Very pleasant comfortable place to spend a week. Every part of the condo was very clean, in working order, easy to use, and well supplied. We might have enjoyed having a kitchen sponge for the sink and cleaning up and a couple dish towels. Otherwise it was just fine. When we first arrived we had difficulty parking in our spot because our van had a Thule carrier on top which made it too tall for the parking space. We made a call which was answered very quickly and which solved our dilemma. The hot water was not so we made one more call and a service person replied right away and it was made "hot" right away. One can't ask for better help than that! We had a great visit to Snowmass and liked our condo and feel that "iitrip" did a really good job in providing the rental service. We will certainly call you again.

The pictures don't do this place justice. The home is beautiful and very well stocked. The entire is building is very clean and well maintained. Maintenance is quick to respond and very friendly. And then...there's the beach! We spent most of our time on the balcony, at the pool, and on the beach. It has been glorious! Stores and restaurants are nearby and easy to access, our parking spot was right by the door, and the entire property is very secure. We have enjoyed our time and hope to return. Thanks so very much!

Well equipped original Balboa Island cottage. Beautiful beach decor. Just one bathroom, downstairs. Pretty porch. No garage parking but was able to use the street. Amethyst is at the busy end of the Island so lots of people walking about and cars looking for somewhere to park. Better at the ferry end of the Island but was fine for me this time.

Last year I made suggestions that seemed to be heard! The WiFi was fixed! I believe that they put a nice backsplash in the kitchen. The holes in the walls were not as noticeable or gone this year. Paint the frigging bathroom downstairs. Looks bad for the prissy ones that stay. Once again, had plenty of space. I wiped down the banister going upstairs. White paint and greasy hands don’t combine. Probably going to book again and pretend in my own mind that it is our own private beach house! Always feel at home every time we come down there. Thanks again! 5 stars this time y’all!

The house was exactly as advertised in the listing. Communication with Mark was effortless. The location for us was excellent, we are all active people so it was an easy walk to the Oyster Society (our favorite restaurant) and also to Winterberry park where we could watch softball and also Canine Cove dog park where we could visit pets since we all had to leave ours at home.

My kids and i really enjoyed our stay at 311 Bear Lodge. It was our first trip to Whistler and the location was super convenient to get to know where everything is and to access the lifts and Gondolas for both Whistler and Blackcomb. The description was accurate for the unit and the beds and linens were great. Kids got a bit spoiled with the duvet covers! The TV had an issue on our first night and the manager had it replaced within a day, which was appreciated. We would stay again. Thanks, Greg

We rented this beautiful home for a special family vacation and it did not disappoint! This house was perfect for the 10 of us! We loved the location, amenities, the pool and hot tub, plenty of linens, and how well stocked the kitchen was. Mark (the property manager) was friendly, communicated well, and nice to work with.

Location, location, location! We enjoyed the relaxing view of the inner coastal from the living area and porch, where we saw dolphins, manatees and pelicans diving for fish. We could see the Gulf of Mexico from the kitchen window and loved being able to walk across the street to get to a lovely beach. Groceries right next door and lots of good restaurants nearby. The condo has lots of room and was just as pictured. Bring your own beach chairs or rent a cabana once you get there - beach chairs provided by the condo were not in great shape, but we did use them a couple of times. Great place to stay! We would go back again.

We decided to do a quick 3 day trip to Seabrook for Fall Break and this place was PERFECT! We wanted to be right on the beach and close to amenities. The unit was very clean and well equipped. Having the porch/balcony screened in is a must and few of the villas are screened so we were grateful to find this one. Another huge plus is that it’s pet friendly, even though we didn’t take advantage of that feature this time. We love our Seabrook time :)

Came to Vail to celebrate my husband's birthday along with a few friends. This cabin provided everyone with the perfect balance between privacy and open space for everyone to enjoy. The master bedroom is bedroom is beautiful with many windows overlooking the landscape, the open kitchen is fully stacked with literally everything you'll ever need to cook meals. And of course the Jacuzzi was a huge plus to relax after a full day in the slopes. All in all, such a wonderful property!

