A corner unit on the 4th floor, the layout spans the entire width of the building, and gives you a huge space to relax and spread out. Get the best of both views, with a large private balcony looking out towards the beach and Gulf, and giving a totally unobstructed view of the most magnificent sunsets in the world, and a second smaller private balcony off the master bedroom giving you a first-class view of Boca Ciega bay.

Just a couple things that I’ve noticed that you may want to have checked out. My friend said there is mold on the floor as you are sitting on the toilet you can see it. Another thing we did notice was you cannot plug in the coffee pot and the toaster at the same time it will not work. Inside the refrigerator a couple of the shelves are cracked appears to have been that way for quite a while. Expressing my feelings as someone older with knee and back disabilities it is very difficult to get up and down from the toilet with nothing to grab a hold on except for the doors. Overall our stay as been very nice a bit chilly but not your fault. With that said it is warmer than i what it at home lol, thank you for sharing.

We had a great experience with our vacation rental! The apartment was well maintained/clean and comfortable. We had easy access to the beach and also close to everything you may need/want as far as shopping and eating choices. The only 'negative' I would say that we experienced is the 'hardness' of the mattresses. If people like them hard/harder, then they're perfect...but for us, we prefer more comfortable "pillow top" types. We're used to sleeping on SLEEP NUMBER BEDS, so that's why we mention this. Otherwise, our overall experience was VERY POSITIVE and the staff/customer service was quick and professional!! We look forward to another stay in the near future...

My group had a great time at Sea Breeze. The condo was exactly as described and everything was clean and in working condition. The view was amazing and the pool and common areas were kept clean. John’s Pass and Caddy’s restaurant were both easy walking distance and there was a 7-11 across the street. We would definitely return when we come back to the area.

I would definitely stay again. The unit was super clean. The view from our balcony was amazing. Especially during sunset. And my daughter and I felt super safe with all the codes that are required to get upstairs and into the pool.

The condo was a great corner unit. Lots of ways to see the beach! It was very very clean, the variety was plush, and there was plenty of kitchen utensils etc. Had a nice large refrigerator, but no ice maker, that was inconvenient. Stove and dishwasher worked perfectly. Shower Water got hot and we appreciate that. We were right next to the stairs which we had to use multiple tubes due to there only being 1 elevator. There was at least 2 times it was stuck on a floor without anyone on that floor having pushed a button at least that i could tell. I actually went up to see why it wasn’t coming down. The wait was over 5 minutes most of the time not at peak use. And if you had a large load many times, the elevator would be full when it got to you and you’d have to wait again. Overall, we tolerated it for a short trip and we were very comfortable in the condo at all times.

We loved our stay here! This condo is very spacious and well stocked with anything you may need. We spent alot of time at the beach with the beach chairs that were provided. The grandkids loved the boogie boards! It is a perfect location to all the shops and restaurants at John's Pass. The sunsets off the balcony were amazing! Looking forward to our next stay!

My family loved staying at this condo...it was centrally located and very well equipped with all of the essentials! The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was clean and fresh! We enjoyed the use of the sand chairs and cooler! We would book this condo again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze everything was exactly as pictured!! We loved the view from our balcony watching the sunset! It was so relaxing to come and relax at the condo after being in the 100 degree weather rather than a hotel room! We used the pool, hot tub, saw other guests using the outdoor grills, and enjoyed the walks on the beach! We will definitely stay here again 🏝️☀️

I would highly recommend this condo and unit. Renting is a breeze is a breeze and the condo has extras plus. The condo’s location is prime. It’s located next to restaurants and shopping and has something for everyone. The condo was clean, the bedrooms were large and the kitchen had everything you could need. We will definitely be returning as we loved our time here.

We had a great time during our stay. Condo was very spacious and comfortable. Slightly dated but worked for our needs. Lots of beds but could be updated with more plush mattresses (at least in the master bedroom:-)) Very much loved the amenities with the heated pool, hot tub, beach view from our balcony, and the grilling area. Close to all fun stuff! Very quick response when we had a maintenence issue.

