We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 128 Agate. It was perfect for family. All the amenities were great and we really enjoyed the kitchen and balcony where we watched the ferries. We hope to stay again next year!

We really enjoyed our stay here; the amenities were amazing and the check in and out process was simple and convenient. The pool was so much bigger than other in cabin pools (and I’ve stayed in a few Gatlinburg pool cabins). It was really cool that they had a thermostat that controlled each level of the house. The ticket package was also a pretty sweet deal, considering it is included in the price of the cabin. We were extremely happy with it and can’t wait to visit next year!

We do not really see the sunset from there, but we had a good time anyway. Love the view of the lagoon from the eating area. The apartment is very comfortable and we like the decor very much. It is 8 or 9 min of a pleasant walk to the beach. we also we enjoyed many walks around the area, with our little dog. The condo was well supplied with just about everything we needed. We were sad to return to the frozen north.

The condo was clean, location is good and the customer service outstanding. We arrived in a Friday the evening and had an issue with the heat.. within 2hours a specialist was there and fixed it.

Big beautiful home very clean comfortable. Would stay again . Nice pool hot tub . Only thing I would change . The way master bedroom is located master bathroom window shine morning sunshine rise if early riser 5am light comes in . If you like to sleep in not then room to sleep in . Everything else was very good safe Neighboor

Beautiful home and a lovely, bucolic retreat on the marsh. Wonderfully appointed with space to gather and to spend in quiet contemplation. For the family chef, the kitchen has everything you need and more (for a cooking enthusiast with my own well stocked kitchen, I discovered new implements :-)! Will be our go to home when visiting Kiawah.

This is a nice condo. The outside at first is a little off-putting but the actual interior of the condo is nice. Basically just like the pictures. Very easy access to the beach. Good parking situation.

Pictures and descriptions were accurate. We loved the ease of parking, access to the beach and pool, and the kitchen was well equipped. The windows of this end unit made it seem super spacious.

Clean and updated home oceanside with cozy living space, four BD/BA, and convenient location. Highlights are two large bedrooms with equally great big ocean views and a fully fenced grassy area for doggie. Very clean, small but well-stocked kitchen, and good general upkeep.

Four of us spent a week at Starfish Contemporary Home—it was perfect for a girl’s trip to unwind. The home is lovely with a mid-century but totally updated contemporary decor. We particularly appreciated all the amenities that gave us several spaces to spend time together but also time to spread out on the few occasions when we wanted a little quiet time (the multiple televisions were great). I loved the pool (complete with pool toys and floats) and the outdoor patio space with a tv. The kitchen is fully equipped—I can’t think of anything it didn’t have. A big plus is that it is close to the Siesta Key beaches. I’d definitely go back again. -Mary

This is the second time we have stayed at Sail Lofts 304. It's a great location for the Dillon Amphitheatre and has plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Condo is clean and has plenty of room. We will definitely be coming back.

We greatly enjoyed out stay at the condo at Madeira Beach. Itrip was very responsive when we had a question about the dishwasher (Saturday), but less responsive with a question about whether we could get a beach umbrella or had to buy one (Sunday). The owners did a great job keeping up with maintenance over the past year. Would stay here again. Thank you.

Amazing vacation. This is our second year we come here. We love the location, so close to beach, and the boardwalk. Very responsive for any small issues. The place is huge, immaculate. We will be back. We love it, give it 5 stars.

I hate to let folks know how much we love the Riverside Club. The location is perfect; close to dining and wonderful waterfront views. We love walking the complex in the evening and seeing the fish and dolphins. All of the condos we have stayed in have been wonderful; perfect for the two of us! The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed and we loved having a washer and dryer in the condo. Thank you for having us ....again!

Incredible Views! We were able to walk to everything except a grocery store. The whole island is awesome. we didn't have to leave to find entertainment. It's all right there.

We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Heron. It is in a great location. Everything was in close walking distance: beach, boardwalk, the infamously Britt’s donuts, coffee, food, music, etc. The condo is located on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator to take luggage, food, and other items up. We could not figure out how to use it, so we treated the flights of stairs- good exercise! For us, this was not a big deal. The condo was charming. I loved the multiple balconies. The place is spacious enough to give everyone a little quiet space as needed. It was also a great set up for family meals and game nights. All in all, it was a great family vacation!

