This lovely home was the perfect place for our family vacation. It was very clean and nicely decorated and the heated pool/jacuzzi in the backyard was a special treat especially in the evenings. The neighborhood was quiet and right in the middle of Sea Pines with easy access to Harbourtown, the beach, the Forest Preserve etc.

We had a wonderful stay in the Sunset Canal Cottage. The decor was beautiful and made the home warm and cozy. Our favorite spot was the patio overlooking the canal. We enjoyed many meals here and even had a few Sudoku challenges too. I also loved being a short drive from the local attractions and only a few blocks from the beach.

Very nice place and view. Have stayed at both Ketch one and two now. This rental was wonderful with king beds in both main rooms. Location is perfect.

We have stayed in rentals up and down the coast and this condo was, by far, THE BEST place we have ever stayed. The condo was so comfortable and cozy, and it was clearly professionally designed. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and the views were amazing. I wouldn't change a thing - the owners have thought of EVERYTHING! The location was perfect - a short walk to the boardwalk and many restaurants/bars/coffee houses. When you go, be sure to spend some time on the Top Deck - a feature only available on these top floor condos.

The house was a lot more then we expected. It is so pretty, well equipped. Has everything any one would need. 6 of us had more then enough room to move around without feeling crowed. Beds every comfortable. We will be staying here again in the future.

The property is amazing. Every detail was thought and the decoration is one of a kind. The management company did an amazing job as well. My wife is a travel agent and our standards are very high. It was extremely clean and every thing was up to a hotel chain standards more than an private owner property. We will definitely come back when we are back in Aspen.

Love this location! Being on the Bay side yet easy access to beautiful sunsets on the Gulf! Even with so so weather and cool temperatures there is plenty of opportunity to be outdoors. Loved having the bike rental for our stay! Our rental was comfortable and plenty of room for 4 adults. The building is clean and residents are friendly. Having an exercise room is bonus bonus!

This was our first at first stay at 412 Madeira Place. 412 probably has the coldest air-condition in the state of Florida. When we arrived they already had the temperature set to 72 and it felt really good coming in out of the heat. We have stayed at other condos around Madeira and have always had a problem with them not getting cool enough. The view from 412 looking out to the ocean is fantastic the sliding doors open all the way, so you have a No windows blocking your view. My wife owns a maid service and commented on how well the cleaning staff that iTrip used did a great job. This is a 1 bedroom 2 bath condo for us this was perfect. The appliances are newer stainless steel washer and dryer is so quiet the dishwasher is so quiet you won’t even know it’s on. The only downside was the mattress it could use a topper to make it a little more comfortable and a few more blankets “as 412 has the coldest A/C in Florida” My wife and I will definitely book this condo again as we are already looking in a returning date.

My wife and I stayed here at the end of October. The location is fantastic. This area of the beach is non-drivable so it’s MUCH quieter than other places in the area. The walk to the beach was incredibly easy as well. My only critique of this place is that I wish there were blackout curtains on the windows. Being directly on the road and across from the hotel brought in a significant amount of light pollution into the rooms at night. Overall it was an incredible stay!

The property was wonderful! Our children were attending a tennis camp at Van Der Meer, so this property was the perfect location for them to walk. #18 Courtside was beautifully renovated and we really enjoyed our stay. We were given a number to text to check on whether or not we could have an early check-in, but no one ever responded. While the condo was beautiful, the mattresses could use an update. The king mattress is not comfortable. It was farther away from the beach than we anticipated. The condo did provide a wagon for carrying chairs and coolers so that was a life saver! Great stay!

We do state in your pre-arrival email that there's no need to request early check-in as we will text you as soon as the property is available. Mattress preferences are very subjective and this is the first we've ever heard it's uncomfortable but we appreciate the feedback! The closest beach access point from the Villa is located at the Seaside Resort located on South Forest Beach Drive which is approximately a 6 minute walk (0.3 mile) whereas Coligny Beach Plaza is an 11 minute walk. The house was just as it said in the description. There were 6 adults, 1 teenager and a baby. The space we had was great. Rooms were very comfortable. Pool was awesome, even though the weather was not hot hot, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. The heater was a little difficult to use. that would be my only downfall. They need better instructions for the heater, We had a wonderful family vacation for 5 days after Christmas. Nicole was great to deal with and looked after any questions we had promptly

we had a wonderful time at our vacation home! very well outfitted as we do a lot of cooking- would have loved more vases for flowers but otherwise just perfect location and amenities We had a few issues- 1. lights in first floor den not working- we didn't need them so didn't call 2. cable on den TV not connected but not discovered until our departure day 3.. one dishwasher didn't drain 4. no garage door opener but was delivered to us on day 1 5. internet worked on one of the 3 networks found but not the one on our instruction sheet 6. not enough wood for the fireplace but had some extra delivered on day 1

I had a really enjoyable Christmas stay at the Westgate resort in Park City. The condo was very clean with modern amenities. The heated pools and hot tubs were a nice plus. All of the appliances were very modern…almost too modern to fully understand. The only minor issue was the choice/quality of some of the kitchen utensils. The pots/pans are not non-stick, so it was a little harder to cook. The supplied utensils were quite cheap and missing some basics, like a spatula. Overall, it was a nice stay in a very nice area.