The location of the house is perfect. The house is very spacious with a lot of beds, perfect for a big family. The pool is very nice and clean. I would also like to point put that even tho we had a bit of a problem with communication at the beginning, they were on top of it and help us out as much as possible. I highly recommend this property!

Great Condo! The unit was clean an comfortable. It was really nice having a shuttle that runs between the complex and the ski area. The complex has three hot tubs and a pool; very nice.

We had a quick getaway for the holiday weekend. We loved the room itself as well as the pool and quick access to the beach. Perfect view of the beach from the living room chair on those rainy afternoons.

Very nice and convenient condo. It was everything that was advertised! Convenient to John’s Pass and many restaurants and shopping! Condo has fantastic ocean views and large pool for relaxing. Even saw the Dolphins swimming by!!! I would choose this place again!

The house was very spacious and could accommodate all 10 adults comfortably. The house was very clean upon arrival and checkin was very easy. There is a bedroom downstairs and three bedrooms have a private bath. Having the heated pool was great and we spent a good bit of time lounging there. Did most of our meals at the house and had everything we needed readily available. Getting to all the Disney properties was easy. Grocery stores and restaurants conveniently located. Being able to use the Oasis and Retreat Clubs an added bonus. Will definitely be returning.

Nature’s Haven is aptly named. You are surrounded by windows that let in the beautiful views of the lagoon and landscaping. It has numerous seating options, inside and out, which were very comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with smart TVs in all. We had plenty of space for our family to spread out. The second floor with the twin beds and 3 bunks is perfect for teens, with their own bathroom and sitting area. The kitchen had everything we needed for making light breakfasts before starting the day. The hot tub was a wonderful way to end our day. Plenty of beach equipment in the garage. We had an easy 5 minute walk to beach access. If you are looking for a wonderful home to book for your family on Kiawah, look no further than Nature’s Haven. Also, easy to get home access with code and not having to stop anywhere. Steven and Sarah from I trip vacations communicated all details to a T. We hope to come back!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Binnie's Beachfront Bongalow. It was perfect for my wife and I to get away with our small dog. The only thing that would improve the experience was the shower size. It was very small . Overall great experience and the beach was beautiful and not congested. Sunsets were awesome.

Condo #907 at the Lighthouse Condos is a very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The Lighthouse itself has a great location that is in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The elevators were fast and property was well maintained. The condo was clean and spacious. The 3rd bedroom, the bunkroom however, is very tight, the door doesn't open completely. This room would be good for young children that can climb, that top bunk is up there and the ladder needs to be used. The kitchen was well equipped, only lacking a crock pot. We enjoyed our stay and if we come back to Gulf Shores would stay at the Lighthouse again.

We had a great time in this condo! It is on the 2nd floor but there is an elevator so no worries with gear. Because this unit is on the corner of the building you have a private balcony. Parking is super convenient and gated. It is not extravagant but well furnished and clean.

We are a 50 yo couple who were looking to book a last minute getaway to Whistler. As it was so late the prices in the area were very expensive. We stumbled upon this unit, which was reasonably priced and seemed to meet our needs. Very happy that we found this unit. It is as advertised. The bed and bedding was very comfortable, new comfy couch. TV with cable and netflix. There were a few minor cosmetic items but nothing that you really noticed unless you are being super picky. The kitchen is small and the microwave and stove aren't new but we weren't there to cook large meals anyway. There were plenty of utensils and dinnerware, as well anything you could think of to cook with (in). New toaster and kettle also. We were struck by the little touches such as the spices on the side of the fridge. While it is not a new unit it was obvious that someone has taken the time to make it homey and welcoming. Check in was simple with detailed instructions. Location was nice and quiet. Close to Starbucks and a market as well as bus stops and the Creekside Gondola. Had a great weekend would visit again.

This was my first vacation in a few years and North Beach Towers delivered! My stay was wonderful and the resort is rich in amenities. The surrounding community was friendly and I enjoyed being able to walk freely and safely. I will definitely return to this resort. Highly recommended!!

This place exceeded our expectations. It was nicely updated, so clean, and the resort staff were so friendly. The location of the resort was perfect with Barefoot landing right across the street and no high rises right next to them on one side so that decreased the crowds on the beach. Our 1.5 year old loved going down the kids slide and playing in their many pools. We will definitely be coming back.

