My group of friends stayed at this house for Thanksgiving 2024 and we are already hoping to come back for Thanksgiving 2025! There was plenty of space for 4 couples and one baby. The beds are comfortable and the windows have curtains or shades to block out that early morning light. But don't keep them closed all day, because the view of the Gorge and Mount Hood is INCREDIBLE! We had the most brilliant sunsets! The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of room for us to cook 3 days worth of feasts. We all fit around the table with plenty of elbow room. There were lots of fun things for our toddler, too. He loved the little rocking chair and playing on the big fold up mat (stored under the stairs in the basement), as well as the drums in the downstairs media room. He particularly loved being bounced on the trampoline. We 100% want to stay here again.

Our stay at Sea Turtle Shores was amazing! The condo was very clean, and had everything we needed! We loved being directly across from the pool, and the beach access wasn’t too far of a walk either. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved this property. Clean, quiet and well kept. Pool is very nice! Chilly water due to a cold front that came in but kids still enjoyed it. Kind of in between Navarre and Pensacola so need to plan ahead a little for food. But all in all, will likely book this again!

The house is beautiful with the sky lights, and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the secluded pool with the net covering to prevent leaves/debris getting in. The time of year we went (July) made the warm pool enjoyable. It was a great place to go run near the river. Check in and checkout instructions were clear and the process was easy. The house was clean with great amenities including coupons to local stores. Location was great and easy to get to places such as downtown. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was there were no locks on doors including bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy. The only lock was the front and back doors.

We loved our time at Green Winged Teal. It is a large home, light, bright and airy and well furnished, and fit our multi-generational family of 12 perfectly. The spacious bar room and laundry room were a plus. The little ones played in the upstairs game room while the adults gathered comfortably in the living room. Bikes are a must on Kiawah and made the trek to the beach easy. We liked the beach location as it was not crowded, but is in close proximity to Night Heron Park and the Sanctuary. The extra beach towels provided were handy and the bed linens were nice. We hope to return soon!

We rented this unit for a girls trip. The location is ideal! It is in the heart of the beach district and close to everything. The ocean is only steps away, and the owners provide you with very nice beach accessories. There is even a hose outside the door to wash the sand from your feet before entering the house. The unit was very clean and welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay in Sun City Palm Desert very much. It was better than a “rental” as the place was furnished like a “home”. Everything that we needed was supplied and we felt very comfortable. We would definitely like to return!

Been going to Myrtle for over 20 years and its been getting hard to find places to stay that aren't very old and tired. 702 at the yacht club was great. It was updated, very clean, looked great, smelled great, enjoyed it very much and will stay there again for sure.

Beach Bliss is an incredible Bald Head Island property. We have rented on the island for 15 years and this was one the best homes in which we've stayed. It accomodated two families easily and the kids loved the bunk room. The ocean views from the deck are spectacular. They thought of everything to create a well appointed house. Loved our stay here!

If you have any concerns about booking this house, don’t. This house is beautiful with a lovely backyard and all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but besides that I could not be happier with our weekend stay. I would definitely rent again on a return trip.

We loved our experience at Marlin Key 4F! This was our second year in a row to stay at Marlin Key, although this year was the best. This unit was spotless, comfortable and well appointed! Checkin and checkout were a breeze and we received communication throughout the entire 3 day, 4 night stay from ITrip ensuring we were comfortable and had what we needed! The location is great and we love the covered parking. We had some rain but it was no problem because you were always in the dry. If I had one suggestion it would be to provide a little detail on operating the large TV in the common area and change remote batteries. Some didn’t work. We are older and not very techy. Not a game changer though! Great experience and we will be back next year hopefully!

Nice home - very clean. Has everything you need for your stay. Huge yard for our dog. We cooked a lot and the kitchen is really great with a lot of space and counters. Beds were very comfy. We will stay again when we come back to Fleming Island. Perfect location to shopping and groceries. We have family nearby so it worked very well for us.

Beautiful home and perfect location for seeing the sand dunes! We have loved our stay and it’s been SO nice having the comfort of home in between sandboarding, beaches and ATVing! This home is spacious and fit our family of 5 well!

We had a very comfortable and fun stay at Briarwood. Well supplied kitchen, beach towels, bikes, etc. The home is beautiful the minute you walk in when you look out at the pool with the lake behind it. Any issues we had which were very minor, Tammy was available to take care of. We loved the area, also. Easy to get to all that Naples has to offer.

