TVs in every room and so many XL blankets for much needed couch time. The kitchen had everything we needed plus some (commercial blender, Instapot, and crockpot) and the large open layout was perfect for hanging out. Loved every minute. We will be back!

Loved the layout of the property-great room and lanai/pool. Kitchen was well stocked. Great location-near Gulf Harbour CC where grandparents live and close to beaches, shopping etc. Property manager was very responsive. We had a couple small issues (light bulbs) and they sent someone over right away despite being Christmas holiday. Property was very clean. Definitely would rent again.

We had a great time! With the beach, many pools and Barefoot Landing across the street… there was something for everyone. Washer, dryer, dishwasher… everything we needed.

My husband and I stayed in a one bedroom condo for the first time (usually have a 2 bedroom). It was well decorated and lots of storage. Huge balcony and loved the chaise lounge. Amber was great and answered our every need Would definitely rent it again.

This is our 4 year going to Bald Head Island and staying with iTrip. We love going in January because it feels like we have the island to ourselves. The house was exactly as described except the winter sunset views were more remarkable than words. Locking down our dates for 2025 and trying to decide if we try a different property or go back to the same house. Highly recommend it if you are looking for a clean turnkey vacation getaway. iTrip was great to communicate with and I love their text option for any questions that might come up during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay on Kiawah Island, thanks in part to the beautiful accommodations. It was clean, with amazing updates to the kitchen, bathrooms and all living areas. Beach access was a breeze - and renting a bike made it that much more fun. I highly recommend this property.

The condo is in a wonderful location for walking around Lionshead, to the Gondola, and catching the town bus to Vail Village. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. Really appreciated the boot/glove dryers. The unit is a bit dated, with older carpeting throughout, including the bathrooms. There is a large draft through the front door, and the adjacent window panel is cracked near the bottom. The garage door for the parking space was tight for our Yukon XL, but with care we were able to negotiate the fit.

It was an awesome accommodation. Everything was clean & functional & well used as we had to spend extra time indoors due to a blizzard that swept thru. It had a beautiful setting & grandkids were so excited to even find sleds! Our family of 10 were very comfortable in this spacious cabin & the hot tub was a very pleasant getaway!

We have just returned from 10 nights at this condo and were thrilled that it not only met our expectations but exceeded them. This unit's renovations are lovely and while it is an older complex, everything is clean and well maintained. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes and glasses. The view from the large lanai was a lovely way to start and end the day and loved that it was just a short walk down to Whaler's Village and a few times we took the trolley home as it stops next door at the Fairways Shops. We found the bed in the master a bit soft but still fairly comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was the provided bar soaps which was easily solved by a quick stop at Long's for a couple of bars of soap. We would definitely return! Thanks for a great stay!!

This is one the hidden jewels of 30a. The corner unit overlooking the pools, beach and an unobstructed view of every sunset is all you can ask for. After reading previous reviews, I was curious about the walk from the parking deck elevator to the far end of the property. It was an absolute NON-ISSUE. I have to talk with assistance and I had no issues. The amenities once inside is exactly as it’s depicted in the photos. While the parking deck is low, I saw a 3500 dally parked inside and many full sized SUV’s. Previous people mentioned these as issues, I found them as just part of working within the limits of the land given. I’d stay here every time we go if it’s available. Truly a gem.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Walk 101. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great condo, great balcony. We didn't use the pool but it will be nice to have that option in the summer. The best part of all was the close proximity to the beautiful beach. It was the perfect place for us and we will definitely come back!

We stayed here with our family, two kids (7 & 9) and it was the perfect location to walk to the town center, tubing, snowboarding lessons, food, drinks, and catch a shuttle. We were able to drive easily to the town of Frisco and to Dillon for snowshoeing. The place accommodated sleeping arrangements for our family and had room for hanging out later in the day to play games and watch a movie. The lobby was comfortable to visit for additional space and the kids enjoyed the pool. There's washer/dryer on site if needed and a convenience store for band-aids, bagels, and beers. We would stay here again. My own personal issue was I couldn't access the gym, but that's specific to accommodating my personal needs.

This is our 3rd day here and everything is spot on. We arrived early and we were able to access the house then. It was immaculate, clean and all ready for our arrival. The pool is beautiful, the view spectacular and the shopping in Naples out of this world. We had a visit from Tammy to check we were ok, which has never happened to me in all my previous rentals. Thank you all, we will definitely be back.

We had a great time at the booth creek condo on our family vacation. The beautifully renovated condo was well equipped with high quality products (towels, kitchen supplies, bed linens) and well laid out for our group of 5 adults. It is located close to Vail - about a 5 minute drive and right on the bus line. Would highly recommend others staying here. Thank you to the iTrip team and the owners of the condo for a wonderful stay! We will be back!