We stayed over Thanksgiving with our 2 kids to escape the cold and enjoy some pool time, so we made sure to get a heated pool. The outside temps were about 70 to 75, and we were soooo happy that the pool was kept at very nice temp. Our kids spent hours in the pool and had a blast. I mention this because not all "heated pools" are equal, as some owners do the minimum. Not the case here. Everything else worked great too, internet, TV, fireplace, appliances... no issues. Didn't have to contact the host once (I think that's a first). We would definitely stay here again. Some room lighting is cold and dim, I would suggest adding some brighter, warmer bulbs in some of the fixtures.

Itrip Vacations is an amazing Host. The property had an amazing location, Right on the beach yet secluded enough to maintain privacy. The Kitchen came equipped with everything we needed and more . The TV had multiple HDMI inputs made it easy to hookup Roku and Video Game console for the kids. The BBQ grill was very handy . Definitely will be returning to this property when visiting Folly Beach.

We traveled with another couple to the Kaanapali area and decided it would be better to stay as a group in a condo. We were there for 9 nights this past November and enjoyed our stay very much. So much better than a hotel! The condo was clean, well-stocked and inviting. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, so it was a perfect set-up for us. The kitchen was super-clean and oh-so-convenient to make coffee and breakfasts before heading out to sight-see for the day. The washer/dryer was a big plus! We loved having coffee on the serene patio out back overlooking the ocean and the golf. The beds were really comfortable (wish I knew what kind they were, I'd like to get one like that) and the bathrooms were well stocked with anything we needed. Alan, the manager, kept in touch with us with instructions, advice on places to go and anything we needed. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. It's about a mile to the beach, the shops and grocery. Great location, great value for the price and a great choice!

Nice time with family in this nice home tucked away in the forest with the sound of the waves. We’re able to grill on the deck and relax in the hot tub. Enjoyed smores and great family fun around the fire pit.

We rented a condo, and unlike other sites, it was true ski in & ski out. The condo was great, clean, had everything we needed (i even forgot my kids sippy cups and the condo had 3!), AMAZING LOCATION and as a family of 4 adults and 2 kids we had such a great time. However, the BEST of all the experience was the service provided by the ITrip Vacations team. We needed more wood, they answered IMMEDIATELY (not kidding), we thought we might have an issue with the hot water and they came in close to midnight to check on everything. I have travelled the world and stayed in luxurious hotels, and so far, this has been the best service team i have ever encountered. Thank you ITrip Vacations team. I hope to be back next year to the same unit, but most importantly to one that you offer, as i know i will be in GREAT hands! Definitely an iTrip Vacation team fan for life!

Stayed here 3 day with 5 adults and 2 grandchildren. I booked last minute so had no other choice in Caribe with the time and space restrictions I was working with. The place was clean and "acceptable" but bare boned. The LR had a reg. size sofa and 2 chairs, but needed more lamps and more sofas or upholstered chairs. There were 2 old small plastic "rattan" chairs in the room, but they didn't cut it for relaxing. Also a big rug would help the "warmth" of the LR and make acoustics better! On the topic of the sofa, we used it for sleep. It had the worst mattress ever...very uncomfortable. The other beds were ok..but the queen was an all foam type which we felt slept "hot." The Queen BR and the guest King BR both had venetian blinds on windows which let in tons of light...the owner should really put in blackout curtains there. The kitchen had bare minimum of tools for people who like to cook (like we do)...and (typically, unfortunately) their prep knives were just junk. The oven might need to be fixed becuz it took forever to heat up and it still didn't seem hot enough (but I can't verify becuz there was no thermometer INSIDE the oven...just didn't seem hot enough). You may want to verify with owner about specific cooking appliances or tools if you want to cook a lot. This "complaint" is probably rare (LOL)...one of us had to go from condo to another destination besides home, so we had to iron clothes. The iron was just horrible (brown junk on plate, cheap) and ironing board was old and junky and couldn't even adjust or "fold" up. it was left "open" in a closet. I would try to find a nicer place unless you are desperate like I was... I got the distinct feeling that owner will not spend one PENNY more than absolutely necessary. Maybe they are elderly and on a super tight fixed income (??) If so, I am sorry to give a very lukewarm review, but it is truthful. If owners would be able to address its shortcomings, it would definitely be a 4 or 5 star place.