We loved our stay at the Kahana Manor! The beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows and bathroom/beach towels. Close to all the best beaches (Kaanapali, Kapalua, Honolua, Napili) and Front Street. The patrons of the bar on the bottom level can were a little noisy in the evenings but not a deal breaker for us. We were never hot in that apartment, even without AC. In fact, one night we were a little chilly. A few pot holders and kitchen washcloths would be nice. Kitchen is a little small, but I loved the full sized appliances (fridge, dishwasher, stove, sink, microwave) they made preparing meals quick and easy! Would definitely stay again!

Great Location! We were right on the beach and also close to all the restaurants and shops. Our lock broke and someone was there with in 30 minutes on Easter and fixed it. Great customer service! The actual condo needs updating and a deep clean.

I had a phenomenal time at the Aina Nalu Resort in Lahaina, HI. The rooms were spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated and perfectly conditioned for my stay. The staff was very polite and accommodating to my special requests. Overall I would highly recommend booking with Itrip and staying at the Aina Nalu. 10/10 would definitely do it again!

We recently spent a few days in Beaver Creek, CO for a family get together to celebrate our anniversary. The condo was well equipped and loved that it was located right in the village. We had trouble with the instructions to use the keypad to enter the condo and got immediate assistance after calling the emergency number and were assured that the instructions would be updated so no one else would have the same problem. We'll definitely use iTrip again.

We had a great visit at Splitrock! Location was perfect, walking distance to the market, bike trails running right behind the house, quick access to Bachelor or Bend! The house definitely has hosts that care about comfort, the beds were very comfy and had nice Pendleton bedding… the kitchen is fully stocked and we were able to bake and BBQ for dinner 2 of the nights! The jacuzzi was 104, perfect for a soak after a few long days on the mountain! The hosts also have 7 bikes that all worked! We did a big 10 mile bike ride around all of Sun River and had no mechanical issues. The house was a great value!

My mom, sister, and I stayed at Sweet Spacious Suite for a long weekend trip to Charleston. The property was great. The parking was easy and the directions were clear. There was more than enough space for the three of us. The property was older which was expected but very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is great. We walked to excellent restaurants every night of our stay. We only had to drive when we went to Magnolia Plantation which was just a 15 minute drive. I would stay there again and recommend the house to others.

My family and I had a wonderful time on our trip to Naples. We stayed in this beautiful Briarwood property and can say it was nothing but smooth comfort and fun. The house was clean, full of all needed items like towels, dishes, silverware and very tastefully done furniture. We loved the gated community and used the supplied bikes in the garage to get to and from the tennis courts with ease. My family loved Naples so much they finally decided to start making the move down there. All in all an amazing and successful vacation.

Spacious home , appears per the listing. It’s not a brand new home obviously, but it is clean and correctly maintained. Home is very comfortable. Management company is extremely responsive and friendly. Minor issues were handled immediately and professionally. Couldn’t ask for more.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Marsh Haven! The unit was beautifully appointed, felt very clean, and had a breathtaking view of the marsh. Instructions for check-in and check-out were communicated clearly, and everything within the unit was labeled well. Our little boy loved the community pool, so it was nice to have such close access. My wife enjoyed reading on the porch, and I was able to sneak away for some fishing using the provided kayaks. We also took advantage of the available bikes, which was fun. Both golf carts were functional and maintained charge well during daily outings. Our family looks forward to finding an occasion to stay in this unit again and would highly recommend it to others considering it!

The Condo was great for our 5 adults and 2 yr old granddaughter. No stairs to contend with so that was good for my mother-in-law. Beach access is very close and we enjoyed walking down to the small beach on the bay side where our granddaughter could play without the constant waves. Saw dolphins, hermit crabs, lots of fish and one jelly fish while there. Also walked the beach at night and saw several blue crab. Restaurants/shopping are not within short walking distance. This wasn’t an issue for us. Be prepared to wait 2 hours to eat if you go out in the evening. Pool is 3 to 3.5 ft deep, so you might like that with little ones. Currently limiting the pool to 15 people due to COVID-19. The beach was beautiful and plenty of room for social distancing.