The Good: 1. Location. Resort access. Beach access. Close to shopping, restaurants and activities. 2. Quick response from staff. Corrected an error quickly and without grief. 3. Home nicely furnished. Photos are accurate depictions. 4. Someone pulled the trash can to the curb for everyone ... that was a nice thing 5. Far away from the craziness of Myrtle Beach...we loved the more relaxed environment NMB is better for us 60 plus folks....please don't change Consider Improving: 1. Checking in process. I received the wrong house access. Hurricane IDA remnants slowed delayed our arrival by 15 minutes. Office closed at 4:30...we arrived arrived at 4:45. Staff had place the house packet in after hours box. However we recieved 2 physical keys instead of the combination to the door. Staff responded quickly with the combination. The next day a kind lady in the office explained that there is another property with a similar address that caused the confusion. (consequently we also learned that we didn't receive full allotment of parking passes etc in the initial envelop). All of this could have been aided with 4 simple customer service initiatives: 1- email door code the night before or morning of; 2- consider later office hours; 3- consider later office hours; 4- courtesy call when impactful storms are in the eastern states Not to be lost in all this dialog is the fact that I got a return call quickly and assistance was given that got us into the house without much delay.

Our family had a great time during our stay at Gulf Shores, AL. San Carlos unit #303 was just like the pictures on the website. The ocean views were incredible! The unit was clean and had nice furniture and appliances. We also loved the patio furniture! We had one small problem that maintenance took care of asap! We had no problems finding a park in the main parking lot. We were informed immediately of the pool being closed for maintenance. The security people were nice and friendly. You may want to consider updating the kitchen faucet which would give the kitchen a more polished look. I would consider returning to San Carlos again.

Nice facility. Loved the washer and dryer. The games and beach toys and tennis gear were a nice bonus. Decent beach view. Good restaurants within walking distance. Very comfortable seating. My daughter loved the bunk bed. We look forward to coming back.

My family really enjoyed our time at Blue Crab Cottage. It was the perfect spot for our time on Bald Head Island. The home was very clean and spacious with a bathroom for each bedroom! The views are a huge plus to this home and we enjoyed our coffee and meals on the many decks overlooking the marsh. Blue Crab Cottage is our new favorite home away from home and we can't wait to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and welcoming. Plenty of kitchen supplies available for use, nice and working appliances, and plenty of extra towels & blankets. There was even beach chairs, toys and beach umbrellas in the utility closet. Also, comfiest couch ever! Also, great price. Would stay here again forsure!

The BEST!!!! I can't say enough how great our trip was to the Island Oasis. It was perfect for our summer vacation to Saint Augusting! It was very clean and in a convenient location to downtown and the beach. With so many things to do and a huge variety of great restaurants in this area, we found it challenging to choose. The comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood made for great sleeping. With laundry on site we were able to do several loads while we were there and before we left with laundry pods available. The house was stocked with all we needed such as extra towels, lines, kitchen items, and basic cooking spices. There was also beach items availavable for our use like chairs, toys, towels, and a cooler. With three children along having a pool in the backyard was great for them to spend down time in, and lights in the pool made it easy for them to swim at night. We will definately stay here again when we return to Saint Augustine!

We have stayed in VRBOs, AirBnBs, and rentals all over the states and Europe for decades and this is the best place we've ever stayed. Ever. We just kept marveling at the condition of the property and how well-appointed it was. Here's just a short list: a kitchen stocked with more useful things that you will believe (better than our home), three levels of windows, a sweet patio, a working grill, bedrooms which don't share a wall, high-quality blinds, a two-car garage, a large umbrella for the patio table, clean clean clean even in the corners, several spaces to unwind on two floors, spacious and open, within walking distance of great Mexican and Thai food, chocolate shop, great coffee and a City Market, a walking path right out the front door. It's full of little thoughtful things they wouldn't have to include but make the place even more comfortable. I could go on. I don't usually gush but this place is gush-worthy! Thank you to our hosts and the cleaners. We'll be back!

This cottage is beautiful and was beyond my expectations. It was warm and inviting and extremely clean. It is just a short walk to the Old Mill. It has a really nice deck that overlooks the creek and would be nice to use during warm weather. We will definitely stay here again. The only thing missing that would've been nice was a hot tub but it won't keep me from staying there again. 5 Stars!!

