The house was perfect!!!! Everything was clean when we arrived inside and out! The access to the beach was terrific and are neighbors were so friendly. It certainly makes you want to move to Marco Island!

We had our another amazing iTrip stay at Shadowbrook!! This was our third time staying in this condo complex and it will not be our last! Spotlessly clean, great communication from the staff, beautiful condo. Such a perfect and convenient place to stay if you are planning to ski, and there was a small hill outside the first floor entrance where kids could sled and play in the snow, which was amazing! 100% recommended!!

We were very happy here. Everything was new and clean, the beds were comfortable, everything worked, the tv was big! Nice location also, close to the train, restaurants, the beach. Also the management was very responsive to questions. The bathroom is tiny, you have to use the kitchen sink, but otherwise very serviceable. You have to bring some things if you want to actually cook in the "kitchenette", but we made it work. The fridge is a plus, very roomy. And if you want to share a bed, snuggle up! The beds are double. All in all, we would recommend this place.

This was our first visit to Kiawah. Quiet and relaxed - no crowds! The villa was a perfect location overlooking a lagoon and a very short walk to the beach. We highly recommend this villa.

Overall great stay. Condo location was close to alot. Easy walking to many things. High floor had great views. Really enjoyed the stay. Outdoor furniture was better than pics on website. Picking out just couple things that would have made it even better, need better pans. Not many pans as well as older. Could use couple new mattress for master and 2nd bedroom. Wasn't terrible but definitely could be better. Stove needs leveled. These few things didn't ruin the stay or overall feel of condo. Had an issue that was reported and fixed quickly. Good communication with booking managers. Really enjoyed staying here. Would stay again.

iTrip was a great host, very easy to communicate with and responsive. Condo is in a great location at the base of Deer Valley, right next to the St. Regis. 3rd floor gives you great views, and has 2 separate balconies. We had 6 people, there is plenty of room and the living area is spacious. Underground parking is great.

We had a group of 7 guys stay at 1197 Lowell through MLK weekend. It was a great condo for this size of group with enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The condo is well maintained, well stocked, and the directions provided by iTrip prior to arrival were easy to follow.____We had a few hiccups after check-in and iTrip was very responsive via text and fixed them right away, so their service was really great.____The condo is in a great location - a couple blocks from the Resort Center/Payday lift and then a .5 mile walk to main street. It is on a hill, so if you walk to the slopes or to town, you do have quite a bit of a climb to get back to the condo. And the "ski-in" path was difficult to find, so make sure you ask iTrip where to look for it before you try to end your day!____I'd definitely stay here again and I'd definitely use iTrip for future bookings as well.

Our family loved the accommodations at Fairway Five Clubhouse in Kiawah. The house was beautiful and so perfect!! Well maintained and spotlessly clean which is very important to me. After an unexpected delay in planning a beach getaway, we booked The Nautilus at the very last minute. The booking, check in and check out was flawless and there was no way for it to have been any simpler. The cottage was very clean and comfortable with a more upscale feel to the furnishings. Trying to book last minute, I saw plenty of rentals offering hideous decor and ugly thrift store furnishings so I was doubly pleased to find a nice unit at a reasonable price. The beach is immediately across the street with an easy boardwalk. The pool is small but nice with the lagoon view. The pier was not usable but that was stated up front. When it is repaired it will be another plus for a spot to relax. The location is convenient but still a little out of the busiest hustle and bustle. The only drawback is the stairs. There are a lot of stair steps so be sure you can handle that. I struggled a little but that's just an age thing. Overall I was exceptionally pleased and would both recommend The Nautilus and stay there again myself.__

We will defini Consider staying here again. Perfect space for our family of five, with the younger two loving the bunk room, our oldest enjoyed his own spaces downstairs with bedroom, bathroom, and tv room to himself. My wife and I loved the upstairs oasis. The access to the snowflake lift was awesome - walk about 50 yards, strapped my board on and shredded down to the lift. The location is also only a few blocks from drop off for our kids snowboard lessons at Beaver Run. Really great spot in Breck! The kids also loved hopping in the hot tub with us in the evening before watching a movie on Disney+ in the living room and then tucking into bed. The garage fit our Grand Wagoneer (snug but it fit). And the driveway space was great for the evening we had a sitter. Great checkin and checkout communication. We had no issues that required reaching out during our stay, but received a text from the team reminding us they were available if needed.

Beach Breeze was a great house & great location to the beach & pool & everything in the 30A area ! Could view the ocean from the 3rd floor porch & enjoy a cup or coffee! We enjoyed our stay ~ love this beach ~ will be back for sure !!!

We had a great weekend at the Antlers at Snowflake Life. The condo was spacious, very comfortable and had a great location. The multiple levels were great for us traveling with teenage kids and their friends. We basically had our own quiet floor. The condo contained everything we needed for a fun filled mountain weekend. Breckenridge power did go out one night during our stay and the management of itrip was very responsive helping to get our car out of the garage at the crack of dawn. Thank you for a great weekend!