Beautiful home. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor balcony with water view was a plus. The service was great. The place was super super clean. And when we had a plumber come in. They offered us a pair of free tickets to an attraction which was great. The only thing we had an issue with was how uncomfortable the bed was. And how dark, and how little water pressure we had. Other than that it was a great place.

We had a wonderful time staying at Lighthouse 1208! Everything was clean, in working order, kitchen was well stocked, and the view was beautiful! The only complaint we have is that the front door doesn’t have a safety lock on it. We were assured that no one could get in from the outside, but the door was very easy to open from the inside. When traveling with toddlers, this is extremely dangerous! Otherwise it was great from planning, arrival process, the stay, and departure!

Myself, my wife and our small dog stayed for 3 nights and had a very pleasant stay. The house was clean and well furnished with fairly new appliances and plumbing/electric fixtures. At the time we stayed, the trees outside the front window were in full bloom, making for a nice view from the living room. Morning and evening dog walks around the neighborhood were pleasant and we never needed to cross or walk on any busy roads. We did no cooking other than coffee and did not use the back yard so can't speak to that. The neighbors and neighborhood were quiet and unintrusive. Unlike some places we've stayed, we didn't feel like we were living in someone's house while they were away. Rather the house felt like it was totally dedicated to guests which, for us, is nicer. Some small suggestions for improvement would be 1) a Bluetooth soundbar on the TV so we could stream music while having coffee/dinner etc. 2) fix a few loud creaks in the floors 3) set up the backyard furniture for use (we had a spell of nice weather in mid-April) so sitting outside would have been nice, but everything was put away, presumably for winter.

I want to say that my entire family had a fantastic 2 weeks on Hilton Head Island! Our accommodations at Sea Forever were equally fantastic! Let me start by saying that the location is absolutely perfect. The beach and pool are literally "right outside" the condo. The pickle ball and tennis courts are located within 150 yards. We played pickle ball, played golf, rode bikes, swam in the pool, caught a few rays and played games on the beach, went on long walks, and dined at several fun and inviting restaurants. All of this was available without ever having to leave the Sea Pines Resort. The Sea Forever condo was just as described - convenient, comfortable, clean, and beautiful. We definitely look forward to staying here again on future vacations. Thanks so much!

This condo was great! Looks just like the photos! Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped! The view is spectacular. We sat on beach each morning and then when it got hot we used the pool each afternoon and met some nice neighbors! The location is perfect. Close to the yummy french bakery and can walk to restaurants and the best ice cream at Kooky Coconut. I highly recommend this unit! Only recommendation is to get some sheets for king bed that fit better... no big deal, but they moved around when you moved around.

We loved staying at the Yellowstone Riverside cabin. Great location close to town, but tucked away so it was very peaceful and private. We spent most of the time enjoying the patio and outdoors, but the interior of the cabin is fantastic as well. We hope to be back soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to 1429 Deer Blvd. The house is very similar to the photos which is not always the case when renting with other properties. We had 7 adults ranging in age from a grandmother to young adults in their 20’s. It was very helpful that all bedrooms have their own full bathroom plus a half bath on the main floor. We stayed in August so it was nice that the house has AC on the main floor and in the master bedroom which worked great. Many of the homes or condos in the area do not have AC. As other reviews mentioned, the house was stocked with many amenities especially in the kitchen. There is also a second full refrigerator in the garage that was helpful. Definitely recommend the house if you are in the area!

The house was clean and ready an hour early, and we received a text telling us it was ready (which is rare). Plenty of parking, but we only used a car twice. Once for a large grocery run and once to go fishing. The beach is a short walk and Coligny plaza is a half block away. We enjoyed our stay.

The beds were very comfortable, kitchen well appointed, and we both loved the condo community.....everyone seems so friendly and you can't pass them by without receiving a smile or a wave! Sea Casa was a great Beach House for a large or small group. We found it very clean and comfortable with a great view of the ocean from the roof top deck with only steps to the beach and a short distance to historical St Augustine. Sea Casa is close to restaurants and entertainment with a coffee shop across the street. Communication was great with our host, check-in was trouble free. We would, and hopefully will, rent again.

