Our Stay was PERFECT! We were not sure what to expect with the mixed reviews online. When we arrived, I was a bit confused about how to get into the building. The on call staff called us back immediately and helped us gain access. We also arrived earlier than expected and they were very accommodating allowing us to check in upon arrival. The condo was clean and spacious with a large balcony, beautiful pool area and the beach just across the street. They provided large beach towels, pool & sand toys, etc. The location was very convenient with a Publix supermarket just feet from the building as well as many other stores and restaurants within walking/driving distance. Looking forward to our future stay :)

We definitely enjoyed our 3 nights! The villa was nice and clean. It was a great trip with my husbands family and a great first beach trip for our fur baby! The bike trails were very nice. Sadly we were only there for 3 nights. We will definitely have to come back for a longer stay.

This property describes itself as ski-in, walk-out, but don't let that fool you into thinking it's not convenient. The ski access trail runs right to the building backdoor. The back sliding glass door for this condo sits next to the backdoor. When we were there Steamboat had received an enormous pile of snow, and you literally could have skied into the condo if you left the slider open; but don't do this, since you'd scratch the nice floors in the condo. The "walk" back to BC Ski Way is trivial. It's down one flight of stairs and across a small street. You're going to walk further in the Gondola line on most days. The condo is great. Has a well-equipped kitchen. The king bed is comfortable. Ski locker is very convenient. The place runs a little warm in winter, set the thermostats 5 to 10 degrees cooler than your goal. Nice decor and fabulous place to stay and ski.

Just got back from Vail and a wonderful stay at 204 Alphorn. I’ve been to Vail quite a bit over the years and this condo is the PERFECT LOCATION! Its midway between both Vail Village and Lionshead. Both gondolas are in easy walking distance. The unit is tastefully updated, quiet, and has all of the amenities you need to enjoy your Vail vacation!!! Beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking. Hope to be back soon!!!

We had the best time staying at our vacation home! Everything was clean, comfortable, and in working order. Beach access couldn’t have been more convenient. We loved sitting on the back deck, overlooking the pool. The gate opens and it’s a few step walk to the pool. If you’re looking for convenience, this is the place for you. The host is very responsive with any questions we had. We will be staying here again. Thank you so much for the perfect trip!

Recently spent 4 nights in this townhouse and loved it. The beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, bathrooms are nice and clean and the kitchen is fully equipped but the best part is the LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION Ski out the back door right onto the trail no walking at all even for a snowboarder and coming back there is 10 steps up from the trail to the house. Highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed staying in this home. It was well appointed and clean. They provided lots of entertainment options. There were two large tv’s, a Nintendo video game system, fun family games, puzzles, lots of books to read, and a basketball hoop in backyard. It had a nice ambiance and thoughtful design in every space. There was plenty of space to sleep and relax. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the hosts!

This was absolutely a wonderful place! I would definitely rent again. I have rented a number times from these sites and I am always a bit skeptical that the pics are not what the unit is like. The pics are absolutely on the mark of the unit. In fact I was pleased to find out we were on the corner unit facing the beach and the bay side. We watched a sunset every night! Elevators were quick and in the garage they had plenty of hotel dollies to bring your stuff up. Only unit above us was I think a pent house.(it look like 2 units). U could rent bicycles down stairs but we didn’t do it. The beach is right across the street and from your balcony you can see the beach all the way down. You are a mile or two from all the entertainment and restaurants. I loved not being right where all the action was going on. We felt we were close enough without all the traffic.

We previously stayed at The Farmhouse at Quandry Vineyards and loved it. This time, we brought another couple with us to experience Willamette, and decided to stay at The Gables. Such a great choice. Like The Farmhouse, The Gables is a true luxury home ... though it's a bit bigger and has even better views than The Farmhouse. With two true master suites, it was perfect for two couples. The other two En Suite bedrooms in the lower level were also well appointed. With three separate "hang-out" areas (one on the main floor, one in the basement, and one in the converted "garage"), there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. But each of those three rooms had enough seating for all of us to spend time together when we wanted. The kitchen was fantastic, and the back deck has truly spectacular views. The gas grill back there has a hardline to the house, so no worrying about propane tanks. As with most homes with such great views, the internet is satellite-based, but it was generally fine. We stayed for a full week, and several of us worked remotely from the house the whole time with very few interruptions in service. In sum, this is one of the nicest rental homes I've ever stayed in. We highly recommend staying here. And Corey, of course, is a fantastic host.

