Treasure Island is the perfect location for a get away. The condo accommodations are comfortable and there is plenty of room for two couples or just more space if it’s the two of you. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, shopping at John’s Pass is just up the road, and fishing from shore was a success (two small hammerhead sharks and a pompano)!

No actual windows in the whole condo. Only the sliding glass door to the balcony. The bedrooms window panes were painted black because they opened up to the dungeon type ugly painted concrete corridors that people walked through. At times, people were right on the other side of the blacked out glass and the bed was close to that wall due to the size of the room. On occasion a kid would knock at the window and scare the person in the bed. The rest of the condo was very dated, and from the first Walmart that opened there 30 years ago. What a pitiful set up. I will post my observations about Palms on social media.

Upon arrival we headed out to dinner. When we returned the smoke detector was beeping because it needed the battery replaced. I contacted iTrip and they said that a maintenance guy would be contacting me. about an hour later the maintenance person sent me a text to see if I could remove the battery until morning. I am sure that this is against some fire codes. The next morning a maintenance guy said he tried to call we waited until they showed up around noon. so, half of our day was gone. he replaced the batteries in all two of the smoke detectors and left. about 5 minutes later it started to beep again. Needless to say my next call was not pleasant. I asked the iTrip representative to contact me to a supervisor and I am still waiting on that call ... I received a call from maintenance asking me if was doing that when they maintenance tech was there, I replied umm no, why do you think I am calling.... almost an hour later they showed up and replaced another battery...

The location, convenience and view were terrific. The layout and size of the unit itself was good. The pool and hot tub were great. I was disappointed that the furniture in my unit was outdated and uncomfortable. The beds needed new mattresses and the couches in the living room were just not comfortable to sit on. I also wished that I was able to lower the thermostat to 68 degrees. A preset thermostat for cooling of 72 degrees made it a little challenging to sleep at night.

This condo was great ! Close to the ocean and has its own pool and hot tub . Rooms were plenty big and the balcony view was gorgeous in the mornings and we had dolphins swim by every morning and evening. Publixs was right next door which helped tremendously! They supply beach chairs , towels, even gas and charcoal grills. The kitchen itself has everything you need.It was great to be able to do our laundry up before we left. It also had a dishwasher which was wonderful as we had 5 adults and 1 child . There was plenty of room for all of us !! Love this place !

Pros -Large 2B/2B. Had starter items and adequate towels. Plenty of sheets. -Great view of the bay with peek-a-boo view of the ocean -Grocery store conveniently next door. -Main beach access within walking distance. Cons -kitchen stocked minimally with barely enough for 2. Family or 4 or more will be washing dishes multiple times a day. -Washing machine was a problem. Had problems getting it started. -Dryer lent catcher broken and duct taped together. Would catch on clothes and rip if not careful -Could not get into condo using keypad. Maintenance admitted keypad had been a problem. Had to call Itrip maintenance to bring a key to deadbolt. Brought one key. On-site maintenance & Itrip maintenance blamed or pushed deadbolt issue onto each other for days. After 3rd or 4th time of asking Itrip brought more keys. Keypad hung onto door inoperable. -Pool is NOT heated. Hot tub not cleaned, only warm water available. Ruined whole trip not being able to swim. -Couch, loveseat and master bed were broken down and in need of replacement. -Carpet needs deep cleaning or replaced. -Only one elevator which was the slowest elevator ever. All renters complained about it. -Trash goes into dumpster out front in a dark unsafe, unlocked area. With increase of homeless in the area it's not safe to take trash out at night or non-busy times. -Building manager requires you to get house keeping if there over 10 days. Manager is unreasonable. Had to call Itrip who was accommodating about canceling housekeeping with manager. -Someone entered our room without notice day before we were to leave. We know this because they didn't lock the door. Left our belongings vulnerable to theft. - No On-site activities such as shuffle board or horse shoes or anything but an ice cold pool.

Good feedback. We will make sure everything mentioned is taken care of promptly. We have had an extraordinarily cold few weeks here, and with our extra large pool, no heater could keep up. Sorry for any trouble, and we will make sure these issues are fully addressed for future Guests.

My husband and I could not be happier with our stay. From the beautiful sunrises over the bay to the breathtaking sunsets across the street at the beach it was beautiful!! The condo was perfect for us. We were able to have our family visit and enjoy the spacious balcony and view. If I could make one recommendation, it would be more towel racks in the bathroom and hooks on the doors for the bath towels. Other than that, perfect stay. We look forward to staying in this same unit again and again!!

Stayed with another couple for 5 nights. Great location. Roomy accommodations and nice balcony. Handy being next door to the Publix market. Great food and beverages within walking distance. Quiet building; lots of room around the pool. Would stay here again

The unit is well appointed and the view is just amazing. We enjoyed watching the Dolphins and manatees and shore birds night and day. The balcony is the best feature of the unit so big and spacious. The beach was a short walk and also a Publix which helped with getting any food or supplies. The only thing I wished unit had was ceiling fans in the bedrooms it was quite warm at night in the rooms without them, you could tell the unit once had them and they had been removed. Also the Dryer did not dry clothing very well-had to be very very small loads. The PALMS itself needs hallway power washing monthly-hallway floors were quite dirty. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would return to this unit again.
