We had an amazing stay at Deja Blue in Isle of Palms! Location to the beach, shops and restaurants is perfect...everything within arms reach while the property itself is very private. The house itself is large and beautiful...high end fixtures and appliances, everything you need is already there. We had two families of 4 and had more than enough space, especially in the large third floor common room and huge main suite. The pool was a great addition and has plenty of shade in the yard for BBQs and yard activities. The property managers were prompt, friendly and accommodating with all communication. Highly recommended!

This is the best rental experience we have ever experienced. We typically rent two or three homes a year and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The condo we rented for the week was perfect in size for our family of 6 (2 adults 3 teens and 1 under 10). The rooms were all large enough to move around freely and not be on top of each other. The beds were all good and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped nicely which allowed us to make a couple of meals when we decided to dine in. The best feature of this condo is by far the huge patio which had seating for 6 and two tables, great sunsets can be viewed from here. The location was good and allowed us to walk to many restaurants some via a beach walk. The staff was friendly and easy to spot if needed. Only issues on the negative were there were times we’d wait for an elevator for over 10 minuets and the first day we were in the place smelled like a basement which cleared out after the first day. Also, there were a couple pieces of furniture in the living room which should be replaced. All in all it was a good experience renting this place.

Appropriately named ‘Serenity’, the ocean views, while relaxing on the deck, were stunning! From the moment you enter this beautifully decorated, well appointed, clean condo, you know your stay Is going to be special. The location is very convenient. With Just a short walk along the beach, you arrive at the boardwalk where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and activities for children. This is a huge plus, especially during tourist season….not having to drive nor spending your vacation time trying to find limited parking. Our stay was absolutely perfect and I highly recommend ‘Serenity at Carolina Beach’! You won’t be disappointed!

My family and I loved staying here! The condo is tucked away in a beautiful secluded community, with the bus stop right in front of the property! The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The garage was a huge plus because our car wasn’t freezing every morning. Perfect bedroom to bathroom ratio, and loved that the guest bathroom downstairs had a tub for my little ones. Will definitely stay here again next time we come!

Just spent a fabulous week with girlfriends at Whispering Palms. The house was very clean and spacious. The 4 of us had our own space to hide away when we weren't gabbing on the quiet and relaxing screened porch! Five stars to iTrip rentals. They were extremely responsive to any questions, and made it so easy for checking in and out of the rental. I highly recommend them.

Just got back from Vail and a wonderful stay at 204 Alphorn. I’ve been to Vail quite a bit over the years and this condo is the PERFECT LOCATION! Its midway between both Vail Village and Lionshead. Both gondolas are in easy walking distance. The unit is tastefully updated, quiet, and has all of the amenities you need to enjoy your Vail vacation!!! Beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking. Hope to be back soon!!!

This house was excellent! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. The beds were very comfortable, the only drawback was the curtains in the bedrooms could have been a little darker. The morning sun is very bright!! Overall this house is perfect! We will be back!!

We've been going to Isle of Palms for several years now, and each year we book a different stay, either because the previous year's location wasn't that great, or the property is no longer being offered. This year, we finally found our ideal yearly stay! As soon as the dates open up, I'm booking The Blue Oyster for my family next year. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and the back porch, yard, and shower for post-beach cleanup of ourselves and our pets was more than perfect. We cant wait to stay there again next year, and hopefully the years that follow!

Extremely nice property in a great location. Having 2 master suites was a plus! Truly right in the middle of all the places we like to eat, shop and visit. The house was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Allowing us usage of the golf cart was a huge added bonus. We usually come down to the area a couple times a year and will definitely consider staying here again,

Our entire family greatly enjoyed our experience. The house is beautiful and perfect for hosting a large family. The home was clean and well taken care of. The views are absolutely incredible. We will definitely be back!! My only advice for families traveling with young kids, bring a baby gate or two for the back patio stairs. Also main fridge is small for 11 people. Make sure you bring ice and coolers.

We actually stayed at the lodge twice -- once over Thanksgiving weekend with extended family, and once for an amazing birthday celebration. Our hosts were so thoughtful -- the three apartments had everything we needed and things we didn't even think about, too! The rooms were decorated beautifully and the beds were so comfortable, if it weren't for all the fun activities right outside our doorstep, we could have stayed snuggled in bed all morning! What else can I say? The parking was easy and convenient. The apartment is right next to the Westin and the gondola up the mountain, and steps from a hiking trail and summer outdoor concert venue. Pickleball, tennis, and swimming in summer. Skiing and hiking and snowshoeing in winter. And a large outdoor patio that's perfect for enjoying drinks while drinking in the fresh mountain air. We can't wait to stay there again!