My family enjoyed this clean, spacious, and well-equipped home. Bedroom and common spaces were larger than anticipated from the photos. Amenities exceeded expectations! The kitchen was well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio, kitchen and pool. Kim was superb in communication, and exceeded expectations to make our stay comfortable and memorable!

My adult children and my husband and I attended a family wedding at Beaver Creek Lodge this past weekend. We arrived late in the evening after driving up from the airport in Denver and were thrilled with what we found upon arrival. The condo is beautifully decorated and the lay-out of rooms provides privacy and comfort. The master bath and bedroom are beautiful,and the living, dining and kitchen area are open floor plan with lots of windows to enjoy views of the mountainsides. We fell in love with Beaver Creek and will return as soon as we can. Thank you for a fabulous stay! Local hikes and local restaurants were a real treat.

We had a great trip and iTrip was very easy to work with. From the reservation to check in to check out they couldn't have been better to deal with. We arrived late after office hours and it was still a breeze to check in. We also had an issue with one of the bathrooms at 10:00 at night and they made sure it was taken care of right away. Also had someone follow up the next morning to make sue we were good and didn't need anything. Will be using their services again I'm sure.

We spent a week at this spacious condo. The location is wonderful. A quick walk to the beach and just far enough away from downtown to be peaceful when you need a break. We loved the pond full of turtles that would greet us every time we sat on the back deck. The unit was very clean and the pool/patio area for very well kept. I will definitely be returning to stay in this unit again if possible!

We had a 4 day family get away and the property was perfect for us. the separation of the bedrooms was ideal for our family. We had everything we needed and loved being in the cul de sac and just enjoyed sitting out on the deck enjoying the cooler weather. Would definitely stay here again!

Our vacation starting Sunday, going pretty good but having a little problem with the remote on the TV and it’s been quite cold here so we’ve been trying to adjust the heat and having some problems with the new thermostat ., I put new batteries in the TV remote but it still don’t seem to help very much .

We stayed in 413 the week of Apr 23rd and had a fantastic week. The room was just as it was described on the site and the welcoming bottle of wine and card added a perfect touch to our first night. What a great spot in St Augustine for our long weekend away. The cottage is well cared for and very charming. The best part is the location...walking distance from all of the historic sights (10 minute walk), but in such a quiet peaceful part of town. It was so great after a busy day of hustle-and-bustle sightseeing to retire back to our cozy and quiet retreat. Would definitely highly recommend!

Found carpet dirty, smoke detector on counter ( put battery in and reinstalled ), ceiling fan light kit loose in den, door handle on sliding door in master bedroom needs some work .. such as reinstall bottom bolt. Shower in tub too slippery .. maybe causing an accident . Now the good stuff .. very nice to stay, new appliances are great !!, would recommend this nice condo to everyone. Elevator.. do not have to walk upstairs.

This was our first time staying at North Beach Towers and using itrips. Itrip was awesome to work with from start to finish. We were able to check in a few hours early with no hassle and no extra fees after driving for over 10 hours. This was priceless! Condo was beautiful and clean and was in a perfect location.

Not gonna lie the outside of the condo had me concerned especially being right next door to sleep inn and gps saying we were goin to sleep inn. Once we got inside the condo I was so happy. Exactly as pictured and everything I was wanting and very clean.

We enjoyed our stay at the Easy Breezy. The view from the condo is great. The condo was clean and had been updated recently. We also enjoyed how easy it was to get to the beach and pool. It is also very close to the board walk, the teenagers loved to walk down there. No need to drive, since it is only 3 blocks away.

We originally had plans to split a house 3 ways in OB but plans fell through so we found this place and paid for the WHOLE house with our portion that we were contributing to the other house. The location of this house is PERFECT! It's SO close to the beach access and I love that it's a relaxed, laid back beach, but if you want to do the touristy beach stuff, it's right down the road (our teenagers really enjoyed the boardwalk). The bunk room was great for our teens and their friends and it was so nice to be able to bring our dog with us (and the house didn't smell like some "pet friendly" homes I've been in! No evidence of pets being there other than the thoughtful extra dog bowls and waste bags outside). Fort Fisher beach was a great visit, right down the road, as well. Thanks itrip for being so accommodating and responsive throughout the week and making sure that everything was just right! We will be booking more vacation homes through you!