Beautiful place, location and activities offered. We liked the living room decor and easy access to the lamp USB chargers. Walls/ceilings are thin and sound does carry. All in all, it was a great stay! Also, the condo is super clean and presentable, plenty of towels. Thank you to the cleaning team!

What a comfy clean condo. We felt right at home immediately and really enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach was short. The pools are very nice also. The condo also has beach attire like chairs, umbrella, sand toys and boogies boards, which my kids loves. We also loved the cute personal outside deck that is all screened in with the lights!!!!! We will definitely be returning again soon.

We absolutely loved Casa Guillermo and would recommend! Our host was great with communication and the house was perfect. Quiet neighborhood and convenient location. My sisters and I rented the home along with our families and it was accommodating for all. We had a kitchen big enough for us all to cook in and we played games around the dining room table. Would definitely return!

We traveled with another couple to the Kaanapali area and decided it would be better to stay as a group in a condo. We were there for 9 nights this past November and enjoyed our stay very much. So much better than a hotel! The condo was clean, well-stocked and inviting. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, so it was a perfect set-up for us. The kitchen was super-clean and oh-so-convenient to make coffee and breakfasts before heading out to sight-see for the day. The washer/dryer was a big plus! We loved having coffee on the serene patio out back overlooking the ocean and the golf. The beds were really comfortable (wish I knew what kind they were, I'd like to get one like that) and the bathrooms were well stocked with anything we needed. Alan, the manager, kept in touch with us with instructions, advice on places to go and anything we needed. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. It's about a mile to the beach, the shops and grocery. Great location, great value for the price and a great choice!

The property had everything you needed and then some. My wife & I were in town to enjoy Super Bowl events in the area and were pleasantly surprised all events were a short drive or ride share trip away. The property was clean, comfortable & you can tell the owner thought of everything guests would need.

When I booked this stay, I had no expectations. When my wife and I arrived, we opened the front door and said "Wow". This is awesome. I was surprised on how big the family room was and the kitchen. Great view from the kitchen table. The master bedroom was huge! The bathrooms were so nice! We said, this is an unexpected treat! We saw a manatee in the back yard canal the first day. They thought of almost everything for the guest who stay here. Everything is clean! Well done. Pros: -Bed and pillows are amazing -Dishes are great quality and coffee cups are a 10 -Pool was an unexpected plus we used it almost every day and hot tub -Couches comfy- Cute Decor- out door shower- outdoor fridge- BBQ- Wrap around Deck- Laundry- Big TV's Cons: -Noisy planes from airport- Neighborhood rooster wakes you up at 6am every day. Thats it. We did pretty well I'd say. I plan to come back. Scott made things easy for me too. Thanks to him.

This was the second year in a row we visited Steamboat for our ou ski vacation. It just so happens it was also our favorite ski trip in many years. Our skii in ski out town home was fantastic. The proximity to the slopes makes things easier but the views of the mountain are what stood out the most. We also used the hot tub everyday and of course took the it rip shuttle into town for a few incredible meals. We will be headed back to Stramboat again next year and will continue to work with iTrip. 5 Star service.

This property/unit looks exactly as it appears. The kitchen was beautiful and the appliances were practically new. This particular unit is within walking distance to the beach and ocean. We could look over the balcony and literally see the ocean, that’s how close we were. The property has two outdoor pools which were very well maintained. We didn’t check out the indoor pool. There is a very nice pond and sitting areas all throughout. A 24 hour guard sits at the entrance of the property, which made me feel safe. The owners made a binder with all the house rules, where everything was located, places to eat and things to do. They really take the time to make you feel very comfortable and pretty much provided you with anything you would need. Check in was simple, check out was even more simple. The people who own this unit really want your stay to be perfect and it was. Please, do not pass on this. You won’t regret it!!!

We took our 3 grandkids (with parents) to the beach, and this house was the perfect fit. Spacious, extremely well stocked (probably the best we've seen), a humongous game room, & kayaks! The lake is smallish & perfect for kids to kayak. Also short drive to the beach. Two things to be aware of: the game room is accessed by a short outdoor stair, and there are 90 steps down to the dock. Sturdy stairway, but could be a problem for some... I've seen bad reviews for itrip, so was a little nervous. But booking and payment was seamless, and when we had a question about trash pick up they were easy to get ahold of & were very friendly. We'll be happy to use them again.

The property was perfect for a family vacation! The house is very large and everyone had their own space. The upstairs suite was perfect for my young adult son, who enjoyed some privacy. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with essentials. The deck was beautiful, with amazing sunset views and space for family activities like Corn hole, fishing, listening to music, etc. The pool was great and the little nook outside was a great place to relax with a book or take a nap. The location is close to everything. We walked to the Alligator Farm and to the downtown area. The neighborhood was very safe and friendly for walking our dog. Overall a great experience and great property!

