The home was very clean and well maintained. The only issue was off street parking, a minor issue for us. All in all very happy with the accommodations. It was easy to get to local attractions.

Such a peaceful spot on Lake Douglas. The views of the lake were awesome from the porch right down to the waters edge and on the dock. Once we actually went inside for the evening (after stargazing and checking out Mars, Jupiter and 4 moons, Saturn and rings through a telescope brought along) we got great sleep in very comfortable rooms. The kitchen had all we needed to cook up breakfast each day and our finale steak dinner (the gas grill was great). All three of us agreed that we had to do this again. Thank you Ruby’s Lakehouse!

Our condo at Kimball Lodge was exceptional! It was so beautifully updated, decorated, and very clean with great touches (fresh flowers). The view and access to the gulf were exactly what we were looking for. Hopefully we can stay there again.

Went down to enjoy the warm weather and race week. Weather was beautiful. Racing was good. The house was nice and clean. The two big beds could use new mattresses. Otherwise no complaints! Only a block to the beach. We hit Bass Pro, flea market, Hooters and I know I'm forgetting a few places. Couldn't ask for a better location. Jessica was also very nice to deal with. We will be back. Thank you

iTrip provided keyless entry which was really great because we were a party of 4 and didn't have to fiddle with keys. We had minor maintenance issues that they addressed quickly. The unit was very comfortable for two couples.

Had a great time at the condo at Kingston Arms. Clean, roomy, and close to everything you need...great bars, restaurants, and of course, the beach. Management company was fabulous, from well before arrival until after check-out. They followed up with us regularly to check if we needed anything. Just an overall enjoyable week in Sarasota.

Our stay was awesome. The unit was clean and had everything that we needed Check in and check out was easy. We had beach chairs, toys for the kids and a short walk to the beach access. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing location and equally amazing accommodation. The house had an lovely open backyard that opened into the water. We were able to sit on the patio and watch the sunrise as well as enjoy the breath taking view in the evening. The house was itself very spacious, clean and could easily accommodate all of us. The location was very good as we were about a 5 minute walk from some very nice restaurants. The food at the Thai restaurant was fantastic. Overall a great place to relax with friends and family. Planning on returning to this place again.

My family was here for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed everything about the home from the cleanliness, tasteful decorations, well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds, to the great location (walking distance to downtown and restaurants) and responsiveness from the management company. Check-in was simple, we had a nice welcome basket, and iTrip was very responsive. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic weekend playing in whistler! The condo was well appointed and beautifully decorated and the shuttle for both upper and lower villages literally stops right outside of the parking lot. The owner and management desk were also very helpful and responsive. We look forward to next time!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The house was beautiful and included all of the necessary amenities and more! The beds and furniture were comfortable and even included children's bunk beds for my granddaughters which they absolutely loved. The property is located about a block from the beach, but we had a good view of the ocean from the 4th floor balcony. We did have a problem with the coffee pot not working. However, we notified the team and within an hour a brand new coffee pot was delivered to the door. We were treated like royalty! I've rented a beach house in the area previously, but this was the best stay ever!

Our stay at Zip A Dee Doo was just what we hoped for. The cabin was beautifully decorated and just as described online and via photos. Lots of space for our family of 5 to spread out. Our teens loved the swim pool and hot tub and we all enjoyed the beautiful view of the Smokies from the porch. Fifteen minute drive to the parkway with all the attractions. We enjoyed the close proximity while being able to come back to our quiet cabin the woods away from all the excitement. Itrip was great to work with a frequently checked in to make sure our experience went well. We’ve been to this area multiple times and this was our favorite accommodation so far. Hope to be back again!

We had an absolutely perfect vacation at Lover's Key Resort. The state park is right across the street, so we had lots of lovely walks on the trails and the beaches, kayaked in the waterways (and even had a mama manatee with baby come up right alongside our boat!) and bicycled. The views from our condo were amazing--we loved sitting out on the balcony just taking it all in. Flippers Restaurant is right next door, and they have wonderful food---you could eat there every day and never have a bad or even mediocre meal.

This was a very nice place to stay in, well stocked and very comfortable. The complex itself is pleasant with nice short trails throughout for dog walking, pickleball, tennis and 4 pools. Wow! Hope to be back soon!