Terrific home in the ocean with plenty of deck space to watch the dolphin swim by. Spacious kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. The coffee station was a nice touch. The lower level has a great game area and extra fridge. Short walk to the club.

My wife and I returned to Pointe Santo for the first time in 35 years. The unit has been upgraded nicely and is equipped for all of your needs. Our only recommendation would be to have a larger skillet in which two eggs or two grilled cheese sandwiches could be prepared at once. Not a big deal, just a slight inconvenience. The instructions were fairly clear, except for the door lock. If the installation had said you lock it h same way as unlocking, it would have saved a call to the property manager. The unit was very clean and organized well.

The Coyote Den is a very spacious, bright and comfortable home away from home for a family visit ! We had one daughter and family (w/baby) stay with us and another local daughter visit. Large bedrooms with comfy beds and nice bathrooms were great. Thoughtful to have a couple humidifiers available. Lots of information on local area and restaurants was very helpful. Garage fit two cars. Very friendly, available and easy to work with home managers. We hope to come again in the summer!!

We loved everything about this complex! The two outdoor pools and two hot tubs were cleaned every morning and there was even a couple of bins where people leave floaties and boogie boards for community use. The condo was clean and just as pictured, a great deal for the price. One major bonus was when we discovered how close it was to the Pier where fireworks we’re done on Fourth of July! Highly recommend any room at The Lighthouse! Also iTrip texted every morning with beach conditions and was always reachable if we had any questions.

A big beautiful home with gorgeous views of Mt. Hood and the Columbia River, just exactly as advertised. The house is set up with separate living areas, so there is plenty of privacy. We stayed with six adults and 4 children, all under the age of 6. The kitchen would please a gourmet chef. The house is loaded with fun activities. We'd rent again in a heartbeat.

Booked 6 nights here to celebrate my parents 40th anniversary. Was also enjoyed by myself, husband, and 4 year old son. Suite was clean and bright upon arrival. Beds were very comfortable. Used the pool for hours each day and had a great time. Great proximity to the upper village and Portobellos for breakfast each morning. My mom does have mobility issues but had no issues getting around. No complaints and plan on booking again next year!

Great home! Plenty of room for our 6 adults and 1 grandchild. Love the open floor plan and big dining table! Would have liked a few more staples in the kitchen ( aluminum foil, cooking spray, etc) but overall a great stay!

We loved our stay at the Kahana Manor! The beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows and bathroom/beach towels. Close to all the best beaches (Kaanapali, Kapalua, Honolua, Napili) and Front Street. The patrons of the bar on the bottom level can were a little noisy in the evenings but not a deal breaker for us. We were never hot in that apartment, even without AC. In fact, one night we were a little chilly. A few pot holders and kitchen washcloths would be nice. Kitchen is a little small, but I loved the full sized appliances (fridge, dishwasher, stove, sink, microwave) they made preparing meals quick and easy! Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here first in 2018 and returned two more times. Outstanding pool and patio, perfect for a family with young children or teens. Our daughter spent most of her day in the pool, or shooting pool in the rec room/garage behind the main house. Quiet location, but close to the village of Siesta Key and the beach. I wasn’t Impressed when I first got there. But by day 3, I was in love with the place and knew we probably wouldn’t want to leave! This place is on the rustic side, but if you are bringing your fur babies, that’s perfect! I wasn’t worrying 24/7 what my dogs were doing. And the doggie door worked perfectly. I didn’t have to go downstairs to let them out. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. I even made cookies one day. There were puzzles and games galore! My favorite place was the HUGE screened porch. We ate dinners, played games, put together puzzles, read, just sat, and slept on that big ole porch. I miss it already! And then there’s Leo. He’s the family member who lives on the property. He is such a wealth of information and always in such a good mood! Idk what he’s paid, but he’s worth his weight in gold! He loves Decked Out! Decked Out really exceeded my expectations!

I visited this condo with my mom and sister after Christmas, and we really enjoyed our stay. Very clean when we arrived. Very spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked, we were able to prepare all of our meals easily. There are also extra linens, blankets, and pillows so we had more than enough for our stay. About 5 mins to Folly beach, 25 mins to downtown Charleston. Great location.