Great time with childhood friends! Stayed here last year so rented again this year. A wonderful and beautiful place to stay. Our only comments would be that the condo needs some love. A lot of worn paint areas, a broken off door knob and shower ceiling in primary bedroom appears to be leaking. Beautiful views!

Loved the place. Had plenty of space for our group of 12. Home was clean, spacious, beds were comfortable, and the views were spectacular. We enjoyed the pool, basketball court and the hot tub. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful vacation. Clean and comfortable. One suggestion would be twin beds mattress covers need updating. Or maybe get a king/queen bed. Would definitely be back.

This was a great property and location. The condo was beautiful and spacious, it had everything we needed. It was on the quiet end of the beach so it was perfect traveling with young kids. Parking was easy and the elevators were fast, we rarely had to wait longer than a minute or so. The view was incredible and the property overall was very well kept, including the pools on-site. We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

This condo was wonderful in every way. The beachfront location provided beautiful views from the balcony abut also from within the condo! The location within the Wild Dunes community was also a plus - felt private and provided a community of paths to walk and rode bikes. The condo was clean and updated to provide all the reasonable comforts. Very responsive management as well. All around the perfect condo for an IOP getaway!

This house was exactly as described!!! I give it 5 + stars. Fantastic location, steps away from the beach , through a lovely private path. Cleanliness, and security details and communication on all aspects of the home was great!! It had everything we wanted, from private fire pit(s’mores and hot dog roasting!) , large deck with ocean views. We would book this rental again, we loved it!!

What a wonderful place to stay. We had the best time the pool table and the spa were lovely the place is stocked and ready to live in. It would be nice if the outside shower worked. But we manage to keep the sand out as best we could...a wonderful spot to enjoy the Oregon beach!!

I have nothing to say except good things about this property. First of all this is the cleanest rental property I have been in. The rooms are spacious, as well as the front porch. The description describes exactly what you can expect. The house is about 6 houses away from the walkway to the beach, a 2-3 minute walk. The beaches are pristine, and all houses sit way back behind the dunes. You can walk to Mango Mango's, a bar/restaurant, and also to a small shopping center with a great place for breakfast. St. Augustine seems easy to get around, and the downtown area is really awesome. The outlets are typical outlets I've been to in other beach towns. I highly recommend staying at this property!!!!!

This is a fabulous house for lots of guests. We had 8 adults and plenty of bathrooms and they were large. Great large and comfortable living spaces. And the kitchen allow 4 people as well. Lots of communication that made check in/out easy peasy. Loved the electronic board with information you need!! We had a great time!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at this beautiful home in St. Augustine! It was very clean and very spacious! Loved the area. Close to the stores. We were able to connect to our streaming services on the two TVs. Nice pool area with sitting area and lounging chairs. We really had a great time and would definitely stay here again! A Golden Retreat is a fabulous condo with a beautiful view. We have two teenagers and everyone was happy. Between marsh fishing, the kayaks, pool and beach we stayed busy. The kitchen had all we needed, the golf carts were in great shape and so was the grill. This isn’t our first stay on BHI or in Timbercreek and this is now one of our favorite BHI stays.

We really enjoyed the layout of this location. We liked having our own bedrooms with private bathrooms. The kitchen and eating space had all of the supplies we needed. ITrip was responsive to my questions. This location was close to all of the resort amenities.

The unit is as described- minutes from the beach and steps from the heated pool. The unit is very large. We are pleased we could bring our dog and the gate provided to the entrance of the patio.

We had family in town and rented this home as 'over-flow'. It was perfect for our family - the home was very clean, spacious, well-stocked and in a great location! The communication with iTrip was exceptional. They were quick to respond to our inquiries, offered an early check-in, and left a very thoughtful welcome basket with wine, sparkling water, and various snacks. We highly recommend

We would like to thank all the itrip team for the amazing time we had in Steamboat. The location is great for skiing every day, or enjoying the mountain or exploring the town. Covid measures are in place and respected, the accommodation was clean and when we opened the door for the first time it smelled like lavander and you get that real feeling of "home sweet home". The bed was big and comfortable, it was so amazing to coming back home after a full day in the mountain and enjoying a warm bath and a home made warm meal and to relax in front of the fire place. The WiFi is great, and it made life so much easier to have a very powerful washer/dryer in the house an not having to use the on site launderette downstairs during these times of covid. We hope we can come back to Steamboat soon, but anyway we will use itrip for every other holidays we will book because their team is so great and helpful!