Location was perfect with the beach access right across the street. Approx a 5 minute walk. The beach wasn't too crowded. Home was very spacious. It was also very clean when we arrived. Having a full size washer and dryer was very convenient. We had problems with the AC but it was quickly resolved as soon as we called. Easy access to the pool (literally a few steps from the door). It's nice to have 2 designated parking spaces for the unit. If you have more than 2 cars, finding parking can be difficult. We noticed that the dining table was slightly wobbly and so as the bunk bed, may need to be tightened/secured. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

We just spent a week here and loved the house and the location! It was a last minute booking and finding a place that allows dogs is hard to come by so we were a little hesitant. This place far exceeded our expectations and it was even better than the pictures. The local neighbors were lovely and we really enjoyed them and their dog! iTrip was so easy to book with and made everything very so easy. LOVED not having to check in at an office first. The A/C is a total bonus and necessary in Steamboat during the summer days! This was our 6th summer trip to Steamboat and we would certainly book here again.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to vacation! The location was tranquil but also close to the pool and short drive to restaurants and shops. Beach access was very easy. The house had plenty of space for four teenagers to do their own thing. Great floor plan to maximize privacy and each group had a full bath. We loved the decor and comfortable furnishings. Kitchen was fully stocked. The screened porch and two balconies were great little retreats. Was fun to see golfers come by every now and then but it was still very quiet. The area felt safe for teens to go to the pool and explore the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Was very straight forward and easy. Host was great, instructions were clear. Spent a few days on a bachelor party playing gold and enjoying all the town had to offer. Would recommend to anyone interested in staying in this area and would stay here again!

I rented through VRBO and selected another Condo. Josh contacted me a few days before and said it would not be available due to some repairs being done. He moved me to this Condo which was quite a bit larger than the one I selected. I arrived around 8 PM and found this Condo had not been properly cleaned. Normally this would result in a less than stellar review however when I contacted Josh he took immediate action. Apparently there was a miscommunication with his cleaning crew. Josh sent the crew out right away and they did a great job in a short amount of time. We ended up having a great week there. Thanks Josh for making things right.

This property is close to everything in Pigeon Forge. The neighborhood was quiet with lots of shade to hang outside. The pool table house was a nice addition. Plenty of cookware, coffee station, and anything you need in a kitchen.

Was a great stay! The description of property was spot on. Very uncommon and unique. Well thought and detailed floor plan. A fantastic space to relax and unwind in quiet neighborhood close to many great restaurants. Located close to st rt 55 for a scenic drive to McCall. Awesome, secluded yard with many interesting plants and trees as well as fire pit, grill and patio. Loved it!

As advertised, clean and updated condo. Easy booking. With current construction on condo complex it is hard to figure out which unit is which, but this is a short term problem! Suggest having a method for recycling cans/bottles (sign on garbage dumpster says to take them to the town recycling center). Great location, everything very easy. Thanks for the bottle of wine!

well equipped, close to amenities, clean and inviting on arrival. Excellent centre for easy access to recreation: golf, beaching and biking either on the beach or access to cycle paths. Accompanying services were top drawer: restaurants, bike rentals, tourist info, cruises and sport fishing.

We stayed at The Willow while in town visiting family and absolutely loved everything about the home! It was newly renovated and you could tell. Bright colors throughout the home, beautifully decorated, high-end finishes, comfortable beds, nice backyard (with private pool and hot tub), and the management company was the cherry on top. Check-in was seamless, we were offered a late-check-out, and were left a very nice welcome gift that included wine, sparkling water and snacks. Highly recommend The Willow and we'll definitely be back.

The house was awesome and the location was perfect. We rented bikes for the week and they were waiting for us when we got to the house. The sand on the beach is very dense making it perfect for the bikes. We played pool almost every night. The table is a great bonus for a vacation stay.

Absolutely wonderful experience for first time Myrtle Beach vacation. Unit was as advertised, immaculate with all the amenities. Spectacular views of the many pools, and of course the ocean! We had an issue with entrance…(could not unlock with key) to the unit and was resolved by staff in about 30 minutes, wow! Can’t say enough about our stay. Thank you!

Wonderful 5 week stay on Sand Key in this great Crescent Beach Club condo right on the beach. Condo was as described with the perfect view of the beach and dolphins every day. Comfortable living room and master bedroom. Minor issues were resolved promptly by Itrip. Already booked this unit again! Unit needs new trash can in kitchen and balcony flooring is very worn/stained.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute house! The best part was the CLOSE location to the public beach by cutting through a short nature path. It was beautiful. We loved Butler beach as it was never crowded. Truly serene. We also loved the private pool and charcoal grill. It was a great way to cool off at the end of the day. This is an older house but well-maintained. The set up of the rooms may require some flexibility with your party because not all bathrooms are full baths so there is some sharing of space for showering for larger groups. The kitchen had most of what we needed but I would recommend bringing your own non-stick skillets if you are planning to cook. The elevator also came in handy with moving in and out and it was just plain cool. 😃

The home is beautifully decorated and maintained in a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of space for our family of four plus my parents who could stay in the primary on the main floor. There was even a green grassy space for our dog to roam in. The home was stocked with all the essentials from linens, kitchenware, games, and pool supplies. Thank you for a great stay.