I was very happy with ITrip and the additional Benefits they provide. Jason, the property manager was very responsive. The house works well for my family. We have stayed at Grace Villa before It is an easy walk to the beach. 2 Issues have stood out. Refrigerator does not cool properly and has several shelves etc missing. Recommend replacing it. Also AC does not cool well. We rented 2 houses this year and the other house would get COLD. Grace Villa, you have to really watch the temp. as the ac units do not cool well. These 2 issues were the same each time we rented. Again the house layout was very workable and a very enjoyable place to stay

Pinnacle port has always been our preferred location in PCB. This Condo was beautifully decorated and better stocked than any condo Ive stayed in before. The cost was a little higher than some of the other 2BR we looked at but the location and comfort of C3-201 made up for the slight increase in cost. Being able to walk out of our door, go down 1 flight of stairs and actually be right at the beach was awesome. We never used the elevator except for loading and unloading. The agents were excellent to deal with and very helpful with planning for the tropical storm that hit while we were there. I was very impressed with how well the cleaning crew had cleaned prior to us arriving. Its rare to walk into a condo that is cleaned like a 5 star hotel. We will most certainly be back.

My wife and I stayed here for a wedding that was being held right in the heart of Folly Beach. The place itself was clean, quaint, and perfect for the two of us. Nice of the host to provide us with some cookies and wine as a welcoming gift! Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I was personally surprised at how quiet it got in the evening, I was actually concerned about that being right off the main drag in Folly beach. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time at Breezy Goin. The house is beautiful, great location with a short walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars to accommodate everyone's taste. The management staff was great. They came by to show us how to use the elevator and responded quickly to a request to spray bees nests. The house would benefit from some towel hook and rods in the bathrooms to hang towels to dry and some more silverware in the kitchen. They do need to replace the gas grill as it is unsafe to use.

This is a great home for a large group or two families. It was actually larger than we needed as our original reservation was cancelled at the last minute due to some legal action with the property. This was the only place available during the same time frame and location, so we jumped on the opportunity. Everyone was pleased with the accommodations and we were happy not to have to disappoint the family. Instead… it may be hard for them to accept staying in any other place when visiting Isle of Palms. We had an amazing experience at our condo. Everything was cozy and clean, and the location was perfect. Once we parked, we never had to move our car until we left. The next time we visit Folly Beach, I would choose here to stay.

This property was marvelous for Plebe Parent Weekend. Close enough to walk but far enough to give our Plebe some distance from the yard. We had plenty of space to spread out and not having a full kitchen was brilliant as I didn’t have to cook! ☺️ Excellent communication from iTrip. We will absolutely stay here again.

Simply Awesome!! Perfect accommodations for a couple on ski vacation. Great location close to everything. Kitchen has everything you need. Ski valet to/from resort to gondola along with boot lockers was very convenient. Warm garage to park your car. Definitely would stay again! iTrip Host was super! Provided all information needed and check-in/out was effortless. Food shopping is easy car/bus ride away or you can use delivery service right to your door.

We spent 5 nights here celebrating our daughter’s 9th birthday. It was nothing short of fantastic. From check in to check out everything was great. I loved being able to sit in the living room and look out the door and see the beautiful Smokey Mountains. We will definitely be returning!!

The unit was the best provisioned unit we have ever rented. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, small appliances, storage containers, etc. Bath and bed linens. Kitchen appliances were fine, but replaced with brand new stainless steel appliances while we were there. They are beautiful, and the maintenance men who installed did a wonderful job, nothing was disturbed. Unfortunately for us, we were there during the Corona virus when all restaurants, bars many shops and most attractions were closed. The unit was very comfortable for the days that we just stayed in the unit. Myra from iTrip and the owner were both helpful and considerate in all of our dealings including when we had to cut our stay short. We will absolutely rent this unit again. Also, the view of the golf course was beautiful.

It was very easy to reserve, pay, and receive check in instructions for the unit. The area is quiet and family friendly but quite close to the attractions. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Our stay was wonderful. iTrip was very easy to work with and I appreciated the detailed check in/check out instructions. I read and reviewed all communications prior to our stay and had zero issues because of them. The QR code on the refrigerator was easy to use and answered any questions we had. The units furniture was nicer in person than in the photos. Retrieving our check in packet at the iTrip office took about 90 seconds and the drop off was even quicker. This was our first time using iTrip and I would confidently use them again in the future.

I would give our stay a grade of excellent. The staff at the office were more than helpful, Stephanie and Estephanie. Great communication. The house was perfect as we have a dog and we don’t like staying in hotels as much as having a property with a fenced in yard. Our daughter was getting married 25 minutes away in Georgia. A perfect base. Clean, modern great deck. Couldn’t have been happier with our choice.

Our family had a great trip to Breckenridge! This location is great, and very clean. We only used our car 1 day to visit other resorts. The rest of the time we were within walking distance to our activities. It was well stocked with the necessities as well. We would definitely recommend to others that want to visit the area.