This is a cute little room that is well decorated and a great bargain. It is literally steps from the beach and steps from Publix. I was there during a real Covid outbreak and it was perfect for what I wanted. Vilano Beach is nice and quiet, and the room is very private. It is in the basement, and is a great bargain. The entry door to get in is quite low. I am only 5ft 4in and had to duck to get in. Then I would have to bend way over to get the door to close. The air conditioning is controlled from the upstairs unit, and there is no independent control downstairs, but I was always comfortable. I would have loved to have a light by the door, as it is very dark at night. We had to request more paper products, but they were delivered shortly thereafter. I received great customer service from the owners. I would consider this a great budget option for a couple.

The room is spacious and fits our family of 6 perfectly. Clean and we’ll take. Care of very convenient to the lifts. Super easy ski vacation w 4 kids. I would advocate for adding one baking sheet and one larger frying pan in the kitchen! Everything else is great. Check in was super easy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Montego Bay condo! It was exquisitely clean and there was lots of room for all 6 of us. We traveled with a 7yr, 3yr, and 6 month old. The older 2 loved their bunk room with the pocket doors and our 6 month old fit nicely in her pack n play in the upstairs master walk-in-closet! We could hear the baby monitor to listen while she napped and we hung by the pool because it was just a few steps away. The walk to the beach was easy, especially with the beach wagon provided at the unit. We will definitely stay here again - very clean, convenient, spacious and kid-friendly! Thanks for a great time!

The bungalow is adorable! Very clean and great location for downtown. We drove to the beach but it’s not far. Lots of games to play with the family. Fully stocked kitchen with a coffee pot and a Keurig (bring your own pods). There are no curtains in the bedrooms so if you need dark to sleep, maybe bring a sleep mask. You can hear the main road but it never bothered us. We loved the Happy Bungalow and would definitely book again!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful week long stay at 401 Bayshores Yacht & Tennis Club located in Indian Shores. The balcony faces the intercoastal waterway and provides fantastic views. Having the beach right across the street was extremely convenient and was our main activity during our stay. Upon arriving we found the condo clean and comfortable. It appeared to be recently updated and the furnishings seemed new. We loved the nautical theme! We greatly appreciated the provided beach cart and chairs. Perfect place for a beach vacation!

This was one of the best places I've stayed in a long time! Upon opening the door you see a BEAUTIFUL full ocean view from the main floor balcony. The kitchen is spacious and included everything we needed to cook. Only thing we forgot about was some non-stick spray and having a broom haha. The bedrooms are spacious and for the (6) ladies we had this weekend, we had plenty of room. I can't wait to come stay here again. Clean, updated, spacious, and wonderful ocean/pool views! This is an amazing place, we loved our stay! Getting to the hotel was super easy! The room was clean and very nice, we loved the view from the balcony and from the bedroom! Most of the things we needed were offered, from beach essentials to kitchen utensils, food seasonings, dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper. We definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!

The Yellow Rose! What a beautiful home to stay in while you enjoy the beach and food offerings of 30A. The home is located about a 50 yard walk from the beach and has a fantastic view of the Gulf from the balconies. Amenities were as advertised.

We enjoyed our stay at Serene Hideaway. The unit was comfortable, convenient and well-equipped.__It is updated with many nice touches and decor. Though the kitchen is small, it was more than sufficient for our needs, and we were able to comfortably accommodate 6 people for meals. It was great to have a washer/dryer in the unit and parking right outside the door. Although there are no pool privileges with the unit, we were able to purchase day passes at the Saddlebrook Super pool which was wonderful during the hot weather. It was a great place to stay to visit our family in the Tampa area and enjoy the scenic natural beauty of Saddlebrook. Kim

Unit was very clean, comfortable, and the location is ideal. No complaints whatsoever. Having a washer/dryer was exceptionally nice. Furnishings/decor are dated but functional. Most of our time was spent outdoors. The provided beach chairs were great as well as the towels. Throw a few basket style coffee filters in your bag and you'll be all set! Looking forward to next year!