Awesome trip! Great, fully stocked 1 bedroom with pullout couch. The bus to the mountain picks up every 15 minutes at end of parking lot. Clean, well maintained and great location for skiing and 1/2 way from mountain to the town for dinner. I'll be back!

We were delighted with the house, the amenities and the setting of the home we lent. Entrance was seamless and exit was very easy! We were prepared to start laundry before leaving, we had been asked to do that in another property in Sunriver. But that was not required, which made our exit easier. We found the kitchen to be well appointed with all sort of utensils! We love the open concept of the living area and kitchen. The beds are quality and the bedding very lovely and comfortable. The baths are also very comfortable and clean

We wanted a home close to the beach for 8 adults and 1 child and 3 senior dogs. A fenced in yard was a priority. Sunshine Dream has a heated pool which even with the chilly temperatures my Granddaughter went swimming. There is a fire pit which we enjoyed. The home is very spacious and offers two levels of living space. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed our New Year’s in St. Augustine. The hosts are very accommodating and acted quickly to resolve a small issue.

The condo is just as described. Clean and with all the amenities to have an excellent vacation and direct access to the beach within walking distance. You have everything you need to go to the beach: umbrella, towels, chairs, even a table, cooler, and lots of toys for the kids to play in the sand (we bought more and left them there to add to the collection!). It was nice to arrive and find that you did not have to rush to the market as shampoo, conditioner, soap, detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, all first necessities were covered. And also what I did not find in other stays and it was a great and useful surprise to find here is a booklet with instructions on the unit and the condo, description of attractions and main points of interest, suggestions and directions to markets, restaurants, malls, etc which for first timers like us it was really needed. And what to say about Loretta... the best host. I really bothered her with lots of questions before and during our stay and she answered immediately and if she did not know she took the time to find out and answer with a very friendly message. I will book again with her this property or any other she offers without doubt. Thanks!!!!

My boyfriend and I traveled from Illinois for my sister's wedding and wanted something nice and cozy since we were staying for 6 nights. We had an absolute wonderful time. Everything was clean and fresh with everything we needed. Being surrounding by the little ponds and watching the ducks and geese were one of my favorite things to do in the morning. The pool there was a good temperature and enjoyable too. The location between all things was perfect. Not too far from anything we wanted to do. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the living room chair was too. We would definitely stay here again in the future. If you want a nice little condo, this is the perfect space.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation to Hilton Head. It had everything that we needed including a wonderful pool and spa. There were bikes & several beach items for us to use. When we got home to Ohio my husband could not find his watch. Peter went personally and checked the house. Unfortunately he did not find it, but he went above and beyond the call of duty!! I would definitely book through iTrip again.

Stayed at the lovely home for 4 nights with my family. We were looking for a nice home that would give us the feeling of being on 'vacation'. This home had everything - it was beautifully decorated, very clean, lots of room for our family (6 adults, 3 kids), TVs in every room... iTrip was great, they offered us an early check-in on day of arrival and even allowed us an extra hour on check-out day. Check-in was effortless (and contactless), so we felt 'safe'. Had a nice welcome basket waiting for us with wine, sparkling water, snacks and hand sanitizer. Home was just a few minutes to the lake and there were a few restaurants around that were doing dine-in, so the location was good. We will definitely stay here again - had a nice time in a very lovely home.

The condo was very nice. Good location. The only complaints I have is the bathroom floors were pretty dirty, and there was only 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms. Elevator was pretty slow, but glad that there was one.

Amazing and immaculate condo at the Old Marco Inn. Perfectly decorated in every way. Felt like we had a private pool all to ourselves. Quiet and peaceful. Located within walking distance to the incredible Smith House restaurant and The Snook Inn. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a really good stay at Mermaid's Folly. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen had a good selection of spices, including salt, pepper, sugar, and coffee paraphernalia, even a coffee grinder, which was great for us. The beds were super comfortable. And the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. We would stay there again.

Salt Sea is relaxing & restorative. From the moment we opened the beautifully carved wooden front door and saw (and heard) the waves crashing ashore on the beach through the windows along the back side of the home, we knew we were going to have a great stay. The home is beautifully designed and very comfortable. We spent most of our time in the amazing sun room completely engrossed in the ocean views and taking countless strolls on the beach (great shelling beach!). Our girls loved watching the dolphins from the porch in the morning, the sunrise and the sunsets were spectacular and the beach was empty. We also love that the house has lush, tropical vegetation on the two sides of the house, making you feel disconnected from all your stresses & cares in the world. We have great memories that will last a long time! We give our highest possible recommendation for this amazing oceanside retreat.

