We had a blast! We come to Clearwater every year have done for the last 5 years every October and always stay in bay harbour! Never stayed in 404 before this was a first! And first using ITrip! And we have nothing but positive feedback. The lift has been down the whole time we were in bay harbour which was a little bit of a pain. But other than that 10/10!! When needing assistance the team emailed back straight away! Beautiful condo! Would stay again! The only feedback I would give to 404 is a new bed frame in the master bedroom as the slats underneath have all gone and you can really feel it. Thank you for our beautiful stay! It was amazing and the balcony was absolutely amazing the views are something else!! Just one more great part in one of the cupboards there were children’s toys ( which we added to and left a few toys for the water ) and that just was a perfect touch as when my 2 year old had enough of her own toys to show her the toys in the cupboard she was so excited! Again thank you

We loved our recent stay on the Clearwater Bay. It was very convenient location within walking distance to the beach, a fun outdoor bar/resort across the street and shops. We especially enjoyed being able to fish from the docks behind the condos and the semi-private pool which was always quiet and calm. The kitchen was great and big enough to cook comfortably as we enjoy making meals while we were there. It comfortably fit all 7 of our family members and was a great place to make memories this summer. The price was affordable and the contacts for the rental were always responsive and helpful. We would definitely be happy to stay here again another summer!

**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Stay at 404, 600 Bay Harbor, Clearwater** My group of six adults recently stayed at 404 Bay Harbor, and I am pleased to give a great review. Upon arrival, the unit had just been freshly cleaned—everything smelled crisp and welcoming. We were immediately struck by how spacious it felt, easily accommodating all six of us. **Kitchen & Living Area** The kitchen is generously sized, featuring a large side-by-side fridge that handled our groceries with ease. The open layout flowed nicely into the living area, which even includes a pull-out couch—perfect for an extra guests. One evening, my daughter and her friend used it and had plenty of room and comfort. **Climate Comfort** The air conditioning worked brilliantly, providing much-needed relief from the hot, humid weather. We also appreciated the strong ceiling fans too. **Bathrooms** With three full bathrooms, morning routines were a breeze—no waiting in line for showers or mirrors! The master bathroom is HUGE with double area sinks. **Balcony & Views** A highlight was our balcony, where my elderly parents watched dolphins swim in the marina almost daily. The view was simply gorgeous and very relaxing. **Location** The location couldn’t be beat—just a short walk to the beach, a convenience store around the corner, and plenty of dining and drinking options within easy reach. ### Helpful Notes We want future guests to know a few minor things we encountered—but they shouldn’t impact your experience, since they don’t detract from the overall greatness of this rental: * **Towels & Laundry** We could have used more bath towels for an 8-person occupancy. We brought our own beach towels and laundered them on-site, but no laundry pods were provided—so be sure to bring your own. * **Balcony Door** The sliding balcony door was a bit stiff—a known issue per previous reviews. We found WD‑40 under the sink, but the sprayer had no air. We bought one during our stay and it worked just fine. * **Caulking** Due to the humidity, we did notice some mildew in the caulk around the shower. A deep clean or a refresh would fix it right up. **Bottom line:** These are minor, fixable details, and none of them changed our enjoyment of the stay. Overall, this place was fantastic. We would absolutely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it.

The condo was very nice and clean with an easy walk to the beach. The information provided at check in was super easy process and they answered any question promptly. Lots of shops within walking distance as well as places to eat. Would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Clearwater.

I would give this unit a rating of "3" and would not recommend it until the issues we found from our recent stay were resolved before anyone else rents there. The unit shows beautifully online from the pictures that must have been taken many years ago when it was new. But currently it is in dire need of repair. Burned out fluorescent bulbs in the kitchen light, handles on doors that are missing screws and fall off, toilets that are the height suited for a child rather than an adult, patio doors that are extremely difficult to move, gouged walls and shabby furniture are just some of the things we had to deal with. it appears the cleaning crew has never reported these and management and maintenance have not set foot inside for a long time. We definitely will be staying elsewhere next year.

The condo was very spacious and clean.. There were dolphins outside the building every evening. it’s was not too far from activities . We did have some issues with missing comforters and a water heater not working but they were quickly resolved . We would definitely stay there again.

Nice building and in very nice location. There were a few issues upon arrival but the Mgmt company and owner took care of them immediately (beach chairs, patio chairs and tea kettle). The bedrooms were all very nice and its great that each Bedroom has it's own bath, that's a real plus. The one thing that would keep me from coming back is the living room furniture. I have never sat on a couch that uncomfortable and we had to endure it for a whole month. The water view was great. A negative about the building is it only had one elevator. That worries me because my wife cannot walk up steps.

We rented this condo for a group of six and were extremely happy with the experience. There was plenty of space, everything was clean and comfortable, and the third bathroom was a huge difference for our group. The views of the inlet waterway from our deck were beautiful. We found the unit to be well priced for the location, as we were easily able to walk everywhere we wanted to go up and down Clearwater Beach. It was also an easy walk across the bridge to Sand Key and Indian Rocks (easily drivable as well, if you prefer). Check in/check out was as easy as it gets...all keyless including access to the garage. When we had a couple of questions early on the answering service was very quick to get back with us. We would absolutely recommend this unit and will look to rent it again for future visits!

The place is as lovely as advertised, beautiful and spacious rooms. Wonderful balcony views of the Bay with daily glimpse of dolphins swimming. This place is the perfect vacation spot for everyone, you can rest and relax and enjoy the views from your balconies or go to the beach ( which is literally 4 blocks away from your condo ) . There are plenty of shops and restaurants to keep you satisfied . Management were prompt and courteous. We will definitely be returning!

Had a great week at this condo! I liked the location as it was close enough to Pier 60, beaches and the shops/restaurants - but it was a bit off the main drag which kept the noise and foot traffic down. Everything in the condo was exactly as described and iTrip was great with communication. A+ will use again!