We had a nice long vacation at one of the units in Tristan Towers. When we arrived we found the unit spotless and in great condition. The beds had fine light linens and slept well. But the most impressive thing about this unit is the wrap around covered patio and the view. It overlooks the old English navy harbor and has a fabulous scenic panorama of the water. The property manager was friendly knowledgeable and outstanding in response time as we had a minor plumbing issue that he came out on a weekend and fixed himself. This condo is very nice. I am considering leasing it again next year. The condo is furnished very nicely and has a beautiful view. There is one thing with the resort itself. They continue to have issues with the elevators. This is no fault of the owner of this condo. However, it needs to be addressed with the resort.

A very convenient Beach house. In the time of covid, I booked an extended trip in order to quarantine and visit with my mother according to guidelines. The house was a perfect spot to walk the beach everyday and get a slice of pizza or order take away BBQ.

We had 11 of us in 3 condos! Four grandkids under 5 years old. The grounds were perfect for them, a great pool, small beach, grassy area to run around and a covered patio with tables near awesome grills that we ate at as a family 3/4 of the time. The view was great, we were able to watch sea turtles feed at the rock right off the patio. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Parkview Villas. As the name suggests, this unit is located right on the greenbelt with gated access steps from the front door. The condo complex is quiet and has a beautiful pool and hot tub area on the grounds. The neighborhood is safe and getting to the sites and destinations of Scottsdale from this unit is easy. The unit itself, a two story unit on the 2nd/3rd floor, is bright and updated with inviting decor and furniture. Two bedrooms and two baths was perfect for two couples. There is enough common living space to spread out and make yourself at home. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom nicely appointed. Access to a 1-car garage was a bonus, with additional parking around the complex. We will make checking the availability for this property a priority for our next visit to Scottsdale. We recommend you check it out too!

My friends and I had a great stay at Sunny Side Up. Steven provided instructions for a smooth check in, as well as details about the rental, resort and beach. The condo is tidy and well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies and beach gear. Pool and boat docks just steps away. Serene and clean beach is walkable, under a mile. But also drove and didn't have a problem finding parking either. Convenient location to Charleston as well. Thank you!

The house is well-stocked with everything that we needed. Bikes, wagon, pool toys, beach chairs etc. are all there. The outdoor space is just what we needed with little kids. The hot tub and pool were clean. The grassy area is also nice, there are some yard games provided and we all had fun playing them. Although the property is on the main road, it was quiet and private in the backyard. The property is nicely located, within 10 minutes of everything on the island.

We went to Breckenridge for a girl’s ski trip and really enjoyed our time. The unit was smaller but had the perfect amount of space - 2 king beds. Also the hot tub is a shared amenity but very nice/was always heated so that was great too. Walkable to the town center and gondola (but we ended up driving to gondola since we had equipment). Would stay here again.

We had a fabulous mini vacation at Canyon Lake Treehouse! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked, but the best part was the backyard!! Not only was it the coolest treehouse my grandson has ever seen, there is a fire pit with seating, a long table and chairs that we ate plenty of meals at, there were lots of deer and fireflies!! Also Cranes Mill Marina is really close, so we rented a boat for a day! We can’t wait to go back!

Had very nice stay. Please check sink faucet in bathroom, flow of water from faucet was insufficient. Outdoor shower for this unit was missing, not a problem as we didn't need it. Parking was a little difficult with the large trailered boat next to the building behind this complex. I would still recommend this place. It was clean, the appliances were modern and worked well. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. The bed and furniture were comfortable. The view from the balcony porch was great.

Our stay was wonderful due to to the home we stayed in. The pool made the difference. The beaches were beautiful but on the holiday weekend, crowded and parking was scares. So, the 3 bed and 3 bath was spotless, well equipped and TVs everywhere. The canal was quiet and the covered porch was huge, and we used the BBQ. Resteraunts in the area were nice. We would return for sure.

We loved it! The location was great and close to everything but just far enough away you have some peace and quiet. The kids loved the heated pool and we spent many hours enjoying it in MARCH! The access to the garage and ALL the beach toys, carts, coolers, and bikes…absolutely excellent! The only thing I would suggest is adding some blankets for the living room. It’s a small comfort feature many enjoy when away from home.

I stayed with the family in this wonderful house for the week of Christmas. The location cannot be beat nor the price for what you get. It was an easy ride to Beaver Creek (minutes) to ski and shop. My two nieces and nephew came along and it was great for them to have their own space downstairs as the 'older generation' took over the kitchen and living room. Robin and team were prompt with any issues (we needed some vaporizers as the altitude was playing with our sinuses) and/or questions. Great stay, highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved our time here. The view is a "wow" from the time you pull up to the ledge and you only find yourself saying "wow" throughout your stay as you experience sunset, clouds, stars, etc. We have traveled a lot of places, but this view is unique. And what's crazy, I didn't even know Lookout Mountain existed outside of Chattanooga. Awesome stay!