I stayed at Fasching Haus and it was wonderful. A memorable trip for everyone. I will say, someone from the office on premise approached me and my wife on a Sunday at 3 or 4pm asking which unit we were in and told us to tell our kids in the pool to keep the noise down. She couldn’t find our reservation on her clipboard she brought out, but she went back into the office. It was a weird situation. She didn’t follow up or ask anyone else at the pool. Other than that, the location was awesome, the units have incredible views. Would stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Folly Beach at Sea Salt on E. Ashley Ave. The house was spacious with multiple areas to relax in and converse with one another. It was well equipped for cooking and the beach. The location was perfect. A very short walk to the beach with wonderful views from the back deck. Sea Salt was the perfect beach house and we hope to stay there again!

I thought everything was top-shelf for our intended use. Great location, as advertised, clean, etc. I thought the management company/personnel were excellent in communication and function. The pre-visit/visit guidebook was an excellent online tool that covered all aspects and included my acid-test item (what type of coffee device - I usually have to ask). There was one blessing/curse. The condo was evidently recently upgraded in the kitchen and we personally had a struggle operating most of the appliances due to the hi-tech nature. Some simple instructions would be nice going forward for us old-school folks. Example, due to the latency of getting hot water, even understanding the kitchen sink control direction was time-consuming the first time. And the stove, microwave, and dishwasher required experimentation and thought. The condo was well fitted with humidifier and portable heaters for personal preference. Three full modern baths was very nice. Overall, excellent stay, great location with easy access to elevator, parking, and slopes. Would repeat without hesitation, especially due to the communications and response of the management staff. Kudos!

BB&T By The Sea was a wonderful beach house! It had everything we needed throughout our stay. We had 3 couples for our trip, and it was great. Never felt crowded. The bungalow was a nice addition for the extra bathroom and the ones who needed to work remotely. Location was great being want local restaurants and grocery stores, but also just a quick drive to the point for the best sunsets in NC. For someone who's been coming to Oak Island for 30+ years, I am always looking for new places to stay. We will definitely keep this home in our list of repeats!

This home was amazing true to the pictures on VRBO. There was 8 of us and we had an amazing time. I wish we could have stayed an extra day. We loved everything about it and we are so grateful and appreciative that you allowed us to stay in your beautiful home on 4910 salt creek ct. The bedrooms had two pillows per bed,so anyone that desires more than that should bring your own. The home was extremely clean and plenty of living space for all. We spent a week in this Park City home with another family, 8 of us. There was plenty of space to add more people as it sleeps 14. The bunk rooms are perfect for kids as is the separate TV area with xbox and videos. The decor is updated and the kitchen had everything you could need to cook in the home. We used the outdoor spa and the BBQ. The best part of this home is the location. We walked to main street almost daily and the home is steps from Park City mountain. I loved finding all the public stairs to access the main street area. We like to be active on our vacations and found many things to do during our stay; Local hikes, atv, whitewater rafting, Olympic Park and even outlet shopping. We can't wait to go back during the winter and will definitely stay in this home- no driving to the mountain or taking a shuttle, just walk from the home and get on the lifts.

The condo was very clean upon our arrival. We stayed for 55 nights and the kitchen pots and pans, silver ware, dishes were in surprisingly large quantity . The bed in the master was quite comfortable. Washer and dryer worked great. The condo is conveniently located-across the street from the beach just the 2 walking minutes away. Conveniently located to walking trail, walk to stores and outlet mall.We had a very good stay and are considering another Itrip property for our 2 month trip next year. Response to one issue was superb with call back in 15 minutes and resolved the next morning.