This was such a beautiful home and it was designed perfectly to meet our vacation needs. The property felt brand new and the hosts took care of every detail. Our boys enjoyed the bunked beds, even though they seemed to enjoy the comfort of the bottom bunk. We were situated steps from the ocean which was a plus and being able to choose nightly views from two balconies was really nice. Vacations come and go, but memories last a lifetime. Thank you to this team for offering this amazing property that helped us relax and focus on family and loads of fun.

Our 2BR 2BA apartment is located East Vail with 5 minutes walk to center and to Betty Ford gardens. The unit was well equipped with all the necessary appliances, glasses and dinner ware. Excellent king beds and baths. We were very happy with our rental. The only suggestion I have is to make sure you have the check in instructions before you arrive.

Nice big waterfront home in Big Pine Key Florida. Perfect fit for my family to fish during the day and rest in the evenings. Excellent as advertised Townhome. Perfect location for easy access to all Phoenix has to offer. Clean, up to date furnishings and the amenities are very nice. Couple of issues....No soap provided, although the rental agreement stated we would have soap the last thing I needed to worry about with a busy schedule is having to run to the market for soap for the showers! That was disappointing also for the $175.00 cleaning fee we were asked to strip the beds, empty the trash and start the dishwasher before vacating the unit.....REALLY! I should be refunded at least $50.00 for my service!

We had an amazing week in Hilton Head! The house itself couldn't have been more perfect and the views from the house were priceless! This group of 10 moms take a trip together every year and this one was by far the most active one we have taken! I was amazed at how much there was to do in the area. We took long walks on the beach every morning (and my friends know how much I don't like sand, but I LOVED this beach!), played pickleball (in our tutus of course!), went out to fun lunch spots (Salty Dog, Skull Creek Boathouse), had great dinners out, went to Savannah for a day, played cards...I could go on and on and on! I have never been to the area but I am already looking forward to my next visit!!!

We have absolutely loved our time here! The host has thought of everything you would possibly need and the home feels so homey. We love that we can go from the beach to the pool in a hot minute or we can just relax by the beautiful pool. We hope to be back!

We had an awesome stay at Three Sea oceanfront condo! The condo was spotless and exactly as described. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We were just steps from the sand and an easy 5 minute walk to the Boardwalk. I highly recommend Three Sea.

We enjoyed our stay at Binnie's Beachfront Bongalow. It was perfect for my wife and I to get away with our small dog. The only thing that would improve the experience was the shower size. It was very small . Overall great experience and the beach was beautiful and not congested. Sunsets were awesome.

We had a wonderful time at the Blue Oasis on our annual girls’ trip. The company was easy to communicate with, and everything was as pictured. Upon arrival, the pool had some debris in it from a recent storm and the pump did not appear to be working correctly. I texted and they got someone out that afternoon to address the issues. We were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub for the rest of the time. Great for a large group!

We just arrived back from our 7 day stay at Townhome 17 in Steamboat Springs. We had a wonderful time. The townhome is well appointed and extremely comfortable (bedding was more updated than in the pictures). It had everything we needed for an easy stay for our group of 7 (including teens and tween age kids). The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials including the basics spices and oils. We also utilized the outdoor grill and washer and dryer during our stay. In terms of amenities, we utilized the tennis courts, workout facility, pool and hot tub. All very conveniently located to the townhome...just a short walk. We also hiked up the mountain (with easy access out the back door of condo). The management company was very responsive to all of our questions or issues. I would highly recommend the condo for a family!

The house was perfect for our girls trip and big enough to accommodate far more people than just the four of us. The hot tub was an added charm and the distance to downtown was amazing. Such a cute town and the location is practically next to the ski lift for those winter bunnies. 2 nights was not enough but it encouraged us to start planning a trip back! :) the hosts' instructions were clear and easy, just be aware not everyone in the neighboring units abide by the parking rules the parking is quite narrow so when they double park youre pretty close to the edge and it can be quite daunting and impossible to get out. So just fyi.

Our family had a ski vacation at Sunriver with my husband, daughter, son-in-law and grand daughter. Our golden retriever tagged along. The home was tastefully decorated and had a well stocked kitchen. Each bedroom had access to it's own bathroom. Lots of board games for everyone to play. Video movies to watch. Trails just outside the back door for taking long walks with our dog. Hot tub was wonderful after a day of skiing. What we got a kick out of, was the many things people left for the next vacationers, ie like seasonings, tea, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, etc. The garage was large enough to house a medium size car. We parked our Durango on the driveway. The only challenge we experienced was the Dishwasher had a failed pump, which had to be repaired so we ended up washing dishes by hand. However, the property manager was quick to send a technician to assess the situation. Other minor things, like a burned out light bulb in the garage and missing instructions to the gas fireplace were brought to the property manager's attention. I appreciated how quickly my concerns were resolved by the property manager. All in all, we hope to be able to utilize this lovely townhome again. It fit our family well.