The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. A few things that would have been a nice touch, i.e.; hooks behind the hall bathroom door, a box of tissues in both bathrooms, hangers in each closet to hang skirts and dress slacks. The closest door in the master bedroom was off the hinge, would have been nice if that was fixed before we arrived. The furniture in the family room area was very comfortable and the lighting in the condo was good. The very small TV in the bedroom was replaced after Diane had a conversation with the owners. Thank you for taking care of that so quickly. The people in Unit #N had a dog that barked a lot. Every morning we could hear the dog barking, that was disappointing. We had a great vacation and hope to return next year. Thank-you!

We just spent a few days at this house in Hilton Head and had a great time. The house was very clean and very comfortable. And, we were able to easily prepare meals as the kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans and utensils. We had a great time!

This is a great place to stay. Everything was in order and clean. This is definitely a preference thing so this comment is more from an esthetics view. The furniture configuration in the living space could be reworked. The sectional is too close to the bar and the bar stools slowly shrink as you sit on them. A USB plug would also be useful by the desk in the little office area. Thank you for providing a home in such a great neighborhood. Easy access to everywhere we were needing to be, no more than 20 minutes in all directions.

Great for all of the things that matter: Check in / Check out, Plenty of room, Very clean throughout, Beds were Comfortable, Bathrooms / Water pressure / Hot water all great, A/C upstairs and down works well. Nice entertainment amenities, even though we didn't use everything. Great for families or for when visiting family like we were. The asterisk just means it wasn't perfect. Areas of tiredness around the edges, footsteps and doors upstairs resonate down, unimportant broken items. None of the things mattered to us; just giving a complete picture. Area was great for our trip, and we would stay here again.

We were recently at #5 1324 Promenade in Bluffton SC. Beautiful and exceptionally clean home that we enjoyed very much. The multiple levels make it easy to get some alone time but the generous space throughout gave us plenty of gathering options as well. Great location and the multiple balconies added to our enjoyment. Everything we needed was easily within walking distance and we had no issue finding a close parking spot. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. We will be back!

Well maintained and equipped with quick response by management when we needed help with the gas fireplace (because it snowed twice in June!). Highly recommended this unit!

Just returned from a week in Siesta Key and we will be back. This condo and complex was perfect for us. I traveled with my college aged kids and they loved it! Check in was super simple and condo was ready as promised. Best of both worlds as we were a short walk to private beach and had access to beautiful spot on the bay. My 23 yo son loves to fish and was thrilled to see 2 rods in the garage. He caught a variety of saltwater fish which was exciting as we are from WI. Pools were nice and not crowded…especially the small one which we used as it was close. Bathroom at pool was really nice and clean. Could go on and on…can’t wait to go back.

My family stayed here from May 7-14th. The condo is bigger than I expected because the pictures doesn’t really do the place justice. We enjoyed sitting outside on balcony and we fed the ducks. The pond is absolutely stunning. The pool is great and just a few steps from condo. We went to the beach and it’s not far at all to get there by walking. Maybe a two minute walk. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfy. The only thing I can complain about is that we had to leave and go home! Lol. Thanks for letting us stay in your great beach condo.

This was our 6th trip to Crystal Beach, and we all agreed this was our favorite condo we’ve stayed in! You can’t beat the location or the ease of being on the first floor. It makes vacationing with young children so much easier. We also enjoyed the pool - mostly having it to ourselves or with one other family at a time. The beach was never crowded and the beach chair service is such a perk. The condo itself was very clean and functional for our family of four. We had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend trying Camille’s across the street! Can’t wait to come back!

Deja Blue was a fabulous vacation home for our extended family! Grandparents stayed in main bedroom and kids and grandchildren in the remaining 4 bedrooms and game room with pullout couch! We stayed over the Thanksgiving week and enjoyed the VERY short and easy walk to the beach and neighborhood park (soccer field and large playground)! We heated the pool but never used it - guess we will have to come back in the summer! Lots of parking for multiple cars but also lots of stairs (elevator not allowed for guests) so make sure everyone can handle multiple levels. The separation of living spaces was great and the open kitchen and dining space was nice for our crowd. We even used the outside table for Thanksgiving dinner !