Our family stayed for a full month in this condo and had no complaints (Fall monthly rate was good if you are in the market for a long stay). Everything was clean, well-furnished / equipped, and the views from the balcony were great. This floor plan’s direct bathroom access from one of the two guest bedrooms is relatively unique in Phoenix V and that was a plus for us. The complex is well maintained and offered a lot of amenities. It is convenient to many restaurants and attractions. The one issue we had was TV-related, and customer service got it addressed by a technician quickly. We would rent this unit again.

My family of five loved this rental and location! The house was clean, well stocked, and in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. Staying in the city provides the charm of downtown also acting as a hub to the many beaches in the area. The kayaks provided great recreation with access a block down the street. The property agent was very responsive and helped us immediately with any questions/concerns we had. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the Tinner’s house on our next trip to St. Augustine.

Love the location of this home in between Yachats and Florence with an amazing water front view. The home was well stocked and comfortable. If they could upgrade their stairs for direct beach access, that would be the only thing I would change.

This condo was in such a great location- close to shopping, the bus stop, and snowflake ski lift. The unit was beautifully decorated, clean, and stocked for all our needs. We will be back!!

This unit was perfect for a couple and two teens. We really could not afford another bedroom, so the bunks were just perfect and all beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is very well appointed. We were super happy to have been warned to bring all spices etc. needed to cook, but also happy to have oodles of spices there. My husband grew up in Snowmass, so we are very familiar with the area and we know the age of these condos, so it wasn't surprising to have few outlets, sloping floors, and building sounds...not an issue for us. There are extension cords there, so not to worry! We walked to the Assay Hill lift and were on the slopes within 15 minutes. So yeah, location is awesome. The walk is extremely icy though...just had to take it slow. Upon arrival we noticed a few things, and the iTrip team was very responsive.

The bunk alcove is a great option for anyone looking for a second sleeping space but working within a set budget. Just spent two weeks at Seascape 2 in St Augustine Fl. My family has been going to this part of Florida every year for over 30 years. This is one of the nicest, cleanest rentals we have experienced. It is in a great location at St Augustine Beach only a three or four houses from the beach and has a new swimming pool. There are restaurants and other activities within walking distance. The iTrips experience was seamless and the communication was great. I highly recommend this rental for anyone who wants a quiet, fun place to stay in a great historical city.

Had a great time on the Cape. House was in quiet neighborhood close to everything, even our favorite beach. Had a well equipped kitchen, great deck and backyard filled w/birds and bunnies. Flower gardens were beautiful. We walked nearby trails or a quick walk to lake every morning before our day trips. Located in middle of Cape made it easy to visit friends and our favorite places. The house was so CLEAN. We had a great trip.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was comfortable spacious and clean. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and shopping. Plenty of pools to enjoy and my kids had fun playing tennis. It had all the amenities we needed. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Thiss was our third year with Itrip. Second year at this location. The unit is always clean and ready to go. It is spacious and comfortable. We travel to Panama City to Pensacola frequently and everything in between. Every once in awhile we take day trips or even an overnight say to New Orleans. Leave it to say the location is pretty central. The Itrip staff ( Sarah and Holly) have always been available via phone or text and very considerate of our needs. All we do is come down relax and enjoy. We will be back next year. Thank you ladies😊

the Cottage at Sunny Day was very lovely...we had a fantastic time riding our motorcycles throughout the state and beyond to upper NY as well....A great THANK YOU to our hosts who supplied the "Perfect Weather" for the week. It was and extremely peaceful and relaxing vacation and the house was spacious enough for us all!! The hosts were extremely responsive to our queries and any assistance we may have needed. We loved our week at Kure Beach! The condo was clean and spacious and accommodated our family of five very well! The beds were super clean and comfortable also! The views are amazing and there’s always lots to do while staying here. We love shopping and eating at South Port and Carolina Beach is a short drive down the street with more restaurants and love music! Fishing off Fort Fisher Pier is always a favorite things to do and walkable from the condo! We love Kure Beach!

Harbor Island has always been a beautiful destination and this trip was perfect by the wonderful accommodations. Home is well appointed, extremely clean, bright and airy! For this trip our small dog accompanied us and I really appreciated that it’s truly a dog friendly home, with not a lot of decor laying about, nothing fragile for him to mess with and most importantly NO carpet! The cleaning company went above and beyond to make our visit as spotless as possible. We can’t wait for our next visit to Harbor Island and 15 Nautical Watch!!