Great experience! Condo was clean, beautifully updated and decorated, included all the important kitchen and dining essentials, and having the beach accessories was so helpful! The ocean view from both lanais were amazing and the beach felt like it was a private beach. We especially appreciated that the resort provided lawn and beach chairs to enjoy the beach days even more. The barbecue area was my in-laws most favorite part of the resort. They liked that it was ocean side and covered so that the breeze and shade kept them cool while they enjoyed the ocean view from the lounge chairs. Communication with management was excellent.

My sisters and I had a great time staying in this house for a 4 day ski trip. It was close to the mountains and easy to get to. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire place and had big meals around the large dining room table. Would recommend for anyone looking for a ski adventure!

The owners of our VRBO was so friendly and easy to communicate with. Their house has easy access to the main road without the main road noise. Just WOW, The Ranch House was an awesome choice for a group of boys celebrating a graduation. It sleeps 4 easily and has lot's of room. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. The bathroom was very large with a dressing area. The Ranch House was clean and cozy with lots of seating options. The location in Gruene was perfect to get to all the attractions in the area. Alison made sure our check-in was quick and easy and she was very responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had an impromptu opportunity open up to go out of town and beach bound it was. Itrip and staff did an absolutely amazing job helping us coordinate our last minute blunder and it might have turned out to be the best stay ever. House is absolutely amazing (this must be the place), so clean, cozy, secluded but not, and plenty of places to lounge and just enjoy what God has made. Thrilled with the home and mainly Itrip. Great place! Very comfy bed and pillows. The fold out couch is, predictably very uncomfortable. We didn’t end up using it. Maybe a foam topper would be a good addition. Anyway, otherwise everything was lovely and well appointed but the highlight was the bigger saline pool with the cabanas. It was so pleasant to be there that we hardly spent any time at the beach. Would definitely stay there again. Also highly recommend the taco trucks one block north. Get the shrimp tacos make yourself a margarita and go have a blissful afternoon in the cabana by the pool.

We have stayed multiple times at the St. James Place and we have never been disappointed. The apartment is in the heart of all Beaver Creek Activity and just steps away from the Centennial Mountain lift. The local Marketplace to pick up odds and ends is literally down the steps from the Apartment. Blue Moose Pizzeria and many other restaurants are all walking distance from the Apartment. The location of the apartment makes for a 6 Star experience. The apartment itself is perfect for a family of 4 or 5. With two full Bathrooms, Full Kitchen and most importantly in-suite Washer / Dryer, it makes for an incredible stay both long term and short. We look forward to returning next season!

I had an amazing stay at this 3-bed, 2-bath condo near Nokomis Beach! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the gulf every day. The condo was spotless and smelled wonderful as soon as I walked in. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the furnishings added a cozy yet stylish touch. The kitchen had everything I needed, with a spacious pantry that was perfect for storing all my snacks and groceries. And the water pressure in the showers? Simply fantastic! This place was perfect for a relaxing getaway—I can’t recommend it enough!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was immaculate and had everything we needed including beach chairs, wagons, and bikes. The neighborhood was quiet, and the outside pool/patio was lovely. The kitchen is small, but very well stocked. The extra refrigerator in the garage was very helpful! It was a 5 min bike ride to the beach, or a 10 min walk. Shops and restaurants are also a 5 to 10 min walk away. We had one issue which itrip management responded to very quickly, and went out of their way to make sure our time was not negatively affected. We look forward to a return in the future.

We spent 4 days at OceanJoyed over Thanksgiving! We had never been to Fripp Island before and were delighted in the adorable small town vibe! The home itself was fantastic - luxurious, well appointed and yet still homey. The patios were amazing - we kept joking that we were in Africa with the views! The kitchen had everything we could ever need - blenders for margaritas, pans for cooking, cutting boards for cutting! The bed in the upstairs master was like diving into a cloud and the sheets were so soft! One morning it was raining and we opened up the doors and just listened to the rain. It was awesome. We had a lot of fun playing bocce ball in the backyard also! Definitely rent a golf cart - it is so easy to get around and the kids love them! We saw deer everywhere we went and they were so close it was just beautiful. The island boasts a lot to do for families - a cute playground we stumbled upon with a wooden boat and swings plus an awesome slide. The beach was massive with sand that went on forever... so so gorgeous with little ponds everywhere. We found a pier to watch the sunsets and were not disappointed! Very idyllic. All over the island are little swings for people to stop and just enjoy the moment. I highly recommend this place - not only does it accommodate large families perfectly but it also has a very romantic vibe for couples looking to get away. We will definitely be back - I can see this being a place we visit annually.