I have been coming to Vail for almost 40 years and have stayed in many places over the years. The condo on Nugget Lane is among one of my favorites. It is beautifully located along the creek and is spacious enough for our family of four to spread out. Our children enjoyed staying on the bottom floor, and my husband and I enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen. This is nothing this condo doesn't have! Additionally, we are used to sleeping with fans and we were delighted to see fans in each bedroom. I also love that it is located in East Vail, where I spent many of my younger years. I hope our stay was only the first of many to come.

Hands down THE best vacation rental we have ever been to. This property has everything you want and more. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and items to make your stay truly feel like home- make this worth every single penny. The property is beautifully maintained, and did I mention how CLEAN it all is?! The decor is perfect and comfortable. The Beautiful Decor and comfortable setting was enjoyed by all, and the “Special Treats” for us on the Dinning Table was appreciated . An extra plus was to be within walking distance of Georgetown’s Historic Square which was all lit up for the Holiday.

Our stay at the Hayden Lodge 2203 was perfect. The arrival process went smoothly. ITrip was always available by phone for any question, completely made us feel welcome, and were happy to help. We got groceries delivered from Clarke's Market, highly recommend. We used Smiddy's limo for transportation from aspen airport on itrips referral and they were perfect, even bringing us to the condo up the road to get the key and check-in material, easy process. The condo is awesome. VERY CLEAN. The linens seemed brand new. The master bed king bed was great, like staying in a luxury hotel room. The pull out couch bed was great for our kids, already made and very clean/crisp. The location is PERFECT, right across from the village express chairlift. So close to everything- and ski school. The ski locker is a great addition, enough space for all our skis and poles and helmets etc. We kept out boots in the kitchen on a towel we had brought to pad our skis for travel. I recommend bringing one or the unit could provide an old one or a rubber-edged mat for this purpose. I could go on..... it is awesome. We will be back.

We booked Golf Coast Bleu II for a warm-weather escape and it delivered. Beautiful golf course views, comfortable beds, and a spotless, well-appointed condo made for a relaxing stay. Located right inside Saddlebrook Resort, it was the perfect home base for sunshine, golf, and quiet evenings on the patio. Exactly what we were looking for — we’ll be back.

The small cottage ambience of chalet Rose` was delightful for our vacation stay in Florence. Great place to "come home to" after a day's adventure golfing, hiking, fishing and exploring beaches. Easy access to all these activities. And perhaps the best part, was then walking through the neighborhood to Bay Street for cocktails and dinner and even wine tasting and a little shopping.

I grew up going to HHI and wanted to take my parents back as a treat. The only hitch was that I needed something beach front with an elevator for my mom. This condo was perfect and had some of the accessibility features I needed. Functioning elevator and beautiful views of the ocean with a walk in shower and bench. Peter and iTrip were great at handling my requests and so prompt with responding. When a cleaning crew came up to push the twin beds together for me (I’d forgotten to request they do this ahead of time) they came masked. I highly recommend a stay here!

We had a great vacation spot in Marco Island last week. The unit was top of the line in my estimation. It is laid out perfectly, with a fantastic view, very clean and beautifully decorated. Complete with everything you might need and more! I Highly recommend it and hope to return there next year!

First of all we would like to say how amazing ELISA the owner is!! She really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! She provided us with all the information we needed about the island! We have stayed in bald head a few times- but this house was incredible- everything inside the house was state of the art- The kitchen is beautiful and contains everything you need! The bed was so comfortable - the master bath was so large and and just stunning!! And trust me when I say the best golf carts on the island!💖💖💖 Elisa was able to recommend a great restaurant for lunch-and the food was amazing!! Thanks ELISA for a wonderful and memorable weekend we will never forget! Looking so forward to our next time!!!!!!

This is a wonderful home to celebrate Family milestones. We had never been in this area and it was fun to explore. The characters were the parents, daughter and boyfriend with dog, and son, wife and 19 month old. The space was perfect. It looks just like the pictures but being in the space is even better. There were plenty of toys for a two year old, , beach toys, and chairs .The kitchen is well stocked. Going in October was great, quiet during the week and a bit busier on the weekend. We so lucked out on beautiful weather. The hosts were responsive with any questions. The best part was the view and easy access to the beach.

This house is so cute and perfect for a group who is looking to explore Portland and stay within arms reach of everything. The pool table on the bottom floor was a great way to unwind without feeling like we had to tip the waiter, the beds were super comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we made. Great house for multiple friends / family...plenty big enough inside and out...the pool and the view of the waterway are great! But, if coming with trucks and trailers know the parking is tight...we were able to fit (3) full size trucks and (2) trailers along with (6) motorcycles but it took a little imagination and a friendly neighbor to get us all in there. The right side of the driveway does not go with this house and the neighbor was kind enough to let us use a small area of his yard to back a trailer.

