Two balconies, two views, one cozy corner of Sunset Vistas. Look out to the Gulf from one side, then step to the other for a view to the east. This fifth-floor two-bedroom retreat puts you steps from the sand and surrounded by resort amenities, with plenty of room to gather, unwind, and let the vacation soak in.

As one of only a few units in the building with two balconies, this corner condo is truly special. The main balcony faces the Gulf of Mexico with a partial water view, while the second opens up the living room to breezy views over the Bay — morning coffee on one side, evening quiet on the other.

Sunset Vistas offers some of the finest amenities of any resort in the area: two resort-style swimming pools, two hot tub jacuzzi spas, a beachfront Tiki bar, a café, a business center with internet access, and a well-equipped fitness room. And when you're ready for the beach, you're just a few steps from the elevator to the sand.

Inside, the condo features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed and a private bath with shower/tub, while the guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed. The second bathroom has a large walk-in shower, and both are stocked with plenty of bath towels plus a full set of beach towels.

The spacious living room is ready for downtime and get-togethers alike, with a pull-out sleeper sofa (queen-size), a new flat-screen TV, a dining area for four, and extra seating for the whole group. The location is fantastic! Right on the beach. The condo was comfortable, clean, and had no maintenance issues. If there is anything that might be an improvement... There were no hooks for clothes in the bathroom and no extra light bulbs for the on lamp in my daughter's room. The bedrooms really need full size chest of drawers as well.

After spending a week in Gulfport, FL, we decided to extend our trip for a few additional days to take advantage of a beautiful weather forecast. The accommodations in this unit were very good. The unit was clean and comfortable. We had a minor issue upon check in that was quickly resolved by the iTrip folks-they were responsive. We did advise them that there was an issue with the faucet in the bathroom which was not resolved as of the date of checkout (note: we were there for 3 nights-the issue was reported on day 2). We loved the fact that we were just steps to the beach. The balcony in the unit had a nice view of the Gulf. Would recommend this unit.

The view was amazing the rooms were clean. 2 minute drive to John’s pass. The beach was so nice also. There was a small restaurant on site that says they have the best Cuban sandwich on the beach and it was no lie!

I really enjoyed the condo especially the location and size was perfect for us Two problems I think you should quickly address First, we had to kill 4 huge cockroaches And second, the living room furniture was very uncomfortable. I spent more time sitting at the dining room table than on the furniture

My family and I had a wonderful time. The condo suited our needs. Beach was beautiful with lots of sunshine. Just one thing was the cooler was cracking and had no lid. Other than that though everything was great.

Nice Visit to Treasure Island

Location was excellent, beach was beautiful. Pool area was nice, nothing fancy but seemed well kept. Small bar next to pool, bartender super sweet. Condo had beautiful view of the gulf. The second balcony on the ad is a little misleading as it just overlooks the road and you really cannot see the bay. Master bedroom was nice, comfortable bed. Second room was extremely small, no space to even open a suitcase aside from laying it on the bed. Beach chairs and the four beach towels available were a plus. Condo definitely showing signs of wear, knob to laundry kept falling off, blinds need installed throughout, limited utensils, bed sheets in master were pilling/itchy, and the carpet should be removed from second room. Overall we were happy with our stay and would stay again but do think there is room for small improvements at this unit to make it more comfortable/welcoming. If you tend to be picky, this unit might not be for you.

We love Sunset Vista but the ants everyday was not a good thing, we had to purchase 2 boxes of ziplock bags, ant spray & Clorox wipes to keep it under control, they did come & spray but didnt solve the problem

We stayed in the condo for a week and let me tell you how beautiful the view front the balcony was! The beach bar was awesome! They have not 1 but 2 hotties AND a kiddi pool! Definitely was beyond our expectations! The beach was bare from people and full of beautiful sunsets, sea shells and the sand is my fav part. Highly recommend!

We are locals to Tampa but visiting the beach and being able to stay there was awesome. Everything about Sunset villas was great. It had more guest parking than any place I’ve stayed at on treasure Island the beach in the pool were beautiful. We are definitely going to be staying here again

This condo was very comfortable and spacious with a nice balcony area. The location was great--right on the beach and the beach walk. Nice pool, hot tub, bar area that was busy but not crowded. We would have liked it better if we were on the west end of the building. One of the balconies had a street view, so not much to say unless you like to watch traffic.

My family including myself, my husband, and our two boys (4 and 1 years old) just stayed at Sunset Vistas for the first time and could not be more pleased! If you and your family are looking for an affordable getaway with all the amenities of a beach, pool, and cafe...this is the place! We loved having a kitchen in the unit so we could cook most of our meals in. The beach in front is a short walk, clean, and was not busy at all, which made it even more serene. We had no problems in May finding a spot by the pool with an umbrella for shade for the kids. They loved being able to choose between the floaty and sand toys from the communal bucket in front every day. Our unit was clean and comfortable. We loved the washer/dryer right in the room and when the boys went to bed at night we enjoyed a cocktail on the patio. Restaurants within a few miles were nice as well.

Stayed here 2/23-3/1/17 prior to moving to month-long rental in Clearwater Beach. The unit was as described and the photos were accurate. The folks at iTrip were very responsive to my requests for extra time at the end and for help with locking the door ( my own fault I needed help!) We ate dinner out most nights, so didn't have to deal with equipment shortages as noted by other reviewers. Location was good; being the last unit on the floor and therefore having part of it face the street was not a problem at all. We were still steps from the beach and had a reasonable view of the Gulf. Am already planning to return in 2018!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. We did use the kitchen for most meals and would say that there are not a lot of baking dishes and no cutting board. We had to wash dishes often, as there were not many spoons and forks. The blender did not work, we informed the staff when we checked out. We had a great stay and loved to spend time in the pool area r on the beach. We did not use the restaurant, but it appeared to only be open at breakfast and lunch. We did not use the beach bar either. We had no real issues and were treated great by all staff.

Great place to stay

We stayed here for 6 days while attending a graduation at Eckerd College. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean and spacious and stocked with all the items we needed. The balcony was nice to sit on and look at the Gulf. It was on the south side of the building so we couldn't watch the sunsets from our balcony, however, we did have nice views of the sunrise! The pool is very nice and had plenty of lounge chairs. We spent most of our time on the beach, which is beautiful. It is very wide and is powder sugar sand. You can rent lounge chairs and umbrella's for the day. The condo is not far from Johns Pass in Madiera. Plenty of restaurants and food stores lose by too. I would definitely recommend this place and will stay here again if we are in the area. It's about the same price as a hotel, but much better than a hotel room!

Three of my girlfriends and I flew down to St. Pete for a Girl's Getaway. The condo was perfect for us. Great location. The condo was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, and the complex was very nice! Two pools, hot tub, Tiki Bar and cafe on-site, with a private beach access. It was everything we anticipated and we would stay there again, and recommend to anyone visiting the area to do the same.
