Brilliant stay and Villa

The villa was superb for 8 adults and 1 child. The pool was first class with a child proof pool guard. The games room was excellent and we had several nights in there with drinks and a few competitions playing pool. Air conditioning in the games room was brilliant. All the bedrooms suited us to a T. One thing I can state but only minor(did not affect me) 😄 was that the bed in the downstairs bedroom made squeaking noises when moving about. It was a comfortable bed but it did squeak when moving through the night. Another issue was the water from the fridge did not work, this was reported ant the start of the vacation to the owner but was not addressed. All in all this was a brilliant villa and we had a great time. I would definitely book this villa again.

Great Place!

The condo was very clean and very comfortable. The large living area and open kitchen worked great. Kitchen had all of our needs met to make several meals. Great ocean view off the balcony with the condo being an end lot. It was easy access to the beach, just steps from the ocean and no big crowds. We just rented loungers and umbrella on the beach. The pool was good to have as well to cool off. This is a great area for eating, shopping, and entertainment.

The property was in a great location! Accommodations were good but this condo could use a deep clean and some updates including beach gear and mattresses. At the very least mattress toppers. The complex itself was very well maintained.

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. This was our first stay in Madeira Beach and we will be back. John’s Pass was a neat place to walk around and shop, eat, and enjoy life cream. Parasailing with Gator’s was a great experience, too. Walks on the beach and chilling by the pool were so relaxing. The unit was clean and had everything we needed.

Gorgeous View - Great Location

The unit images are accurate. Our unit was not as clean as it could have been. However, we reported the issue and the managing company was very responsive and handled it to our satisfaction. The view is absolutely gorgeous. We ate most meals out on the balcony. We found the overall property to be very family friendly.

We had an amazing time in 208 these past three weeks!!! From check in to check out everything was wonderful:) We had a couple small issues and itrip staff were more than accommodating. The condo is bright and airy and open and very clean! Quite a lovely place! We have booked again for next year:) I highly recommend booking with itrip!!!!! We found them to be very friendly and helpful! The 5 star rating is very much deserved!!!!!!!!

We loved being right on beautiful Madeira Beach! The location was excellent. The condo was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for me and my 5 kids. The only thing wrong was a broken screen door and only 4 beach towels were provided for 6 people. Otherwise everything was fantastic.

Great views of the beach and ocean in this end unit. Dual balconies allowed us to see the sunrise and sunset. Walking distance to restaurants and shops at John's Pass. The itrip team was responsive and helpful to our questions. The unit was comfortable and well supplied. We will be back!