I have been coming to baldhead Island for my entire life and have rented many properties on the island. This is one of my favorite! This house has fantastic views of the Cape river with it's wonderful boat traffic and over the water sunset. The house is excellent with a reverse floorplan and a very bright top floor living space. There is also an east facing Porch for morning coffee in the sunlight. Highly recommended location very close to the Ferry. ITrip did an excellent job with property management!! 5 Stars

We were thrilled with our stay in this home. The location was incredibly convenient to Breck, Keystone, and Vail. We were also close to grocery stores, restaurants, Target/Walmart etc. which is key with children. The property was great the price was appropriate. Older Victorian house but like the add said, everything inside is new. The location was great. Fitness center a couple blocks away even gave people in our group that wanted it a free couple day pass. I believe I heard it had a pool too :). We tried the Indian restaurant a couple blocks away and it was wonderful. We even purchased a large cooking pan from the owner. The three full bathrooms were very nice for our group. Really don’t think any of us had any complaints. We come to Portland this time each year and would certainly come again if the price is the same. Stayed: January 2019

Family of 4, visiting from Japan, looking for a centrally located homebase pleasantly surprised with this modern home. The home checked all our boxes (clean, stocked, lovely neighborhood) and more. The backyard was a major plus for our two children who not only enjoyed the swing set but the vast size of the backyard. This home was spacious for us to spread out and enjoy the home. The beds were comfortable, bedrooms & bathrooms clean and plenty of toiletries (always a nice touch), and the location was absolutely perfect for exploring the area. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and neighbors very nice. The Host was always responsive to any questions we had & was very accommodating to us to alter our reservations due to flight issues. We had a wonderful time & will most definitely come back.

We were extremely pleased with this home. It was perfect for our family, and an easy walk to the beach. The house was clean, well maintained, with plenty of space. Even the futon in the den was comfortable! I love to cook and the kitchen was well appointed with what I needed. 4 bathrooms made it great for a larger group. The back patio and yard was well designed and comfortable. We loved that they had board games and books, which we may have used if it were a longer trip. The host/manager was responsive and helpful. It wasn’t cold enough for us to use but the gas fireplace is a great feature as well.

We loved our studio. Nicely designed and had almost everything we needed (no safe). The view was stunning and every night we fell asleep to the sounds of the ocean waves. The bathroom lighting had a burned out bulb which made it a bit dim, but still workable. Overall, a lovely unit with a comfortable bed and updated kitchen.

This is our second time to Fripp this year and this house was GREAT! Our kids loved the bunkbeds and are already planning how they will sleep with we come back. My family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Timberwolf 4C for a first-time ski trip to Park City. The location was great, allowing us to walk to the base of the Cabriolet gondola. The layout of the unit was perfect with two spacious bedrooms upstairs and a whopping 2 and a half bathrooms! We spent lots of time in the cozy living room by the gas fireplace, which warmed us well. We needed a solid internet connection while there and luckily had no issues. The underground parking spot was nice to have, and we also enjoyed one of the on-site hot tubs on a couple of occasions (though the second one was out of order). The power inexplicably went out one evening, but iTrip responded quickly via text (though not phone) and we were kept updated until it was restored. We also utilized one of the iTrip activity offers, which functioned seamlessly as well. All in all, would definitely recommend staying at this property and would return again myself.

We were very pleased! The condo was was very clean and beautifully decorated. The workout room and pool were very nice. The only things I would change would be the sliding door to the balcony In the master bedroom wouldn’t open and the mattresses were cheap and soft with a dip in the master one. We would definitely stay here again, especially if these items were fixed. The elevators were great too.

The Island Inn property continues to be maintained & improvements since our last visit were evident. As always, the pool & tiki bar were clean & well managed. This was a great house that met all of our needs. The open floor plan was great. There were also two other "family type" rooms (in addition to a large family room on the first floor) allowed for us all to spread out a bit.....important with 11 family members aging from 6 months to 70! Plenty of bedrooms and baths. We couldn't take advantage of the balconies or porches, because of the chillier weather in November, but they looked like lovely spots to enjoy as well. Plus, we greatly appreciated that Jeremy accepted dogs. The kitchen was very well equipped, which was a pleasure since we had most meals at home. We've rented homes in the past, where this has been an issue. The house is well located about three blocks from the ocean and boardwalk (10 minute walk) and about four blocks from the main street. Jeremy was very responsive when we had questions. We had a great time.

We stayed at the Waterford #26 Townhouse for a family trip. There were 6 adults and one infant. The townhouse was very clean and had plenty of room for all of us. It was nicely furnished and had 3 en-suite bedrooms. The amenities there, kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, were great. Access to the ski area was very close and easy with the shuttle. We enjoyed being able to cook meals and spend quality time together. Would definitely recommend this place. It also had a cover two car garage which was helpful after getting new snow. The roads were plowed each morning after the snow so getting around was easy. The shuttle also will take you to town for some fun shopping.

