We hope you enjoyed your stay! Check Out Time is at 10:00 AM! But before you leave, be sure to:
 

  • Please empty the refrigerator.

  • Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle.

  • Please do not strip sheets but leave beds unmade.

  • Pile all dirty towels in the bathroom or laundry room.

  • If you have rearranged any furniture or placed any items out of sight, please put them back as they were when you arrived.

  • Please be sure to collect all of your belongings.

  • Please remove all trash and place it in the respective trash recepticle. 


*Please be considerate of the check out time since the cleaners need to get in to prepare the property for the next guests. A delay in check out will result in a charge of additional fees. Thanks so much and we hope you will come again soon!

MAINTENANCE

Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to the us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.  Check out instructions as provided must be complied with. 

HOLD HARMLESS

Tenant and all other occupants willingly occupy these premises.  In exchange for being allowed to occupy the premises, Tenant, on behalf of himself, his heirs, assigns, and descendants, agrees to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and forever discharge  iTrip or the Owner from any and all injuries, costs, damages, loss, death, or other claim or injury suffered of any nature whatsoever arising out of Tenant’s own negligence or gross negligence; the negligence or gross negligence of  the Owner or iTrip or any of its employees, managers, principals, owners, representatives, agents, authorities, leaders, or other person affiliated with it in any way; and the negligence or gross negligence of any other occupant in connection with the stay whether that be prior to, during, or immediately after the stay. By agreeing to these terms, and in exchange for being allowed to stay on the premises, you further agree that you will indemnify iTrip and the Owner and hold iTrip and the Owner harmless for any and all injuries, costs, damages, loss, or other claims made by all other occupants other than yourself arising out of or in any way caused by your actions undertaken in the course of your stay on the premises. Tenant understands that he/she does not have to stay on the premises and that without agreeing to these terms whereby he/she chooses voluntarily to waive any liability of iTrip and the Owner under the above terms, he/she will not be allowed to stay on the premises.

Sand Dollar Penthouse - Excellent!

Our family of four spent a week at Crescent Beach in the Sand Dollar Penthouse. It was great. The condo is very spacious, tastefully decorated and perfect for a relaxing and comfortable beach vacation. Everything was as advertised. The beds were super comfortable. Showers had plenty of hot water. Kitchen was well stocked and appliances were in good shape. We grilled out, played pickleball, enjoyed the pool and beach. The communication from David was just the right amount. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Leaking master bath sink !

Beautiful unit. This was our second year booking this unit. Mopping up the master bath floor was not on my agenda during my 10 day vacation stay. We feel this was not new news to management . We were very disappointed in the lack of response from itrip. We were lied to and the issue was never addressed / or fixed during our stay.

Our condo had a beautiful ocean front view, spacious rooms, comfortable mattresses and furniture. It was in a great location, close to St Augustine, local eateries and grocery stores. After settling in it became apparent there were things that I feel should be mentioned. * overall cleanliness satisfactory but floors, corners in rooms and baseboards were quite dirty. *fireplace kept cutting off. We bought and replaced battery. This solved the problem. *sink in master bath was clogged. We bought Drano which helped. As a last resort we removed stopper. I removed alot of hair and gunk. This made a difference in draining. *oven temperature display does not show temp. Lights on display don't light. Difficult to set baking temp. * Dishwasher would not turn on. Said 'rinse agent needed'. Went to store and got 'Finish'. Filled it and dishwasher worked. * there was no tub mat for inside of tub floor. Tub surface slick. I bought a tub mat for safety. * NOTE: Toilet in master bath not secure when sitting. Also there appears to be a hairline crack in the tank. * No can opener in kitchen. I feel attention to these details before we arrived would have earned this condo 5 stars. More attention to cleanliness and having batteries, maintenance supplies etc. should be checked before guests arrive. Overall a lovely stay in a condo that has excellent potential to be a 5 star destination.

Wonderful fall trip!

Four of us stayed here the second week of September and it was a wonderful trip and condo. Plenty of room and everything we needed even though we had rain, high winds and king tides several days. So one day of rain we did the trolley tour downtown which was also wonderful. One suggestion would be to have a Keurig in the kitchen otherwise we had everything needed. I would also add that Lazy Pelican delivered us a canopy and chairs the days we could get on the beach and that was a very nice service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sand Dollar. Thank you.