Our time at 925E Eagle drive was excellent! This home is well laid out with lots of room! We were all very surprised and pleased at how well the kitchen is stocked! More than enough utensils, dishes, glassware, pots and pans for every need. This home is very open with lots of natural light! We had a wonderful vacation despite the unwelcome guest named Debbie who blew through the shore while we were there! The house has everything for a family getaway including for your furry friend. The pool was very relaxing, but it was way too hot outside to use the hot tub. Nice touches like toiletries, laundry detergent and trash bags simplify your packing. The kitchen is fully stocked for a large group. Our poodle really appreciated the dog treats, blankets and towels. Can’t wait to return to this beautiful house!

House was great, nice view, nicely equity kitchen. But no broom.. it’s the beach and there is sand, we like to keep the place clean but can’t sweep up sand. Besides that, the house is great and we had a wonderful time, would book again.

We have stayed in quite a few places along the South Carolina coast and as my husband noted, this was the best place we’ve stayed at hands down. I worked part of the week from there and the office space was excellent for this without disrupting others (and others not disrupting me!). The view is amazing and wildlife watching was our favorite. The house was perfect and the hosts were incredible to work with. No complaints at all!

Stayed here for a week and strongly recommend without reservation. Location is great to get on the yard and to be in DTA. Place was very clean, well represented per the listing and communication was appropriate. Sleeps 11 very comfortably, everything worked and my family was very happy!

Although my kids have stayed in Air BnBs before (I'm using the term generically), for my wife and myself this was our first experience. The unit we booked in Hilton Head was exactly as described. A lovely master bedroom, a second bedroom, a good sized living room/dining room with a table for 6, 2 couches and an easy chair. There was also a a small, but well equipped kitchen, which also had a washer dryer unit. We were 5 adults, and felt very comfortable. The unit is located a 3 minute walk to the beach on the sound; and with another 10 minute walk, one can arrive to the Atlantic-facing beach. The property management company, Low Country Rentals, was a pleasure to deal with. Peter was very responsive to emails and phone calls. (To clarify, we only had questions for Peter; there were no issues to solve.)

We really enjoyed our second stay at Isle be Back! Perfect location, short walk to the street and we used the wagon in the condo everyday. Pool was clean and nice, we used the tennis courts twice. We walked to restaurants and shopping. Lots of walks on the beach. It’s the perfect condo for a family of 3-4. On site laundry is great, the condo was very clean. We enjoyed the back patio, checking our turtles in the lagoon. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

This is a fantastic property. Conveniently located and a close 10 min drive to Anna Marie island. We loved the fact that he house is beautifully decorated and updated. The property really stands out in comparison to most in the area. There are beautiful fruit trees planted in the yard and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. The management were very responsive as well. We will definitely be back soon.

We had a great time at the Interlude 303. This unit was perfect for our stay with 4 adults and 2 children. What I loved most was it's convenience to my meeting (located at the Viewline Resort which was literally a 2 minute walk down stairs), and it being a true ski in and ski out. There is nothing better than walking 10 feet, putting on your ski's and going. We will try to stay here again next year if we can!

Very pleased with Pipers Nest 1. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, more than enough closet and draw space than you could use. Everything was clean and updated. Two of our group has had foot surgery and we appreciated the short walk under the building right on to the beach. The neighbors are friendly and helpful with suggestions for shopping and dining. Great place to watch the sunset. Would recommend to a friend.

Overall positive. Had issue with one guest tripping on rug and falling. All were trip hazards. Also unit was advertised as second bedroom having queen and single bunk. This was not a queen. Not suitable for couple. Ive stayed in this unit in the past and 2 single beds work much better.

This was our second stay in condo 1117 at the Mahana. The view is so spectacular and the condo is so well appointed that even if you spend your days staying in, you would not be missing out. We saw turtles and schools of blue fish everyday from the lanai. Outriggers, canoes, paddle surfers and snorkels were going by everyday. This condo could not be anymore ocean front than it is!We also want to mention that both Judith (the owner) and Leann ( the iTrip agent) were a pleasure to deal with!

We had the best family vacation at Elk Run Retreat. Not only is the house absolutely beautiful and cozy, there was something for everyone! The kids absolutely loved the movie and game room, and also enjoyed the outdoor area for exploring. Us adults obviously enjoyed everything else. The kitchen is fabulous and was great for cooking and the extra fridge came in clutch for food and drink overflow. We also loved the large gorgeous dining room table for us all to sit around for meals and games. The real shining star for both kids and adults was the oversized hot tub! Even in the heat it got a ton of use. I can imagine it'll be amazing in the snow. Obviously all the extra amenities and activities that Sun River provides are great for adult, kids or family fun. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks for providing such a wonderful relaxing home for the whole family.

