all loved the many balconies and views from the house!! We loved the stocked full of dishes, kitchen, the extra fridge down stairs in the garage conversion was perfect for extra drinks and food!! We loved having towels and the washer and dryer along with in suite bathrooms!!! We could all get ready quickly!!! The pool was clean and ready to go and the added things left behind were perfect for us to use!!! It was a vacation we have dreamed about bringing our 3 adult children and spouse and grand kids on!!!

We had a fabulous 1st stay for a week, then met our kids on Big Island for some family time. We love Kaanapali Royal and N-202 so much, we returned for another week! What a treat! This is our fourth time at N-202 and we love that it’s so charming! Lots of great breakfasts and dinners on the Lanai. There is everything you need for cooking. Great snorkeling at Airport beach. We love being close to Whalers’s to go for PuPu’s at Monkeypod or Hula Grill. But it’s nice to be off the “main drag” of hotels. Loved hanging out at the pool and barbecuing! The ITrip Maui group are fantastic! We had some questions and they responded quickly and efficiently! So friendly too! I’m kind of worried that I’m letting the cat out of the bag as N-202 is becoming our home away from home.

My wife and I just spent a lovely week at this lovely condo right in downtown Aspen. Every summer we rent a house in Snowmass and enjoy a fun time with our large family. This year we decided to treat ourselves to one more week and stay in the heart of Aspen. So fun to be able to walk to the shops and restaurants! This house was perfect. By far, this is the best rental we have ever had. The place was super clean, kitchen was "stocked" (more on that below), plenty of towels for the whole family. There were a couple of weird issues: the grill igniter was busted, but we bought a lighter and that fixed that problem... one of the toilets was constantly running after flushing (hard to catch if you are only there to clean it), and there was a carpet tack strip that intermittently stuck out from one of the bedrooms carpets. These were slight irritants, not enough to really complain about. I told the property manager on the way out and I'm confident they will get fixed. The reason to get this property is to enjoy the resort area. It was about a five-to-ten minute walk to the resort (or beach). The poolside bar had limited and reasonably-priced food items and beverages. We really enjoyed the bucket drinks, as they had a really good vacation feel to them. The resort was clean and had a great family atmosphere- the pools were great. Everything about it-- great! I do have one minor complaint about the entire experience: Imagine you have spent a small fortune on a rental property for your family. Then imagine walking into the kitchen and discovering that literally everything had been taken out of the kitchen. No salt, no pepper, no cooking oil, nothing. Not. a. single. thing. Extra trash bags? Naw. Dishwasher pods? Nope. We have stayed in a lot of places and this stuff generally gets left behind. I know that the listing said what the minimum stuff that would be left was (x # of dishwasher pods/rolls of tp/etc), but it was like it was deliberately taken out (I guess the alternative is nobody has ever rented the place). We left some of this stuff behind, I am hopeful that the stuff relevant to cleaning the place gets left in there. I will have no way of knowing. Again, not a deal breaker, but just a little obnoxious.... if you're spending a small fortune to stay in a sweet house anyway, maybe it shouldn't bother you to have to pony up for some stuff to clean up though. So, in sum.... This place was pretty awesome. We enjoyed ourselves here. Little suggestion: if you have small kids plan to eat dinner at home, or eat dinner late. The restaurants were on huge waits every night over the 4th of July week. We discovered this after a few nights with crying children. Also, if you don't have a NEED to get around often, you could probably get by without a rental car here. We spent most of our time at the resort/beach, so in hindsight.... maybe we could have survived without it.

St Augustine is one of our favorite places to visit. This is our first time staying at this bungalow and we could not have been more pleased. From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with it. It was extremely clean, plenty of room for the four of us. It is about a 15 minute walk to the historic shops in about a 5-minute walk to the oldest jail. This was in the most perfect location and David was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely book this Bungalow again if it is available next time we travel.