We love this condo! Second time we have been in 408. Hosts were very quick to reply to any questions we had. Stayed two weeks and hope to do the same next year. Also very impressed with maintenance man for the Sea Breeze. He worked non stop to sweep sand from main areas (elevators, pool, and surrounding areas).

The condo was exactly as pictured in the listing! It was very clean with an amazing view and iTrip couldn’t have been more helpful. They were always only a text away. Unfortunately, our trip was cut short by Hurricane Idalia. We were there two of the five scheduled nights as there was a mandatory evacuation. I felt that we were very well informed by the management company during this ordeal.

Walking distance to shopping, amazing restaurants and we got to enjoy watching the dolphins from our balcony everyday! The pool and hot tub were a bonus, but the calmness of the ocean where you could go out and snorkel was so much fun! We definitely will be back!!

The view is just breath taking. You can not beat it. The direct beach access is perfect!! The ocean is warm and the beach is pristine! The condo is spacious and comfortable. An excellent space. The second balcony allowed us to sit outside anytime of day. We stayed as a family of 4, with 2 teens. The trolley was easy and a nice way to travel to Johns Pass in the heat. Plenty to see and do. We want to bring our family back again for another vacation!!! Our only small issue was that the building itself is dated. There is only one elevator and had we not been on the 4th floor we would’ve used the stairs. The elevator is very slow, extremely hot and needs some serious maintenance.

This condo was PERFECT for our group of four women. Plenty of room for all our stuff & we each got our own bed! (The master bedroom has 2 queens now.) Plenty of towels. Kitchen was well stocked. Beach views from this corner unit were spectacular! Room on the balcony for all 4 of us to sit. We enjoyed having Alexa for music. Easy beach access. Having 3 different codes for elevator, condo & beach/pool gates was a bit of a pain, but I wrote them on a piece of paper that I kept with me for quick, easy reference. There is only ONE elevator for the entire building, so expect to wait for it. All in all, a fantastic place to stay for our annual Beach trip!

The 2 bedroom condo was very spacious. We liked that it had 2 bathrooms. It's a corner unit with a beautiful view of the beach. The only complaint I have is that the toilet seats are too low for an elderly person. I had my 86 yr old Mom with us and it was a struggle for her.

The location of this condo was PERFECT! We were close to John's Pass, which has many shops and dining options. The unit was clean and comfortable. The iTrips team was responsive and friendly. In fact, on our day of arrival, we arrived early. The iTrips representative met us at the unit, to see if it was ready. Unfortunately, it wasn't ready, but he did allow us to put our luggage inside and then offered a recommendation for a nearby restaurant. He even gave us a ride to the restaurant, since we did not have a rental car. The only critique I would have of the unit, is the beds are a bit uncomfortable and the furniture could be replaced - some rips in the leather. Other than that, I would definitely stay again. You will not be disappointed.

We really enjoyed Sea Breeze. We met some wonderful people from all over the world. Everyone was so friendly. The unit, 408 is an end unit very spacious and the view of the Gulf is spectacular. Each sunset was stunning. The unit was clean well maintained but gently used. It was comfortable for sure. We will be back there in the future. ITrip very accommodating and easy to work with.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this condo and were really very pleased overall. There were a couple of things that I hope will get remedied however. When we arrived the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. We used the one dishsoap pod that we had and tried to run them though but found that the dishwasher starts a cycle but then stops within a few minutes. So we hand washed during our one week stay. Also, the sinks in the master bath were not only slow draining but one of them was completely clogged. So we both used the smaller bathroom. The pull cord on the fan in the master bathroom also broke off the first time we tried to turn it on so it ran the whole time which was ok for us because it was hot! Otherwise, we found the unit to be extremely comfortable and satisfied all of our needs. Love the corner balcony where we could feel the sun, get a breeze and watch the beautiful sunset. We will be back next year, Lord willing!!