The condo was very comfortable and beautifully decorated! We are a group of women who travel to the area for work every month. The beds are very comfortable and We loved the makeup center! This is a nice touch - especially since there are usually at least 5 of us getting ready each morning. It frees up the bathrooms for showers. We have stayed in Clearwater beach area in the past. And while Clearwater is nice, We loved Indian Rocks Beach better! It is a relaxing beach that is less populated than Clearwater Beach. The little town is cute too. Much less traffic and hustle bustle than Clearwater. It is more relaxing and family oriented- and still close to clearwater beach if/when we want to go there. It is about a 10-15 min drive. The condo is nicely situated right on the beach which was great! The condo does not have an ocean view- but you just walk downstairs and through the pool area and there is the sand! We definitely recommend this condo and will definitely stay here again!

Powderview villa was excellent accommodation. Perfectly clean and well equipped. Any issues we had were dealt with swiftly. The location is excellent, but must admit the walk up the hill after a hard day on the slopes was very challenging.. We would definitely return.

This house was just beautiful exactly how it looked in the photos. It was well built from all the architecture, art on the walls, all the natural light coming in from all the many windows which is exactly what I wanted, all the beautiful greenery nature surrounded around the house overlooking the lake it was like being in a painting. I can't describe the home enough and on top of that it was so peaceful and quiet with the birds chirping in the morning, the sunsets at night, and could really see the stars at night it was so crystal clear to see them all. I love this home and hope to return one day to disconnect and take in all the nature. I highly recommend this house and all the beauty around it.

We just had a great stay at this condo! There was so much space for our entire family and the extra bathroom really made it easy to get ready in the morning and in the evenings! The convenient location at Canyons meant we could just hang out and have easy access to everything without having to drive out. Our family can’t wait to return during the wintertime for some ski trips with lift access right there!

We love this condo. This was our fourth time staying in it it’s always clean and comfortable. We love the beach view and the sunsets are amazing. Wonderful unit with excellent accommodations and nicely equipped. We had a family reunion renting adjoining units #1 and #2. Almost everybody had their own bedroom and bath--and this is important for harmony! This unit was the nicer and larger of the two with a master on the ground level. The den was big enough for all 20 of use (including 7 kids) to gather, eat and talk. The kids really enjoyed downstairs with the foosball table and TV for entertainment. We also really liked the hot tub and the fireplace--especially when it dropped into the single digits. Be aware that parking is tight so only 3 cars max per unit. It was easy to shuttle bus to the Base Camp, so that worked nicely. Only recommendation was that both units could use a larger (tall kitchen) trash can for the kitchens.

My husband and I, our two daughters and two sons-in-law stayed at this lovely, very large home with spectacular ocean and golf course views. The location was perfect--a ten-minute walk to the beach (or easy parking if you want to drive), just a few minutes to many restaurants and hotels in Ka'ananapoli and 15 minutes or less to even more in downtown Lahaina where there were many great restaurants, shops and art galleries. Don't miss the magic show in Lahaina--just google it. It was the highlight of our trip. Back to the home. We were there for a big birthday of my husband's so we got the master bedroom, also with spectacular ocean views. The home was very well supplied and offered lots of privacy for all of us. We barely used the spacious living and dining rooms as we spent most of our time there on the lanai, taking in the view. Though we used it very little, the air contitioning worked great. We turned it off when we left the house but when returning, it took just a few minutes to cool the home. There were plenty of beach chairs for us to use. Arrival and departure instructions are minimal and easy, and the property manager was easily accessible. The price was great too, as it was substantially less than comparable homes. Our only regret was not booking the home for a few more days! Oh well, we'll just have to come back!

We enjoyed the trip to the beach with family at this condo unit. The condo was clean and nice. The outside porch offered great views of the ocean. Beach access was good, with a public access walkway right next to the condo. The pool was kept nice and clean as well and was not crowded at any time. The only downsides were that the wi-fi connection was pretty slow and not reliable in the main living space, and the beach water made the interior shower have a smell to the water at the beginning of the shower. All in all a good visit and place to stay.

