BEAUTIFUL!
5/5 stars
This condo is A-1! The condo is clean and very roomy. The best view of the beach and gulf from the LARGE deck are simply amazing, dolphins and manatees are a regular sight. You won't be disappointed! The intercoastal way is right across the street with a great private fishing dock for the Cypress N Sun visitors. The owners as well as downstairs neighbors are so helpful and friendly. It's a hard place to leave! Close to many great restaurants, some you can walk to in minutes. The whole complex is clean and beach feels private and is beautiful!

Great Condo- June 2021
4/5 stars
Condo was great. The closest to the beach I've ever been. There were extra pillows but no extra pillow cases that I could find. Also, the condo is not very clean. Nothing was wiped down. I had to step into the shower and rinse my feet multiple times per day because they were black from the floors. The cleaning staff is not up to par. The whole condo could really use a deep cleaning. Note- In all fairness, we did NOT contact the owners. I'm sure they would have remedied this. The description mentions the condo is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Please know that there are a lot of stairs. Carrying suitcases and groceries up them is definitely a struggle so if you are not strong enough, don't rent the 2nd floor unit. Overall, this is a good unit, right on the beach and it is large. I would recommend as long as the cleaning staff is upgraded.

Nov.-dec stay
2/5 stars
I was disappointed with this property this time. The first thing we noticed was the shower curtain in the hallway bath was filthy, rust on the shower rings the bottom of the curtain was gross ( the shower curtain was replaced but should have been done before we arrived)The ceiling fans were covered in dust along with the silk plants (which need to go). The throw pillows on the couch were so disgusting that I removed them & washed them, there is a chair in the living room that was so stained it was disgusting. I had to throw a towel over it so as not to see it. While washing the pillow covers the washing machine sounded like a lear jet taking off And shook the whole bldng. I felt sorry for the downstairs tenants it was so loud.. as it turned out the washer & dryer were replaced during our first week but there was an electrical issue that needed to be repaired before the dryer could be hooked up so I was without a dryer for 4 days. We love this beach & the condo is a nice layout but it definitely needs updating and to be managed better than it was. We were inconvenienced too many times, we left this condo cleaner than when we arrived. This was not what we had in mind for a relaxing vacation. The beach chairs are another story they also were in very bad shape

Relaxing vacation
5/5 stars
My idea of complete relaxation! A few steps to the beach. We love beach time and this condo is perfect for that. Quiet beach setting, not a lot of foot traffic, maybe this time of year (Nov) but very relaxing. Awesome view from the living room, kitchen and balcony (the hammock was a nice bonus). Having a washer and dryer makes things easy. Property is kept very neat and clean. We had our own storage room for beach stuff and a foot washing station. Lots of good places close to eat. Pearlys in Clearwater (15 min) has the best burger and fish tacos!

This was nice family friendly. Outdated furnishing. Uncomfortable beds and horrible pillows, if you stay bring your own. Closets were used to keep broken furnishings such as lamps. Towel racks and towel paper holders coming off the wall and master shower was extremely difficult to turn on or adjust.

Private beach is nice. Condo is dated, old and broken down. Washer and dishwasher was broken down before we arrived. Front of fridge rusted orange and cannot connect to WiFi. Other issues as well. Would never rent this unit or building again. Many more other choices for nicer places to stay next time in this area without using iTrip again Overall very disappointed with the unit and the way this property was advertised.

We only just arrived today and I'm not one to complain easily. But truely not impressed with accommodation. The view is great but that is about it :( the refrigerator is aweful, the cable is not working, it says NO pets but there seems to be pet hair all over the rugs and temperature is warm and we were told we cannot turn down thermostat below 72 or the air conditioning unit might break and we will be responsible. Not surprised by the looks of it.

Nice but it is not the place it once was
2/5 stars
The condo was very clean and itrip was easy to use. We had stayed there before but it has changed. When you stay read all the rules. And we had kayaks we brought from GA to use while we stayed. You have to have a key to get in and out or a gate to the beach. They would not let us keep them outside the gate and it was a pain moving them in and out. If you want a place where you do nothing but go to the beach sit and go to bed this is the place for you. We play in the sand and fish while we are at the beach. It was just not the place for our family to stay.

Paradise
4/5 stars
We took this vacation with our best friends and the 4 of us were taken aback by how beautiful the condo was, comfortable, clean, breathtaking views. We spent hours on the Lanai overlooking the beach and the water, so peaceful and relaxing. The beach access is fantastic. I have no complaints any problems that we encountered, were easy solutions so not worth any complaining. We are so pleased that we have determined our goal is to have a vacation every 2 - 3 years . We were very pleased with the privacy and access to all the different activities in the neighborhood. If you are looking for a home away from home I highly recommend this condo, If you are expecting to not lift a finger and have everything at your fingertips go to a 5 star resort it is that simple we were from the permanent residents that there were some complaints of cleanliness. No such complaint will arise out of us. We understand these are peoples homes there are somethings you need to take care of yourself and we were more than willing I came for the relaxing and view and beach and my expectations were surpassed my a long shot. Thank you so much!