The location was perfect. 4 king bedrooms and private bathrooms was a rare find. While they were small there was an ample amount of storage. The deck was huge with plenty of seating. There was also an outdoor area that allowed you to get out of sun. The AC worked great. The washer and dryer were great. Response time from itrip was prompt when I had questions. I would stay there again.

House was amazing. Our large family (11 total) thoroughly enjoyed the home. Home was clean, which is a big deal right now, and iTrip was very responsive leading up to, and during our stay. Lots of beds throughout the house. The upstairs was elegant, definitely geared towards the adults, while the downstairs had plenty of beds and every room had it's own door to outside. We never left the house - for 3 days, we lived in the pool, spent every evening up on the deck just gazing at the lake, and the kids played basketball. Lots of board games to choose from - this was just the break our family needed during these crazy COVID times.

The Honey Bea was such an amazing location!! Only 2 blocks from downtown McMinnville, and we were able to walk to all the shops/restaurants. The property is also VERY clean, and ADORABLE. The property managers were very friendly, responsive and communicative. We would definitely stay there again!

Stayed here for the legislative session and it met every need and then some. First off the location is truly ideal: 5 minute (or less) walk to waterfront, main st., state house, GA office buildings, west st., and more. The house itself is quite lovely. Appliances are all updated and kitchen is modern and while the house maintains that downtown Annapolis row home charm.

This rental is very clean, furnished kitchen, absolutely beautiful scenery on the balconies and being on the beach front, unlimited views of the ocean. Private walkway is a plus.

This home was more than we expected !! The pool was amazing and furnishings were top notch! The only thing was there werent any paper products, or spices, so we arrived and had to buy paper towels, t.p. etc... other than that, I highly recommend renting this AMAZING HOME!!!

We had a lovely stay at The Black Pearl. We loved that while it was pet-friendly and we brought our dog, there was no trace of any previous animals. We also loved that it included amenities like hair dryers, dishes and cookware so we could pack light. The house had two sofa sleepers, which came in handy, and was right across the street from the community pool and fitness center. The house and hot tub were clean and there was ample parking for three vehicles. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fabulous. The cleanliness of the place upon arrival is of another level, it is fabulous. The place is prepared so that you don't miss anything. From plastic tableware for children, to soap to wash your clothes or your dishes. A room full of things for the beach. Honestly, the best beach experience we've had. We will be back next year from Argentina

We normally stay with family in St. Augustine, but this trip we needed to find a separate place to stay since we were here for a family reunion. The Windswept home was situated perfectly, just a bit south of where our family was staying. Easy walk to the beach, which I appreciated for morning runs to watch the sunrise. The house was equipped with everything we needed, including beach towels. The backyard was an unexpected bonus, and we enjoyed sitting out there enjoying the mild October evenings. You can tell that the house was thoughtfully remodeled to be a comfortable “home away from home” for visitors. The only issue we’ve had is with the dishwasher not getting dishes clean, which I have let the owner know about so it will hopefully be back in working order soon. I would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great long weekend at Doc House. It has everything you need with fantastic views! You can watch the massive cargo ships go by in the mornings as well as the beautiful sunsets in the evenings. It even had a baby gate and a pack n play for our one year to use! My only suggestion would be a hose or some way to rinse your feet off by the front of the house for those that aren't able to climb the spiral staircase but its only a minor issue and may not be one for most! Truly enjoyed our stay and cant wait to go back!

The bungalow is adorable! Very clean and great location for downtown. We drove to the beach but it’s not far. Lots of games to play with the family. Fully stocked kitchen with a coffee pot and a Keurig (bring your own pods). There are no curtains in the bedrooms so if you need dark to sleep, maybe bring a sleep mask. You can hear the main road but it never bothered us. We loved the Happy Bungalow and would definitely book again!

2 Minute uphill walk to Snowflake life. basically ski-in, ski-out. 5 minute downhill walk to town. Location couldn't be better. Roomy living room, dining room, kitchen. one master bed/bath, and one bedroom with a bathroom acros the hall. two pull out couches. We slept 6 people very comfortably. Internet and cable went out with 3 days remaining in our stay, which was frustrating because there's no cell service. Comcast/property manager helped, but we had to call ourselves and only ended up with limited channels. We spent an hour and a half on the phone with comcast to (partially ) resolve the TV issue, never got the the internet issue resolved because we ran out of time. other than that, I'd highly recommend the place and I'd stay there again.