#408 SeabreezeHas a wonderful location with the Madeira beaches in the front and John's Pass a short walk. Love the area...cannot say enough good things about itThe unit is nice but has the feel of a unit that is managed by a realty management company. The kitchen is sparsely equipped, for example only 2 coffee mugs for a 2 bedroom apartment. Don't plan on doing any serious cooking in this unit. the refrigerator sounds there is a gerbil running on their wheel. We complained about a loose/broken toilet seat and a bathroom ceiling fan that has no shutoff switch the first full day we were here. These issues remain a problem, now into day four, only one toilet is available for use Picture of poor electric attached

I would love to give 5 stars due to the wonderful location. We were at Sea Breeze, just 0.6 mile from Johns Pass. We walked there each night to eat. The 4 stars is due to the cleanliness of the condo. We arrived at 4:15 because of the literature which stated not to arrive before 4:00. We had planned to run in and change to hit the beach. We entered with all of our stuff to find trash bags in the hallway and beds half made, syrup on the table top, etc. I called iTrip and they sent the lady who cleans it back. We, of course, had no place to put our stuff because we wanted to stay out of the way. The four of us sat quietly in the living area with all of our suitcases watching TV while she finished. This was after 6:30 so we never got to the beach that day. We had been up since 4:00am. The showers were not cleaned and the floors needed mopped. Its a great location and it was probably just a onetime mixup. I would give them another shot.

We found one of the body boards that was provided for us was broken so we didnt use them. I wish that the pool area didnt close at dusk, when that would be a great time to be in the pool or jacuzzi, or grilling supper. And apparently not all guests could read the signs or follow the rules. Otherwise we are very happy with 408. It was clean and well supplied and fit our needs. We would recommend iTrip and will use them in the future. Thank you.

When our original condo was supposed to have construction itrip was quick to move us to a different condo which was great. It was then disappointing that we were not notified of the red tide and had to call to inquire about the conditions and were only offered to reschedule before the end of the year (3 months). The agent was quick to discuss museums, etc in the area but did not really offer any other info on beaches and we had to research ourselves.

We booked 408-Sea Breeze for a family girls trip. This condo was the perfect location! It had everything we needed and was perfect for 5 adults! Would also be great for a family. Our favorite part was enjoying morning coffee on the balcony. Also, there is no washer and dryer in the unit but the laundry room is right down the hall so it was easy to wash towels and such every night. The few staff members that we encountered were polite and easy to work with. We were close (within walking distance) to John's Pass which has shopping and restaurants. Would absolutely book this unit again!

Just returned from a 3 night stay at 408 Sea Breeze. The condo was just as described. The view from the balcony was perfect. The building and pool were well maintained. Most units were occupied, but it was still pretty quiet. If I return to the St. Pete area, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. We didn't take advantage of any of the free activities provided by iTrip, but they are a nice bonus.

The Itrip was very accommodating. They even arranged for my oxygen concentrator to be delivered to their office and they took it to unit 408. The condo was very large and the balcony and views were awesome. I might mention that the lighting in the living room was as little low They need to add one lamp and some 3-way bulbs. Also, there should be a guide for the TV stations as we had trouble finding normal stations. A little paint touch up and deep cleaning of bathroom floors would also be helpful. Great area, some good restaurants and we enjoyed the beach chairs and beach towels that are in the unit for the guests use.

We had a very nice time. My sister and i both took our teenage daughters for a 3 night stay at Sea Breeze. Everything was as it said it would be. Clean, safe, right on the beach, awesome views. We landed early so I appreciate that they let us get in our room a little earlier since the room was ready. Highly recommend #408.

We rented this condo for a short stay from Aug 23-26. The location was great. Super convenient and on one of the most stunning beaches we've been to. The sand is a soft, white powder and there is plenty of shells for hunters. Great for walking. There are a lot of shops, restaurants and bars near by. The condo is well equipped and very spacious. It was extremely clean and well taken care of. The beds were comfortable but the mattresses could use updating. My only issue isn't with the condo itself, it's with the upstairs neighbours. Whoever rented that unit the same time as us were extremely noisy and walked so hard it shook the light fixtures!!!! And it was constant! There was nobody on site that we could talk to and a call to the rental company, although responded to, wasn helpful. We just chose to ignore the noise and enjoy what time we had there. I am sure that we will return to this place again in the future. A great location and good value. Thumbs up!