I booked this home for a Labor Day weekend vacation with my husband and our three sons, two daughters-in-law and four grandchildren, 4 years old and under. The house was just perfect for our needs! So well taken care of and with so many amenities that we didn't have to leave the house to have a wonderful vacation! The heated inground pool was absolutely perfect and the whole family loved it. The kitchen was large and convenient, and the family room was great for play with the kids. And plenty of bathrooms and extremely large and comfortable rooms. Very clean and very comfortable. Plus the agent who we dealt with was very friendly and quite accommodating for some special needs that came up. I would definitely rent this property again!

The house was central to anyplace you wanted to to go in Dundee and Newberg. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to cook. The living room was comfortable and provided a gathering place at the end of the day, Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. The nice back yard is also a plus if the weather is nice. iTrip sends out communication that is clear and gives you what you need. They also checked in with us after arrival to see how things were and to check in to see if we needed anything.

We love this place! We stayed here last year and this year. We raved about it so much last year our family wanted to join us this time. It’s the best because it is on the water…great views of sunrises and sunsets, you can fish, there’s a pool, grills, and fire pit, The condo is beautiful, has a T.V. in living room and both bedrooms and a large screened-in porch. Welaka is a great little peaceful town with friendly people. Lexi’s was a great little place to eat. The food is home-cooked and delicious. They serve breakfast and lunch. We plan on returning next year!

There just aren’t words to explain how beautiful Into the Mystic is. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome and you feel at home! 505-S was a great place for my family of 5 vacation. Arrival and Departure was very effortless. It was nice having boogie boards, camping chairs and towels for the beach. I liked how it was close enough to everything but not in the business of downtown. We didn't have to fight for a spot at the beach and there was a relatively short or no wait at local restaurants. The only thing that would help with cleaning is a small broom to sweep up the daily sand accumulation. I also purchased oven mitts to keep in the unit for future use.

We were recently displaced due to our home flooding. We attempted hotel stay, however with 3 daughters being home schooled it wasn’t right for us. So we looked into renting a home and found Apollo Heights (we found a slice of heaven) home. It was perfect for our needs, in a great neighborhood, very clean and close to work for us. Nothing like waking up to deer walking down the road or the yard. If I ever have to rent a home again or family coming in for a stay I will definitely be coming back. This place is awesome. Well equipped, great layout, easy to find and the windows across the front of the house give a great view of the river and the sunrise. My out of state customers loved it. We all stood on the deck and watched the fishing boats troll by while the sun came up over the mountains. I would recommend this house.

Perfect, well stocked house ... Very comfortable and inviting. Easy check in and out . We were there for my daughters' golf tournament at La Quinta Mountain Golf Resort and it was perfect. One of the best vacation houses we have ever rented. The only suggestion would be to clean the patio better. We arrived and the pool was very dirty. The furniture and very dirty too. I let them know they immediately cleaned the pool, but the furniture was left dirty. The patio and pool is was a very important part of renting this house and should be as clean as the inside of the house.

The place was just as pictures showed. Spacious and backyard really nice. The neighborhood is quiet and near the golf course so great place to walk. THe only 2 things to note, is the backyard is up against a busy road so there is some noise, but so worth having a nice big yard. And the bedrooms are all downstairs and a little dark. But given the heat, they were nice and cool. All in all - 5 out of 5. Would rent again!!

The condo was clean and very spacious. Air conditioner worked great and it is in a perfect location to stores and local food. I would absolutely spend the money and come back to whispering Sands room 303 again. My only recommendation would be to get a few of the storage containers back for the Refrigerator door. It a little hard to get drinks and stuff in there with out it. Parking was a little rough, you get 2 spots which was very nice but it’s very tight and one point a car parked over the line right in our 303 marked spot and that caused me to be a little over the line on a empty marked spot on the other side. I had a note on my car that said a tow truck was called cause I doubled parked. I called the local number posted in the garage and they told me I was fine and didn’t have to worry about it. So parking is not the best. But it would not stop me from rebooking at Whispering Sands. Thank you for an amazing vacation. The condo was great.

