Maximum occupancy
The maximum overnight occupancy is PropertySleeps guests. Please ensure your reservation accurately reflects the number of guests staying at the property.
Minimum booking age
The guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old. This requirement applies consistently to all booking guests; it does not prohibit children or younger guests from accompanying an eligible booking guest.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Please follow any additional smoking restrictions disclosed in the listing, including restrictions for balconies or other outdoor areas.
Pets and service animals

- Normal wear and tear and routine cleaning are expected.
Please notify iTrip promptly if electricity, gas, water, internet, television service, or another advertised amenity is unavailable or not working properly.
We will investigate and make reasonable efforts to coordinate repairs or restoration. Restoration times may depend on utility providers or other circumstances outside our control.
Any refund, credit, or other resolution will be handled under the booking platform’s applicable policies and applicable law.
Access instructions
Your door code and arrival instructions will be sent approximately three days before check-in. For reservations made within three days of arrival, instructions will be provided before your scheduled check-in.
If you have not received your instructions, please contact iTrip through your booking platform.
