This is a wonderful home all the way around if you want 4 bedrooms each with a private bath. Patio on the lagoon with a fire table is ideal for coffee in the morning. The hot tub and pool set-up is also ideal and private. Location near PGA West and plenty of golf is ideal.

Great Home for vacations

We have rented this home three times now and enjoy everything about it, and plan on going again next year. Just a couple of minor issues, not of which we couldn't live with, because the house was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. 1.Towel bar in front bedroom is loose and should be looked at. 2. Outdoor furniture was very dirty when we moved in. Couldn't sit on it without cleaning it. 3. The air conditioning unit seemed difficult to regulate for bedrooms 2 & 3. Not a huge problem, however for the two couples staying in those rooms, it seemed to get very warm during the sleeping hours. Over-bed fans would help. We can't wait to return next year Richard Jenkins

Spectacular View from a Luxury Home!

Beautifully furnished home, extra high ceilings, and loved having a separate Casita for extra privacy too. The pool is too small for real swimming but perfect for just relaxing. The landscaping is beautifully maintained too. The kitchen is large, fully stocked with upscale plates, silverware, pots/pans, and every gadget you could think of. The large painting in the living room facing the TV is nicer than the one in their photos. The new one is colorful and fits the interiors better we think. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is an extra half bath in the center for ease. All the mattresses were very comfortable and the AC system worked perfectly too. We had one person in a wheel chair and another on a walking cane and both found the majority of the main floor without stairs to be easy to maneuver. They couldn't have been nicer at the Main Entrance Gate as well. All in all, a very comfortable, luxurious, and VERY CLEAN stay. I would return here again and again. The scenery from the Living Room and Dining Room is paradise!

Wonderful home for 4 golfers. All bedrooms and baths were great...not a runt in the litter! Surprisingly the pond setting out back was preferred over a golf course view. Kitchen was super nice. Will stay again next year.

La quinta wonderful house

This home is wonderful...very comfortable, well stocked, clean and looks out over one of the ponds. The pool is nice, but not represented accurately on the website...it is very small, but it is great. Furniture is nice, lots of games, great kitchen accessories. Overall, home and location is great and we would stay again but not through iTrips. However, the palm trees were being pruned. The fronds fell into the courtyard, creating a terrible mess, knocking down the lights, blocking access to the casita and blocking egress from the main house for hours. The dirt in our pool and all the community pools from the pruning was awful. We cleaned our pool, community pools were very dirty the entire week. Maintenance was performed on our patio (trimming bushes with gas machines) WHILE we were sitting on it!! Also, the management company was unresponsive to our emails regarding these issues. We encouraged the company to notify guests when maintenance of this magnitude will be occuring.