This was the perfect getaway place for our trip to 30A. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything needed to make our trip great. The golf cart was the perfect addition and made it even easier to get to the beach or other nearby areas. So many restaurant options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner nearby. We use to live in Annapolis so were interested in a place close to everything we wanted to do. The house was amazing. Great location, walkable to downtown Annapolis. Super impressed with the layout. Two couples shared the property for a weekend and we did not feel crowded. Kitchen set up had everything you needed. We were impressed with glassware selection and the towels and linen. The home was amazing, the folks I worked with were super friendly, and responsive. I would definitely stay here (and with Palm Desert Properties) again. Super kitchen, amazing back yard, quiet neighborhood, VERY comfortable beds, lots of closet space, and having access to the garage for parking was really nice. We decided to add pool heating to our stay, and the management folks were super fast at setting it up, and sending someone over to enable it. Loved the entire experience!

This house was an absolutely fantastic place for us to spend the week. We had 6 teenage boys and two adults. The pool and the game room were hits especially on the one rainy day we had. The five minute drive to the beach was easy and plenty of public parking made the trips worth it. The house was very clean when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our month-long stay here on Haystack. The location was perfect especially to be able to walk to pet friendly hiking which we did every day. The house was exactly as described and the outdoor space was just what we were looking for including the fire table so we could stay outside after the sun went down. Everything about this home was well maintained. We loved the privacy of the casita as a separate bedroom from our friends using the master. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans as well as lots of dishes and serving platters. We cooked a lot at home and it had pretty much everything we needed. We liked it so much, we booked it again for next year!

The house we rented on Hilton Head Island fit all our needs for our family of 3 generations. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The 4 bedrooms were comfortable and roomy for the 11 of us. Each bedroom with it’s own ensuite bathroom. The common areas were spacious and bright . The kitchen was modern and functional. The house came with 7 bikes and beach accoutrements . The pool was refreshing with the hot and humid summer weather. The community had wonderful restaurants and was readily bike-able. We all talked about coming back in the future .

The views from this condo are amazing. We loved sitting on the balcony to watch the sunrise and the waves rolling in. One morning we even saw a rocket launch! The inside of the unit was clean and nicely furnished. Loved the setup for the family room area with a space to watch TV and a space to enjoy the views. We have been vacationing at Flagler Beach for almost 20 years and this condo was one of the best we've had! We would definitely book again.

The layout of the house is a great choice for a large crowd and/or multiple ages. The bedding choices in each room are the best in any home I've stayed. Everyone was happy, especially the grandchildren who stayed on the bunk beds. Having a queen bed also allowed the grandparents to sleep in there with them in comfort. We enjoyed the three dining tables, both inside and out, which allowed us to spread out and enjoy either the air conditioning or the beauty of outdoors. The view of the golf course was beautiful and peaceful. It was nice having the pool for late night swims, or for those who didn't want to make their way to the beach. The rooms were huge, as were the closets-one of the kids favorite places to play. The quick 2 minute walk to the beach was great, and we all loved not having to cross thick high sand dunes with a wagon of toys, chairs, umbrellas, and children. The house could use some updating, but that didn't deter from our stay. It was a great vacation.

This is our second year staying at Reef Club. We had a great time. It is very kid friendly, easy beach access or pool depending on how you feel. We never rent a car and have a very easy time walking or taking the public trolley system. The condo is perfect for a family of 4 plus 1 aunt. There are beach chairs in the condo, washer and dryer look newly upgraded, and kitchen had everything we needed. The view from this condo is great. We saw beautiful sunsets. Our kids made lots of friends on this trip! We will be back next year. My only recommendation would be to change the mattress in the master bedroom (it has lost its firmness).