The Sand Dollar Penthouse was that, 6th floor views over looking both the ocean and the bay! I got to see land tortoises from our balcony. I was surprised by the free tickets to attractions and some other surprises when we got there to support locals. Everything was clean and stocked for our needs! Everything was as stated and he responded to texts very quickly when we had questions.

This condo was extremely nice at the Sand Dollar. The condo was clean, we had an amazing view of the beach, the pool was nice. Most importantly whenever I had any questions before my trip and during my trip I got a response within a short period of time, and they were very helpful. I highly recommend renting this property.

We had another fantastic stay at Sand Dollar Penthouse! This is my family’s favorite spot to escape to the beach for fun and relaxation! The condo is beautiful, well maintained, very spacious, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Good place. The beds are nice and firm. The shower water pressure is better than many other places. The bath towels and big and fluffy. The kitchen sink has a disposal and the freezer has an ice maker. It’s great to have a parking space in a garage. The building has one grill outside, and it’s a charcoal one like you see in a park (with no charcoal provided). A ceiling fan was broken – stuck at low speed with no way to turn it off. And it needed to run faster because that room was warmer than everywhere else. One bathroom had just one place to hang a hand towel – nothing for bath towels. It was gross and dirty under the couch.

Beautiful Condo, Incredible Views!

My family has stayed here multiple times, and we never want to leave! The layout is perfect for gathering together and privacy. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need, we love the abundance of swivel chairs and recliners, and the fireplace makes chilly mornings and evenings perfect for opening the balcony door to enjoy the sounds of the ocean without getting cold. The balcony is perfect for watching the sunrise and you can even spot dolphins playing near the shore! This condo is the perfect place to relax and make wonderful memories! We will be back!

Great beachfront location

This is a fantastic beachfront condo with amazing 6th floor views of the ocean on one side and intercostal on the other. It is probably the most amazing spot in the area. The pool is very nice and the beach is beautiful. Tennis courts and grounds are fantastic. The condo itself is very nice. You will not want to leave!

My family had a lovely stat at the Penthouse. The views are incredible. Communication was excellent leading up to our stay and any questions we had were thoroughly answered in our welcome guide. Everything that we could think of was provided for. It was truly a wonderful and relaxing time, even with three children! We hope to visit again!

Gorgeous Get-away!

Fabulous vacation location and lodging w iTrip’s Sand Dollar Penthouse at Crescent Beach, Florida! The condo had gorgeous views from sun up to sun down! What a beautiful view of the beach! Accommodations were top notch with everything decorated so lovely. There was plenty of room and everything was very clean and super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the fridge had a lot of space. Xplorie is a huge bonus as well to help with sightseeing & entertainment. Nice touch! The Sand Dollar III condo 607 was absolutely one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. Beautiful condo... water views from every window. Well stocked for cooking. Very clean. Even the construction noise couldn't take away from how much we enjoyed this unit. We definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful Penthouse Condo on the beach waking up to fabulous beach sunrises and later beautiful sunsets overlooking the marsh. The ambience of the condo was beautiful and the sound of the ocean was so peaceful. We loved our time in this little piece of paradise on earth.

Beautiful Ocean View

Spent the week at the Sand Dollar on the 6th floor (with my daughter and 2 grandchildren) which gave spectacular views of the ocean and the intercostal waterway. We loved seeing sun rises and sun sets. Everyone at iTrip was so great and accommodating of my every request! We had a fabulous time. Would definitely come back and recommend it highly.

Great quiet beach

Great location just 20 minutes south of historic St Augustine - sandy beach for miles each way. Penthouse (6th floor) with outside deck great for a romantic glass of wine or just a picnic with grandkids. Very comfortable beach living in clean environment. Everyone loved it.

A Dream Weekend

From the moment we entered the Penthouse, we were blown away with the views we were met with. The complex is beautiful and well-kept. We had plenty of supplies for our whole party for the weekend, and the condo was incredibly clean and spacious. Access to the beach and pool were a breeze. iTrip Vacations made us feel so welcome with a thoughtful note and delicious coffee. This is a getaway that we will always remember, and we will certainly return in the future!

Penthouse Condo with Breathtaking Views

This is a fantastic 6th floor condo that gives you spectacular views of the sunset and sunrise. It is the perfect getaway to maximize time at the beach. There are plenty of amenities: tennis, pool, beach access. The condo is very well kept, quiet, and convenient. This is perfect for a family vacation. We really enjoyed our time and will definitely come back!