My family recently celebrated a special event at the beach with three generations in tow. There was plenty of room for all, and the property was very clean. We loved the open layout upstairs and that there was plenty of seating for all. Proximity to the beach and pier were great. My two recommendations for the property owners would be to get new mattresses for the non king beds. Those who didn’t get kings said their beds weren’t very comfortable, especially the bunk beds. The knives are dangerously dull. If you are serious about cooking, bring your own knives. Couch had just been cleaned before we got there…yay! Except it was too wet to sit on the first day.

The cottage in Georgetown is perfect for a small family (2 adults and 1 to 2 kids) . The house is in a great location and is an easy stroll to downtown to enjoy the restaurants and coffee. The backyard is quaint and has a nice table and a small barbecue. The owner and representative did a wonderful job answering all of our questions and the overall stay was fantastic. we celebrated my husbands 70. Birthday with our kids and grandkids at Paradisea and hat the most wonderful time. The house is completely renovated and very clean ( I'm a clean freak ) . Our grandkids loved the pool .The view from the back porch was spectacular. Since my hubby, son-in-laws and grandson love fishing we couldn't get them off the pier . It will definitely not be our last time visiting this place.

We came from the frozen tundra of Wisconsin and were looking for a home on the beach. We found the perfect little slice of heaven in the Barefoot Hideaway 1! We had 10 people in our party and fit very comfortably. Everything we needed as far as towels and kitchen tools was provided. The best part is the view and proximity to the beach. The view from the porch is stunning! The ocean was a short walk out the door and provided hours of fun! We had a wonderful stay and the communication with the itrip was easy and they were very helpful when I needed it.

I have been coming to baldhead Island for my entire life and have rented many properties on the island. This is one of my favorite! This house has fantastic views of the Cape river with it's wonderful boat traffic and over the water sunset. The house is excellent with a reverse floorplan and a very bright top floor living space. There is also an east facing Porch for morning coffee in the sunlight. Highly recommended location very close to the Ferry. ITrip did an excellent job with property management!! 5 Stars

what can be better than a vacation in Sanibel? My boys (19 & 16 yrs old) and I, had a blast ! We biked, fished , explored the island, relaxed on the beach, played ball in the crystal clear Caribbean like water and enjoyed all the local restaurants for dinner. People are great on this island, laid back and helpful, what a great combination ! In regards to 733 sexton, mariner pointe, the unit felt to us like we were home. Kept extremely well , very clean and up to date bathrooms and kitchen, view of the canal and bay from porch . But felt like I arrived at a 5 star hotel, with the shampoo and soap in each of the bathrooms! Also, the unit had beach chairs, umbrella , football and fishing gear for their guests enjoyment! I booked this home for a Labor Day weekend vacation with my husband and our three sons, two daughters-in-law and four grandchildren, 4 years old and under. The house was just perfect for our needs! So well taken care of and with so many amenities that we didn't have to leave the house to have a wonderful vacation! The heated inground pool was absolutely perfect and the whole family loved it. The kitchen was large and convenient, and the family room was great for play with the kids. And plenty of bathrooms and extremely large and comfortable rooms. Very clean and very comfortable. Plus the agent who we dealt with was very friendly and quite accommodating for some special needs that came up. I would definitely rent this property again!

Wow this home is even more incredible in person. Squeaky clean, so tastefully decorated, incredibly cozy, basically everything we were looking for! We were so comfortable, every single aspect of this home exceeded our expectations, it was very hard to leave haha! The views were absolutely breathtaking, we spent a lot of time on both the upstairs and downstairs patios just taking it all in. The lighting in the home is spectacular, you couldn't help but just be in a great mood every single day there! We did also bump into some mule deer which was so exciting since we never get to see that back home. But the icing on the cake was how hospitable Bryan & Lottie were. They were just a text/phone call away. Any question or concern I had, either of them would respond within minutes. They even called around for me the first day to find food delivery, it was incredibly considerate and they really didn't have to take their own time out to do that. I really appreciated that, thank you so much! All the travel tips they have here on this listing, along with a bunch of information they leave for you on a table right as you walk in the front door, were really all we needed for this trip! Also, they gave me great advice on renting a car, thank you! I'd say that is a must if you are traveling in a big group since the ride sharing companies usually are only available for up to 4 people in areas like that. All in all, we couldn't of dreamed of a better experience! Thank you Bryan & Lottie!!!