This location was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something in the mountains but with easy access to pigeon forge since this was a kid friendly trip for spring break. We wanted to be a short drive from everything. We could see all of pigeon forge from our deck! The cabin was very well maintained and clean. There was plenty of comfortable space for my family of 4. Would definitely recommend and would stay again in the future.

This condo is great! The bedrooms are spacious and private. The balcony has a great view of everything! The pools in the resort are wonderful! And there is hardly any walk to the pools and the beach. We never had to wait for the elevators. And you are close to everything you need at the beach. The only complaint we had was the furniture on the balcony was uncomfortable and some were broken, but it did not keep us from enjoying the balcony. The shower in the bedroom close to the entryway was very hard to regulate, you either had a cold shower or a hot shower. But again, it did not keep us from enjoying our stay. We plan on staying here again next year!

It was the perfect location close to Parkdale in Mt Hood and a great time of year to be in the area with all the orchards, fruit stands, wineries and breweries. We were visiting family in Annapolis and wanted to stay close to them in the Murray Hill neighborhood. The house was great! It was super clean and had everything that we could need. We loved staying at Pelican Landing. As soon as we opened the doors to go into the house after a long drive, everything smelled so clean and fresh. (Not what I was expecting from a pet house). This made me very happy. The backyard and screened-in porch was terrific for our 4 legged buddy. We have a family of four and the house fit us perfectly. The beach chairs and buggy made walking to the beach so easy and gave us more space in our cars without having to pack our own. Having the kayak was also a great bonus. Nice TV's made streaming easy in every room. The beaches were not overcrowded and the locals in the neighborhood were super nice. We would love to stay at Pelican Landing again in the future. The only negatives were that one of the bikes had a broken chain and couldn't be used, and they could use a good frying pan:)

Lots of space for adults and kids. Awesome kitchen. Lots of pantry space. Short walk to beach. Could not use wagon due to lots of steps down to beach. Called about air and they responded quickly. Close to Pier Park The Hub just down the street was a good place to eat

Can’t beat the view from this room. Sunsets from the balcony…majestic. Watched the dolphins from the full view windows as well. Bed was comfortable. Close to Lovers Key Beach, only a short walk from the resort. ITrip was easy to deal with.

We loved the view of the marina! The condo was nicely furnished and decorated with plenty of room for our granddaughters. We were surprised and happy to see the fireworks at Barefoot Landing on Monday night. The fireworks were almost at eye level from the condo balcony!

We stayed in the Bethany Beach house for a few winter months after we moved from CA. It was great to have a furnished place to stay in while we explored the area. The house was big and comfortable and had everything we needed while our stuff was in storage. Even though a lot of places close during the winter months there were still plenty of restaurants nearby. Our favorite was Summer Salts which you can walk to from the house. We loved the house and the community and are currently looking to buy in DE.

Let me just say this is the nicest condo we have ever stayed in! The condo is fully updated from the fully stocked kitchen to the nice tile floors. We loved the new wicker patio furniture on the fully screened in porch that overlooked the beautiful mangroves where we had drinks before dinner. The beds were so comfortable we slept like baby’s after a long day at the beach. Speaking of the beach we loved how close it was just a 5 minute walk and we were there. The owners even had a wagon to haul all the beach stuff in. It was so nice of them to let renters use all of their beach equipment. There is a Walgreens, Public’s, and CVS right across the street so we could grab groceries and alcohol. The free trolly stops right in front of the condo complex which made it so nice to travel to restaurants, bars, or go site seeing. We loved how peaceful and quiet the condo area was. The pool area is amazing from the nice heated pool to the convenience of having bathrooms right there as well. You can really tell the owners care about their guests having relaxing hassle free time while staying at their place. This will be the only place we stay at when we come back to the island.

After receiving the news our original house was not available the night before we were to leave due to the AC going out, Dana at Holiday Properties found us a new house in Serenity in Dune Allen. Having never stayed down that way, we were very nervous about distance to beach, sleeping arrangements for 8 adults, 4 kids, etc. Well it was great! Dana arranged for a golf cart and the house was perfect! Quick trip to the beach and pool around the corner. Only negative was parking. We had to figure out where to park extra cars, but got it worked out. Highly recommend! Big thanks to Dana!