The condo was perfect for our family trip! The location was great--short walk to the beach and short walk to a convenient store, restaurant and ice cream. Rental agency was extremely responsive to our texts during our stay. We would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed the month of February at your Naples property! It was casually and comfortably furnished with everything we needed. The outdoor space was partially covered which was nice for shade and had more than enough furniture for guests and dining. Plenty of towels, plenty of cleaning supplies, and the house was spotless when we arrived! The few items that needed attention, as with many houses, were attended to in a timely manor. Tammy was very quick to respond to any questions which was greatly appreciated. This was our fist visit to Naples and we will be back. We wish we could stay in that same property but to our surprise it was already rented for 2022! Being close to nice restaurants, better grocery stores and the beach was a plus for us.

We had a girls weekend and loved the accommodations! The house was clean and comfortable enough for the 4 of us. The view is spectacular and can't be beat! It's also a great area for walking and was also very quiet and private. We would stay here again. :)

From online questions to check in and out…..Great service! We had a couple of issues, as all houses do, and when I called Robbie answered the phone immediately! The maintenance man came right away and fixed the problem. Can’t ask for better than that. Next April will be our third time to deal with iTrip. Really glad I found them!! Thank you for taking such good care.

We happened to be there the weekend of the 68th Annual Mug Race which is the longest River Sail Boat race in the World . Approx 200 Sailed past Debra Jeans River Retreat. Awesome , colorful . We also had a Bald Eagle Fly past the Back of the Porch with a black bird hot on his tail . The Dock was awesome . It was too windy to use the Kayaks and Paddle Wheel boat but we did get to shoot a few Hoops on Basketball court as it was protected from the wind by the trees . Shopping is about 10 miles away so bring what you want first trip as you wont want to leave . It was critically important we have a good Time as this was the last weekend before my wife starts Radiation therapy . We had a blast

Absolutely amazing house!! They truly thought of everything you would need for your stay. The views are breathtaking….from sunrise to sunset. The four masters are perfect for four couples. We spent time socializing on the patio, cooking in the kitchen and playing ping pong and games in the game room. I wanted to pick the house up and bring it home. Great location to access many wineries. And the free tastings at several wineries is a nice addition. Seriously, don’t hesitate and just book this piece of heaven.

My wife, our oldest daughter, and I recently stayed at Fairview Heights. It was the perfect fit for us as we enjoyed "Breck" right before Christmas. Man, what a beautiful town Breckenridge is this time of year. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for our stay. It isn't a huge place, but it was perfect for us. I agree with others that the pictures of the views do not do it justice. The views from the porch are amazing! It's just far enough from town to get away from the busyness of the town to enjoy some peace and quiet. I do recommend 4 wheel drive if you're coming in the winter and snow is forecasted. They clear the main roads around town, but not the roads leading up to the house. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again in the future.

The Hamptonian was a perfect house for our large family beach trip. Plenty of space with a great gathering area. Everything was clean and in great shape. Lots of parking for our 4 cars. Easy walk to the beach and the boardwalk. We had a great time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pinot Vista. The home was lovely and well stocked. We had one small plumbing problem and it was fixed immediately. The location was perfect for our wine tours. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the scenery was beautiful. We loved Oregon and Pinot Vista.

This was a great condo and a great complex. The area was close to the ski resort with a free shuttle and a quick drive to the cute town. The condo was well stocked and we will definitely stay here again. Added bonus...the hot tubs were awesome!

My family truly loved staying at this luxurious property. There was plenty of room for everyone and the activities on the property (from ping pong to hot tubbing to hiking) kept everyone busy. The location is remote enough to totally decompress, but also close enough to Winter Park to easily go skiing or go into town for dinner. What an amazing adventure!

3 Bed. 3 Bath - very very spacious, wonderful amenities like a lake with 2 mi walk track, large pool, bar and music at pool, very polite staff. Only thing I would advise others who book is to bring your own supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent liquid and white trash bags as there are just 1 of everything to get you started. Looks just like pictures and convenient to everything. However, the room rate per night is appropriate for this unit, but added in to the final total is $105 Cleaning fee $44.00 damage fee,and a $40 processing fee which I feel is excessive using VRBO

The condo was awesome! There is so much space to spread out, the rooms were wonderful, and the hot tub was perfect after a day on the slopes. But the best part is the location! It's a short walk to the end of the street to hop on the Gold express to Peak 7 or 8, and you can literally ski down the 4 O'clock run to a walking bridge 2 houses down the street. Short walk to downtown Breck too. Two parking spots worked great for us, our FJ cruiser fit perfect in the garage and our Escalade had room to spare in the driveway. We will definitely be staying here again!