The condo was great place for our family to stay to enjoy Maui. It was so nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms with space to spread out and enjoy. It was easy to use the kitchen for a few dinners in instead of eating out every night. We loved all the green space and pool areas in the complex. After playing at the beach in the morning we could come back and enjoyed the shade and cool and if the kids wanted to swim more they could do that in the afternoon. It was so walkable to all of the shops on Front Street. I’d highly recommend to others.

My bf and I stayed here for 4 nights with our two dogs and had a wonderful time! First of all, this cabin was surprisingly very dog friendly. They have two large dog bowls, doggy bags in a cute dog bone holder, and a hose outside for rinsing them off, and didn't charge a pet fee! My bf and I slept quite comfortably (1 person and 1 dog per full bed) with plenty of sheets, blankets, and pillows. We were able to cook/eat with what is available in the kitchen. The cabin comes equipped with TV, crayons and paper, and even snacks! The stairs are steep, but not a problem for us. They did give our dogs some pause. There is also shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower with PLENTY of towels and washcloths for multiple nights stay. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you have pets. When we stay here again I'll be bringing my dogs and packing less!

We arrived at night and the condo was easy to locate and super easy access both on the initial entrance and then the underground parking. Condo was very clean, spacious, and modern designs. Great view Yampa river, local ski hill, and rodeo grounds. Nice sunshine coming in throughout the day. We walked to dinner each night, super convenient to everything you need.

We loved the condo. Being right on the beach and eating breakfast and dinner on the balcony was very relaxing. At times you could even see Dolphins. This area wasn't over crowded and very relaxing. Master beadroom was very nice and spacious with access the balcony. My kids loved the bunk beds in their room. Kitchen was awesome. Also loved having the BBQ grills outside since I love to grill. This condo was also decorated very nicely making you feel right at home.

When we booked our family retreat little did, we know we would have a weekend full of rain. That didn’t stop our family getting together. We had a marvelous time cooking, watching movies, tons of games, there were so much to do in that four days we were there. We could not go outside and enjoy any of the amenities. We made so many memories in the rental property. Thank you so much for you renting your lovely home. This property did not disappoint.

We like Kahana Sunset very much and have stayed there 6 times, usually with children in a 2 bdr condo. This time for two of us this 1 bdr place was ideal. The condo is clean, quiet, well equipped with everything you need, with great support from I-trip in the case you need something. Highly recommend!

This was our 3rd stay at 101 the palms and we were very pleased with the condition of the condo and the grounds. The condo was very clean and we used the vacuum cleaner and washer / dryer many times throughout our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were always clean as well. We were sad to see that some of the Treasure Island hotels and restaurants were not open as they were damaged from the hurricanes. However most were open and the beach was very clean. We plan on returning next year

We had a wonderful time at this property! The hot tub was enormous and pool was perfect! The house is so spacious with so many areas to spread out! We loved the master suite! It was so private and what a nice view of the water and pool from our private balcony! We did so much in the Naples-Bonita Springs area! Went on a 10am cruise on the Naples Princess exploring all the magnificent lakefront estates! Many nights enjoying seafood. Pinchers, Docs to watch the sunset, The Fish House and Flippers in Fort Myers! We highly recommend this house for large families!

The home is amazing. So close to everything. Pictures do not do it justice. I've even added to the mermaid collection with a magnet for the refrigerator. If I could give it a 10 I would. Everything very clean and organized.

Was an amazing home to stay in. Had everything you need. Had to bring your own little things like coffee filters or foil. Was easy to get with all the stores and strip malls in the same plaza. But everything was great. Would definatly recommend and look forward to coming again soon.

We had a great trip to Marco Island. Slightly concerned about booking outside of the usual Airbnb / Vrbo platforms but found iTrip process to be absolutely easy with plenty of comms. Also slightly cheaper than Airbnb etc so no bad thing either! Apartment / Condo we stayed in was great - no issues.

Absolutely amazing, we where right on the beach. Close to everything. We are the type of people that are up early so The only thing that was a bit troubling was people coming in the hallways at all hours of the night and where loud. Would I go back again? YES

We just spent a week here and loved the house and the location! It was a last minute booking and finding a place that allows dogs is hard to come by so we were a little hesitant. This place far exceeded our expectations and it was even better than the pictures. The local neighbors were lovely and we really enjoyed them and their dog! iTrip was so easy to book with and made everything very so easy. LOVED not having to check in at an office first. The A/C is a total bonus and necessary in Steamboat during the summer days! This was our 6th summer trip to Steamboat and we would certainly book here again.

"The Beach is Calling" is a lovely Villa on Seabrook Island. We were 2 women traveling for a week of tennis. Great location with easy access to all the amenities as well as Kiawah Island. Great shopping in Freshfields Village in Kiawah. The 2 BR Villa was clean and well equipped. The primary BR and en-suite bath was very spacious. The second BR was small but would work well for a family with kids. Smart TVs were perfect. Communication from the host was great and response time to text messages was super fast. Thank you for the bottle of red wine and lemon cookies.