My family had a wonderful time during our first trip to Marco Island and this condo was perfect! The unit is lovely. Decorated nicely, extremely comfortable and modern, as well as immaculate. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need . The location was great. We appreciated the proximity to the public beach which is beautiful. We also enjoyed having the beach chairs boogie board coolers and beach buggy. Watching the sunsets at the beach was a delightful community experience. I also can't say enough about the condominium complex. It was well maintained, the pool was lovely and all the residents and other visitors were very friendly and welcoming. We would love to return! We booked this place for a long girl's weekend with my sisters. The location was perfect! Very close to El Paseo with lots of restaurant and shopping choices. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The outside patio was huge and comfortably furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at home. There are 37 pools/hot tubs in the community to choose from. Some are more shaded than others. The home is located on the 5th hole green with lovely views of the pond. The club house was within easy walking distance. We will definitely book again in the future!

It was a great stay! The place was clean, cozy and well equipped with kitchen appliances for our big ski group. It had everything we needed. The ski shuttle was awesome to access to the park and the driver was very friendly. The host was communicative and helpful. We had issue with the heater not working consistently in one of the bedrooms but the problem was quickly solved by the host with extra comforters and blankets.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blackbeard's Return on Bald Head Island. Excellent home with all the necessities. The home was well maintained and was stocked with games and videos (via HD connected to main TV). Good location on the island and some truly beautiful sunrises from a large screened porch. The only downside to location was noise, the house was located across a small pond from the golf course and early morning you had engine noises from the grounds keepers and noise from the tennis courts in he afternoon. The upstairs deck was quiet and had great views of the ocean which made up for the small interruptions early in the morning. This was not an issue for us but if you had small children using the bunk bedroom you had to access the upstairs deck though that room.

House was very comfortable and just as represented in the listing. We received a message we could check in an hour early. The kitchen supplies are pretty basic-I ended up buying a muffin pan which I donated to the house. Also the place was SPOTLESSLY clean when we arrived. Cleaner did an excellent job. I would recommend bringing fans for the bedrooms in summer-the upstairs AC has a tough time keeping it cool, and only the master has a ceiling fan. The only checkout rules were set the thermostats to 75 and take the trash to the outside bins. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful week here at Faxo's Retreat! We loved the that the back yard was fenced for our fur babies! The house was very nice for it's age. And its so peaceful. We sat on the deck and watched the sunset over the lagoon most nights. Beautiful!!! We will definitely stay there again.

The house is in the perfect location on the island, quiet but still a super quick walk to the beach access or an easy drive or bike ride to island attractions like the point and Lone Rider. We really enjoyed our stay at the Shark Shack. We were most impressed with all the extras they supplied such as the grills, bikes and beach accessories --just everything you could think of was available. The outdoor porch and shower are a nice feature. The house was super clean and decorated very nicely, with a fully equipped kitchen. The only issue we had was the water was cut off to the outdoor shower and we couldn't find the code to the lock where the bikes and beach accessories are stored, but the property manager took care of this very promptly. The location relative to the beach is not bad, especially with bikes but a wagon is also available if you want to walk (less than a mile).

We spent the month of February here at the Shell house. It’s a great house with plenty of room. The location is excellent. We could walk the short distance to the beach, shops, and wonderful restaurants. The beds and furniture were comfortable. There’s an orange tree in the front yard, and there’s a large deck area. The enclosed screen porch was lovely. We enjoyed the house!