Absolutely loved the house and our stay in Charleston SC. It is a beautiful and classy location. Everything we hoped it would be. Kids were a little disappointed with the living room tv set up (one channel and dvd not connected) but adults didn’t notice. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I loved staying in this townhome in Millville. So close to the grocery, restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Great for kayaking. You can put in right outside the house and go for hours. The house itself is completely redecorated and in immaculate condition. Plenty of room for the family. Loved it!

The Tiki Nest is a fantastic place to stay. It is super close to all the attractions, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The backyard is absolutely incredible and although it was freezing while we were here, my kids had the best time running around and playing. We had 9 people and we were all comfortable. The kitchen is super spacious and there are a lot of seats to accommodate people to eat. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Saint Augustine; David will help you with anything you need while you are here; he is very responsive!

This is the perfect location to enjoy everything on Pass A Grille. Quick walk to The Brass Monkey, Hurricanes, the Paradise Grille, and of course the beach. This is my favorite beach in the St. Pete area. The unit was as pictured, clean, comfortable and quiet. Make sure to watch a sunset from the roof top bar at hurricanes! If you are a sheller like me, just a quick walk to the south end where the better shells are.

Condo was very well stocked, beautiful view from balcony, and the portable air conditioner worked well and was essential as we had first checked into D-125 but that had no air conditioner and was intolerable. We appreciated very much the opportunity to move to this one and that it was available. The only negative was the Murphy bed. It was a big negative however as springs all worn out and impacted sleeping. Not sure if it is a trait of the Murphy beds or whatever but the D-125 had same type of bed with no springs left in it. Would not book either again unless upgraded.

This home was clean and new and beautifully laid out. There was clearly a lot of thought given to making sure that all guest needs were met. The kitchen is beautiful and the living area is even more spacious than the pictures show. We had 6 adults staying together and never felt cramped. The bikes and outlet for a golf cart in the garage made getting to and from the beach super easy! Highly recommend Now and Zen!

Our family included 3 grandsons (ages 1, 3, 4) and 6 adults. Our 6 year old dog was also able to join us this year thanks to the pet friendly option. The house was perfect and offered everything we could ask for- the pool was a huge bonus too! There was immediate response from iTrip reps including notifying us when the home was available for check in. I would highly recommend them and also this lovely home. Hope to see you next year 🤗

My husband, teenage son and I enjoyed our stay at the Turtle house. Everything in the house is brand new and clean, with many thoughtful details. We enjoyed grilling meals on the back patio, and visiting many of the local restaurants and coffee shops. Fishing at the causeway, purchasing supplies at a local bait and tackle store, walking and surfing at the beach, renting surfboards, are all convenient to this location. The neighborhood itself is ok. We greatly appreciated the beach towels, washer and dryer, electric tea kettle, outdoor grill and nice patio furniture.

This is a great spot if you need a place to sleep in this area. Make sure to bring all your own coffee /shampoo, etc. The owners have some “starters” but you can’t count on it. The remote control in our unit didn’t control the volume and although minor, we were there to just chill after all the holiday family time. It’s a clean unit but we have stayed at this complex before and experienced a much higher quality experience.

Loved Park City and staying at the Westgate! The location right at the mountain base was very convenient and the entire staff made our stay enjoyable. The valet service for skis and our vehicle was wonderful and made everything so much easier for us. The Westgate shuttle service into town was easy to use and very helpful for us as well. The room we stayed at was wonderful. Plenty of space, clean, and comfortable with a nice full size kitchen. So nice to return to after a long day of skiing. My son slept on the sleeper sofa in the living room. Seems like the mattress on it could use an upgrade and the light in the shower stall was out. Other than that the room and amenities were excellent. Would highly recommend to others and we would stay here again. Thank you so much for making our first trip skiing out west a pleasant experience.

We just finished our stay at Blue Heron Nest and wish we could stay forever. Everything was just as described and there was plenty of room for our party of 8 adults ( 2 had to sleep on bunk beds, but they're 18, so no big deal). The location was perfect- very short walk to the beach and the pier. We only had to get in the care when we needed to go to Publix. Comfy beds. Huge house with ocean views. Super responsive owners/management. I really can't say enough good things.

The house was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The smart TV was handy during a rainy day, and it was about 2 blocks from Dr George St and all the great shops and restaurants. And dog-friendly too. We will definitely be back.

Lovely apartment at Whistler Creekside, close to ski / bike lift, supermarket and bus etc. Easy to get to Whistler Village, and in a nice quiet location. The shower didn't work brilliantly and could do with an update, but the apartment is really comfortable and well fitted out.