This was our first stay at this property. This is a great place great neighborhood, quiet and well kept. The inside is very clean and of a newer design. The beds are memory foam and newer. The flat screen is easy to use. The one and only draw back was the very sparse kitchen it needs a lot in regards to basics like measuring devices, blender, etc. The management company was A+, very attentive and extremely responsive to any questions or issues.

Lots of room with 2 bdrms and 2.5 baths. Everyone had a chance to spread out, but the main room is large enough to get everyone together. Kitchen is well equipped. Good location in Avon. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Close to bus stop for Skiers Express to Beaver Creek Village or gondola over to Bachelor Gulch.

Well-equipped, well finished townhouse with an exceptional view of the valley. Beds were very comfortable and the whole thing felt like a nice hotel. The house had everything we needed and was only a short drive from Whistler. We even saw a bear from the balcony. Sad to only be there for three nights.

Very pleasant comfortable place to spend a week. Every part of the condo was very clean, in working order, easy to use, and well supplied. We might have enjoyed having a kitchen sponge for the sink and cleaning up and a couple dish towels. Otherwise it was just fine. When we first arrived we had difficulty parking in our spot because our van had a Thule carrier on top which made it too tall for the parking space. We made a call which was answered very quickly and which solved our dilemma. The hot water was not so we made one more call and a service person replied right away and it was made "hot" right away. One can't ask for better help than that! We had a great visit to Snowmass and liked our condo and feel that "iitrip" did a really good job in providing the rental service. We will certainly call you again.

We are a family of 9 that spent a month at the Saddlebrook Resort, we stayed at Paradise On The Lake. The views of the golf course, trees and lake were amazing from inside and outside at the pool. We were fortunate to have some great weather during most of stay and were able to enjoy the heated pool with the grandchildren. The house was well equipped and clean. I would recommend this house if you enjoy golf, swimming and catch and release fishing.

We had originally planned to stay in the Village, but hurricane damage made the accommodations unavailable and the rental company offered this unit as a backup. I’m so glad they did because we LOVED our stay in the Polynesian Gardens. The two bedroom villa was perfect for my husband and I plus our two toddlers. It’s been recently renovated and offers all the things you’d need for a beach stay (except kids’ beach toys). We used the pool and also walked to the beach every day (about 10-12 minutes, as the access point to the public Crescent beach is down by all the restaurants, not right across the street). We didn’t have a rental car and had no trouble using the shuttle or Frog Hop to get to the Village area or big Siesta Key beach. Overall, would recommend this home for anyone looking for a great stay in Siesta Key.

Great location! Hearing the waves and watching the sunset from the deck was just what we needed. Just a few steps and you’re on a beautiful, clean beach. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Our hosts gifted us a bottle of wine and cookies when we arrived and check in/check out were extremely convenient. It was great to have a community pool for our grandchildren to enjoy. It was a short drive to everything we wanted to do in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. We enjoyed the mountain views from the deck, and used the back-deck grill to prepare dinner. We enjoyed playing pool upstairs the first night we were there. Great relaxing time had by all. Thanks.

My wife and I just returned from a week stay in the Streamside property in West Vail. In a word, our experience was "wonderful". No reasonable person could have expected more at this level of accommodation. Spotlessly clean, superbly appointed, right down to the quality of the bed linens and the provided firewood, the kitchen had every necessity, the property was beyond welcoming. The Streamside property location was super convenient. Although we had a vehicle, the access to both the wonderful walking and hiking trails and the constant shuttles coming and going from the ski resorts made the use of our car optional. Walking to the grocery store was even an option. The only issue in a week long stay was a TV remote that wasn't working. This problem was immediately resolved by Dustin, (who was absolutely wonderful). Highly recommend considering this, or any of the other iTrip properties as I am confident they are all managed to the same high standard we experienced.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely rental in Palm Springs. Here are a few things that made it stand out for us: The covered, fully fenced back patio was perfect—our small dog could run in and out of the house freely, and we spent hours relaxing there. The cozy living room seating area in front of the fireplace quickly became our favorite spot. With the TV right there, we ended up spending most evenings curled up together. The grounds are beautifully lush, filled with mature citrus trees—we picked fresh oranges and lemons every day. The house was recently and extensively remodeled, so everything felt brand new: comfortable beds, high-quality bedding, stylish furniture, and lovely artwork throughout. The bedrooms and living spaces are generously sized, giving four adults plenty of room to spread out and feel at home. The south Palm Springs location couldn’t have been better—quiet morning walks, quick access to hiking trails, and just minutes from downtown. We also appreciated having a garage to keep the car shaded and cool. This place truly checked every box for us. We’ll definitely be booking it again the next time we’re in the desert!