As for the internet, it can get spotty on the island. So, we cannot guarantee it will work at all times and recommend that if you really need it to bring a hot spot (or create a hot spot on your phone) just in case. We actually work on the island and do not experience many issues. Our family (six adults) stayed in unit 25 for a weekend getaway and absolutely loved it. The condo is beautifully designed, clean and has ample room for six adults. Although we did not cook, there were plenty of dishes and cookware for those that choose to. We were steps away from one of the pools as well as the beach. This location is close to many places to eat, as well as activities. We would highly recommend this unit!!

Great stay at a great condo. We absolutely love staying at the Palazzo! The only issue we had was the ice maker in the refrigerator wasn’t working and the bed in the master bedroom was super noisy.

We had the best stay! The house is awesome. The living area and kitchen are huge which was great since we had 8 people in the house. Everything was comfy and clean. The beachfront location was incredible! Even though it was Labor Day weekend we felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Not a lot of houses around it and not a big public access area. Can’t say enough good things! The management co was super helpful and responsive!!

This home was everything we could have wanted and more! I am always nervous when we travel with others that we will not have enough personal space. Firstly the house is HUGE. The master bed/bath is on the opposite side of the house as the other two rooms, so there is ample amount of space to “get away”. Our favorite part about this house, though, was the outdoor area. The saltwater pool is where we spent the majority of our stay. There is a canopy that can be pulled out for those not wanting as much sun. With a front row view of the canal, we were able to see dolphins splashing every day too! All in all, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

This was our family's 1st vacation to Alabama. When we arrived we went straight to mailbox and got our keys to condo. We were blown away by the directions and everything we needed right in envelope. We arrived at condo and it was delightful. My kids always had something to do. Whether it was swim inside, outside, or play in the numerous activities. Thank you so much for making this trip memorable. I also brought my mom who was able to relax on balcony daily and enjoy the beach.

Myself and 3 friends stayed at this Deer Valley Vista townhome in Heber for our annual golf trip. The place was beautiful and well maintained. We appreciated the 3 master suites, which is hard to come by anywhere. I live near mountain towns in CO so I know Air Conditioning is rare in those places so it was nice to have. What else can I say? The place felt like home, everything worked great and the team was proactive and responsive -- not that I actually needed anything from them because we had zero issues. I would highly recommend.

Wow. Where to begin. One Fletcher Lane. Or should I say - One Fantastic Lane! Recently, my party of four stayed at 1 Fletcher Lane in St. Augustine. A quick in and out - four days and three nights. The first thing you see as you pull up to the house is the charming, red front door. Once inside your vacation (or staycation) unfolds. The main level consists of a kitchen stocked with all the appliances and amenities you’ll need for your get-a-way. The dining area includes a table that seats a party of four, and another 2-3 guests can sit comfortably at the countertop island. Off the kitchen there is a convenient and discreet half bathroom. The lower level also incorporates a spacious sitting area with a large smart TV, comfortable leather furniture and an additional reading nook that lets in the morning sunshine. Moving upstairs you’ll find a full bathroom that boasts a large walk-in shower. (If I had one issue it would be the sink and shower water pressure was Very Weak during my stay. But, I digress.) Also on the second level are two spacious bedrooms. The larger one has a king size bed. The smaller one has a queen bed. Both have ample storage for your clothing and luggage. This property is fortunate enough to include a private driveway big enough for two cars and a backyard with a deck & chairs for your outdoor relaxation. Are you in St. Augustine to explore Old Town? Well, park your car. It’s just a six minute walk to the old city gates. This includes the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument and all the shopping, food and nightlife you’d expect from America’s oldest city. Any way you look at it, 1 Fletcher Lane in St. Augustine is a hidden gem that’s worth your attention. Just don’t tell too many people. I plan on returning next year and beyond. So will you!

I couldn't be more pleased with location and the main (upper) portion of the house. It was very well suited for our family of four adults and two children. Itrip provided a clean house with fresh linens upon our arrival. Beach was fantastic! It should be noted the parking capacity was limited to three cars not the advertised four. Also, steps became very slippery after a brief rain shower. My twenty-two year old son took a tumble down the front steps. Luckily, he was not seriously injured.

I would give our stay a grade of excellent. The staff at the office were more than helpful, Stephanie and Estephanie. Great communication. The house was perfect as we have a dog and we don’t like staying in hotels as much as having a property with a fenced in yard. Our daughter was getting married 25 minutes away in Georgia. A perfect base. Clean, modern great deck. Couldn’t have been happier with our choice.