Our family of 6 (4 preteens/teenagers) really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is well appointed & the owners/mgmt company was always quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed anything (ex: the internet/wifi is great in the back half of the condo but spotty/weak in kitchen/living area. I texted asking about an extender or other option and they replied back w/in minutes with a solution/work around that worked right away) . We hope to return again in the future and stay here. Great views, great beach, great property & location all around. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Blue Cabana was a great find and helped us enjoy our visit to the area for our 20 year anniversary! It was fall break for our teenage son, so we made it a family trip. There was plenty of room for the three of us. The unit was clean and well furnished. While the weather wasn’t adequate for much beach time, the view from the balcony each morning for sunrise was beautiful! When we did venture down the walk was short and easy. The area is very quiet, which we loved! If we find ourselves back in the area, we would definitely stay here again!

We had an incredible stay at the Admirals Townhouse rental! The location was absolutely perfect. The location was perfect has many shops and restaurants that were walking distance. The rental was spotless , spacious, and well-equipped. They provided beach chairs and towels were a thoughtful touch, making it easy to relax on the shore without any hassle. After searching for a post-hurricane beach rental, I was pleasantly surprised by how well this property had recovered.

The is one of the nicest venues we have stayed in over the decades of family gatherings across the country! It is clear that the owners and iTrip Northwest want their guests to enjoy their stay! This has not always been the case for other Vrbo venues. The hosts responded immediately via text messages to questions and inquiries. Some small issues were resolved with adequately. The eGuest Book is done well and very helpful! The venue is private, but not remote, and in a beautiful location atop a forested knoll with great views of the surrounding vineyards. It is not subject commercial vineyard activities. The house is large, of high quality and with modern amenities. It easily handled our 12 members. It is nicely appointed, supplied, and in reasonably good condition and working order. The kitchen is large, well supplied and the appliances are in reasonable working order, including high quality coffee maker. There is even the an air fryer in its own cubby, near the butler's pantry, and with a fully supplied spice rack! The house furniture is in good condition and the beds, our people said, were very comfortable, including the independently adjustable beds on the first floor! Nice!. We stayed over the Christmas holidays. We found the heating system adequate and providing sufficient hot water for everyone's showers, etc. Also, the hot tub is large and fancy! It was in good working order, clean and regularly maintained--once even when we were there--Nice! It's a beautiful and fun venue with lots to do in the surrounding area! It seems it was recently some families home. While we were mindful of this, we hope future guests will do so also. They will enjoy Oak Rise.

This place is the perfect place to stay! Great views and a very nice screened in porch! Perfect layout of the house with plenty of room for a family! Very convenient to the community pool, grocery shopping less than 10 min away, and plenty of parking outside the condo. Nice neighborhood to take a walk in too! This place is great for a family visiting Disney or any other attraction in Orlando. The unit was clean, the check in process was a breeze and the management company sent an initial email with everything you needed to know. We have no complaints. Great 2 week stay on the Island! Our family had an amazing time staying in the upstairs unit on Agate. There was plenty of space for everyone to hangout and relax. The huge balcony has a small, but nice view of the bay and all the passing boats. Being just steps away from the ferry, a small market and hamburger stand was very convenient! This was our second time working with Scott from iTrips, and just like last year, it was really easy! Looking forward to next year!!

Great location and very comfortable place to stay in Madeira Beach. We stayed here for two weeks and absolutely loved it. Waking up every morning to the sun coming up over the bay while sipping coffee on the balcony was great, and seeing manatees and dolphins in the water was a special treat. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook meals but having Sweet Brewnette cafe' and a Mad Beach Poke Bowls right downstairs was so convnenient. The beach is right across the street and it was great to have a beach cart, beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler to use during our stay. The primary bedroom is spacious with a comfortable King size bed and an en suite full bath. There were only two of us during our stay, but the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and there is a full second bathroom too. The living area is sunny and bright with comfortable furniture and great water views. And the location can't be beat. It's an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping, and a quick drive to many great attractions in the Tampa Bay area. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Crystal Shores was great! We love being on the beach with a balcony! Our unit- 1201 was so nice. It’s on the end of the building with a wraparound balcony and extra windows with a great view and lots of light! It’s decorated like home with a cozy living room, dining area and kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. We enjoyed the pool, the beach, and dining and fun around town. We had a great long weekend! Only wished it had a newer tv so we could watch Netflix. And the hot tub has a weird, bubbly ‘pulsing’ through the piping?

Visited Florida from Maryland and my goodness this place is awesome. The house sits right on the water with a heated pool/spa and outdoor tv, perfect to watch football on! The inside was exactly our taste with clean coastal finishes. Highly recommend this home for your trip.