This property gave our grpup of 7 adults plenty of space to spread put and feel at home. The kitchen had lots of space to cook in and the bedrooms were large. It was great to have a bathroom for each bedroom plus the extra half bath. I wish there was access to a better pool/hot tub. The Avon Rec Center is close but they just have a small lap pool and hot tub and the lazy river is for little kids. It was nice to be able to use it for workouts, though. The location made it easy to walk around Avon and close to drive to Vail and Edwards for shops and additional restaurants, and Lakota Guides was close by for white water rafting.

This place is relaxing and quiet! Our room was spacious and clean. It had all the comforts of home. This is the best place to stay that is close to the river and Gruene. I would definitely recommend!!!

We enjoyed our week at this condo. It was laid out perfectly for us. You walk in to the balcony facing the beach and the kids bedrooms were all away from the door to go outside. We were able to cook several meals in the well stocked kitchen. The only complaint we had was the parking. If you parked in the parking spots below the condo you possibly got blocked in or got a phone call to move your vehicle. The other option for parking was about 1/2 mile from the condo and was $20 per day to park (this was the option we choose most of the days). Overall though we would stay in this condo again.

We have rented the Tinner’s House twice in as many years. The proximity to the Historic downtown St. Augustine area can’t be beat. It’s also a short drive to the beaches. We took a side trip to Marineland and were surprised at how close that was as well. Already planning our third stay for next year.

Tyra Summit is a great condo in Breckenridge. Kitchen was well stocked except for no dishrag or sponge to wash dishes that couldn't go in dishwasher. That issue was rectified. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was easy. The W/D was very handy. TV channels were rather limited but we weren't there for watching shows. Enjoyed the kayak trip on Lake Dillon. The condo was spacious and well furnished.

Our family of 5 stayed at Uncorked Cottage in Southport for a week this past June. We had a wonderful time and certainly a lot of that had a lot to do with Uncorked Cottage. It is a beautiful home with all the amenities. Updated, well kept, well appointed. It was a pleasure to come back to in the evenings after a day of sightseeing or the beach or adventure. Highly recommend.

Our group of 6 had a great summer stay for nine weeks at the Woodstock Townhouse. The house was extremely clean when we arrived and there was plenty of space for all of us to live comfortably. There were plenty of kitchen utensils/cookware provided as well as many towels and blankets. With the few maintenance issues we had, they were very responsive and sent someone to fix right away. We would love to stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

Our family of 15 (7 adults, 8 pre-teen/teens) spent a wonderful week at this beautiful home. It is very spacious, both inside and out. We got many hours of enjoyment from the game room, pool, and dock. From the pictures, we thought there was a chance that the pool might be small, but it was an excellent size for all of us to enjoy it. The home is located a few blocks away from a beautiful beach. Sometimes we walked and sometimes we drove and parked (parking was not free, but was relatively inexpensive). The beach does not permit any sun shades besides umbrellas, so make sure you plan for that. The home is also located near many shopping options, restaurants, and attractions. The owners/rental agency were very responsive to our texts/communications through the week. We highly recommend this home and will seek it out if we ever return to the area. Thanks for a great week!

The location and home were perfect. The home is across the street from the beach with beautiful water views from the front porch! We were down to celebrate the engagement of a close friend's son who proposed to his longtime girlfriend on the beach. We spent a couple of days celebrating with them, his son and now fiance and all their friends and family...it was a great location and so convenient. The home is very clean and well maintained. The pool out back looked great, but it was still too cold to go in. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants and a short drive to Southport which was a great little town for shopping and local artisans. We will be back and highly recommend.

We loved this place! To start with we agreed that it was the cleanest house we've rented in the last 5 years. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were here for a month and cooked in A LOT. The layout was easy to love and we like the availability of a vacuum to keep the place neat. Even better is the location, we walked to the beach every day and there are quite a few restaurants nearby for when we wanted to eat out. Though we didn't use it the golf cart is very nice and quite a bargain compared to any of the local rentals. It wouldn't hurt to update the living room furniture. I-trips was great to do business with and though we only had one small problem Karen was on it and quickly resolved it. We hope to return here next year.

My friends and I came down to celebrate our 50th birthdays! We had such a great time in St. Augustine. The condo was great- super clean and a perfect location. The beds were all very comfortable. The rental company were super accommodating and we will certainly return.