We stayed here for our family vacation before school starts and the place was great! The pool was perfect size for the kids and there was tons of places near by. We went to Legoland which is about 45 minutes from here but still wasn't a bad commute. This is the second time using this company for rentals and they have been great to work with both times. Our group of seven at Blue Horizon included three teenagers, parents, and grandparents. It was perfect for everyone. We had easy access to the beach, a large pool, and gorgeous views from the balcony. It even rained a few times and we could all sit outside and stay dry! The condo was very clean and comfortable. I told my husband and family that I wanted to go to the store once and then not leave the condo, except for the beach and the pool. This unit was very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and such, that it was actually possible! They did convince me to venture out for lunch one day and church on Sunday, but for the most part, I could simply enjoy the setting and not worry about traffic or waiting in lines! Now THAT is what I call a vacation.

We absolutely loved this condo at Napili Shores Resort in Maui. We have stayed at many different ones at this resort over the last 11 years and this is definitely the nicest one. Very nice property and really easy check-in process and information flow. Only issue was HVAC. It was too warm in the condo and adjustments to the thermastats had no effect. It wasn't a big enough issue to call in. Another external issue: there was ice on the outside stairs on the slope side. it made the stairs a little dangerous.

This house was perfect for our visit to the academy. I loved the charming decor. The kitchen was perfectly well stocked to make some comfort foods like French Toast and grilled cheese. The beds were so comfy. As described, there is no en-suite so we did have to share the upstairs bathroom. The downstairs bathroom was European with toilet and shower in one. We used just as a half bath. I loved the front porch for people watching and drinking coffee. Ok so this house is also about location location location!!! It literally is steps from Main Street. We walked in an out of Gate 1 with ease. Even though we were close to Main Street the house was still very quiet.

It is hard to find the words to describe how beautiful this property is. We had plans to do things, but nobody wanted to leave the home. From sunrise to sunset the views up and down the beach are absolutely glorious. Countless hours of ping pong, relaxing by the fire-pit, and oceanside walks were enjoyed by all of us. The kitchen is thoroughly stocked and the entire main floor allows the entire group to spend time together make some truly incredible memories. We are already planning when we can come back.

We just returned from a week in this wonderful well maintained condo. The condo is just as pictured. The kitchen is outfitted with just about everything you would need to cook. Beds are comfortable. Condo comes with beach towels and various beach toys such as boogie boards, sand pails and beach chairs. Where the condo is located is steps away from the pool and the beach. Groceries can be found at Bailey's general store (about a mile away). Their deli and bakery is awesome. Plenty of fruits and vegetables as well. Beach water was like bath water and is shallow for quite a distance making it ideal for children. As a reminder, noseeums are prolific in Florida and they will find you and leave you covered with itchy bites. Forget the natural insect repellent and go with one that is at least 98% DEET. You will thank me later for this advice. All in all we had a wonderful trip and hope to return next year.

I cant say enough good things about this condo. The location, the balcony, pool, beach and ocean were over the top. The condo was spacious, clean and furnished very nice. The convenience of Johns Pass was wonderful. We had plenty of hot water and the pressure in the shower was great. We definitely will be booking again and recommending it to our friends and family. I would like to make one recommendation. You could tell new drapes had had been put up in the living room. It would be more pleasant to the eye, if whoever hung them had ironed or steamed them. You could tell they had come straight from the package (they were very wrinkled). They were gathered so tight on the pole it made it very hard to pull the panels apart. Honestly, vertical blinds would be great in this condo. You would be able to take full advantage of that beautiful view. I used clothes pins to hold the drapes back. What an absolutely wonderful week at Sandy Shores for the two of us. We were blessed to have found this rental on line. Thank You.

This place is great. It has everything you need in the most efficient space. We were 4 adults and there’s plenty of space to store things. They have plenty of common spaces that are quiet and a great area to kick back and play games. It’s kept really clean. The parking garage was a plus but some days they would valet for you due to parking capacity. Stop at the local market and grab some goodies. They have a nice little kitchen. Otherwise you can buy egg sandwiches on property $5 daily. The ski valet is on property and not at the lift so you should be prepared to carry your skis up. Taking the right side walkway next to the shuttle stop is much easier. It’s a sidewalk vs numerous flights of stairs. Murphy bed was actually really comfortable. I will book again if I head back there.

I especially loved the open floor plan of the garage that made a great playroom for the grandkids when it rained. The beach access was quite beautiful to walk and it was only minutes away from Jacks, The Taco Shop, and Stir It Up:) Definitely a prime location for a perfect vacation.

