Beachfront condo with everything!

This beachfront condo on Madeira Beach is only a block from John’s Pass waterway & bridge to Treasure Island, & has everything we could need! The complex is secure with locked private access to building from parking lot & beach, a large heated outdoor pool next to the beach, with lots of comfy loungers & umbrellas; & elevators; & management was responsive. The condo itself has everything needed to enjoy the large beautiful beach with gorgeous sunsets, including folding chairs & large towels. The updated kitchen had everything we needed to cook & bake, plus an in unit washer & dryer to do laundry. The large dining & living area had a large dining table with padded chairs, large comfy couch, smart TV, & board/card games. The bedrooms had ample closet space, comfy beds and room darkening curtains for a good night’s sleep. Plus the master bedroom has a walk in closet, its own smart TV & its own 1/2 bathroom. The new large rainfall shower in the full bathroom was relaxing. The large balcony overlooking John’s Pass is accessible from both the living room & the master bedroom, with a cushioned comfy couch & chairs. In the afternoon & evenings, you can sit on the balcony to enjoy live music from John’s Pass, yet the music is not too loud nor too late to prevent sleeping. We walked across the street to enjoy shopping & outdoor dining at Johns’s Pass, including a cafe with vegan & gluten free options; plus clothing, jewelry & gift shops — our favorites were a Del Sol shop & a hand rolled cigar shop. We didn’t have time to enjoy the store with the free wine tasting, as I had to do some work from the condo (wifi internet was plenty fast), but definitely will do that next time, as we plan to stay in this unit again!

We were very satisfied with everything, very clean and well kept, there was a lot of extras there that we have never seen before at rental units, paper plates, paper towel, charcoal and several other items. The entire property is very well maintained. The balcony is awesome, very large and perfect for being able to listen to live music from John's Pass and watch all the action.

Condo needs update

Condo only has a couch. Had to use a beach chair. Beds are mattress only no box springs.

Fantastic experience

My wife and I spent a week at this condo and had a fabulous time. The condo was clean, well equipped and a short 2 minute walk to the backside of the building to access the pool and beach. The beach itself was amazing and we spent many hours there during the week. The water is clean and the waves are just enough to make it fun, even for small children. The keyfob system to access the amenities (pool, beach, elevator, stairs) made it feel very private and safe. The kitchen was stocked for cooking if you didn't want to go to the many restaurants in the area. Both bedrooms had comfortable beds and plenty of storage and hangers. We had our own parking spot plus the availability of guest parking upon request. The patio deck overlooking the many shops and restaurants at John's Pass allowed us enjoyable evenings sitting while sipping our cocktails. It also was easy to just walk across the street to enjoy the area and it is a MUST to go visit the Boardwalk there. This location is great for couples, friends and families with children. An added bonus was that we could drive to historic downtown St. Pete in just 20 minutes. Lots of cultural events, a vibrant evening life, shopping galore, the amazing St. Pete Pier, the Farmers Market, and more. We will be back again.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The condo is spotless, beautifully decorated, and steps from the beach with wonderful area views. Great location near shops and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Excellent host communication. Highly recommend! 🌟