We had a very comfortable and fun stay at Briarwood. Well supplied kitchen, beach towels, bikes, etc. The home is beautiful the minute you walk in when you look out at the pool with the lake behind it. Any issues we had which were very minor, Tammy was available to take care of. We loved the area, also. Easy to get to all that Naples has to offer.

We had two families stay in this house over New Years. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us to roam around the house and watch the bowl games on the big screen. We were very impressed with the care of the complex, the property is very well maintained from the pool to the grass. Had some noise from the condo next door but not to bad. Condo itself was in decent shape, the dryer itself was very old and should be replaced. Overall we were pleased and would stay there again.

Our family of 6 spent three nights here and really enjoyed our stay. It was easy to find, close to the airport, near great shopping and outdoor hiking. The house was obviously newly renovated and very clean. It really was a perfect way to spend some quality time in the Phoenix sun. We swam, we grilled out, we watched the NCAA Mens Basketball tourney on the big screen. The complimentary bottle of wine and Kuerig coffee were a nice touch too.

We stayed at Sail Away with our 4 kids, and it was a perfect home to relax and have fun. The home is spacious and clean, and we LOVED the outside area. We grilled and ate dinner every night on the lanai. The pool was so refreshing after the day at the beach. We rented bikes and could easily ride to the beach for sunsets. We even saw a couple of dolphins in the canal when we were relaxing by the pool. It would have been nice to have a kayak or two to take out on the water. Would also have loved to not have to pay to rent the bikes. Other than that, a perfect place to vacation.

We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation in "Top Deck" at Carolina Beach, N.C. The expansive ocean views and sunrises from both our 4th-floor balcony and the rooftop deck were breathtaking. The attention to detail by the owners was impressive, with monogrammed towels, lovely decor throughout the unit, binoculars, puzzles & board games, and beach chairs & sand toys provided for guests' enjoyment. All three bedrooms boasted comfortable beds and pillows, ensuring a restful sleep. The fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances made cooking meals a breeze, and everything was spotless and new. The direct oceanfront location was perfect, within walking distance of the boardwalk, and numerous shops & restaurants. We took advantage of nearby attractions including mini golf, hiking at two national parks, a golf driving range at a nearby resort, and mani/pedis at a nearby nail salon. We highly recommend this property, along with the exceptional iTrip property management company, for anyone seeking a refined, top-notch beach vacation.

This was the perfect stay for our Spring Break! I brought my 16 year old daughter and her friend for 5 days. The entire condo was very clean and nicely furnished. My girls loved the “clean beach chic vibe”. The balcony was also well furnished so I could work beachfront each morning. Lighthouse was clean and orderly and we were surrounded by families enjoying themselves each day! I highly recommend Lighthouse 911. First off when you enter the home its spotless. The decor of the home is spectacular. All the bedrooms are spacious. The pillows are so soft and smell really great. I don't know what they use on them but it was awesome. The house was fully stocked. We didn't have to buy anything as far as toiletries ,seasonings nd laundry detergent.The pool was nice and clean water was warm nd the views are breath taking! Lots of privacy beutiful neighborhood. Itrip was fantastic the whole way. They answered all my questions in a timely manner. I don't have not one complaint only wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely want to come back.

We are a family of three who found the condo an excellent place to stay on Crescent Beach. We loved the views and the fact that the bedrooms were on a separate level from the living and dining area. The unit was clean and we loved the extra protection of the gated entrances. The location is on A1A and within minutes of everything St. Augustine has to offer. We highly recommend this unit. We have stayed at North Beach 15 times in different homes and condos. Booking with iTrip in North Myrtle Beach is much better than booking directly through the resort. We received an early check in, and the process took about 60 seconds. We had a small Maintenace issue (slow shower drain), and it was taken care of right away. This house was very nice, and the layout was perfect for our family party of 11.

The unit 512 was perfect for our weekend wedding. We had 2 couples and an adult child. The unit allowed us all to have our own room and bath. We really enjoyed the common area as well as the kitchen. The only negative was it took us a while to realize how to open the door and also, we had a Terrible time finding the owner parking. No one at the front desk knew where the parking was.

The house is very clean and very beautiful. We had everything we needed. One thing would be a garage door opener but after speaking to James, when he came by to fix our remote for the TV , He told us that someone had taken it home in their car. Other than that everything was just great. We were only 3/10 of a mile from the location we had to go to for the breast cancer walk. The neighborhood is very quiet. James was a James was able to give us great directions on how to get to the restaurant, while avoiding traffic. We were using a golf cart to get around Again thank you so much work.