I can not say enough great things about this condo rental! It was excellent! From the moment we walked in the door, we knew we had made a great choice. It was even better than expected! The photos do not do it justice. It was very clean and very well maintained. The beds were comfy and linens were tidy. The whole place just smelled fresh, clean and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with all essential cookware and utensils. The condo is very spacious and would be ideal for family groups or adults. It was perfect for our group of 5 adults. There are plenty of chairs on the balcony to take in the view. It was a nice added bonus that there were beach chairs, beach towels and even a small foam cooler for us to use during our stay. We will definitely be returning in the future!

This is our third year staying at 408 Sea Breeze. It was an awesome place to stay. Location, Location, Location. On the 4th floor, great views. Near John's Pass so you can have a morning or evening walk. The condo is large enough to fit 6 people without getting on each other's nerves. Liz is a wonderful person to work with to arrange your vacation.

This condo is very nice and clean. Views are amazing. Would highly recommend. The location is perfect just minutes to John's Pass with tons of restaurants and shops. Nice having a hot tub and pool ocean side. Only recommendation is a few more kitchen items, such as hot pads, a little tricky getting items out of the oven. You won't be disappointed if you rent this condo!

Our unit was 408 and i will request it next time! It was spaceous with a master bedroom and master suite, as well as another large bedroom with two beds for the kiddos! We didn't ever have to use their bathroom in the hall since the master had one! The unit had new appliances ibcludibg dishwasher and side by side refrigerator. The large private balcony on back overlooked the ocean and beautiful beach! In the master, there is a door to a private front balcony that looked to the bay! The unit was just perfect and comfortable! It was only a short walk down the street to Johns Pass, which was probably the coolest hangout & shopping area! Jogns Pass has incredible restaurants too! The only thing that bothered us was that the pool rules specifically say "closed at dusk". It was not enforced though. There were people drinking and swimming until late hours making noise. We are a young family with 12 year old girls, and certainly understand it's their vacation too. However, the rules are there for a reason, to prevent any injury and for the consideration of others. I just wish people followed the rules, is all. Love Sea Breeze, though, and we WILL be back!

The Sea Breeze 408 condo was perfect for what we were looking for. It was just as described online. It was clean and spacious with nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved having all of the ceiling fans throughout the condo and enjoyed the views from both of the balconies. The condo had many amenities for us upon arrival and the location was great. Only 45 minutes to Busch Gardens, 35 minutes to the Tampa Airport, 30 minutes to Clearwater Beach, a short walk along the beach to John's Pass, and only 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store. The owners provided us with sand toys, beach chairs and towels, and a small cooler to use. The only other thing that we could have really used was a small beach umbrella, as the hours on the beach get very hot! Overall, everything was great and having the pool and the ocean right down the steps from the condo was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this great condo on a vacation with my sister. The condo is very roomy and the view is amazing. There were two service calls and the tech showed up very promptly. I would highly recommend this condo for a beach location. I hope to return in the future.

We recently had a Girls Retreat and stayed at this condo. I've been here before on a family trip and thought it would be a good place for this trip. Wrong, it was GREAT! The bedrooms worked perfectly for the 5 of us, and the trip could not have been better. Condo was clean and well maintained, loved not having to mess with keys, and the pool/whirlpool was wonderful. Loved watching those beautiful sunsets from the balcony. We are already talking about next year's trip! I cannot imagine it any better.

We recently stayed at the Sea Breeze for a quick getaway before the holidays...the location was great and the beach was stunning! The unit looks exactly like the pictures so there are no surprises...it does lack basic staples like salt/pepper/sugar/coffee filters so bring some from home if you plan on cooking. We had a great time and would recommend it :)

