We will investigate and make reasonable efforts to coordinate repairs or restoration. Restoration times may depend on utility providers or other circumstances outside our control.
Any refund, credit, or other resolution will be handled under the booking platform’s applicable policies and applicable law.
Access instructions
Your door code and arrival instructions will be sent approximately three days before check-in. For reservations made within three days of arrival, instructions will be provided before your scheduled check-in.
