I'm ready to come back

Spring Break was a success at a Cypress-n-Sun B-3. We stayed March 23 through the 30th. Everything was perfect, from the furnishing to the back deck which overlooked the intercoastal. This was the first trip I did not have ocean view but to tell the truth I liked the intercoastal view just as much. There are no complaints to be had even when the air conditioning went out on the hottest day of our stay. Within two hours of calling we had a service tech on the way, unfortunately he could not fix the problem so he brought portable AC units for the night and the next morning there was a new AC unit being installed. It was a very minor inconvenience in an otherwise perfect trip. We all liked the privacy of the beach with plenty of space to spread out and not be crowded like some of the bigger complexes. There was parking for 2 cars and also we had use of the storage shed under the building which was real nice because we could leave our fishing poles and beach chairs down there instead of lugging them upstairs after each use. There is plenty of food options within walking distance or just a short car ride. I cant wait to come back next year. We found out new favorite destination.

We have stayed at Cypress - n - sun before this trip in another condo. We LOVE the complex. We love having the ocean on one side and the inter-coastal waterway on the other side. With only 8 units in the complex the feeling is small, quaint and quiet. We don’t find the rules to be too cumbersome and you simply can’t beat the location to the beach. This condo is on the second floor which we love. We don’t mind the steps. It is spacious and the furnishings are comfortable. The beds are cozy and our kids loved the reclining couch. There are some minor updates that are needed / deep cleaning or replacing a few things would go a long way, but it isn’t enough to deter us, we’ve already booked for next year! You can’t beat the location, the quiet units and the private feeling of the beach. All of this ranks high for us!

Refreshing visit

Condo was in excellent condition and decorated very nicely. Bedrooms were plenty big for our family. Our view from the deck was of the intercostal waterway and had a side view of the ocean. Sound of the waves were very therapeutic. Right on the street, so there was a lot of traffic noise, but that didn't bother us much. Just steps to the beach. Very clean, soft white sand. Would definitely stay here again. Only drawback are the steps up to the condo.