We stayed in unit for month of July 2018. We also had two couples visit us on separate weeks. I repeat what others have said regarding convenient location to City Market and restaurants. Also very comfortable for 2 couples. The complex is kept very clean by staff and is very secure. Unit is fully equipped and elevator is a big plus as is the small fitness area. We particular liked its central location. Vail and Beaver Creek close by and a day trip to Aspen, Leadville or Breck. Plus walkable to weekly summer rodeo.

We had the most amazing stay at Aina Nalu. I'm so glad we decided to book here vs a resort. Will definitely come back. CONDOS - We arrived with a party of 12 and had reservations at C102 and C202, one condo on top of the other. It was perfect for us as we had 3 generations with us and the condo had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Pots, pans, dishes, cups, towels, laundry machine, pool and beach toys such as boogie board, beach chairs, even coolers for our road/beach trips. Kitchen was fully stocked. The bathrooms were beautiful with showers that stayed hot. Only thing is the bathroom door didn't lock in C202. No biggie. Beds were comfortable and although we didn't have a lot of bedding, we didn't need it because it was so Hot in Maui. If you get cold easily, you may want to request more bedding. AC blows cold! We definitely took advantage of it for our summer visit. GROUNDS - We cooked most days and even bbq'ed by the pool on one day. We usually hung out at the big pool but the big pool's bbq grills were not directly in the pool area. It was across the parking lot in a designated picnic area. We wanted to swim and bbq so we chose to the small pool for our bbq day. Here, the BBQ grills and pool are right next to each other. We had a mini pool party and it was awesome. The grounds were beautiful. The big pool had lounge areas with a big screen TV where we watched football while the kids swam. Ice maker doesn't make enough ice. It was always empty. We just bought ice, no big deal. Little lizards live in the fauna around the property, but they are harmless and cute! PARKING - Plenty of parking on the property for an additional $20 a day collected by the Outrigger, but we didn't need it because we always found parking on the street for free. Seems like everyone else also chose the free parking because the parking at the Aina Nalu was always close to empty with only a few cars. They should offer free parking to guests since there's so much of it! LOCATION - Perfect. Just a block from Lahaina Wharf Plaza and 2 blocks from the Banyan Tree. Smack in the middle of Lahaina. Walking distance to all restaurants and grocery stores. We walked to Front Street every night for dinner and to gallavant. About 7 min walk to Front street, Foodland for groceries, 808 Grindz for breakfast, Down the Hatch for long Happy (Aloha) Hours (3-7), bars, snorkeling gear shops, the ocean. About 4 min walk to Pho Saigon for Vietnamese Noodles, a food truck park with cheap and delicious Filipino food, Mexican food, Hawaiian food. 1 min from Church. 7 min drive to Westin Kaanapali and Whale Village. 10 min drive to Mile Marker 14 (Olowalu). 3 min drive to Baby Beach. 40 min drive to airport. BOOKING - Easy and simple booking with ITrip.net. Quick responses to any questions and concerns. They got our rooms ready fast on last minute request for early check in since we arrived early in the day. They were great to work with. Thank you!!!

We had a family Thanksgiving at endless horizons. The view from the top deck is amazing . We had a great time in the cabin. The children and the whole family loved the game room. It got a little noisy but that was part of the experience. Great open floor plan on the top floor for cooking, watching football and movies. Large table for eating and playing games. Fire pit for making s’mores and hot tub for relaxing. Memories to last a lifetime and fun experience for the family . We had family ranging from 73 to 7 and everyone was able to enjoy the experience.

The location was great for exploring the area, we even spent one day going to Astoria and Cannon Beach and the drive was not bad at all. We stayed in PH03 and overall it was really nice. It is in dire need of furniture updating in the living room area. The televisions for such a nice PH could definitely be upgraded, especially the tv in the living room. We had a few issues, but I must say that Robbie was dead on them and took care of everything quicker than any hotel would have!!! North Beach Plantation gets an A+, PH03 gets a B- because of the furniture and televisions, but Robbie get an A+++++++. Thanks for the pleasurable stay, memories, and we will be back! My family and I had an amazing experience. Myself, wife, and 3 little ones all got the best of everything. Beach/Pool, clean condo with everything we needed. The proximity to downtown SA as well as the river across the street gave us plenty to do. Pontoon rides, exploring historic downtown, and lots of great foot. This vacation was everything we hoped it would be. The resort itself was quiet and well-maintained, the beach access was perfect and the suite came with beach chairs, cooler and umbrella - which made our stay very comfortable. The beds were really comfortable and my hubby was able to do a little work in the mornings with the wifi provided. The kids loved the pools! Would stay here again, for sure!