Great resort with a great, clean community pool and lazy river. Friendly staff! Clean, beautiful, well decorated home that looked exactly like the photos! Close proximity to Disney and its various parks! Also close to shops and restaurants! Grocery store is only 5 minutes away! One of the best VRBO stays we've ever had, and we've stayed in a ton of properties! Even better than the photos. Amazing location, quiet neighborhood, extremely clean, well-stocked kitchen with plenty of cooking items and dishes, beautiful outdoor area, and comfortable beds. Everything you'd want in a rental property; it checked every single box. We stayed here while moving our daughter into college and being allowed to receive Amazon deliveries was incredibly helpful. We were very happy with our stay at this 4 bedroom condo. Looks exactly like the pictures. It was very clean when we got there and decorated nicely. The condo is easy to get into, the first door has access to condo with staircase and elevator to upper floors. There are 4 stories, one condo on each floor. Our door was just a few steps inside the foyer. The condo is spacious and held our family of 9 very comfortably. There are 3 ½ baths, the two masters have their own bathroom and the other two bedrooms have a Jack and Jill bathroom in the middle, then there is a hall bath. The condo has everything you need, extra blankets and pillows, a few extra towels, and the kitchen is stocked with just about everything you need to cook meals. We’ve stayed in a few condos and this was by far the best stocked. We cooked most meals and brought spices, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and extra paper towels and toilet paper. The table seats 8 and the bar seats 3 (or 4?). They have games to play, some pool toys other guests have left, raft, and a couple beach chairs. Lots of great things about this condo, but the best is the location. Being on the first floor was great. We could walk out our back door to the pool. The huge lagoon pool is in the center of the community. And it’s right outside the condos back patio. It’s a great pool and we ended up spending most of our time at the pool. We stayed for 7 nights over the 4th of July and there were lots of people in the pool but it didn’t feel overcrowded. It was hard to find a chair sometimes but the pool security was good about removing unattended towels. You do have to have an armband to get into the pool area. The Seacrest community that the condo is located in is just beauitul. Mostly beach style houses, a few smaller condos like ours and a couple bigger condo units. The communities run together along 30A and a lot of people ride bikes. We loved biking through the neighborhoods and to the beach. The beach is just a block away and it’s an easy walk. There is a tram service that will shuttle people back and forth. Our family really enjoyed the week at the condo, relaxing, spending time together and getting some sunshine.

Enjoyed our stay at Treasure island condo. Only issues were the toilet which you had to jiggle the plumbing in the tank and you couldn't open the dishwasher door due to the fridge being too close, had to buy a can opener . Other then those things we enjoyed our stay very much.

the property was as described and viewed. the iTrip staff were very responsive to any pre-arrival questions we had. walkable distant to downtown and so convenient to have cars on site. wish there was an option to opt-out of the daily propane charge. with the great dining options there was no need for us to grill and that would be great to not to have to pay the additional daily rate. would go back when in the area again. thx for a great stay.

Loved the location! 2 blocks from South Congress so no need for a car. The home was very clean, beds comfortable, plenty of towels and kitchen had what we needed. It was nice to walk in and have wine, sparkling water, fruit, pastries, and coffee waiting for us! Had a great trip and it started with being offered an early check-in. High recommend.

The house was amazing! We loved the decor and layout. Our family spent most of our time enjoying the living room/kitchen area. The weather in Newport Beach was very nice (68 degrees) considering it was winter time (and snowing) back home in Philadelphia. The location of the house is prime. We walked to the beach in @ 5 minutes and the local grocery store/strip mall was also within walking distance, We will definitely book this location again!

We spent the week of June 17-24, 2017 at this location. We had to get creative with parking due to the fact our children were driving in from different areas, but we were able to solve that. The house was very spacious and comfortable. We had four adult children and families, plus us. The older grandsons loved sleeping in the loft. The house is conveniently located for day trips to other locations. We had ample kitchen and bathroom supplies. A big plus is we never ran out of hot water even with a group our size! We would definitely plan another trip through itrip and use their properties in the future. Thanks for a great family reunion!

We loved our cabin. It was perfectly set up for our group. Plenty of space to spread out and hood areas to spend time together. The cabin was clean and well appointed. The air conditioning worked great (which was nice since it was soooo hot outside). Even though the cabin is in a suburban set up (not remote) the views were great and we never had an issue with privacy. Highly recommend and would definitely book again.

I give Itrip owner, Fred Taft, 5 stars. A professional, business man, with quick response times. This place is well kept and cared for. The views are fabulous! The accommodations are adequate, and clean. The kitchen is stocked with every cooking utensil you would never need plus it has a pod coffee pot maker, of course, bring your own pods. Be warned: read your contract closely. The very air you breathe will monitored and judged if you are deemed worthy to share. You will want to walk on your tip toes, speak softly at all times, even when you are outside and never ever gather in numbers of more than 4, day OR night, nor on any deck, or within sight view of property on the public beach. I give the owner of this property 1 star. Life is stressful, we go on vacation to get away from stress,, we would never stay here again. I am not a ghost. When i make new friends on vacation and when I have friends vacationing in the same area, that I rarely see other times, I am going to invite them over, not for a party or a special event, not for a sleepover, but to just fellowship with one another, sitting and talking, and usually on the beach by the property. I hope this renter/owner will learn to trust her guest, and stop making them feel like they are renting a glass house, that is being monitored and judged every second of every day.....as the old saying goes, you can catch more bees with honey than you can with vinegar.