What a great place Crew’s Quarter’s turned out to be! Everyone at iTrip was extremely helpful with any question or issue I had. The first thing I saw on our arrival at Dolphin Watch was a hand made sign wishing me a Happy 62nd Birthday! I knew immediately it was going to be a wonderful trip, one for the memory book, and so it was! We all dumped our duffles and took a tour of the house. Each bedroom was perfect! We christened the king bed room with its spa tub and private balcony overlooking the ocean “The Penthouse.” Many a wee hour conversation kept company with the sound of ocean waves and moonlight on water. Having a twin bed and a double in the other upstairs bedroom made my soon to be 6 year old granddaughter right at home being in the same room with mommy and daddy. (Although there WAS a mermaid on Grammy’s bed one morning...) And the private bathroom was great for the three of them. I picked one of the two queen rooms, which also had a private bath, and my daughter liked the one with an old fashioned headboard. The two “boys” (both in their 30’s) shared the room with two sets of bunk beds. “Pirate Cove” I called it. Enter at your own risk. The huge kitchen table allowed us all to eat meals together, play Bananagrams and Monopoly (SO much fun-we are STILLteasing Roger about now owning Carolina Beach.) The kitchen was very well stocked with all the dishes, pots, and pans for our cooking pleasure. Shrimp boil and pasta puttanesca! Midnight pancakes! I think the area of the house we used the most was the deck off the kitchen. It was also roomy enough for us all to sit and watch the pelicans fly over (I think that’s what they were) and enjoy the ocean breeze and sunsets. We all loved having the private, short board walk to the beach. It was lovely be on the beach in minutes, run back if someone forgot something, make as many trips to the ocean as we wanted, and enjoy the beach chairs, beach umbrella, and handy outside shower that were provided. I greeted each day with a beach walk to the pier and back, collecting shells, watching dogs playing. My daughter got so many amazing pictures. We also had such a fun time reading the guest journal, especially the adventures of Kenny, the pirate? ghost? time traveler? that so many guests have so amusingly added to. 5 stars and kudos from the birthday gal and company! Truly, this is the way to have a trip to the beach! Thanks so much iTrip! __

We even checked to see if we could get an extension to our time, but it was rented already. We are definitely be going back and can’t wait. Seahorse is a great family vacation house. There is plenty of room so that we weren’t all on top of each other. It is close to the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean from the top deck. The management was very responsive when we called with a few minor issues and you can’t ask for more than that. The house does need a little TLC. It’s used hard during the summer months. However, that does not detract from the fact that this is a great house. I would suggest that the bedroom on the first floor have a bed put in there instead of a futon, but it all worked. Overall we had a very lovely vacation and great family time. You can’t ask for better than that.

The views are gorgeous! The house was very clean. There was a lot of outdoor space and it was peaceful and quiet. We were there for a girls weekend and we’re hoping to book this property again.

We had a great stay in the Woodside Way house for our ski vacation in Park City. Very spacious house with amazing views of the nature preserve and the surrounding Wasatch mountains. Fully stocked rental with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The game changer is sitting in the hot tub and staring out into the amazing Utah wilderness while the snow falls. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a nice time staying here for a long weekend. We are moving to the area in June and needed to come visit the school my daughter will be attending. We’ve in different places in the Wild Dunes area for years and have kept coming back. This was by far the cleanest unit we have ever stayed in. Thank you!! We will be back!

My husband and I spent a few September days at this home on the banks of the Nestucca River. It is a very quiet neighborhood and close to Pacific City center as well as to Cape Kiwanda and Bob Straub State Park. The house is clean and well-maintained and had everything we needed. The kitchen has nearly everything one would need for cooking, except I don't think there were baking pans.

Just returned from our two week stay at Blue Lagoon. This is a very comfortable home in a great location! The neighborhood is both quiet and convenient to everything. It is a quick trip to Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks, St. Pete's and Tampa and all that they offer. Also located within a quick walk is Echo Lake Park which had great walking trails and a dog park. The home is pretty well equipped with all the necessary kitchen essentials. All the beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space to spread out. The pool and back yard was a big draw and we enjoyed being out there every day (although it could have used a good cleaning prior to our arrival). We did have an issue being able to log into our YouTube TV and there is no cable there but that issue was resolved a few days in by the management company who were very responsive. Over all great stay and don't miss a trip to Twistee Treat Ice Cream on West Bay - Yum!

Lovely home on the beach with beautiful expansive views of the ocean. We enjoyed incredible sunrises from the master bedroom and the living room. Loved spending time on the Adirondack chairs off the large master bedroom balcony. Kitchen and bathrooms were new, clean, and fresh. Bright white cabinetry and sleek countertops. The queen sized bed in the upstairs bedroom needs replacing soon. The outside lamppost keeps the room from being dark at night. There is a portion of the window that has been left uncovered. There are steep steps from the driveway into the house and about 20 steps to reach the upstairs. My husband and I are in our 70’s (my husband had back surgery 6 months ago) and found the steps challenging. However, in the end, we found the steps to be a great workout. We would definitely recommend this property. We had a great time and would have loved to extend our stay.

Stayed for five nights during the telluride bluegrass festival - room is small but clean and well-equipped! The location is ideal - walking distance to trails, restaurants, bars, etc. The property is peaceful and well-maintained. This is such great value in Telluride and I’d recommend it to anyone!