We had a fantastic stay in Sea Pines! It was the first time our family of 4 has made the trip from Atlanta but definitely won't be our last time. Our Villa was great! Beautiful, clean, organized, convenient (super convenient actually). We biked a few times to Harbor Town but usually drove to the beach. I was a little nervous at first seeing signs, "do not feed the alligators," but that added to the Hilton Head experience. During our stay we saw two alligators, rescued a lost baby raccoon, rode horses, walked miles along the beaches, found star fish, crabs, and lots of jelly fish. We swam in the pool, the ocean, and played for hours on the beaches. Next time we know not to pack as much stuff. Our Villa had everything we needed from bedding to blender. Having laundry in our Villa was clutch! We saved on packing and didn't have to rush to do laundry when we got home. Huge thanks to the property owners, managers, and cleaning team. Your communication was great! All our questions were answered before we even needed to ask, and we felt welcomed and comfortable. We look forward to visiting again soon, thanks again!

Our niece had her wedding in Charleston. We chose Kiawah Is. because we'd never been there and had a party of nine people. We stayed at this property for a girls getaway to celebrate a recent college graduate and it did not disappoint. The property was as described and we did notice the owner made improvements based on previous reviews. The unit was clean and ready upon our arrival, is beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The weather was extremely hot during our stay so we enjoyed being steps away from the pool. We had rented this beautiful home "Deer Hollow" for a wedding we were attending. We had 4 families all sharing and staying at this home in McCall. Members ranging in age from 16-87. The home was beautiful and had plenty of space both upstairs and on the main level with plenty of sleeping beds available for everyone and 4 bathrooms. We enjoyed the hot tub and Pac Man gaming system in the evenings. Yet we were not around long enough to truly take advantage of all the other options the property has to offer like the large back yard and firepit or the bikes that were available to ride around on. We would stay again and recommend to others. And yes, we did see plenty of wildlife and deer, not only on the the property but all around the area and town. Thank you.

Amazing location for going up to the Canyons side of the mountain. There were a few shops and restaursants at the base of the mountain too. We just walked up the hill to the mountain rather than backtracking down the roads to the lift. The apartment was so clean and nice to stay in with a washer and drier and lots of kitchen utensils for cooking. Everything was wonderful! Also check out the outdoor heated pool at the clubhouse, so cool! Overall I was very happy here!

The condo is large with plenty of amenities, the galley kitchen is fully equipped with fun glassware and even Henkel knives very nice ! The grounds are constantly maintained and a very friendly place. The tvs are little funny but whose here to watch tv , it was fun catching up on reruns of the Beverly Hillbillies ! I can’t say enough great things about this property! The house is a great layout and the decor is absolutely beautiful! The designer has amazing taste! Everything was in pristine condition when we arrived - beds made, towels laid out, toiletries in the bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need for our stay. Communication was top notch! It was just a short walk to the beach as the access is right by the house. We loved sitting outside in the Adirondack chairs and catching up! We had a great time at Scout Alley. The home was beautiful and clean. 5 adults enjoyed relaxing at the house, touring downtown Charleston and Park Circle. The neighborhood is nice for walking the dogs. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family had the best time! The house was extremely clean, comfortable, the pool was perfect!!! The house was walking distance to restaurants and ice cream shops!! Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for making meals. The views and the beach being so close was a game changer for our family. Flagler is a precious town! The beach was not crowded and the grocery store was only a mile away. We enjoyed walking every morning at The Betty Steflik Preserve, which was also only a mile from the house. Take your bikes and enjoy the beautiful neighborhood behind the house. We also appreciated the extra pool toys and beach toys. Will definitely be back!!

Was perfect for our week in Park City. Traveled with my wife and two daughters (15 and 12). Used the condo as our "base camp" to explore the area. Kitchen very well equipped. Beautiful views in a very nice resort. Would stay again.