We had a great, relaxing vacation, because we had all of the necessary info we needed before arriving. Everything was covered, like what type daily items are supplied upon arrival to who to contact if needed. When we arrived, the AC was not blowing much cool air out and it was very hot outside. Within a short amount of time after I called the office, the repairman was at our door and he fixed the issue, thank goodness! I think the rental price is very reasonable. We loved it so much last year, that we came back to the same unit this year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days at Beach Bliss with our children and grandchildren. The house is spacious, with five well appointed bedrooms (three with en-suite bathrooms) a living room/dining room and kitchen with ocean views, and three porches (two covered) for relaxing and feeling ocean breezes. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, cooking implements, and basic spices and supplies to make cooking meals easy. Beach Bliss is located across the street from beach access and a short golf cart ride from the Bald Head Island Club so that you can fully enjoy all Bald Head has to offer.

We had an amazing stay at the Hollywood Hideaway. The accommodations were great and we were close to everything we wanted to do and see, and the view from the house was amazing. We stayed here for a girls weekend with 8 of us. There was PLENTY of space and the house was sparkling clean. The host was fast in communications and very sweet to give us a late checkout on our last morning. The houses location and amenities were priceless. If I’m in folly beach in the future I would definitely want to stay here again!

Perfect.location in Ranch Mirage for access to everything. Home is extremely well equippled with everything you need for a long stay. The furnishings are showing their age and should be updated however were very comfortable. Lots of seating inside and out. The pool and spa are lovely. Would not hesitate to book again. Property managers are first rate, responsive and always checking to make sure I was happy.

We had the absolute BEST time at this condo. The place was fully loaded with anything you needed and perfect for our family of four (1yo and 4yo). The two pools kept our kiddos busy the whole time and being right on the beach with private access was just icing on the cake. Everyone in the community was so nice and it was a nice quiet stay. iExplorie was so accommodating and quickly responded to everything needed. We called about using our complimentary one free ticket to the alligator arm and he had it sent to us within minutes. Saved us $35!! We can’t say anything g negative about our stay and we will certainly be back.

Lovely waterfront home. It was lovely to wake up every morning and seeing the ocean right outside the windows and hearing the soothing sounds of the crashing waves falling asleep every night. Great location, quiet town but plenty to do. Close to restaurants, nightlife, hikes, and the ferry. Spacious and clean, plenty of room for a large family. My wife and I can’t wait to get back!

This house was the perfect spot for our long weekend away. We had a two day conference in Denver, which was a short and beautiful 35 minute drive through the mountains. The rest of our trip was spent seeing golden aspen, hiking, and eating in town. Echo Lake and the Chicago Lakes trail were 15 minutes up Mt. Evans road, and good restaurants were 5 minutes the other direction - really the perfect location for us. The house was comfortable and homey, with a fully stocked kitchen for the dinner and breakfast we made there. The wrap around deck had lots of sunshine, and beautiful views of the hillside with the morning sun on it. Perfect for my first cup of coffee viewing. This house would be great for a two-family get away, as there are two bedrooms upstairs with a full bath, two bedrooms downstairs with a full bath, and lots of hang out room in the floor in between for privacy times and coming together times. Lottie was great as a hostess, answering my questions ahead of time, including hiking and restaurant recommendations.

We adored staying at Sailor's Cove. We had a fun and relaxing visit to Sea Pines - so much to do nearby (Crazy Crab is a hoot) but it was just great to relax at home and enjoy such a quiet secluded setting. You wouldn't know you are staying in a resort the back yard is so private and zen like. We even heard an owl at night time which was a treat for these city dwellers. The kids loved (loved, loved, loved) the bunk room. In fact it was a challenge getting them to leave! The home is really spacious, has a really well stocked chef's kitchen which we spent a lot of time in. The communications from the iTrip Hilton Head team were awesome, exactly the info we needed just when we needed it. We had no issues but iTrip is so responsive they make checking in and out a breeze. We will return! Hoot Hoot!