This house was absolutely perfect! We had 7 people and never felt crowded. Being right on the beach was wonderful! Beautiful beach views from kitchen, Living Room and two upstairs bedrooms. The entire house was clean, well kept, and the kitchen was stocked with basic supplies/equipment needed to cook and serve meals. There is a Food Lion and Wine & Spirits store a mile down the road.There are a few restaurants in walking distance. We walked to River City and Conch Cafe (both were great not a long wait). We took a quick Uber ride to Murrells Inlet for dinner too (Inlet Crab House and Fire to Table..both were delicious). The grill is older and uses charcoal but it worked perfect for our burgers/dogs on July 4th! We kept a cooler on the back deck stocked with water and drinks to stay cool on the beach! Can’t wait to go back to Sweet Carolina!

This is an amazing property. It's centrally located with beautiful views. The set up is ideal. The kitchen has enough supplies for a large group. And, there is even an additional kitchen!. All of the bedrooms are beautiful with large, comfortable beds. Something for everyone including board games, foosball, and air hockey. The yard includes a BBQ, hot tub, fire pit, big balcony and lots of space to hang out. There were really nice details like treats of wine and snacks for us and blankets to make our furry family welcome. We can't wait to come back!

We loved staying here during our family’s recent trip to Charleston! The house has a massive front yard and was very welcoming. It’s in a great location - only about 5-10 minute drive into downtown Charleston and less than 10 minute drive to the beach (Isle of Palms State Park). It’s located in a peaceful neighborhood with enough space for our entire family to be comfortable. The place was very clean and nicely decorated with very well set up kitchen for cooking. Beds were extremely comfortable and bathroom amenities were much appreciated. As an added bonus, the neighborhood has a free boat landing with direct access to the Cooper River!! There are also some good restaurants and shops close to the neighborhood, as well as the Memorial Park and Pier which was a great spot to walk and enjoy the water. Thank you so much!

We spent a wonderful week at this home. 9 of us fit comfortably on the upper level. All the appliances were modern, the beds were comfortable. What I liked the best is the balcony that had ocean view. It is amazing to have your coffee and watch the sun rise above the ocean. There are some great restaurants even walking distance. The grocery stores are 5 minutes away. The beach is clean and was not crowded in March. We definitely would love to come back again.

We had an excellent last minute stay at this Airbnb. The goats were very responsive and communicated above and beyond to ensure access was clear and straight forward. Also the guide in the unit was useful for reference for anything needed as well as recommendations. The location is very convenient short walk to the beach and was a beautiful setting with a view over to the river not far from the back deck. All we could have asked for. The decor and taste was exceptional. Just enough coastal decor to give that vacation vibe without being over the top. We would definitely choose to stay again in the future.

This house is managed by a 3rd party management company. They left us a bottle of wine and cookies as a welcome token. They communicated very well and the house is accurately represented in their description. The house does not look like it will be bag from the outside but it's quite spacious when you go inside. It was very clean and very accomodating to our needs. As soon as you walk accross the street towards the beach, there are walking paths that take you to the beach. It's not in view of the water but it's only a 2 minute walk down the paths. I would recommend if you have a group of 5 or more.

We loved our stay! It was the perfect location for what we needed, halfway between my families house and the beach! A short walk to town and a short drive to the grocery store and other attractions. Each room has its own bathroom making it easy for everybody to have their own space. The outdoor space was the perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. We loved that there were beach chairs and towels there to use! There was even a personalized welcome gift when we arrived. We cannot wait to come back for another stay!

This condo was EXCEPTIONAL!!! It was very clean, had all the essentials that we needed and then some and was even better than the pictures online! The kitchen was well stocked, the beach amenities were great and plentiful- beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon to carry everything, noodles, floaties and two coolers with ice packs. Plenty of room, bathrooms were big and had a very nice showers and liked the big dining room table too! The views were simply amazing and really liked the two patio doors- one in living room and the other in master bedroom. Appreciated all the instructions that were laid out as far as how to operate tv, light switches, rules for turtle nesting season and popular places to go. By far, the very best place we’ve stayed. DEFINITELY will be back next year! If not sooner!!!! Just can’t say enough good things about this place!

We had a great time in the Northwoods 3 home. The house was as advertised and communication was great. The only thing that was hard for us was that with young children, the stairs were a bit tricky. Out baby gates didn’t fit the openings. Also it would have been nice to have high chairs and pack and plays in the home

We had an amazing time at the gathering place. It is truly that, an amazing place to gather with family and friends. It was so spacious, very clean, and we felt right at home. The location is convenient to downtown, and we were able to explore all Charleston had to offer. We fit 9 people into this home without feeling tight at all. The kitchen provided a great place for us to cook meals. Three bathrooms left us plenty of space to get ready with all of us. We have no complaints!

