FULL DESCRIPTION
This charming home in the heart of Ringling/Payne Park set in a lovely neighborhood and walking distance to the Legacy Trail. 1 Bicycle is available at this property for taking a leisurely ride on the trail. This home is 1 mile from the Sarasota Bay Runner Free Trolley with stops in downtown, The Bayfront, St. Armands Circle, and Lido Beach making for a fantastic day of exploring without a worry about traffic or parking! The trolley runs from 8 AM to Midnight.
Upon entering the home, you will notice the many art pieces located throughout the home. These one-of-a-kind works are the creations of the homes owner and local artist. Wander around and take in the beauty! You are greeted with a large dining area with seating for six that is open to the kitchen and living room. The master bedroom has a king size adjustable bed with and ensuite bathroom. The second guest room has a queen bed and desk, the third bedroom has two twin beds, and both have access to the hallway bathroom. The Master bedroom has double doors that lead out to the patio from the Master bedroom. All bedrooms have comfortable new sheets bedding and towels. The living room has comfortable seating and large TV. Screened in large front porch with dining table and chairs. Small, screened lanai off of Master bedroom with two lounge chairs.
This private home is located just minutes from Downtown Sarasota where you will find many options for dining, shopping, and nightlife. Payne Park is within walking distance from the home and includes Bicycle Trails, Equipment/Facility Rental, Hiking Trails, Picnic Facilities, Playground, and a Restaurant in Park. No trip to Sarasota would be complete without going to one of the world-class white sand beaches nearby. Siesta Key Beach is 7 miles and Lido Beach is 5 miles from the home. Check out St Armand's Circle near Lido Beach for additional shopping and great restaurant choices. Flying into Sarasota/Bradenton airport is easy and convenient with direct flights from many cities and is only a 20 minute drive from the home.

2—Treat this home as if it were your own.
3—Pets are allowed with a paid pet fee of 200.00
4—Report any damage to the home to your host immediately.
5—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycling in the bins near home or place the bins curbside if it is a garbage pick-up day.
6—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
7—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
8—Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
9—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
10—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
11—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm. Loud music and outdoor entertainment is prohibited.