The house is awesome! Our group (3 couples) has rented several properties on Fort Myers Beach - this house has it all. It was very clean, the beds are very comfortable (might think about bringing your own pillow if thicker foam pillows are not for you), the kitchen has everything you should need, plenty of beach equipment, comfortable furniture on the deck and around the pool, and just an overall great set up. Check in and check out process was very easy and the management team reached out a couple of times during the week. The pool and hot tub are great and plenty of wildlife around the canal to keep the group entertained. The pictures on the site are accurate and everything in the house is in excellent condition. Two of the couples are planning to book vacations at the house with their kids.

Our three generation family of 11 had a wonderful week together at this house! There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us, and room to be together or in a corner by yourself to read or just be along. The kitchen in large enough to cook for all of us with ease. We loved seeing moose, deer, foxes and chipmunks in the neighborhood. It was easy to spend time in Frisco, Breckinridge, Alma and FairPlay! All in all a great rental!

Charming home from 181o with modern amenities. Little things like cups, glasses, cutlery, linens and appliances are all modern and pretty. Sheets are soft. Towels are fluffy and abundant. The patio is a sanctuary with flowers and singing birds. The location could not be better. We have not driven since Friday as we can walk to everything. Host is gracious and thoughtful and has checked in to make sure nothing is needed. Can’t wait to come back. If you are looking at this book it now!

We are coming for the second time to St. Augustine and again we are very happy and we really liked it. Again in the same house and on the same beach. We can only say one thing about the house and the beach. Amazing house and wonderful beach. The house again had everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Fully furnished and excellent internet and cable TV. Very clean and spacious house. With enough furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and beautiful views. My children loved to sleep on double beds. They are very comfortable. For me and my family, one of our favorite things was when we got up in the morning to have breakfast on the terrace and watch the ocean. Amazing and unique view. Perhaps one of the most beautiful things one can see in the morning, namely the beautiful sunrise over the ocean. Congratulations again to the owners for the hospitality and excellent service. We stayed for the week and just loved it. The place was more than we thought it would be. The bed was really really comfortable. It was clean and everything we needed was available. We didn't really cook or anything; ate out after golfing or running around town. But we could have easily because there was everything we could have needed. The view from the pool was great and it was nice for cooling down. The hot tub was great for after golf. I would definitely recommend.

Loved our time here, the atmosphere was incredible. We spent a lot of time hanging out on the deck and around the fire pit. Everything was well stocked , comfortable, and clean and we felt right at home. We were even able to log into our own Netflix account on the smart tv. The treehouse was such a cool added feature and also has a really comfortable bed. The host was great and very responsive. We would highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back.

I've been renting houses in the La Quinta area for a long time, and this one was one of our favorites! It provides ample room for four people, great views, and a resort style backyard. Our host was very gracious and quick thinking. We needed a pool net to skim the leaves out of the water, but we couldn't find it. After searching everywhere, I emailed our host and she recommended to look in a certain area. Well, it wasn't there. We were in a hurry to leave the house to go play golf, so we figured we would take care of it after we got back. After arriving back at the house we went into the back yard and saw the pool was totally spotless. Our host had called a pool cleaner while we were gone. It was completely unexpected and it was highly appreciated.

This townhome is situated literally on the side of a ski run which makes it very convenient. It’s part of the Storm Meadows condos. To access the slopes you walk out back deck, snap on skis and you are on the Right O Way run. The great room, kitchen and dining are nice and ideal for families gathering, eating, relaxing, etc. The gas fireplace was very warming after a long day skiing. Property management was very responsive to any of our questions or requests. The kitchen is really well equipped and we had everything necessary to cook a lot of our meals. Townhome #22 was a good find for a family ski trip!