We have stayed at Reef Club for 13 years now and used Itrip for the past several years. Always easy to book and very helpful when something goes wrong. They are quick to respond and I find them very nice. We love Reef Club because of the ease to the beach and pool. We cook out on the grill and also play a little tennis. Very family friendly. If you are looking for family time come here. Not great for romance as it is very loud and lots of children which is why we choose it for our family vacation. We are locals and love the convenience of staying close to home.

A Golden Retreat is a fabulous condo with a beautiful view. We have two teenagers and everyone was happy. Between marsh fishing, the kayaks, pool and beach we stayed busy. The kitchen had all we needed, the golf carts were in great shape and so was the grill. This isn’t our first stay on BHI or in Timbercreek and this is now one of our favorite BHI stays.

My family and I stayed at The Hamptonian for our race weekend. My dad and I competed in the Ironman 70.3 North Carolina triathlon and decided to stay here so the kids, my mom, my brother, and my husband could spend time at the beach and aquarium. The house was very inviting and so close to the beach. There were so many toys in the garage that the kids could use while at the beach. They loved being close to the aquarium and walked the trails around Fort Fisher. The house was well maintained and we received frequent emails/texts asking if we needed anything for our stay. Oh, and the kids LOVED the pacman console in the game room! :-) We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time renting a house out there, and there were no regrets! First off, the ownership company was VERY accommodating to our needs before we even booked it. All of our email questions were answered within 10 min, and they actually answered their cell phones when we called to confirm arrival. The house itself was amazing. It never felt like we were in someone else's house. The linen and decor was nice. Kitchen was well-stocked with previous renter's food and condiments and utensils. The house had an awesome pool and plenty of pool toys to use. Everything was clean on arrival and the bedrooms were very spacious. I will probably rent this house everytime I come out now. Very happy with my choice

My family and I (my husband and 4 children) enjoyed our stay at North Beach Plantation, specifically in Banyan 412 August 30th - September 6th. We've stayed at a few of the private homes at North Beach Plantation in the past but our stay in Banyan 412 was awesome and the best to date. Banyan 412 is exactly as shown in the pictures and the home was spotless and so was the private pool in the backyard. During our one week stay there was a thunder storm one night and first thing the next morning Robbie had the pool guy cleaning the pool to remove any leaves/debris that had blown in during the storm. Just awesome customer service! If we decide to visit North Myrtle Beach in 2016 we will definitely book either Banyan 412 again or a similar property that is managed by Robbie Branham and his team.

We had a fabulous stay at Sunset Park Place. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable. There were lots of fun toys for the kids and having the park across the street and outdoor chairs for the porch to watch them play was perfect! We also saw a bald eagle while sitting on the porch. What a delight! We enjoyed walking to the beach and seeing the sunsets. It was a short drive up to Astoria for all the fun activities there, too. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Starfish house. There was plenty of room for my wife and I, plus our son, daughter-in-law and two grand kids (ages 2 & 4). The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We spent most of our time outside on the lanai and in the pool and spa. We were even able to watch the Super Bowl outside. Plenty of floats for everyone to use. We took full advantage of the park and pickleball courts. The beach chairs and umbrellas were also put to good use on our many trips to the beach. I would highly recommend this property. We had one very minor issue, which was addressed and resolved very quickly.

This was absolutely a wonderful place! I would definitely rent again. I have rented a number times from these sites and I am always a bit skeptical that the pics are not what the unit is like. The pics are absolutely on the mark of the unit. In fact I was pleased to find out we were on the corner unit facing the beach and the bay side. We watched a sunset every night! Elevators were quick and in the garage they had plenty of hotel dollies to bring your stuff up. Only unit above us was I think a pent house.(it look like 2 units). U could rent bicycles down stairs but we didn’t do it. The beach is right across the street and from your balcony you can see the beach all the way down. You are a mile or two from all the entertainment and restaurants. I loved not being right where all the action was going on. We felt we were close enough without all the traffic.

We spent our Thanksgiving at Celtic Green with our family. The home was very clean, spacious and welcoming. The hosts were very responsive with our questions and we had everything we needed minus scissors! Beds were comfortable and we felt like we were at home. I would recommend staying at Celtic Green any time you're in Charleston. We will be back!! 5 Stars!!

The accommodation were not what we expected. The master bedroom was very large but the second bedroom was so small that it was uncomfortable for two adult children. Having said that, I cannot tell you how helpful Josh was. He responded almost immediately to every issue we had and even drove us to Keystone and back on Thanksgiving night for dinner because my son hurt his leg skiing and could not drive and I don’t handle snowy conditions well. He also loaned my son a pair of crutches and provided us with a website to check road conditions before we drove back to Denver to catch our plane home. The accommodations were not as nice as we had hoped but I would stay there again because of Josh.

Wonderful, picturesque location to stay in. The unit was clean and cozy-the perfect place to stay with a small group for a ski trip! Great host, responsive, and accommodating. Easy walk to the Canyons Village and gondolas. We loved cooking dinner in the well-equipped kitchen and soaking in the hot tub after a day of Park City summertime adventures. The pool was also enjoyable in the late afternoon.