Great accommodation; well stocked kitchen (although the management company did not fix the broken dishwasher). It was nice to have access to cooking supplies like spices, oils, and other sundries. Convenient to both Vail and Beaver Creek. Very nice hot tub.

We loved this place! There were 5 of us (2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 1 college kid), and we all found this place to be perfect. Great location that is walkable to the beach + many restaurants and bars. It is also an easy walk to the supermarket. It was very clean and stylish. The bedrooms were decent sized and there was a great front porch with a swinging bench to relax on. We would not hesitate to book this location again or recommend to friends and family. (We’d even love to buy it if it were for sale !)

This is the best Condo we have stayed in. I have 0 complaints. Def will rent again. So clean and relaxing. The view from the Condo is amazing. 2 sliding doors to enjoy your ocean view ! Cant say enough positive things our stay. Condo has everything you would need.

Amazing details in this house only 300 steps from the beach. Very close to Coligne with shopping, grocery store and restaurants. Lots of TVs and great wifi system. Was perfect for a golf trip and would definitely recommend for family looking to be near North Forest Beach.

Wonderful experience all around at Ridgecrest. They offer a private shuttle during the winter and they were always on time. The pictures do not do this rental justice. Great space in the living room and an incredible table for both dining and games. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and stocked with all the necessities and then some for an enjoyable get away. Check in and out was so easy and the location was exactly what we wanted. Within walk distance to downtown Georgetown. The pictures online are exactly what the home is like. Again, we enjoyed it so very much. Lots of room for everyone! For future trips I will search for properties by this owner.

We rented unit 101 for just 3 nights last minute due to some changing plans. Unit is in great location on 1st (not ground) floor which meant we could use the stairs instead of the elevator. Unit is clean, spacious and stocked with the basics in the kitchen. Balcony has low and high chairs. Bathroom set up is a little different from previous rentals in that the master bath can only be accessed from the master bedroom. (In another unit, you could access from living/dining area as well which worked better for a girls trip with 4 ladies sharing the 2 baths). We would rent again as we love Las Brisas!

This cabin was just what we needed for our large family (14) to have a great stay in Chattanooga. An open floor plan allowed for all of us to be together. The front porch with the comfortable rocking chairs was a favorite. The detached hotel-like room also gave us extra sleeping space. The firepit and hot tub was a favorite as well. Being able to fish in the pond and go out on the rowboat also was a hit. It’s a clean and enjoyable space. The only drawback is that because of all the wood, the sound inside carries and you have to be aware of this so that the kiddos can go to sleep before the adults do! Or your early risers need to go outside on the porch instead of staying inside since the conversation travels throughout the house. After we figured that out, it really was a delightful stay. I would highly recommend this cabin and would consider coming back to Chattanooga again since we did not get to see all that we wanted to see on this trip. Easy access to downtown as well.

The condo was beautiful decorated, clean, and very well stocked. We love the fact that we could walk out to the pool from the back patio. The condo was close to the beach , shops and restaurants. We would definitely come back next year. The management company was very responsive and easy to work with.

If you appreciate older homes, you will Love 16 Saragossa Street! We recently stayed in unit B- the upstairs unit. High ceilings, wide moldings, large windows, a closed in porch, hardwood floors! We started each day with coffee on the porch. It’s located in a perfect spot- within walking distance to St George Street & many restaurants & attractions. The iTrips representative & the property managers were very responsive to our questions. We would stay there again on our next trip to St Augustine!!

Perfect weekend and location to get away and not worry about anything. Seamless check in and check out. Property managers were easy to work with and easy to reach. The experience with our stat and the Commodore in Panama Beach FL was fantastic. So many positive things to report. First the booking was easy and the check-in couldn’t have been better. The guards at the entrance were always so helpful. The condo itself was perfect. The one bedroom overlooking the beach and ocean was fantastic and we were on the balcony a lot. It had all the supplies you would need and then some. We also liked that there was a restaurant right next door that we could walk to with good food, margaritas and music. Totally enjoyed our stay. This is a beautiful home with all the amenities you could ever need! The home is a very short walk to the shops and restaurants and right by the visitor entrance to the Naval Academy. The beds were extremely comfortable and parking was made easy with the garage parking accommodations. We participated in the Annapolis running festival and this home was on the race route, which was a cool experience for our kids to sit outside the home and see us run by! Great home for a family trip, will book again!