Ten Toes In was a perfect condo for a large group. Although our group was small this property offered lots of room for everyone to relax or congregate to watch a movie, eat and or relax. The condo was very clean and I agree the kitchen was properly stocked for any large family get together or meal. The beds were very comfortable and the ceiling fans were great. The condo is very nicely decorated and offers a home like feeling. Lost Key Property was very secure, the transport vans were very convenient to move from place to place on the property and the Beach House access on the beach offered a nice place to relax, get a drink, swim and/or watch the sun set and play in the sand. Golf Course was beautiful and the Ixplorie benefits were great. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

We just returned from a wonderful vacation at Park Shore, Unit 120, and we wish we never had to leave. Our accommodations were very clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. We absolutely loved having coffee on the lanai as we watched birds and geckos scamper about. The grounds at Park Shores are lovely and the sound of the waterfalls make you feel as if you are in the tropics all the time. Finally, the location of this resort could not be better or more convenient. Within moments, we were at the most stunning Gulf Shore beaches or on other adventures like the Botanical Garden. Thank you Tammy for your attention to detail and excellent service. We will be back!

We were very pleasantly surprised when we saw this condo. It was better than the photos showed. It was clean. Plus we were thrilled with the layout. The master as a king bed and the guest bedroom has two full beds. The size of the condo made for a wonderful stay. The screened porch offered bug free enjoyment as well as wonderful views. To the left was the ocean, very close and easy to get to. Looking straight out you could see the lagoon and pool area. A nice walkway went around the perimeter. We saw a lot of of wildlife from the porch. The buildings have an elevator and a ramp to the elevator. There were four ladies and we had a ball. Oh and the place was wonderfully supplied. We could have used more dish towels, dish rags, and more pot holders but other than that we were ecstatic. Thank you very much. I We want to come back again because the shelling was so much fun. Also conveniently located to both grocery shopping places.

We have been going on an annual girls trip for 23 years and have come to Charleston several times. This by far was the best house we have stayed in. Everything was wonderful. My wife and I booked this condo for the first time after staying at several other condos years prior in both Bear Lodge and Deer Lodge. We've always enjoyed the accommodation of the property in general, and you really cant beat the convenience of the location. This unit in particular is configured in such a way to maximize usable space and comfort of a family of 5 adults (kids in their 20's). In particular, the large dining table was great for meals as well as playing cards or catching up on computer time. Additionally, and this is something that we struggled a bit with in other units - the couch and 2 large chairs made it comfortable for all 5 of us to be seated in the living room area to watch a show or movie. There's nothing opulent or fancy about the unit, it's just plain comfortable and feels like home. Fore that I give it 5 stars!

This house was comfortable, convenient, and spacious for a family with 6 adults and one child. For a couple nights, two other members of the family joined us, and we still didn't feel crowded. The wraparound porches/decks on two levels add lots of living space and options for sun or shade, and the roof deck is a terrific stargazing venue. The proximity to the beach is an added bonus, and the beach at this S. Bethany location is wide and lovely. The kitchen is especially well equipped with dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, etc. and the central island makes a great prep or conversation area open to the dining and living rooms. Carpeting on the steps is a great noise reducer too! Lots of storage for beach stuff at ground level and outdoor shower and spigot meant we didn't track sand into the house. Generous parking space too. We couldn't have asked for more. Note: Kitchen and living area are on third level, so be prepared for stairs if that could be a problem.

bath BR, This rental was beautiful! We loved it and hope to one day come back. We also enjoyed having so many shops and restaurants nearby. We went to Harbor Town to see the yacht's. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer. Everything we needed was provided except food and clothes. No smoking and no pets was just right for us. There was a lot to see and do. We loved the coffee shop that was a quarter of a mile from the rental. We went every morning. And the highlight of our trip was seeing the alligator in the lagoon located behind the rental! Excellent 3 BR, 3 Bath rental to enjoy a relaxing vacation and the screened in deck was a plus.

We stayed at 29 Fairway Dunes with our family and had a great time! The property is located on a beautiful golf course; rooms are spacious and comfortable; it is great for entertainment. The property is a 2 minute walking distance from the tennis and pickle ball courts and a 5 minute walk from the beach. The complex is safe and there are a lot of restaurants. Highly recommend!

The Westgate is a very convenient location for Canyons Village skiing access. The facility is nice and the spa is terrific. Would definitely come back again.