Great condo in West Maui with a partial view of the ocean. The grounds of the property were beautiful with great views of Molokai. We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed every minute. The kitchen was well equipped with the necessities. Being on the ground floor was perfect for kids, and the grassy area was a great place to run and play. Our family trip was awesome! The view is spectacular, everyone is very friendly. I wish we had more time to spend in the area, so much to see and do! Dolphins were seen everyday. Beach was clean and never felt over crowded but there were always people on the beach. The condo was very nice liked the set up had some wear, but not on the beach to sit inside for too long! The unit and the complex were maintained very well. Loved that there was an elevator and baskets to haul stuff up and down made it extra convenient! Can't wait for another trip!

What a great place for a vacation in St. Augustine Beach! So close to all the restaurants and other food places of St. Augustine Beach. Then, you're only a 10-minute drive (watch the drawbridge open and closing time) to get to downtown St. Augustine. All you need to do is pack some beach clothes and some food because this cozy place has everything including an enclosed, outdoor shower on the back deck to wash the sand off before going inside. They even have a beach buggy with beach chairs to make it even easier to get your stuff to the beach.

We stay at condos a lot in Carolina Beach. This is the best one so far. We will be staying here again. The condo is updated and has a beautiful kitchen and flooring. It is a corner unit and the 270 degree view is fantastic. Great view of the ocean. Easy access to the beach. I love the extra care the owners have taken. The mattresses are great, the linens are soft. Great quality towels. Even the hair dryer is top notch. I love that we were given detergent pods and a few paper products to get us started before we could get to the store. A very thoughtful touch. I will be booking my next trip as soon as I get home.

My family enjoyed our week on the Isle of Palms. The condo was the perfect size. One of the bedrooms had a second bed, which was used by our granddaughter and her parents.

This was a wonderful place to stay! We had 4 adults and 4 teenage girls (volleyball Nationals) stay here and had plenty of room! We all mentioned quite a few times that we appreciated that fact that we had space. The condo was decorated nicely and the rooms were quite large. We enjoyed time at the house pool when we were to tired to go to the community pool.

As our children have grown, we wanted to have a common gathering place were we could have a family reunion. We were very surprise at the spaciousness of the condo. It is well maintained and beautifully decorated. We used the indoor pool and outside hot tub as well as the gym. The beach was easy to access. My family ages 2 thu 76 truly enjoyed the area. There was something for everyone. My only disappointment was not being able to purchase parking for a 3rd car. Maybe at time of low occupancy there should be a way to accommodate more than 2 cars. But overall, this condo was great!

We had an absolute blast at the lake! Plenty to do in the area as well as a great community pool with rock wall and kids splash area. The little ones loved the bunk room and even a tiny table for their crafts. We enjoyed walking the boardwalk, watching the sunset from our balcony, and a comfortable night inside playing games. 10/10 would come back for a weekend stay!

The Warlock House is the only place you should stay in Salem. The pictures are incredible but they don’t even do this place justice. Once you walk through the front door, you are transported into another place and time. It is absolutely magical. Each room’s theme is like none other. The attention to details are just mind blowing It has all of the amenities and then some. My friends and I enjoyed our stay so much and we absolutely will be back

Westgate is by far the best all around family place in Canyons - steps from Gondola, awesome ski chalet/boot lockers, amazing poolx2, and top notch room! The suite was perfect and iTrip was super easy and friendly! Minor overbooking issue which iTrip handled behind the curtains and upgraded us to a 2BR! Thank you, Thank you!! This was a perfect house for our group of 6 women celebrating a big birthday. It was spacious, bright and the location couldn't be beat. We took advantage of the many areas to lounge around as well as the large kitchen and dining areas. We played pickleball at the nearby courts followed by walks on the beach. The hosts provided all of the information we could ever need and even left us a welcome gift! I highly recommend this house and wild dunes in general.

The condo was great! Very clean! The kitchen was fully stocked and the layout was well thought out. We were two families with 5 kids, 4 and under. We could have easily fit a third family with us. The staff was great about getting us pack-n-plays and high chairs. They offered plenty of extra towels and had humidifiers and fans in all the bedrooms. Having all en-suite bathrooms with a bonus powder room next to the living room was nice. Little things like having luggage carts and shopping carts in the garage made things a lot easier. There were several restaurants on the main floor of the building. Coming from Texas it was a bit of an adjustment not having AC was different, and it could get a little warm during the day. The location was awesome! It was quick walk to a little walking path near a creek and an awesome green space with playground & lake with a beach the kids loved! Quick drive to Vail or Beaver Creek. Would highly recommend!

