Welcome to, "Heart of Seagrove!" This recently renovated beach home is located right in the "Heart of Seagrove" Beach on 30A! The home boasts gulf views, a private hot tub, and its own private beach access walkway directly across from the home! From the spacious front porch of the home to the gorgeous white sand of the Emerald, the coast is less than a 2-minute walk away! You are also within walking distance to formal dining, bars, and casual dining with shops! Your family is sure to love the home's private fenced-in yard, private hot tub, and spacious balconies, and each room has its own private bathroom. There is parking for 3 cars, and overflow parking on the street to the side of the home. The home sits on a large private fenced-in lot and gives you access to your own private sandy beach access walkway, located only steps across the street from the home.

As you enter the home you are welcomed by the home well-appointed chef's gourmet kitchen, complete with commercial-grade Thermador stainless steel appliances, providing you with the ultimate culinary experience!

There is seating for 9 at the large dining room table and additional seating for 4 in the kitchen's cute private dining nook. The home's main dining area is open to the family room so there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Here you will find a room drenched in natural light and complete with comfortable seating for the whole family! The flat-screen tv is the perfect place for family movie nights, and access to the spacious front porch makes it a great spot for that morning cup of coffee! Also on the main level of the home, you will find a guest bedroom with a King sized bed and full bathroom. This guest bedroom on the main level of the home makes it the ideal room for those family members who don't love the stairs! For your added convenience, this room also houses the home's stackable washer and dryer.

Upon entering the 2nd floor of the home, you are greeted by access to the home's spacious balcony. This balcony boasts views of the Gulf! It is here on this level of the home you will find the home's additional 4-bedroom suites! Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

Your family will love being able to go directly across the street to the home's private beach access walkway right down to the gorgeous waters of the Emerald Coast! After a long day at the beach, there is nothing better than ending your evening in the home's private backyard hot tub! Whether inside or out, this home has you covered so that your family will have a vacation they will never forget!

Cons: Queen bedroom bathroom sink had almost zero water pressure. Shower was ok though. No safety locks on exit doors out of reach for toddlers. Any kid/toddler can just walk out and go onto 30A/ the ocean, neighbors pool, etc. Needs child safety locks for all doors that lead to outside. People need to be aware of 30A traffic noise late at night. Kitchen door needs repair. Dangerous storage of large kitchen knives. (Kids & even an adult could easily cut themselves in how they were stored. Water comes in through windows in dining area Needed bulbs Rotten smell coming out of Master bathroom (upstairs) Could have used more bathroom counter space. One night there was a tornado warning; would’ve been nice to know safest area to go in those circumstances. Busted water hose Not a lot seating areas for the # of people who can stay there. Pros: Nice large kitchen with several sinks Great cook range and ovens Nice large dining table Great distance to beach Nice big covered decks Responsive manager Lots of hot water

Heart of Seagrove is just what this house describes. Great house for 5 couples with each bedroom having a bathroom. Very convenient to town for shopping and eating. Rented bikes and had a blast biking everywhere. Would highly recommend this house! We hope to be back soon.

Nice house in a great location

A sizable 5BR house right on the highway 30A. Public beach access is practically across the street. We enjoyed our stay. A few updates need to be made across the property like securing toilet seats and finding remotes for all televisions, but other than that it was seamless to check in and check out. Parking for 4 vehicles was a bonus.

Week at the Beach

Our family plus two others stayed at the Heart of Seagrove over Spring break. Between all of us we had 7 children under the age of 5yo. We stayed here because we had a last minute cancellation on our previous property and the hosts/staff were very accommodating with our request and needs and short notice booking time. The house is directly on 30A across the street from the beach. There is private access to the beach, but you have to cross the highway every time. This was a bit scary/inconvenient with small children, but wouldn't be a big issue if you only had adults +/- teenagers going. The kitchen had everything we needed except a coffee pot. We bought and left one there though so it shouldn't be an issue for future visitors. The rooms facing 30A do not have window coverings, so you have to close the storm covers on the outside of the house if you want any privacy. Also, the furniture, bedding, chairs, everything is white. This was nerve-wracking with small children, but again, okay if your kids are older or are only having adults there. Otherwise, the location is very central to everything 30A and the beach was lovely.

We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay, and that you loved the centralized location of the home =) We realize that 30A can be very busy during spring break which is why we recommend using the crosswalk to get the private beach access located directly across the street from this home. The traffic on 30A is the same all up and down this beach road, and is not specific to this location. For this reason we highly encourage all of our guests to use the crosswalk while walking across the street to the beach. We apologize that you did not enjoy the Keurig coffee maker, and thank you for also placing a new coffee pot in the home. Had you reached out to let us know you wanted a coffee pot instead, we would have been happy to bring one right over to you. The owner of the home has already purchased window coverings for the front rooms, so this will no longer be an issue moving forward.