The condo was beautiful. We really enjoyed the view. Our grandson had his own bathroom and was in 7th heaven. I had a mishap and tripped on step going up injuring my left leg severely. I had X-rays taken at hospital there and ultra sound when I got home. My doctor put me on antibiotics for an infection. This happened because there is a step that is higher than the rest. Please fix that step before something like this happens again. That said we would like to return to myrtle beach again next year

I’ve been to many places in Florida over the years but never have I visited the Panhandle. Wow, what a best kept secret. Without a doubt the nicest beaches I’ve seen in Florida and not the masses of people. Dan and Patty have been so responsive and helpful to us during our stay in the Perdido Key area. I would highly recommend them to assist you in finding your lodging needs while visiting this area. They are super friendly and helpful sincerely doing whatever it takes to meet your needs and expectations. Reservation, checking in, was very smooth and easy. No office to go to, just straight to the condo. Condo was very clean and orderly. This is a very roomy unit with plenty of adequate bedding. The under counter ice maker does not work, but the one in fridge does. Amenities that go with rental are great. We enjoyed the free fishing for a couple of days. Updates and texts about area are very informative and a nice touch to renting with itrip.

I had a lovely stay at Napili Shores F245. I walked every day on the Kapalua coastal trail. Onsite staff was great as well as the iTrip staff when I accidently forgot my door code. The Gazebo restauraunt serves breakfast and lunch and another restaurant onsite for dinner was great. The condo itself was stocked with what I needed. The beachy vibe was nice. I highly recommend. This spring was a little cooler than usual and an extra blanket or throw would have been nice. Overall a wonderful stay. Too short as usual.

We stayed in Change of Attitude in June 2023 with three kids and two dogs. We had plenty of space for everyone. The cabin was very clean upon arrival and had just about everything we needed. It is located in a quiet neighborhood on a dead-end road. Maintenance was quick to respond after having an issue with the hot tub. Please be aware that the "master" bedroom and bath are part of an open loft on the upper level. There is no noise privacy for that bathroom and you can hear everything on the main level. Put your early risers upstairs! We did see a bear on the last day of our trip.

We had a pleasant stay with an amazing view! The view on the balcony and down on the beach was unbeatable! The beach was never crowded & was very quiet and clean. The pull out couch was perfect for our kids and we had enough space for everything. The only thing we had hoped for was an oven. The neighbors constantly slammed their doors, but the unit itself was really good!

206 Sandy Shores was a beautiful condo. Loved the balcony leading out from the bedroom and the location was a perfect view of the beach without the direct sunlight if it was located oceanfront. We had a wonderful time and it was also terrific that Johns Pass was directly across the street for activities. We enjoyed the beautiful beach and a day on the dolphin cruise and got lots of close up pictures. Everything was exactly as pictured

Happy to say this home was exactly as advertised! It was a very well decorated, seemingly recently remodeled home; the pool was at the perfect temperature; EVERYTHING we needed was available to us, from kitchen utensils and gadgets (a cook's dream kitchen) to pool toys, beach towels and chairs, bikes, and more. The lanai was very spacious, and contained multiple seating areas; the view of the small lake was lovely and had a variety of different birds to watch. The home was located in a pretty quiet neighborhood. I did have to contact the host a couple of times with questions, and he was very quick to respond. This home was truly exactly as advertised. We would definitely stay again, if we are in the area.

We were 3 couples staying here. The 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms worked out great! The condo was a bit worn but perfect for the price! We were close to shopping and attractions and some great restaurants. Communication was excellent and we had no issues.

House was perfect for our group: very clean, beautiful setup, close enough to walk to stores, restaurants and the beach. Good size bedrooms. Open living and dining rooms. Big deck, and the separate screen house was a great addition. Had some beach chairs and boogie boards. Only possible negative was that some rooms didn’t have a TV, so if you like noise to fall asleep, bring a white noise machine. The hosts were very responsive and even left us a bottle of wine and some snacks. We had a great time!

We had a great time mainly because the beach was perfect for our dog to play without a lot of people around, and it was so easy to clean him with the hose coming off the beach. The large deck was great for our family too. It would be nice to have some more shade out there in the afternoon. The beds also slept very well. Mattresses were great! It was also nice to have three golf carts. We did enjoy our time and the people from itripvacations were excellent! They were responsive quickly with any concerns or questions!

I throughly enjoyed our stay in Destin, Fl. During the holidays. The condo was clean upon arrival and the location was just blocks away from the beach. It was a nice walk and so many stores , restaurants and site seeing all within walking distance. The condo area was quiet and peaceful. I never heard our neighbors in the units next to us which was shocking. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed when we got food to go. Suzanne left snacks for us for when we arrived, which was a pleasant surprise after several hours on the road. I rented this condo for a work conference that our team was attending in Myrtle Beach from October 31 -November 2, 2018. The pictures did not do justice to this spectacular condo. There were six of us in our party and we had room to spare. The whole condo was spotless! The kitchen provided all the appliances that we needed. Each bathroom has a hairdryer and lots of towels. The beds were very comfortable! Parking was very easy! The views outside on the very large deck was incredible. I didn't think that we would have a great view, but I was wrong. You could see the ocean clearly and also views of the many pools in the common area. We will be renting this condo again when we need to be in Myrtle Beach for work!