I stayed at Fasching Haus and it was wonderful. A memorable trip for everyone. I will say, someone from the office on premise approached me and my wife on a Sunday at 3 or 4pm asking which unit we were in and told us to tell our kids in the pool to keep the noise down. She couldn’t find our reservation on her clipboard she brought out, but she went back into the office. It was a weird situation. She didn’t follow up or ask anyone else at the pool. Other than that, the location was awesome, the units have incredible views. Would stay here again.

We stayed at one of their properties in Marblehead Mass in Old Town for a Thanksgiving family reunion and it was an amazing property. Upon arrival to a (different) rental we had an issue with the heat not shutting off and contacted Liann right away. Liann was very understanding and worked diligently to find us another house right away. With-in 1 hour Liann found us a new house, MAJOR upgrade, and only a 1/2 mile away. The new house was a GREAT! The decor, the history, the furniture and the beds were awesome .... the list really goes on and on. Liann called us right away to make sure we were happy with the new place and the word happy is an understatement!! We cannot thank Liann enough for her 5 star customer service. Your care and fulfilling our needs was spot on and made our Thanksgiving something we will always remember. Thank you so very much. I would highly recommend itrip Vacations to family and friends and will from now on look to them when looking for a vacation spot!! Liann you are the best!

I highly recommend this town home for your whistler stay. Everything about it is calming and beautiful. The furniture is simple and elegant. The decor is gorgeous: white walls and linens, beautiful art and stunning views of the mountain out of large windows in the living room, dining room and bedrooms. The kitchen is gorgeous with great appliances (Fisher Paykel fridge, Blomberg dishwasher....). I don't normally like to cook on vacation but I couldn't resist in this kitchen. Everything you need to cook is there including a slow cooker and BBQ. Everything about this place is convenient: parking right under the unit, private hot tub on the balcony by the bathroom/bedrooms, in suite laundry, short drive to Whistler village. The little details make the place: Aveda toiletries in the bathroom, current books on the nightstand, puzzles and games in the living room, jewelry dishes in the bedrooms.... I went with my two daughters (4 and 6 years old) and we all loved it. They loved the room with the bunk beds for their stay. I can't say enough good things about this accommodation....there are so many good things about it! I can see going back there with my husband, girlfriends, family....it seems like it would work for any group.

First of all I have to say the name of the place had me ready to reserve: Love Shack! The accommodations are pretty much as pictured. The adjacent houses are pretty close to this one and there is another VRBO rental, Baby Love Shack, right behind this one. We didn't sit out on the deck but no worries - we walked to the beach which is super close to satisfy our outdoor needs. The location is relatively quiet. It is on a main road but not too busy and it quiets down as the day goes on. This place had all of the comforts of home, ALL the comforts. I was surprised at how many housewares were available. It was immaculate. The person(s) who cleans this place does a really good job. The host agency checked in periodically via texts and emails and I thought that was great. The sink had a slow drip in the bathroom. I post this in the hopes that it gets fixed before it becomes a problem. The floor tiles were beautiful but didnt all seem to be set? Some seemed loose. I felt that there weren't enough hangers in the closet as we prefer to hang our clothes versus putting them in the dresser. These were all MINOR issues but I felt worth mentioning. The location is one of the best things about this place. The listing is accurate as far as distance walking to the beach. Aside from the super convenience to the beach, we felt the location was also great for visiting places like Seabrook, NH, Maine (i.e. Portland, Kittery) and other parts of Massachusetts (i.e. Salem and Beverly).

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property! If location and convenient access to the beach are priorities, this home is ideal. It’s only steps away from the sand, which made it easy to carry our chairs, umbrellas and beach gear. It also gave us plenty of opportunities to take morning and evening walks to search for seashells. The house sits at the end of a quiet street and is within walking distance of a grocery store and restaurants, so we rarely needed our rental car. The home is a short drive from downtown St Augustine, which made it easy to explore its history, shops, and attractions. Our beds were comfortable, and there were enough bathrooms and showers to accommodate our group. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware we needed to prepare our own meals. There’s a small pool for relaxing and cooling off when we needed a break from the sand. The large deck quickly became a favorite gathering spot for the family. In the evenings, we’d sit in the rockers to watch the ocean and occasionally spotted dolphins passing by. We enjoyed looking at the lighthouse in the distance too. This home offered the perfect combination of convenience, comfort and beachy charm for our family vacation!

The Sea Life house in Lincoln City was very nice. It was well stocked with supplies. The Kitchen was amazing stocked with all that was needed. We were able to watch the large storm and the beach, through the many windows. We had a wonderful weekend.