My family & I take a summer vacation at Folly Beach annually for a week. This was our first time staying at 'Someplace Else'. We have found that every house has it's own uniqueness & we quickly find our favorite spot to spend the majority of our vacation. Here it was the awesome deck & swing that both overlook the sand dunes & beach. It was a H-O-T August week in S.C. but the breezes from the deck were just what we needed to stay cool...along with the porch shower! Later in the week we had some issues with the AC but after contacting Steven & Sarah w/ iTrip Vacations Charleston Beaches they had a nice gentleman right on the problem. I do have one suggestion... a new fold out couch bed. The current one has most certainly been through many years of vacationing families. ~~ Thank You!

We had a wonderful long weekend on Kure Beach. The lodging was right on the beach and we went to sleep and woke up to the sound of crashing waves. Just a mile from Kure Beach pier and the aquarium, this was the perfect place for a restful stay. The accommodations were immaculate and our family of two adults and two grown children had enough room for everything.

This condo was perfect for an escape to the low country. It is adorable! If Joanna Gaines and the ocean had a baby, it would be this condo! Farmhouse style with a beachy vibe make for a comfortable stay. The decor is gorgeous and the amenities are unparalleled. Everything you need to make it feel like home was thought of at Promenade Overlook. The separation of bedrooms is perfect for privacy. The condo’s full immersion into Old Town Bluffton culture definitely puts you into a Bluffton State of Mind!

We rented this condo the week of 6/6/15 through 6/13/15. The condo was wonderful, very spacious. Having the three bathrooms and three bedrooms worked great for our group. The living room and kitchen were bigger than the usual condos also. The beach area was wonderful and just a short walk from the condo. We have stayed in Orange Beach many times and this was our favorite condo thus far. We plan on renting it again in the future.

We had a wonderful ski and spa vacation. The property was amazing and well laid out for multiple couples or a large family. The hot tub at the end of skiing was perfect. The comfy fireplaces were so relaxing. We also enjoyed the privacy of each room having its own bathroom. The kitchen had all the appliances you would need - even a large crockpot to make dinner and let it cook away while we played during the day. We will stay again!

My family and I had a wonderful trip to Kure Beach, NC and stayed in Sea Forever through iTrip. The condo was in excellent condition, very clean, and the ocean view was spectacular. The price of the condo for 4 days was very reasonable for what you get. The ocean front view in both the living area and master bedroom were the best part. Both king-size beds were very comfortable. My elderly mother attended with us and had no complaints! Communication through iTrip was very thorough and helpful. The condo provides direct access to the beach and included access to outdoor/indoor pools and recreation center. My family used both the indoor and outdoor pool, both of which were clean and convenient. The location of the condo is very close to the Carolina Beach boardwalk (about a 10 minute drive) and close to Fort Fisher and the aquarium. We very much enjoyed our getaway and hope to use this location again.

We really loved our stay and would return. Clean, comfortable, convenient to the beach and pool. Our trip was meant as a getaway during COVID, and it was perfect for that. While the community seemed near capacity, there is plenty of room on the beach to spread out. We had no problem keeping a safe, social distance from others during the duration of our stay. As for the unit, for a small space, the furniture provides plenty of storage. The chairs and table on the deck is enough for a couple to have a meal (and you can squeeze a third if you're clever). We ate all our meals in and had no problem with food prep. The appliances are newer and in great shape. One note is the smoke detector is a little sensitive (probably a good thing!). Be sure to use the fan over the microwave and in the bathroom and/or crack the sliding door open when cooking anything that sizzles.

We had a wonderful stay at La Hoya. What a beautiful place. We enjoyed the porches where we could sit and watch all the cardinals come up for food. We also had a deer visit us in the front yard which was really neat. The home is furnished with comfortable beds and the kitchen has nice dishes, cookware and spices. The living room is great, but could have had a little more seating for our group, but we made it work. I would highly recommend renting La Hoya for your next vacation.

Our stay at Sun and Sand was everything we could have asked for and more. The home is spacious and clean and looks just as beautiful in reality as it does in the pictures. The sunset views from the porch are also breathtaking. The location was even more convenient than we expected, with direct beach access practically right across the street and tons of nice shopping and nightlife just a short drive away. This was the perfect place to enjoy both the serenity and fun of the 30A, and we will definitely be back.

Our family stay at Holly Creek Cottage was perfection! It's central location on the island made it convenient to get to everything from shops to restaurants and to the beach. The house itself is brand new and filled with amenities right down to a Kitchen Aid mixer on the counter. Truly a home away from home. Additionally the furnishings are fresh and super comfortable. For transportation two four person golf carts and bikes are on the property. We loved exploring the island every day and appreciated that our family could be accomodated on the two carts. Truly a memorable week for us! Thank you!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Kimball Lodge, and appreciated how clean and updated the room was when we arrived. I did want to suggest that the management make it known on their page that the beach towels are provided. The house was CLEAN!! It's hard to find a beach house that is sand free, but, we found it!! We enjoyed the beach and local attractions. To add to the adventure, we rented a golf cart. The trip ended with my husband participating in the Life Rolls On event that was just off of the boardwalk. It was so nice to just drive 7 minutes down the road to attend!