This condo was a very nice place, everything was there as promised, except it was very difficult to get to it (we met 2 more families there who had the same problem) and when we finally got to the garage, it wasn't an easier way to get to the lobby, by luck we run into an employee who helped us to enter the lobby. I would say the beginning of the vacation wasn't pleasant but the rest of it was great

Our recent stay at the Constant Getaway was quite pleasant. The only thing negative about the stay was that it was for only one night. We weren't able to enjoy the amount of amenities that the house offered. The house was off the beaten path but was convenient to the beach and the numerous activities and restaurants the area offered. The bedrooms were appointed well and the bathrooms were large and spotless. We felt we were the first persons in a new house. Loved the size and furnishing of the back porch . What a great escape! The use of a golf cart was very convenient. We look forward to coming back for a week this coming summer or fall and bring the whole family.

I wasn’t Impressed when I first got there. But by day 3, I was in love with the place and knew we probably wouldn’t want to leave! This place is on the rustic side, but if you are bringing your fur babies, that’s perfect! I wasn’t worrying 24/7 what my dogs were doing. And the doggie door worked perfectly. I didn’t have to go downstairs to let them out. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. I even made cookies one day. There were puzzles and games galore! My favorite place was the HUGE screened porch. We ate dinners, played games, put together puzzles, read, just sat, and slept on that big ole porch. I miss it already! And then there’s Leo. He’s the family member who lives on the property. He is such a wealth of information and always in such a good mood! Idk what he’s paid, but he’s worth his weight in gold! He loves Decked Out! Decked Out really exceeded my expectations!

We loved every thing about the condo and our stay in Isle of Palm. The condo was beautifully decorated, well equipped and provided a nice start up of essentials. The view from the large windows was breathtaking. We loved spending time on the balcony and had a great view of the beach, the only feedback is the rug could be replaced out there. Quiet, relaxed living area in excellent location within a block of trendy El Paseo with its fashionable street cafes, restaurants and boutiques. Large well equipped kitchen and living area with good essential supplies for a two week stay. Nice master bedroom and ensuite. Second bedroom adequate. 2 1/2 bathrooms. Poor natural light but excellent internal lighting with dimmers. Handy B-B-Q on patio. Current dinning table chairs are too low. Small hot water tank with 2 shower limit. TVs need updating. Lovely quiet clean pool area. 2 nice tennis courts. Private parking with 2 slots. Easy check in / out with good prompt support when contacted. Overall assessment excellent! We would stay here again!

We had a great stay at this Steamboat Springs apartment. It was a perfect size for our family of three and, most importantly, had excellent heating, which made a big difference after long ski days. We loved the proximity to the ski trail with easy access down to the Wild Blue Gondola. The laundry room being just down the hall was very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped, and we cooked most of our meals during the week without any issues. The apartment was clean, exactly as shown in the photos, had a good supply of towels, and the WiFi connection was strong and reliable. Overall, a very comfortable and easy stay—we would absolutely rent here again.

We stayed for 2 weeks and we felt at home the moment we arrived. Check in and out was a breeze. The unit is great for two couples travelling together with the bedrooms at opposite sides of the one another. From sitting on the deck enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning, going for a walk around the Resort or a round of golf you will not be disappointed.

We stayed from August 3rd to the 10th, 2019 and we really had a great time. The Condo was just great! Furnished with all the essentials, as advertised, plus we also received an assortment of beach towels, which evidently were left behind by previous renters. The Condo is perfectly located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, Pier 60, and of course, the beach. The view of the dock from the break/dinning room area was simply breathtaking, specially at sunrise. On the day of our arrival, we were "welcomed" by three dolphins just swimming right there at the base of the building. They stayed for several minutes. On later days, they showed up again and they were "performing" for us. In summary, everything went great!! We had a blast!! And, definitely, we will consider renting this property again!!

Linger Longer 302C exceeded our expectations! The condo is amazing and very large- 2 bathrooms for two people. And the view, just beautiful! We watched the sunset from our private balcony or up on the rooftop every night. The beach access can't be beat. You are literally steps to the Gulf. We are already talking about next year!!

The owners of this property graciously extended last years pricing to us so we had to come here again. We love the location, we've stay several places along 30A and we like the quieter west end. We had a small issue with the thermostat but I trips had a maintenance man on it in minutes and totally resolved it. More good news! New living room furniture that is so comfortable. Along with comfy bedding and a well equipped kitchen this place is close to perfect. The vacuum does a good job on the floors but a broom for the steps would be handy. If possible we'll be back!

We loved this townhome. Lost Key is a great place to stay. The beach club and private beach area is nice. Didn’t get a chance to check out the community pool. This rental has all hardwoods which is what we were looking for as my husband is allergic to most carpets. Very clean and instructions easy and flawless. Would highly recommend. I’m from this area and it was nice weekend vacation while also visiting my family.