This condo is in a great location: walking location to shops and restaurants, very close to the beach and has a less crowded beach area than other places. The condo has a different layout. Not bad- just different. The main living area is on the second floor, so if you can’t do multiple sets of stairs, this is not for you. We booked a very last minute trip (on Memorial Day weekend) so we were mainly looking for clean and good location. We got that. However, this condo could use some sprucing up and updating. Carpet needs replacing, new paint, siding falling off outside which caused it to slap the side of the third floor master bedroom all night in the wind, the sliding patio door is broken and very hard to open and close, upstairs toilet runs constantly, and the front door/lock needs to be worked on (it closes and locks- but with some effort). The downstairs bedroom is the garage with no windows. The beds are clean, the kitchen is nicely stocked, has a nice (partial) view of the ocean from the balcony, very close walk to the beach, and a large, uncrowded pool.

Bryan was an amazing host, and extremely communicative to ensure we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. The pictures are 100% what you get - extremely clean and beautiful. I recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in the CO foothills. I can’t wait to visit again!

This unit is a nice spacious 2 bedroom. We have stayed in it twice before, a few years ago. Easy to find, easy to park in front, and easy to get in (keyless coded entry pad). Short steps from the Vail bus stop to get you to either Vail or Lionshead gondolas. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, and having 2 full baths is great since we were two couples for a few nights. One note for the managers: some electrical outlets need a little TLC. Other than that, everything was great and we loved our stay.

857 Ketch Court has the best view of the Harbour Town marina. The room is very comfortable for 2 adults. The bed was great. The bathroom was a bit small but still fine for us. I highly recommend this property for a getaway.

Excellent location. Extremely comfortable home with easy parking. Close to everything downtown. We walked everywhere. The basement family room and bathroom was a big plus, allowing our kids a place to hang out while we were hanging out with our friends. Very spacious and well appointed. The property management was very helpful and always quick to respond to any questions.

My husband and I found this little gem, while looking for a nearby, peaceful, place to recharge. We definitely found what we were looking for, and more. The cabin is charming just like the photos. Bathrooms were close by clean and had everything you need for a relaxing, hot shower. The property itself is beautiful with paths that take you to the river, we watched a beautiful sunset, comfortably with chairs and pillows. Having the hosts available for questions and their rapid response gave us the peace we were looking for. Reading on the hammock, enjoying a hot cup of tea, charming, clean, and with everything all ready thought out for a peaceful stay. Highly recommend and will return again.

Kahana Sunset is a beautiful property. Our condo was spacious, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed, the property is immaculate with stunning views. Our unit gad 2 lanais where we enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails. Lovely pool area and picnic/grill area. Our family if 4 stayed 6 nights and there was plenty to do in the area. Convenient restaurants and grocery nearby. Loved it and would return, Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the house and the location. The I Trip people were very responsive. They replaced an outdoor grill that was not working. Brought us new pot and pan set; as we rented for two months. We rented it for January to March 1st in 2026 after such a great experience.

We loved everything about the house. There were plenty of spaces to have a private moment, we spent hours in the hot tub/pool and loved the amazing views from the shaded upstairs deck. We visited Publix frequently due to its very close proximity and found an amazing fish market. Any question we had about the home was responded to quickly and professionally. After staying on Oak for several years this has been our favorite rental. Thank you all!

the property was as described and viewed. the iTrip staff were very responsive to any pre-arrival questions we had. walkable distant to downtown and so convenient to have cars on site. wish there was an option to opt-out of the daily propane charge. with the great dining options there was no need for us to grill and that would be great to not to have to pay the additional daily rate. would go back when in the area again. thx for a great stay.

This is our 6th year of staying at The Palms in Treasure Island. The location is what keeps us coming back. Grocery store & Walgreens easy to walk to along with many good bars/restaurants. Need to update furniture. When we arrived couldn’t find many dishes in the cupboard. Found the dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Could not find a plug for the kitchen sink. Asked twice for one& never received it. Needed additional silverware & a dustpan which they delivered that day. For what they charge things could be updated.

We love staying at Calm Villa. This is our 5th year visiting for Fall Break. The setting is beautiful with the pond and trees all around. Such an easy bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club & Harbor Town - visiting both spots daily! The house is so well maintained, clean and well-stocked. We stayed comfortably with two families. Beds are all very comfortable. Always feels cozy and like home. Thanks for such a great place!

We recently stayed in an AirBNB home close to Beaver Creek. the home was perfectly situated with very easy access to Vail and Beaver Creek as well as other mountains in the area. My family was 9 people and we were easily accommodated in this property. The home was well equipped and very comfortable. We had a really great time and the skiing was awesome