This condo has a great location and surprisingly the community pool is salt water which was a plus! It is also located on the beach and there is a life guard. The condo is clean and nicely decorated. They need to add a rubber mat to the tub as it is slippery. Also the two bedrooms are upstairs and unless the a/c is keep extremely low the rooms are hot. This might be due to the a/c filter needing to be changed. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. Basic’s in the kitchen. There is an elevator which was helpful and parking was not an issue. The property is gated with access by a code. Management on site was helpful and actually showed us up to the condo. The company, iTrip, was in constant contact should we have any issues. I would definitely stay on this property again!

Just spent an awesome week at Seaside Retreat! We made some wonderful memories with our 2 kids, their spouses and grandchild! Loved this cozy sweet corner condo! The general layout is nice. The location is perfect. It’s not a futon in living room area. It’s a plain old couch. Had a lot of crumbs in it. The air conditioning filter lights were on olio on my arrival. Judging by the musty wet smell, it was obvious filters were not kept up with. The bedroom smells very musty while that wall unit runs. If you have breathing issues be cautious about renting here. I found a lot of used kitchen items put back used and not clean. This can’t be reflected in the owners. Upon mentioning this to the owner I was suddenly hit with the fact that nobody else complained about the air. Conditioners, what was it suddenly an issue. I can’t speak for others. I like to solve issues not ignore them. It was stated to me. I should probably cut my stay short if I was uncomfortable. It came across somewhat rude. After that I decided to definitely leave the next day. I was refunded my money. This surprised me. In general it’s one of those places you walk in smile and say wow! Then walk around and see the clean up in between guests is very superficial.

Constant Getaway is a beautiful vacation retreat. This home is a short walk from the enchanting beaches of Santa Rosa. Our family enjoyed the outdoor living space that included a relaxing patio setup with a new grill and fire ring. The indoor space has been well maintained with lots of space to cook and hang out. The pool located right around the corner was a great option for our children when we were not at the beach. Constant Retreat is located near well-known local and national restaurants, shopping malls (large and small), and coffee shops. It's very family friendly and is nestled in a quiet spot near a nature reserve. It is also close enough to the Destin area that you could enjoy larger attractions there. We plan to return to this rental next year.

Condo 601 at North Beach Resort was amazing. It definitely exceeded our expectations! Check in and check out was quick and easy! The resort was awesome. We rented from a third party, therefore I would like to have known that breakfast and paper products weren't included. We had 7 guests so 1 roll of toilet paper lasted til 7pm. I was told we could check in early by the resort staff on the phone. But when I got there I had to sit in the lobby with our luggage until the time lock let us in at 3.

Although there were signs of an older unit, the bed was comfortable and always enough hot water. I had the pleasure of meeting the lovely owners who were in the process of updating a few items as the refrigerator. I mentioned a standard room; however, the view was beyond standard with a small balcony which looked out at a beautiful white sandy beach and gulf with the sounds of waves and the most beautiful sunsets!!! Truly Island Inn Beach resort was on the Beach!!! Our stay was truly a beach vacation thanks to everyone from I Trip, owners and all employees at Island Inn! We hope to return😎

We needed to book a last minute trip after missing our flight and we really lucked out with this rental. The place was spotless and very well maintained. The view was great and the location couldn’t have been better with the beach being a minute walk away, Bert’s market in 30 seconds, and center street just two minutes away. The owners graciously left us some goodies to snack on and the place had everything we needed. We will be searching for this place first the next time we come to Folly.

It wad updated, clean, and check all the things we needed for our week. ONLY recommendation I would give was to have a full size vaccuum instead of a handheld and broom. Extra towels would be nice too but we brought extra so it was ok! Would definitely stay again!

We had another fantastic week staying at 303 Oceanway condo in Indian Rocks Beach. The condo is deluxe with gorgeous gulf front ciews in the balcony. We love having 2 king beds as not many condos do. Also, itrip is very attentive and quick to respond to any issues we have. We will be back again next May.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the condo as we have been deceived by online photos in past condo rentals. The condo was clean and had a great view! We had one issue with the closet "mirror door" that maintenance repaired in a timely manner. We also had to buy a hdmi cable for one of the tvs in the bed room (which we left for future guests) . All in all a great place especially for small kids!

Bang for the buck couldnt get any closer than this to the beach. Quiet hotel for being right next to busy road. The tiki bar was a nice plus had a nice time enjoying the music. Nice uncrowed beach. Onlt negative thing was ppl park right in front of ur room and under ur room. The view would have been much better from a higher floor. Other than that a very affordable place for thr money to be right on the beach.