No words to explain how beautiful the view is from this Condo....best part being floor to ceiling windows on all three bedrooms and living room. Each room opens up to a balcony (2 of the bed rooms share same balcony from living room) which has an amazing view of the sea and if you are lucky, you can even spot dolphins and sting rays in the morning. All rooms are very spacious and living room looks great with a nice sofa and a huge dining table and with a huge balcony. Property is very well maintained and very clean. Walmart and Wonderworks, Minigolf is at walking distance. Overall, had a great experience and enjoyed every moment. Would love to go back and stay in same Condo (1001, Tower II) which is on 10th floor. You can get a mind blowing view of sunset right from living room balcony. Would highly recommend to my friends.

This beach front house was perfect. Two family of four fit comfortably with rooms to spare. The kids loved the bunk room and all the other bedrooms were nicely laid out with their own bathrooms. The back porch is the perfect spot to relax with great views of the ocean. The lower level patio with pool, kitchen and dining area were hard to leave! It was cooler the weekend we were there in February, so the heated pool allowed us to still swim. Would love to come back to this house every year!

Going to the beach is always amazing. I could stay anywhere, and it would be great. What was particularly nice was the communication and promptness of itripvacations for any question or request. Would recommend staying with this group. As far as the location, very close to the beach, the elevator was super helpful in moving in and for young kids and older adults, and the house itself was very close to restaurants in Kure. Would recommend.

Buckingham Place is a block from a lovely walk, and in an area of very well maintained homes. This house has an entertainers' flow with a large room with an eat in kitchen and large screen TV in the den on the other end. This area leads to the garages, over sized washer / dryer and an en suite guest room. Everything looks like Home Goods appointments, but it was very comfy for a small family reunion. The aluminum framed windows and doors could use a sweep of the cobwebs and a lick of lubricant so it doesn't break fingers when trying to open. The rest of the house is highly functional.

My son got married at The Pinery on June 1st. Our family and relatives rented both units of The Overlook. It was the best experience! Being right next-door to The Pinery made it so easy for family members to go back and forth. We were able to use the spacious patio after rehearsal dinner Friday night. Very nice accommodations!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! I would recommend the place to a friend! Beautifully decorated, super clean, modern. Gorgeous view! Beach is very close by, in a walking distance. Had no problem walking there with 2 kids (6 and 2 yo) The only thing is the smell, must be the cleaning or disinfecting products that are used after guests, are super strong. Of course everyone appreciates the cleaning measures nowadays but it was not pleasant at all. If someone is very sensitive to the scents, highly allergic or has asthma that probably could be an issue. Other than that very nice! Thank you!

We had such a great time in the condo at Turn of River. Everything was as described and more. Location was amazing - easy to walk to the beach. My husband and I were married there and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. There was one plumbing issue, however it was resolved extremely fast and didn't impact our stay what so ever. Lovely place to stay in a beautiful part of the state! Owners left us a welcome basket and were good at communicating any issues. Our unit was clean with all the amenities we needed. One of the outdoor hot tubs wasn’t working initially, but it was just a short walk to the other one and it was fixed after 1-2 days. We went running several times and often saw a small herd of deer grazing around the property. Would highly recommend.

We have stayed at Hilton Head several times and are always searching for a rental unit that is close to the water and has the best amenities. This unit was by far the cleanest most up to date unit we have rented. We look forward to visiting this unit again.

The condo was home away from home. It was accommodating in every corner. The host made every effort to attend to needs as soon as notified, which was very seldom. The view was a million dollar view from most all places in the condo without even stepping on the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We love staying at the Caribe and this unit was wonderful! Great view and we loved watching the boats in the bay. Only issue was there were no blackout curtains in the master so it was very bright early in the morning. Will stay again!

