Please note - Palms of Treasure Island is a non-smoking resort. There are smoking areas nearby in the garage area, but smoking is not allowed in any part of the building (including the balconies).

We stayed at Unit 309 for 6 nights in 05/2021. We are extremely happy with our stay. The pictures displayed the condo unit perfectly. The master bedroom has a king size bed. Plenty of closet space and hangers were provided. The balcony allowed us to capture the sunrise every morning. You could also see the outdoor pool area. Every morning and early evening dolphins would swim around the water way. The balcony view was amazing. The Palms offer beach chairs on a first come first serve basis. All of the pool/beach items are located near the parking garage (on the way to the pool). We found 2 chairs and they worked out perfectly for our day at the beach. It was awesome to have Publix supermarket next door. A beer run was a 5 minute walk!! We had only one item that we weren't too crazy about. The king bed squeaks ALOT!! This did not stop us from enjoying our extra curricular activities. However, it was a bit annoying. The most awesome perk was the Xplorie free tickets. We took the Calypso Breeze Evening Tropical Cruise that was so much fun! The buy 1 get 1 free was worth it! This perk seems to be available only when you book with iTrip. We even received free transportation from/to Tampa Bay Airport. We will definitely book again.

We came to Treasure Island to celebrate our eldest sons wedding weekend and then stayed a few days extra. Our stay was just delightful! We had to change our location after we had already booked a condo on Airbnb. Itrip Vacations stepped right in and fixed us up with a condo at The Palms on Treasure Island. The condo and view was amazing. The parking is so easy (under the complex). The pool and hot tub are well-maintained. It is easy to get to any of the surrounding areas from here. We highly recommend unit 309 of The Palms!

Across the street from the beach and the bay area view from the deck was great! Lots of boats, kayaks, paddleboards and fishing boats in the bay area.

The condo was very clean when we arrived! The master bedroom bed isn’t the best.. only reason for giving it 4 stars! The location is great right next door to Publix and across the street from the beach! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Great location and a very affordable price. The unit was clean and the grounds were very well maintained. The pictures on the website was showing propane BBQs but there wasnt any when we arrived. Also, there where not enough pool chairs nor where there chairs for us to take to the beach as was indicated to me by one of the agents. A few more small amenities would go a long way. A beautiful place, very well located. With the pool with incredible views. We even saw dolphins in the canal. The condo was fine, all the amenities were there. Only downside, I think the housekeeping could be a little better and have more dishes in the kitchen. In short, a pleasant stay and a simplicity to book with Itrip Vacation.

Condo was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, great view on the Intercostal. Stocked with beach towels in the room. There were beach chairs and toys in the common area by the pool that were first come first serve. Nice location next door to the Publix grocery store and a less than 5 minute walk to the beach.

Condo was clean, stocked with everything thing we reached for, including a half dozen decent beach towels. View from the balcony was beautiful, walk to the beach was short and easy. Having the Publix so close at hand was an added bonus. Thank you!

Pros: Great veiw saw dolphins several times Very large clean condo Quiet building major plus Near lots of restaurants and grocery right next door Beautiful large uncrowded beach Near many activities Cons: UNheated pool hardly anyone used it not even the kids Windows in bedrooms faced into hallways which I didn’t really care about except they let in a lot of hallway light they need blackout blinds Front entryway to building needs an overhaul kinda smelt musty and needs new furniture Was kind of irritated that I was charged a 150 cleaning fee and then was givin instructions to take out all trash do the dishes and close the blinds or I’d be charged more I can have my entire house cleaned for much less All in all the veiw trumped all but I would not use this spot again purely on the fact the pool is not heated and My family really enjoys swimming

Thanks for the feedback. The pool is actually heated, but it is solar heated and we have had a much cooler Spring than usual. It will definitely warm up over the next few months!

The condo was great location and very clean to stay in. I would like recommend that a few mirrors maybe put on the back of the doors. But other than that the place was great. I would stay there again. Thank you.

First time to Treasure Island and glad I chose The Palms. Spacious condo with extra large covered balcony overlooking the bay. Condo was clean, furnished nicely. Loved watching the dolphins, paddle boarders and wildlife. Pool and Hot Tub was great, clean and plenty of seating. There was a dock. Would have been nice to have a fishing pole. Watched our neighbor fish and a friendly crane type bird would patiently watch in hopes of getting a snack. The beach was right across the street. Perfect for strolling or tanning. Great rental chairs with canopies. Grocery store right next door. Couldn't have been more convenient and restaurants in walking distance. Great fish tacos at Sloppy Joes. Can't wait to go back and take my hubby. He would love it too.

Overall our stay was very pleasant. The location was very convenient, across the street from beach access, easy walking to many restaurants, grocery store, etc. The unit we were in (309), had a beautiful view. Watched dolphins swim outside our patio. Maintenance staff & Housekeeping were very pleasant. Our unit could have used some deep cleaning, but I understand this is hard to do with recurring renters. Would definitely stay in this area again.