This home is located right on the River and walking distance to all the Fun spots in Bend. It also is super close to the road to Bachelor and a million miles of hikes and MTN Bike trails. The house is set up to accommodate lots of different type of groups. The sleeping set up allows for a family reunion or a large group The Master is awesome. Kitchen/great room are set up for entertainment. There are 5 different areas inside and outside the house to have meetings or just relax. Kitchen was set up for anything you need. The saltwater cottage was an ideal stay for our family of four. It’s two blocks away from a lovely, quiet beach. The cottage was spotless, well equipped with everything you would need, and very comfortable. I appreciated the digital handbook which provided all the information we needed and management was a text away if we needed anything and always responded in a timely manner. The house was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of space, even for our group of 12. The pool area is great and the landscaping and gated front provides plenty of privacy. The house was very clean and well cared for. Very close proximity to Barefoot Beach and Publix grocery store was an added bonus. Tammy was very attentive to my questions throughout the process and checked in to make sure we were doing well once we arrived. I was a first time vacation home renter but was at ease through the entire process. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy SW Florida!

Our priorities were met with this well-loved beach house: Private beach access - check! Enough bedrooms for our teenagers to have their own space - check! In close proximity to local Wilmington relatives (so we could invite them to the beach and a dinner or two) - check! Bonus features we very much enjoyed: a 6min walk on the beach from house to Boardwalk for eating, shopping, skimboard rental, arcade, live music, and Thursday fireworks; a billiard table in the basement/garage for some friendly competition; outside hose and area for rinsing off sand; and a quick drive to grocery, seafood market, and other stores. Some information that would have been helpful before our arrival/for planning purposes: the height of the garage door openings is 67" tall and the hard fin antennae of a smaller vehicle barely fit, as we had some trouble (measure the height of your vehicle ahead of time and letting air out of tires helps). Also, we ended up not needing the sleep sofa, but we did pull it out one night for consideration - and there are several springs broken at the foot that makes it slope downwards and the mattress is more like a thin pad than a mattress. Anyone planning to use this for their headcount may want to know its condition. The house is full of books and board games for lots of family fun. The updated kitchen (new to the listing we saw) was bright and clean and had lots of counter space and cabinets and a large supply of plates/utensils/bowls/platters/pots and pans - we were not in need of anything. The huge table (sat 10 people) was great for meals and games. We had a wonderful stay and appreciated the owners' responsiveness to any/all of our texts and questions throughout our stay.

Our experience at this house was 100 percent positive. The house is beautiful and in a tremendous location. All amenities and appliances were top quality. Everything was as depicted in the photos -- no surprises. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions or requests. It is an extremely nice property in a fabulous neighborhood. we have the most amazing time in the captains townhouse. I cant tell you how helpful Charles and Liz were with our reservation and what an wonderful job Craig did with the cleanup. But the place itself was immaculate and the view was absolutely beautiful. It was romantic for me and my husband, and a blast when our grandchild came up to play on the beach. Spent part of our honeymoon at this Maui haven, and it was a joy. Loved the deck which backed onto a garden and the pool -- being awoken by the birds every morning was a treat. Literally a 3 minute walk to the beach, where we snorkelled every morning and watched the sunset at night. The condo was simple but comfortable -- a nice oasis. We had a kitchen sink that wouldn't drain, but it was fixed the very same afternoon that we called about it. Will send friends and family here, for sure.

My family came to Snowmass for Spring Break and we felt like we won the lottery with the condo location. It’s right beside the kids ski school and Treehouse adventure camp which our 3 year old attended each day. It’s also beside a nice hill for sledding, the parking spot was covered (amazing for the heavy snow we got) and the accommodations were perfect. We had a fire every night (they stocked the wood perfectly for us) and laundry was free. The kitchen was fully stocked for the meals I prepared. We will definitely be back!! I had a fantastic experience staying at this charming two-bedroom, two-bath condo. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the host put a lot of care and thought into making guests feel welcome. A complimentary bottle of wine and a bag of cookies were waiting for me — such a thoughtful touch that immediately made me feel at home. The condo itself was spotless and fully stocked with everything I could possibly need. Coffee cups, glasses, utensils, plates, toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, dish detergent, paper towels, and even garbage bags — everything was ready and in place. I especially appreciated the way the towels were neatly wrapped like bows— absolutely adorable and a sweet detail that made me smile. The host was very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, although I didn’t need any assistance during my stay thanks to how well-prepared everything was. All in all, this was a peaceful, cozy, and well-maintained spot for a seaside escape. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay by the water!

My family of 7 adults, one toddler, and one dog had a great time at this rental. It was large enough to fit everyone, and had a very thoughtful layout. The garage was a little too small to be functional - while you can fit a car inside, both sides can't get in and out (so you can park in there and then pull it out when everyone's ready to leave)... not a huge deal. And the park/sled hill/playground next door was an unexpected delight!

I booked this condo and the one next door for a large group of adults attending a wedding in town. The location was perfect for us to hang out all together and each couple still had their own space. Convenient location to downtown and a bus stop for the free bus to deer valley and kimball Junction. Host was communicative and answered any questions we had. Would recommend!