We traveled to Park City for our annual ski trip. Spent one week here and accommodations were great. We did not have a vehicle but garage space is great if you do. There’s a small storage unit in first floor for skis/boards that is great so you don’t have to carry these to the third floor unit as there is no elevator. Unit was clean and comfortable. Unit is easily within walking distance to lifts!

This is the second year I have rented this house for the weekend. A group of about 10 women come down from Flagstaff for a weekend of Christian music at Highlands Church. We so enjoy staying at this house. There is plenty of room for us. Even with only 2 1/2 baths, we have managed comfortably. We have never had an issue with either the renting process. The house has always been ready and spotless when we have arrived. Pool is our destination most of the day. I plan on reserving it again for next year's concert. It's very convenient that it can be rented a year out.

Overall, the home met expectations. It was newer, nicely upfitted with a very convenient location to the historic areas of St Augustine. Be prepared for the rooster/chickens across the street that provided some ambiance and the issues that come from the center city/town location (i.e. tighter parking, air “ambiance”, interesting neighbors, etc) all expected for the location of the home. We had a great trip with our family and appreciated the comfortable home to return to after an active day/night.

Another fantastic week in this house! Very clean, close to beach and has everything you need in a beach house. Widows walk with chairs, swing on outside deck, great parking, outdoor shower, open concept great room and more! We plan on renting again next year! Wonderful house!!

Nice, clean home. Good for families. Toilets did both "run" constantly, but worked. Had an issue with wifi not working, but they sent property manager immediately to fix. Initial supplies provided (tp, paper towel, etc) plus small packet of coffee grounds. Good location - close to Old Town & Anastasia State park.

This property was perfect for our family group. Our grand nephew wasn't feeling well so one couple unable to go but we just spread out and had more than enough room. Nicely decorated, liked the coffee area in particular. A sink was clogged but property mgt promptly fixed. Good location to downtown, very walkable and trendy section of East Nashville. Happy with our choice!

This condo was nicely decorated, easy to access, safe, and just a great place to stay. The proximity to the beach access was close and the views are phenomenal! There were lots of special touches that make the condo stand out from the others (small things such as makeup cloth)! It was just big enough for two couples to stay comfortably. So it would house a family of 5/6 easily! This was our first time visiting Destin but we will absolutely be returning and we hope this unit will be available! No complaints, DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Loved the house. The view was amazing and it was fun to watch the planes coming and going from the airport. We had 9 people stay and we were all very comfortable. We had a little problem with the stove which was addressed immediately. There are multiple decks and a garden area to explore. Lots of amenities. It’s a great place for a family get together!

We had a fabulous time at the Sunny Side. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and so clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and the sheets and towels provided were great. Pool access and beach access were easily accessible. The location was perfect. We look forward to visiting again. Only con: there should be at least 1 queen or king bed in addition to the master bedroom.

I rented this cabin to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. This place is great. It is so peaceful and kid friendly. It far exceeded my expectations. The location is close to pigeon forge where there is plenty of things to do. The only thing I regret is not having enough time to enjoy the house as well as all the activities near by. I had no problems with the cabin at all

This house is an absolute gem in the perfect location if you want to explore Southern Utah. The house itself is very cozy and spacious and has everything you need. This house is great for multiple families and the hot tub was an added bonus for all the outdoor activities that our family did on this trip. We explored Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow, and Zion, which weren’t far drives from this house. There are also numerous smaller trails very close to the house that you can enjoy. My only regret is not bringing my mountain bike or road bike because this place is like heaven for a cyclist with the beautiful scenery all around! The neighborhood this house is located at is very quiet and it has a great community pool and park for the kiddos. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at this unit this March. The Greenlinks area is very good, pool is nice and access to golf and areas to walk were excellent. Working with Tammy and team was a pleasure and I would recommend them. I would not recommend this unit. The disposal broke when we were there and was quickly replaced. The dishwasher is on the verge of breaking as well as the ice maker. The microwave door has a crack in it and pain is peeling in a number of spots in the master bedroom. The living room furniture is old and uncomfortable as is the furniture on the lanai. The worst part was the rug throughout the unit had many stains and a bare spot in the main bedroom. We enjoyed our time in Lely and might come back but not to this unit.