Our condo was just what we needed. It was exceptionally clean, the bedding was nice, hallelujah for blackout drapes, comfortable living area furniture and a well appointed kitchen. We especially appreciated the 6 comfortable balcony chairs. The tv & Alexa worked perfectly. We will stay in 907 again. (Suggestion: please add a Keurig coffee pot.) The house was very clean and comfortable with a complete kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. Large master bedroom. Walkable area with many amenities such as pool, tennis, pickleball, playground and dog parks. There are many ways to keep kids busy. Lots of natural light. User friendly desk area. Convenient to freeways, shopping and dining. Hiking trails nearby.

A pleasant stay in red pine at the base area of canyons park city, Small Condo but space is used well so more than a few people can stay there and still find “ alone space “. Not Fancy and no frills but clean and comfortable .

Driftwood Bella Beach, what can I say... From days before the trip, company sent updates how to check in as well as recommended local activities. As soon as we walked in the home you could tell it was clean and neat. The fireplace made the living room nice & toasty, a place for movie night, family game night, and disconnect from the individual electronics worked for us ! The home was cozy, plenty of beds, the pillows so fresh & squishy! Loved it !! Kitchen filled with pots/pans/mugs/plates/ coffee maker all we needed to whip up homemade meals for us, plus gas stove a break from electric stove lol. The beach was walkable for my 4 yr old , 5-7 mins ! Not far at all, through nice neighborhood, & down some stairs ! The jacuzzi was so relaxing we all took turns, although we might have been able to fit a few of us at the same time. The location is perfect right in the middle of the Aquarium/Newport & Lincoln City !

Thank you so much to iTrip for being wonderful hosts to our group couples trip. We do this trip every year and this was our first time in East Vail and it was the PERFECT location. Appliances were brand new, house was fully stocked with linens, great wifi, fireplace and the kitchen and living room were the perfect size for our group. iTrip checked in on us to see how our stay was going and even sent someone out to shovel our driveway, back porch and roof after a heavy day of snow. We have already recommended iTrip to other friends looking for vacation rentals and we will definitely be booking with them again!

We stayed at Simba Run in Vail, Colorado in mid-May and found this to be a delightful facility for a long weekend. The condo was very nicely furnished, clean and equipped with a full kitchen. In addition, Simba Run is outside of the Vail Village area but also very close to it allowing guests easy access to the village's amenities but away from the crowds, traffic, and congestion.

Our stay at 64 Hypolita in the Historic St Augustine District was wonderful. The magic of Old Town right outside your front door. The quaint loft still cottage was adorable. Beautiful wrap around porch to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Spacious, living area with vaulted ceiling, winding iron staircase to the Principal suite upstairs, two full washrooms, two bedrooms and a pull out couch if needed. We truly enjoyed our time and will recommend to friends and family visiting St Augustine.

Spent a week at Montego Bay with our family - 6 adults and a toddler. The condo was well equipped, which is important to us as we tend to cook instead of eat out. Having 2 bedrooms downstairs was nice for putting the toddler down for a nap or in the evening (in a pack n play provided by the condo) where it was quiet for her. The boardwalk to the beach was a relatively easy walk - the beach wagon along with toys and a few chairs came in handy. A few more beach and kitchen towels would have been nice, but was not a deal breaker. We plan to return to Montego Bay.

Close to mountain-can walk or take the bus. Don't need a car b/c there is a bus system. Grocery store, Starbucks, restaurants and shops across the street. Shops to rent skis next door. Cute town and bars/restaurants only a 3-5 minute bus ride uptown. Large jacuzzi for apre ski.

We rented the penthouse to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. The rental was so spacious and bright and a beautiful view of the water. In four days, we never used our car as the location couldn’t have been more perfect and accessible to everything.

Had a great time with my family...the unit was nice..especially liked the 2 queen beds for my nephew and his wife..good space for them..our only real issue was the ice maker did not function...could have been user error,but each of us tried and none of us could get it to work...we would definitely rent it again...thanks...Bob