Condo was great and accommodated a large family comfortably! Only drawback was the stairs to 3rd floor! If you are used to altitude it wouldn't be an issue but I have never been in high altitude and it was exhausting. I would highly recommend to anyone if that isn't an issue! Roomy, comfortable and great location!

We had 8 people to spread out in this top floor condo. Even when the elevator broke down, there was someone onsite to help carry items up if needed and it was repaired quickly. My kids wanted to stay longer. My girls had the loft area all to themselves and loved the privacy it gave them. When we notified management that we only found one key, before we even got back from the beach a second key was left for us. Really no issues at all. Such a great location with the lagoon on one side, the pool right there, and then the ocean on the other side. Perfect for our family! We could spend time in the ocean, walk back to the pool, then spend some chill time on the pier fishing in the lagoon. The only suggestion I would have is to maybe get a new dryer. It took a couple times to actually get our clothes and towels dry when I washed them but that was so minor an issue. The walls could use maybe a fresh coat of paint esp going up to the loft area too. Definitely some place we would go back to though. Not very commercialized down in that area and everything was just minutes down the road which we liked even more. If you’re looking for a place not surrounded but tons of people and giving you plenty of room to spread out and very helpful management with great access to ocean lagoon and pool—- then this is the place for you.

The house was wonderful. Everyone who stayed there enjoyed their room and bathrooms and thought it was enough space for all. The grill was great use on the back patio and the outdoor kitchen was very helpful with extra bags of ice and storage of drinks to keep cool before the beach. The only thing I could say about the water pressure was that it needed a little more in the showers. When you would flush the commoner the water would stop in the shower and then slowly return to slow arching of water out the heads. That is the absolute only thing I found that was not to everyone liking. The AC was cool and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen provided all the tools need to cook and we enjoyed the names on the shelves showing us where everything went. We had an awesome time and would definitely stay again in the future. My family and I take a summer vacation every year. There were 8 of us in total (mother,father,wife, 2 brothers, sister in law and her bf) this summer sometimes we have friends who also come. Anyway, Ive been wanting to take them to colorado as that is somewhere we intend to live at eventually. I wanted an affordable breathtaking location to really get my family to see the possibilities. We arrived early and after speaking with the manager we were able to check in early. The view was immbecable! mountain view everymorning! Beautiful scenery, fully stocked kitchen. 3 full bathrooms, 3 full bedrooms,and 1 office with futon and 2 pullout couches on the top floor. I highly recommend this place! We have gone to florida, cali, new york and by far this has been the best location weve stayed at! One word of caution if you arr not used to high altitudes please bring dramamine and walk half speed for the first day to adjust. We did that and it helped, had some nieghbors nearby the site that werent as fortunate and drink lots of water!

Love the location and the accommodations. Views of the spectacular peaks through the front picture window. Quiet and convenient neighborhood. And the newly renovated townhome is beautiful, clean and comfortable. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

I loved The Little Pearl! I loved the historic charm! It is exactly what I envision when I think beach cottage! I loved the white wood walls and ceilings, the art, the tin roof, the bright colors, the deck and porch, etc. We did have an issue with the house not being cleaned when we arrived an hour after the check in time. It was a mess; I was frustrated at first after an 8 hour drive, but it was quickly resolved. There was also an issue with the WiFi and tv, and we waited for someone to come and fix the issue. One of the tvs never worked ( the man said it needed to be rewired)! We also had to use different WiFi info than what was given, so if I had not reported the issue and waited for the repair man to come we would have never been able to access the WiFi. The TV continued to mess up our entire stay! Those things aren’t that important to me because that’s not why I vacation at the beach, but those things are important to my husband and tween boys! There is definitely some wood that needs to be replaced on the decks, one particularly, possibly hazard board is loose near the outdoor shower! I nearly tripped coming out of the shower! Some of these things are definitely expected with an older property, but at the amount of money we paid to stay there, I would think these things could be resolved easily! The location was GRAYT! We loved being able to walk to The Red Bar, the beach, other restaurants, and shops! We LOVE Grayton, and we’ve been coming down every summer for over a decade, but it was our first time to stay in Grayton! We loved it! Overall we had a FABULOUS vacation, and I would not hesitate to reserve The Little Pearl again, and hope that we will be able to do so again next year! I would hope some of those issues would be resolved though! There is no better beach vacation than Grayton!

My wife and two dogs had a very comfortable stay at the Hollis house. The cottage was well stocked and very clean. We really enjoyed the local restaurants and even though it wasn’t warm beach weather we had a great time walking the dogs on the beach. Macrae park which is only a 10 minute drive from The house was also a very nice place to walk with or without the dogs

We had a wonderful time. Condo was clean and beautiful. Very nice view and easy access and very safe. Enjoyed sitting on balcony watching boats and waking up each morning with such a great view of ocean and lagoon. Did not need to bring anything in kitchen area, everything was available for cooking, etc. Looking forward to going back soon.

We came to St Augustine to celebrate our first anniversary. This house is less than five miles from town.it was hot when we stayed and the pool offered a much needed cool down. The house was clean and well stocked with the basics. Overall this house was a home run for us.
