Indian Rocks Beach is just a 10-minute ride on the beach trolley to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, casino boats and dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. Ten minutes to the north, you'll find another marina and a variety of shops and restaurants at Clearwater Beach, also home to the Clearwater Aquarium. For a taste of city life, nearby downtown St. Petersburg, a 20-minute drive from the beach, is home to several world-class art museums, including the renowned Salvador Dali Museum, and popular attractions less than an hour's drive away include Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and the Florida Aquarium. For day trips, Orlando, Disney World and Sea World are a 90-minute drive and both the Tampa International Airport and the St. Petersburg-Clearwater Airport are within a 30-minute drive.

Great house and location! Love that it's pet-friendly and our dog enjoys the backyard. Very short distance to the beach and nice neighborhood to go for a walk. The house has everything we need & the beds are comfortable.

Our family had a great vacation at Stefys Place. The house was beautiful and very spacious. The back patio was an enjoyable place to have morning coffee. The beach was at the end of the street-just a three minute walk! The neighborhood was quiet. The itrip agents were very easy and nice to work with.

The house was beautiful. It had plenty of room for our family. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach. Just down the street. We definitely would recommend Stephy’s Place.

We had a bit of difficulty with the front door lock and called for assistance at 10 pm. VICTORIA was fabulous in solving the problem in a timely manner and made us feel like we were valued clients. The remainder of our stay was impacted by her capable and kind assistance on our first night. We will definitely return. Thank you Victoria!

Stephy’s place was really nice. We had a great time there with easy access to the beach and some really good local restaurants! Even better we were able to take our two dogs. There was a little public access on the intercostal a couple blocks north that me and the dogs stopped by daily to hang out for a bit and saw Dolphins playing. A couple of things to make the property better. Explain how to operate the electronic door lock. I loved having the code and not the key but had to you tube how to lock it. The king bed should be in the master bedroom with the amazing shower. Lastly, the fence needs to connect to the house. That was disappointing as we could just let the dogs out. Someone had to be out with the dogs. Overall great house, great time!