My son and I and his 2 children, 13 and 10, stayed here for a week. It was very easily booked and there were no issues. Very clean and nicely decorated. It did lack enough dishes and kitchen tools for a family trip we thought as we were constantly running the dishwasher and hand washing dishes. Also could use better cooking pots and a good skillet would be a huge help. I didn't think it was as updated as the impression given in the ad and although there were beach towels they were old and well used. Saying all this though I would recommend it as it is a lovely spot and we had a great vacation there. When I did contact Itrip about a later check out they replied quickly and were very accommodating ! The building is well kept and clean especially the pool area which we could see being thoroughly cleaned every morning. The elevator is very slow sometimes and there is only one for the whole building but it was a small annoyance and didn't spoil anything. John's Pass is within walking distance and we spent time there shopping and going to a couple of restaurants. We went to Bubba Gumps and Skullys . Both very good food ! We also went to Leverocks on Pasadena Avenue in St.Petes and it was our favourite. There is Smugglers Cove mini golf just along and we had fun there. Also went to Clearwater Marine Aquarium which we enjoyed a lot. Lots to do and see close by and again we had a very good vacation. You can fish right on the beach and that was really convenient ! We'd definitely go again ! Didn't want to leave !

First of all - this condo was very clean and spacious and the views are amazing. With that said, it is in desperate need of an update! Most of the condo is stuck in the 1970's. iTrip vacations made the vacation planning easy and we will use them again in the future.

WE HAD A WEEK STAY AT THIS WONDERFUL CONDO. BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE OCEAN AND VERY NICE PLACE. VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. WE HOPE TO COME BACK AGAIN NEXT YEAR. ONLY SMALL THINGS MISSING WERE HOT PADS AND BAKING SHEETS. NO BIG DEAL, BUT WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD TO HAVE. OTHERWISE IT WAS A GREAT PLACE AND WE HAVE EVERY INTENTION ON VISITING AGAIN. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS. CONDO WAS JUST AS DESCRIBED!

This unit was amazing! It was very nice and had plenty of room. The views made this condo. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the sun rise and set everyday. Lastly, everyone at the condo was very nice and made us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

We recently stayed in Sea Breeze #408 . The condo was very spacious and very clean, new carpets had just been installed. The condo has everything you need and more. The codes to access stairs, elevator, pool and beach seemed strange, but realized that it keeps the condo safe and once memorized, it was no problem. There was plenty of parking available, even covered parking. It is walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The only negative (and not really a negative) was the elevators are very slow and Wi-Fi is terrible. We will definitely return to this condo.

Rented condo for 5 days, But a family illness put us one day behind. We were given directions for our check In a few days before we arrived. Anyway the condo was great very clean and well kept. The views from both balconies were perfect. Pictures were accurate Nice pool and grilling area. You can walk to most everything you will need. Make sure you rent a wave runner from flying high in Johns Pass. All very professional people we went twice! The only thing was and it was a small issue the kitchen ceiling fan could be replaced. It was a great stay and would return next year!!

There were some minor cleaning issues but would definitely stay again. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, plenty of room, and a perk with the laundry area on our floor. Wonderful stay. Sea Breeze is the most well kept and safe place we have ever been too. The view from 408 is fantastic. Close to John's Pass. ( Although, we did not want to leave Sea Breeze.) Went to Dave's Dockside for the grouper, excellent. It is just a small place and not much atmosphere. The internet was not working which made it a difficult for our son-in-law to run his business. Had to use his cell phone. Our condo was large. Pros, comfortable beds, ice full in the ice maker, view a 10, bedrooms huge and noise from other rooms not a problem . Ceiling fans in every room. Cons, leather sofas were hard to get out of but very comfortable. This is not a con but it would be nice to have an ice cream scooper and a bigger frying pan. Definitely would go back.

This unit was much larger than the pictures show. There was not a single thing I did not like about it! The corner unit was quite and peaceful, the view from the deck was perfect. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

The condo was beautiful with an amazing view. Very quiet and serene. There was more than enough room in the condo itself. I could have stayed a lot longer there. The kids were able to see baby sea turtles hatch and make their way to the ocean! St. John's pass was a short walk away with great shopping and restaurants. We rented seadoos there and saw Dolphins! The location and condo were just perfect! Thank you!

Our family of 6 stayed out this beachfront condo. The views were awesome. The kitchen and the living room appeared to be much larger than most 2-bedroom condos. We had no problems during our 4 days. Liz and Charlie were very helpful with our registration. Definitely would recommend to anyone that wants to be directly on the beach.