We have been coming to this area for many years and have stayed in some really great homes, but 2408 Palm Blvd has it all. It really stands out as being one of the best we have ever stayed in. Having 2 levels with bedrooms and living areas was perfect for our family. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had some wonderful family dinners at the house. Each room is very spacious and the kids loved the bunk beds in the kids room. The balconies and back patio were so nice too. The furnishings are top notch and very comfortable. It is beach front so the views are wonderful. Perfect access to the beach. Heat pool was great and easy to use. Had fun using the fire pit. I would highly recommend this house! We were in town for a Cheerleading competition and the moms AND teenage girls loved the condo. The decor is super fun and beachy; the condo has everything a guest needs for traveling. Parking is easy, it’s just a couple buildings from the beach and an easy drive to all the OC hot spots! Roger is a great host-very helpful and responsive!

We stay in this property for 14 nights, its an awesome location, the condo its very safe and very well organized also very neat, the staff there are very friendly. Great size pool, excellent view of the sunset ! The apartment its like it shows in the pictures, except the owner replaced the sofa. The kitchen its a good size if you like to cook. The only down side its the mattresse in the master bed it needs to be replaced because its not in a good condition. Overall, we love to stay in this property we highly recommend !

We had a great stay in Hilton Head. The condo was perfect for my family. We loved the layout with the bedrooms upstairs and the living space downstairs. The condo had everything we needed for a beach vacation. It even included the beach essentials such as wagon, chairs, cooler and toys. Gorgeous home in Dundee, walk to restaurants and wineries!!! Well-equipped kitchen and deck with gas grill for dinners at home. Beautiful sunrise views from the upstairs deck!!! The Jacuzzi tub upstairs is perfect for soaking after a long day of wine tasting or hiking. Very clean. Only big disappointment was the hedge which is now blocking the view from the main floor- kitchen, living room, main deck, and coffee nook. If the upstairs smaller deck was not there I would have been really upset about this. We saw deer in the yard munching the hedge, wish I could have boosted them up to the top of it.

I have grown skeptical about how online pictures can embellish the property under review. Not in this case. The place was exactly as seen in the pictures so all expectations were met. We were pleasantly surprised to see how well the kitchen was stocked and at how well the bathrooms displayed a variety of toiletry products. The decor of the condo looked recently updated and we especially loved our view to the mountains and our proximity to the activity at the base of the slopes and trails. We had a question for the manager during our stay and we received a response within two minutes. When we come back to Steamboat, we WILL return here.

Such a beautiful and spacious home at our favorite place! My husband and I just had a baby and wanted to have a relaxing vacation. We decided on this house because we wanted to bring my family along to help and this house gave us a separate casita to not disturb the others at night. WOW this house surpassed our expectations- gorgeous views of golf course and mountains, beautiful heated pool and spa, spacious living room to watch football comfortably with everyone, super comfy beds, and each room with a separate bathroom! The furnishings were beautiful and thoughtfully chosen, making the whole home feel warm and inviting. We stayed in this townhome for a month and really enjoyed our time. The property managers were on top of things; the unit was immaculate when we checked in, and the weekly cleaning crew did a great job. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with enough pots/pans for us to cook our favorite dishes. The location is truly tremendous. Nothing was more than 5 minutes away and I didn't have to refill my first tank of gas for 26 days. We could walk everywhere: restaurants, shopping mall, trailhead, Trader Joes, etc.

I booked this home for a Labor Day weekend vacation with my husband and our three sons, two daughters-in-law and four grandchildren, 4 years old and under. The house was just perfect for our needs! So well taken care of and with so many amenities that we didn't have to leave the house to have a wonderful vacation! The heated inground pool was absolutely perfect and the whole family loved it. The kitchen was large and convenient, and the family room was great for play with the kids. And plenty of bathrooms and extremely large and comfortable rooms. Very clean and very comfortable. Plus the agent who we dealt with was very friendly and quite accommodating for some special needs that came up. I would definitely rent this property again!

This small one bedroom apartment is cozy and convenient. It sits above a shop on the Main street and in walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Only one reserved parking spot in the rear in a gravel parking lot. There is a bar/restaurant next door that stays open till 2AM, but the noise is not so loud and the bedroom is in the back side away from the festivities. The rental agent is very proactive and always reachable by phone. I would return here if I were coming here again. Charleston is nearby and is a great town for tourism. The beach is one block away. e

This was a great property and location. The condo was beautiful and spacious, it had everything we needed. It was on the quiet end of the beach so it was perfect traveling with young kids. Parking was easy and the elevators were fast, we rarely had to wait longer than a minute or so. The view was incredible and the property overall was very well kept, including the pools on-site. We had a wonderful three week stay at 4836 with our private pool! The pool was nice and warm. Our 3 year old grand daughter had a fun time in the water. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were newly renovated. We also loved the neighborhood for our walks and the various dinning options we walked to!