Used this for my event team. Huge place, clean and new. Beds all very comfortable. Hot tub amazing, just would suggest some stepping stones up to it so bark doesn't trail into the house after getting out of the hot tub. Would stay again no question.

Our stay on Kiawah Island was perfect! The house was well appointed, the living space was awesome and the bedrooms were comfortable. The location was perfect with beach access nearby. Steven and Sarah provided us with a welcome note and some goodies to help get our weekend off to a great start! All in all, it was a wonderful weekend spent catching up with friends! I have stayed in this room 5 times now, and it is the best rate for this magnificent view!!! The large sliding door opens right up to the beach. There is little to no foot traffic on this side of the resort, so it is very private and we leave the curtain open most of the time. I will book this room every time I come to Port Orange, which is 5 times a year! My only suggestion is...a new mattress, and more towels!

We were so impressed with the villa that we stayed in at Sea Pines Resort and the property owners. The villa was perfectly situated close to Harbour Town, the pool, and to the Beach Club and had gorgeous views of the lagoon right beyond our patio. We had bikes delivered for the entire week which was perfect for our teenagers and for us. The villa was well equipped with everything needed and had a very generous supply of starter items such as laundry soap etc. Each room had it's own nice bathroom and the living room, dining room, and kitchen were so nice. I had many questions prior to arrival and each time I asked a question, it was quickly answered by the property owners. I would highly recommend this villa for the perfect family vacation!!!! Absolutely not one complaint other than how sad we were to have to leave!

This unit is beautiful. We are Hilton Grand Vacation owners so we are used to staying in very nice accommodations. This unit is definitely comparable to a Hilton condo. It is tastefully decorated, HUGE and everything is good quality. The views from the balcony are very soothing and quiet. You can actually sit out and hear the birds sing. An umbrella would be nice though, the morning sun is brutal. Everything you need is supplied. We purchased extra paper towels and toilet paper as suggested but didn't need it after a 7-night stay. Centrally located to EVERYTHING. The only suggestion I would have is that it may be time for a new ice maker. It gets a bit loud. We would definitely stay again.

My primary concern when traveling is staying somewhere clean and pest free. I chose this place because others reported it to be clean. It certainly was thankfully! We never saw any signs of bugs, which is the first thing I look for prior to bringing in luggage. The location was nice, not as many people on this part of the beach giving us some privacy. I was pleased to find the kitchen stocked with essential items as well. I would stay here again if we’re ever back in the area and I’ll recommend to family and friends.

The condo is just like it looks - updated and a good space for two couples with 2 comparable bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. Easy access to skiing and Aspen using the shuttle which stops right outside the unit.

Not enough words can not describe this home. The layout, decorations, VIEWS, are all perfect. When looking into this home we were a little skeptical about it. We felt the price for it was a bit low for what they had to offer so I asked my daughter who lives in the Sherman Oaks of LA to check it out before we booked. Scott was very accommodating and set up time for a viewing. After speaking w/her we booked immediately. This home has everything to offer and the views of the Marina and sunsets over it are breathtaking. When you take a walk in this Newport area the homes are just what dreams are made of. Scott checked in on us once (which was perfect, not overbearing) during our stay just to make sure everything was going well and made sure if we needed anything to let him know. We needed nothing due to the fact the house provided it all, linens, toiletries, beach gear and much more. If you have the opportunity to stay here don't pass it up, the money will be well spent.

This property at Gleneden Beach was wonderful. Exceptionally clean (I am very picky) and exactly as advertised. Short walk to a lovely beach, cute neighborhood, wonderful restaurant (Side Door Cafe) within walking distance. We had a fantastic long Thanksgiving weekend relaxing by the fire, going on long walks on the beach, and playing games as a family. Oh the beds are very comfortable too, we all slept amazing! Highly recommend and we will surely return.