Thank you for your recent stay! Caribe is certainly a wonderful, family friendly complex which offer so much! This unit does boast amazing views from the balcony. Not ever having anyone complain about the blackout curtains, we would have never known. Now that we do, we can certainly investigate that matter. We are excited to see guest return. This 9th floor condo unit has amazing views, the gulf from the balcony and the lagoon view from the front door. Amber with iTrip was quick to respond whenever I send her questions. only one of the only two elevators that services the more or less 130 units at the commodore was working ( only 2 of the 7 nights that we were there that both elevators were working.) I did speak to one of the residents there and he said that they are about to update both elevators so hopefully soon, this wouldn’t be a problem anymore. I didn’t personally didn’t mind waiting for the down elevators ‘coz I got to enjoy the view while waiting.

Pros: clean, nice furnishings, modern baths/kitchen, beds comfortable, plush towels, hot tub in good working order, ski base a short downhill walk away Cons: sheets were institutional quality, wifi inadequate as it did not reach downstairs bedrooms--wifi extender would help that, also sometimes difficult to join network, living room tv NOT HD-- middle aged and older eyes rely on HD for viewing enjoyment(especially of sports), no tvs in bedrooms other than master(and if wifi won't reach you can't stream something to watch in bed), VERY hard water makes for having to totally clean dishes before putting in DW ************ 3.5 STARS*****************

We're pleased to know that the home was clean, comfortable, modern and well suited to your vacation. We appreciate your feedback on the linens - we replace them every November and do spend quite a lot on them - so that is good feedback and we will replace them. We'll also look into further upgrading the living room tele and will add another router or wi-fi extender right away - great idea - as we weren't aware of any issues with wi-fi in the upstairs. Unfortunately, the water in Park City is very hard water and even with the water softener in house, it doesn't solve the issue completely. Thank you again for your business and feedback. We enjoyed our stay at Trellis at Baptista Maresh Vineyard The place was modern but had a very cozy feel. Everything was in working order and well equipped. Tasteful. Nice kitchen. BBQ was perfect. The deck was lovely. Each morning I toured the property taking pictures of the lavender, irises, and roses. Beautiful landscaping.We like the location of the property- close to some of the best vineyards in the region. We plan to return and stay for a few more days. Thank you.

This a small home appears to have been recently completely renovated. The results are great: hardwood floors, lovely tile in the bathroom and kitchen, all fresh paint and everything in excellent condition. The kitchen has a full set of brand new appliances, new dishes, cutlery, and glassware. It was provided with coffee, tea, a bottle of local wine, and more. The table has seating for four, and there are also bar stools at the kitchen counter. There's a very comfortable bed, washer and dryer, back patio seating and BBQ, and air conditioning. The shower is walk in.____The interior design is well done - new and refinished furniture is nicely arranged. There's art on the walls and books in the bookcases - games and puzzles too. It's a very short walk from downtown Newberg, with lots of restaurants and locations for wine tastings nearby. This would be a great place to spend a week if you're seriously into tasting Willamette wines. Not very wheelchair accessible, as there's a couple steps to the front door. ____We stayed for two days and loved it.

We loved this Sawmill Creek condo! Everything was exceptionally clean and well cared for. We love the close location to town and to the Four O'Clock lift. We definitely recommend it!

We had the best stay in this little cottage. Location was absolutely perfect. We didn’t eat in much because we wanted to experience the town’s delicious food, but house was stocked if needed to. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch reading and watching people stroll by. I would highly recommend!

The condo was wonderful. Very spacious and clean with a view of the bay off one balcony and beach across the street. The Publix next door was great as well. The entire area was quiet and comfortable. We will be back.

Anchors Away is perfect for small families. It’s centrally located to everything in Marathon. The pool is perfect for cooling off. We loved the canal and the easy access to the Gulf. Late evening manatee visits were the highlight of the trip! Our boat was a perfect fit at the docking area.

Quiet, comfortable, relaxing and refreshing is how I would describe or stay at Westgate. All the amenities at the resort were fantastic and the restaurants were five star worthy. Our room was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The staff was always friendly and attentive to details and responded to our requests quickly. We will planning a return trip to the Westgate Resort!