I sent my parents to this particular property for their birthday .. they absolutely loved it. From the walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants in the area. They were blown away and couldn’t believe they stayed in a place like this one. So clean and and everything u could ever need. This is one of the most beautiful houses I’ve seen! Inside and out, it was amazing! From the beautiful property with amazing views, to the comfy bedrooms this place is everything! The whole family was just in awe. The amenities are incredible, they have everything you could need and more. The kids loved all the games and areas they could play in. My family and I had an amazing trip. The Hoosier Hideaway was the perfect getaway. Far enough that we were secluded but close enough to all commodities. We spent 5 weeks in this home, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The community is lovely and the neighbors are very friendly. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. We didn't use the pull out couch, but we enjoyed watching TV in the den/second bedroom. The outdoor space is private and pleasant with lots of hummingbirds and bunnies to amuse anyone who sits outside. The kitchen is small but very functional. It's only a fairly short walk to El Paseo and to the wonderful hiking trails to the Cross and the Bump and Grind. We'd stay here again happily the next time we visit Palm Desert.

Everything was great in suite 104. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Location was great with the grocery store right next door and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Beach was right across the street, room 104 had chairs and a beach cart in the closet to use. Pool was on the intercoastal water in the back, had lots of chairs and all the other guests were fun. Hot tub got a little green by end of the week.

We recently stayed here for a baseball tournament at The Cal Ripken Experience in Pigeon Forge. Our view was amazing. The neighborhood was very nice and everyone was welcoming. Very clean and also right in the center of all adventures! We will definitely be back!

This property is updated, very clean, comfortable and close to the beach! This spacious 3BR/3BA villa was perfect for our family of four. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy the spacious kitchen and living room area. The washer and dryer is a great plus, because even in paradise you have to do laundry! The kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in and the living room has two sitting areas , which gives everyone plenty of space. Besides all of the great features of the Villa, being just 5 mins from the beach (on foot) is the crown jewel of this property. We’re already talking about the next time we can stay at this serene island getaway - Kiawah Island is our happy place!

This was our 3rd year in this condo, it is really convenient to many amenities, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and silverware. We did leave a toaster and a couple of small frying pans for others use. The recliners were comfortable and new. However, the couch needs to be replaced . Our host is very accommodating, and we look forward to coming back next year. I love being able to see down to Orange beach, and don’t mind losing the sun on the deck by 2 pm.

Beautiful unit with breath taking views as soon as you open the front door! Clean unit. Access to multiple pools, a fitness center, putt putt, and so much more! It would've been nice if beach service was included in the cost, but it was available and our family enjoyed using them. We were delighted that they were reserved and it was the same spot every morning so we didn't have to go and ask each morning. A very short walk to the beach allowed us to optimize our fun in the sun. Overall, my family and I enjoyed every moment at the beach during our trip to Miramar Beach! We would love to stay in this unit again in the future and would recommend it to anyone!

My husband and I brought our 3 children here for the first time this year. I can't begin to tell you how impressed we were with this unit! The convenience of being able to pull up to our door, the view from our balcony and the location of the condo complex were amazing. The unit itself was in impeccable condition. It was extremely clean with new carpeting and updated throughout (I literally wanted to send an email to the owner when we arrived to tell them how impressed we were with the condition of the condo). The kids loved being able to enjoy Italian Ice while sitting by the pool. We will definitely be booking this unit again!

My husband and I could have not picked a better place to enjoy the sand and the sun while being on the Isle of Palms. It is lovely inside as well as giving a wonderful view of the ocean outside. We slept played hard and slept peacefully each night. We easily found the things that we needed. Appreciated having beach towels for our use. We would definitely chose to stay here again!

Beautiful three bedroom condo right on the beach and a few steps from the pool. Well stocked kitchen and clean accommodations. We had an issue with the coffee maker and it was replaced immediately. We will definitely come back.

The house we rented on Atlantic Oaks is in the middle of Saint Augustine Beach. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach and a short drive toPublix and Winn Dixie. The house is very nice with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and well maintained pool. We enjoyed our visit and were appreciative of the free activities from xplorie . Highly recommend!

Had a great stay here for early season skiing in Steamboat. The condo was very comfortable with plenty of home comforts thrown in. It was so comfortable that we stayed in most evenings and cooked and watched the huge TV. Instructions from the agent were great and very responsive to any requests including shuttle bus to town. The condo is a 2 min walk to the slopes which was super convenient. No real faults to report and definitely a place I would stay again without hesitation.