We went to Whistler for family vacation. Michelle was over the phone all the time making sure that everything was okay. The service was very organized. Beautiful condo with comfortable beds, all the sanitary products were included and free to use. Parking is close to the elevator. Great view, amazing location! This place is not to be missed. Perfect size for a family of four. Short walk to the white powder sand beaches and warm ocean water was so convenient. Also the fact that there were two close by pools we could use was nice as well. You could either walk to restaurants and shops or hop on the free trolley for more restaurants and shops! Reclining couches, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfy beds all made our trip perfect!! We will definitely be back!!

We loved the layout and size of the house and the community pool was wonderful. FIVE BATHROOMS! There was ample parking for our three cars and it was a 10-minute ride to Assateague Island where we love to swim. Two concerns: 1.) not sufficient eating utensils for 10 people and although there were numerous pots and pans, they are in need of upgrading as the pans had places where the coating was gone. 2.) The entrance to the front porch was blocked by shrubbery that had completely overtaken the sidewalk. Her, our agent was great to work with.

Wow!!! We did alot of research before choosing our family vacation rental home and boy did it pay off!!! Constant Getaway was perfect for our crew! We had a multi-family vacation and this home was exactly what our families needed! Plenty of private accommodations for kids and adults! It was clean, spacious and offered all of the luxuries of home! Grocery was close by, the neighborhood was perfect for walks and kids to ride their bikes, the golf cart afforded us a nice, quick, easy trip to the beach access (which is directly across the street from the development!...location, location, location!), and Stinky's on the corner was awfully convenient for those tropical frozen adult beverages which are a must for a beach vacation! This stretch of 30A is a quaint, quiet, exquisite stretch of beach! And not too touristy! Plenty of great places to eat out if you don't want to cook at home...but a nice cook out on the back patio with the firepit was our favorite place to eat! We cannot wait to go back to Constant Getaway!!

Enjoyed our stay at Treasure island condo. Only issues were the toilet which you had to jiggle the plumbing in the tank and you couldn't open the dishwasher door due to the fridge being too close, had to buy a can opener . Other then those things we enjoyed our stay very much.

We surprised our kids with a Disney vacation for Spring Break 2022 and stayed at 3085 Paradise Palms. The kids loved their Disney themed rooms and the private pool in the back! The space was great and allowed everyone to be comfortable for the nights and the moments we were in the house. We had one issue with the cable and the management team worked late in the night to get it resolved which I greatly appreciated. Thank you for making this an enjoyable stay for my family!

I must confess that this property is sure a wow house. My extended family and l checked out yesterday after a week stay. The house was very specious for fourteen people, it was clean and instructions given for everything we required were clearly. It's proximity to the theme parks was delightful. Everyone in our group was well pleased with the house. I sure will recommend it to anyone visiting the 'sunshine state' or l would consider it myself in the future should l need a house with the same space.

I come to Wild Dunes every year for my birthday and this was the first time I stayed in Ocean Point. It was a great house, beautiful views and beach access was perfect.

Great, updated slope side condo with good space and well equipped kitchen. Easy to get in and out of, but too far to walk to restaurants in the winter. Pool and hot tub work fine, but arent the most modern. Great experience for us.

The house was easy to find. Enough room for everyone. We stayed 7 days and had a great time. It is in a quiet neighborhood. A very nice house. Would recommend to stay there.

This unit was in a fantastic location for us with two kids in ski school. And it was cozy, well kept, and had everything we needed. Kim was also very accessible and made the check in process seamless with her early communications.

House was in a perfect location. Short walk to the Marina and Ferry Dock and had direct access to the beach. House had everything needed for a perfect beach trip. Was well supplied and had all of the necessary kitchen appliances. Golf Cart that was provided made it very convenient to get to anywhere on the island that we wanted to go. Check in was easy and management company was very responsive to any of our questions. I would also recommend that you take advantage of the available temporary beach club membership if you go during the off season. Many of the restaurants were either closed or had limited hours due to staffing issues during the off season. The restaurants at the club were fully operational. Could also utilize the kitchen to cook at home.

House is perfect for a large family! Separate game room for the kids to hang out. Lots of bedrooms. Big back yard with a pool! Ocean views on the front porch. Definitely recommend staying here!

My stay at the GreenLinks villa was great. The unit is clean and very accommodating. The location is very quiet and peaceful. Tammy from iTrip stopped by my unit one Sunday afternoon to drop off some new fry pans for the unit, so it was nice to meet her in person and ask her a few questions. I would highly recommend this unit. The pool area was always filled with lots of friendly neighbors. This is my first time traveling to the Naples area and booking through this company. I’m looking forward to hopefully coming back to this same location next year.