My son LOVES to fish and this house was perfect for that. The house had plenty of room for our party of 12 to spread out. Great closet space & drawers. Pantry was great space, too, but a little sad the 2nd freezer that was advertised wasn’t operable. Barry was very communicative and easy to work with. Wish it came with a golf cart and that extra fridge in garage was operable. Overall, we had a great experience and would certainly stay here again! Thank you

We had a great stay at Turn of River! It was very walkable to Folly Beach. We stayed in 1F. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We really appreciated the toiletries in each bathroom, especially the pumps in the showers. The beds were comfortable, the porch was peaceful, and the views were amazing! Everyone in Folly Beach was friendly. We enjoyed talking with so many local people and eating at fabulous restaurants in the town. We had a great time and hope to stay at Turn of River again in the future! Thank you, iTrip, for a wonderful stay!

Awesome condo. The view is amazing. Conveniently located near Pier Park-walk to shopping and restaurants. The beach is so close, just walk out and its steps away, The pics you see of the inside are exactly what you'll get. Condo was clean and well decorated. The free beach chairs and umbrella was a Huge bonus. We loved sitting in the rocker gliders and watching the beautiful Sunsets from the balcony.

Our family of seven (two grandparents, two parents and three children) had a great stay at Holi-day by the Sea. The rental unit looked just like the photos, but even bigger which isn't always the case. The unit is very well laid-out - we were all together, but could have privacy if we wanted. The living/dining area is open, inviting and we enjoyed eating there, playing cards and board games and chatting. The bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable, and there is lots of closet and drawer space for clothing, etc. The children loved having their own room...with a TV! The bunkbed and single bed set-up was perfect for us. The skylight is a cool feature giving added light to that room - including in the early morning. Almost every kitchen dish or utensil you could want was provided. If you're staying longer than a week, you'd probably move items from one of the cupboards to another to make room for your dry goods. This unit is VERY clean and well-maintained. (We reported a loose laundry cupboard door and got an immediate reply that a work order had been put in.) A quick 8-minute walk to the beautiful beach was easy for the adults and the children, and we went every day - sometimes twice. The beach wagon, 4 good beach chairs and a beach umbrella were much appreciated. We will happily recommend this property to others.

Orange street apartment is a great rental with lots of space and a great location. Perfect rental for 4 people. Bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfy. Bathroom is updated and has body wash, shampoo and conditioner for everyone. Living area has a nice table and chairs, couch and rocking chair. Plenty of room to wake up and relax, or settle down at the end of the day. Kitchen has everything you need and a full size fridge. Location is a few blocks from the fort and the st George street. Lots of restaurants within easy walking distance.

This house was fully stocked with everything needed to enjoy a vacation. It was clean and in a safe location away from traffic and traffic noise. The property manager was very responsive to emails, very easy to work with before and during our stay. We loved the house and will definitely return when we are in the area again.

This property was clean, spacious and minutes away from Disney park. We really enjoyed our stay! The only downside is that I feel like it lacked a few amenities like dish sponge and they only provide very limited things.

We wanted a relaxing vacation for a group of 5 girls, and it was exactly what we needed! The place was very spacious and just a short walk down the road to the beach. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals together, and the living room provided a cozy space for us to unwind after a day at the beach. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with towels. The host was also incredibly welcoming, offering us great local recommendations and checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a perfect getaway spot for a group of friends. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, beachside retreat with easy access to everything.

We cannot say enough great things about this house. The size was perfect for our family beach trip-11 people. The layout was perfect-1 queen room with private bath, 1 king room with no bath, 1 queen room with private bath. 1 two twin room with private bath, 1 two queen room with huge bathroom. The home was very clean upon arrival and was well appointed with beach towels, kitchen tools, pans and basic spices. The ice machine and drink chiller were added bonuses! Short 10 minute walk to Boardwalk 10. We will be booking again!

This rental was perfect for our family of five! It was spacious, with plenty of room for everyone, and the view (especially the sunrise) were absolutely beautiful. The unit was well-equipped, even though we didn’t end up cooking during our stay. The property itself had so much to offer, including a pool that our kids loved, plus fun activities like trivia and bingo. The shuttle service to the main locations in town was a huge bonus and made getting around so easy. We’d happily stay here again!
