Great condo with stunning views, also in a perfect location within walking distance of everything. We will definitely be back.

Great Management company and very poor unit

I want to say that the management company was very responsive. I would rent from them again just NOT this unit. Unit is very tired looking and needs a refresh. Listing a few highlights but not all the issues. We noticed when we took dishes out of the cabinet, they were dirty and silverware had food on it. We hand washed them. Went to run the dishwasher and we had noticed it had a terrible odor and water was in the bottom. Turns out it filled with water but the pump that sends the water to the arms and washes the dishes was broke. No working dishwasher for awhile. No working ice maker or filtered water on the door. Really a bummer at the beach to buy filtered water and ice. Sofa you sink down on and it is stained. Tables are all worse for the wear. At night our fitted sheet came off the mattress because there was no elastic. This meant making the bed everyday. Bottom of the quilt was torn and was noticeable when you had to make the bed. One of the bedrooms the quilts and pillow shams are so dirty. Towels were not white but very dingy and old. The maids to a once over but it needs a deep clean. Dirty and some mold around the faucets. Needs a refresh and a good clean.

Nice accommodations and location. The unit is spacious, perfect for our family of four. Great view of the bay from the balcony. The location is ideal, as most everything is walkable. Parking was easy. One suggestion: fix the cracked kitchen tile, as my wife cut her foot on it.

We enjoyed out stay at this location and so did our pups. Very roomy. Great amenities, great view and location. If we come back to clear water this would be a place we would like to rent again.

Beautiful views looking out over the harbor. Location was perfect and within walking distance to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Condo was spacious and for the most part clean. Great for families or group of friends.

We rented this condo for the week of June 29-July 6 2019. We arrived on June 30 and when we arrived we went outside to the balcony and 4 of the patio chairs where broken. I called and emailed them because I didnt want them thinking we had done it and needed more for our family to sit in. They hadnt responded that night, the next morning I called again to let them know that the beds in the one bedroom were horrible, and broken down, and that the ice maker did not work. They called back and said they knew about ice maker, the owner didnt want to replace it and they would check on replacing the chairs and mattress...on wednesday after numerous calls and text they replaced patio furniture but not the mattresses. We ended up buying air mattresses to sleep on because the beds are horrible. My grandson who was 6 couldnt even sleep in them. We have stayed at the harborview 8 different times and this was the absolute worst. We will not be back.

The condo was very nice but the bedroom with the two full beds need new mattresses as they are very uncomfortable. The pool closed at dusk so it was very inconvenient as we barely had a chance to use it, which was disappointing. The ice maker was also froze up so we could not use it. Upon arrival, we had issues with electric in the master bedroom and had to mess with the breakers but got it working.

Had a great stay at Harborview Grande in this unit. Condo was large and exactly as presented in the photos. Beautiful intercoastal view and easy walking to everything on the beach. Should note that the pool and hot tub close at dark ( which was disappointing as we wanted to sit in the hot tub on the cool nights). Random note....beds are super comfortable, haven't slept this well in a while. Will definitely book this location again....and am already looking at the calendar for future dates.
