The place was great, easy check in process we arrived late and had no issues except the gate code changed. Someone was nice enough to give it to us. We did use a pitcher but when we took the top off it was moldy. We will try to run it thru the dishwasher. But all and all so far a great trip.

All seemed great as I paid for the room and the email confirmations come back quickly. I noticed the door code to the condo wasnt included in the email. I emailed iTrip to inform them of this, so that I could be prepared. No response! So, on arrival to the condo, we had to call and walk around to try to find an office (which was closed). We finally called and was able to get the code to enter our room. The place was beautiful and clean and all we expected, so, the mixup with the door code was soon forgotten. However, We were in 2 different vehicles and was only assigned 1 authorized parking spot. The only additional parking was a visitor parking lot quite a ways from our room, with a tow away zone sign. I called iTrip again and spoke to a very nice lady and she assured me she would get me a parking pass the following day (Saturday), and to go ahead and park in the visitor parking that surely it would be ok for one night. I had my doubts but assumed she knew her what she was doing. So, my daughter parked her 2020 Toyota Corolla in the visitor lot. We all then left for dinner nearby in my vehicle... after just 2 hours we returned and her care was GONE! I immediately called iTrip for the third time in one evening, and informed them that the nice lady had assured me it would be fine. Meanwhile my daughter had to get up at 3am and head 1.5 hours away to go to work. They did get her car back to me quickly, but during the conversation insulted my intelligence by telling me that and email was sent providing details including my door code and passes. I then sent him a screen shot of the emails I did indeed receive, which DID NOT include this information. The places for them were blank for some reason. I understand that error occurs, but to be so rude and make a guest feel so incompetent after I had tried to correct the issue days prior with no return message, was unacceptable. It was a birthday weekend to remember , but not in a good way! Totally unacceptable and has definitely effected our decision to never use iTrip again! The lack of communication and then to try and pass the buck without even considering the fact that the mistake was theirs. Then to tell me inaccurate information resulting in my daughters car being towed and wasted time on our vacation. Unacceptable! The amount of money paid was ridiculous for the customer service we received. The room was all it was supposed to be and that is the only reason I gave 2 stars.

Hi Litia- We sincerely apologize for the misunderstandings regarding your stay. This is not a typical experience for our guests and we were glad the situation was rectified within a timely manner. Your positive feedback regarding the condo itself as being "all as it was supposed to be" is much appreciated. Hope you enjoy the remainder of your summer!