To begin with the booking and check in process was very easy and smooth. No hidden glitches. The condo where we stayed was better than advertised. We were shocked to walk into it and find the condition and furnishings were far above our expectations. I had one little issue with the Blue-Ray player and the remote control. I called the after hours service department and they send someone out (you're the man Larry Stats) ASAP to resolve the issue. Turns out it was operator error on my part. Lol! Problem solved and rest of vacation was perfect. At the end of vacation we followed their simple check out procedure and were quickly on the road and heading home. I would highly recommend itrip vacations and the place we stayed. Best beach vacation we have ever had!!!!!

Loved the entire week especially the crows nest. Had coffee in the morning and some late night cocktails up there. Very spacious and loved the multiple bathrooms. Only complaint was the matresses were very soft. Other than that wouldn't change a thing. Thanks for sharing your home. Mike Carey

The condo was in immaculate condition with every essential provided at our arrival. There are STUNNING views of the water from the floor to ceiling windows and the deck as far as the eye can see. It was great to have a pool and hot tub. Property managers were responsive to any questions. Location is near plenty of restaurants and activities. Highly recommend!

We had a group of 8 staying in PH03. We go to Myrtle Beach annually but this was our first opportunity to stay in one condo together. It was great!! The beds were comfy, the space was comfy but felt upscale. Lots of room to talk and play games. The kitchen is stocked well enough, I recommend a few cookie sheets - while we ate out most meals, we wanted to cook breakfast and could have used some cookie sheets to cook more bacon

The house was great. Plenty of room for 9 people, all the amenities you could need and wonderful views. We filled up the hummingbird feeders and had at least 10 hummingbirds flying around all day. Would definitely recommend this house.

Overall the unit met our expectations. The quietness of the area is exactly what we were looking for. The condo had everything advertised and was well kept inside. The building itself is a little dated and could use some fresh paint compared to how similar places on the beach looked but it certainly didn’t affect our experience.

Such a beautiful condo and property! The view from our balcony was amazing, we couldn’t have asked for a better view. The condo itself was very spacious and fit our family of 6 comfortably. The pool area had plenty of seating and lounge chairs. The tiki huts were nice to sit under both day and night. We used the grill a couple nights to make dinners and enjoyed that feature as well. The direct access to the beach was a definite plus to staying here. Overall, it was a great time and we loved staying here. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay Seascape Golf Resort! As a family of five with three children ranging from 1 to 11 years old, finding a place that feels both relaxing and family-friendly can be challenging—but this property was just perfect. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay while still feeling like home. It was pretty clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked—from comfy beds and a fully equipped kitchen to beach chairs, toys, and the absolute highlight: the 6-passenger golf cart. Getting to the beach was a breeze, and having the golf cart made exploring the resort so much fun for all of us. One of my favorite parts was the peaceful view of the golf course from the back patio. Each morning, I enjoyed my quiet time with coffee and Bible study out there. In the evenings, my husband and I would wind down with a glass of wine while he grilled and the kids played safely nearby. The only small quirk was that the grill, kind of conveniently located 3 units down, was right across from another unit’s front door—so it felt a little like we were grilling in someone else’s yard—but honestly, it just added to the charm and laughs! The location is ideal—close to the beach, shopping (less than 5 minutes from an outlet), and great local restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The condo itself is spacious and perfect for families, and the resort amenities were great. Our only suggestion would be to provide a quick guide or instructions for accessing some of the resort amenities. For example, we went to play basketball but couldn’t figure out where to get a ball. It was a minor thing, and it didn’t take away from the experience at all, but it’s something that could make a great stay even better. Overall, this property is absolutely one of our top picks for Destin. We’ve already added it to our list of go-to vacation spots and would highly recommend it to anyone—especially families looking for a place that blends comfort, fun, and a touch of paradise.

Super cute rental house equipped with everything you need for a great trip. The house was very clean, with plenty of space for a family. The location is quiet, yet very close to town. Nokomis Beach is beautiful and within walking distance, and Caspersen Beach is worth the drive if you're looking for shark teeth. There are also a lot of lovely restaurants nearby (Pop's and Nokomos Sunset Hut were our favorites).

It was roomier than anticipated. Parking was grand, right by the door and undercover during the heavy rain. We had hurricane Ian with us are first night and the unit did not make too many strange noises WTH the hurricane. First floor worked well for us being over 65. Owners were easy to communicate with. We actually didn’t get to the beach because we left before storm surge concerns. Linens and bedding was adequate as were provided supplies. Clean and furnished nicely. There were a few mild stains on upholstered couch but not really unexpected. Would probably rent here again.
