The grocery store is just 3 minutes away. Rehoboth Beach and the tax free outlet malls are just 20 minutes up the road.
Inside, exposed wooden beams give it that classic cottage charm, while the spacious front and rear porches invite you to unwind with a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Step inside to find a comfortable living space with a 4 seasons room, perfect for quiet moments or family gatherings.
The sleeping arrangements are simple yet comfortable, with a full bed in the 1st bedroom, a bunk bed in the 2nd sleeping 2, another full bed in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen bed in the 4th bedrooms. Two hallway bathrooms ensure convenience for all guests.**Please bring your own linens and towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. ** If you prefer to rent, we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. They deliver and pick up.

This home can be rented with the 2 bedroom home across the way sleeping 4 if it's available, but no pets there please.
Included with your booking are 8 different activity passes EVERY DAY within 30 minutes of most homes. Every day of your stay, your group has access to one pass PER ACTIVITY, PER HOME. The following activities are included subject to change:

The daily value of these is over $300 in season and $150 off season. You'll receive instructions after you book.
Pets require an additional fee of $200 per week per dog or $100 per weekend. Please request approval based on your pet's type and breed. The fee will be added to your balance after you pay your initial deposit.

- Age Requirements: Guests must be 25 or older to book.
- Linens and Towels: Please bring your own. We supply pillows and blankets. All mattresses have pads. If you wish to rent linens and towels or chairs and umbrellas etc, we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. They deliver and pick up.
- Wifi & Passwords: Passwords will be at the home or in your check in instructions. Sometimes you can find the PW on the router.
- Smoking: Absolutely no smoking ANYTHING in the home. If you smoke outside the home, please be sure to pick up after yourselves to avoid extra cleaning charges. Evidence of smoking anything inside the house or on the patio will incur extra cleaning fees.
- Kitchen & Baths: The kitchen is well stocked with all essentials to cook for the advertised occupancy including basic spices and paper goods. Please bring extra garbage bags, napkins, paper towels and toilet paper as well as any spices or oils you may wish to use for cooking.
- Pets: Pets are allowed with written permission from the manager subject to breed weight and training. Extra fees apply..
- Cleaning Supplies: There will be a few provided. It varies by home but most have brooms, vacuum cleaners, sponges.
- Coffee Makers: Drip / K cup.
- Washer and Dryer: All homes have them. Usually there is detergent around but we encourage you to bring your own.
- Keys: Keys are either at the house or electronic. Instructions are given when the balance is paid.
- Cancellation: Most policies are strict. We encourage the purchase of travel insurance, which is available from us or other vendors. Please consult your lease.
- Parking: Please park in front of the house. It is free.
- BBQ: Barbecuing is allowed in the rear. Please be sure to clean up after yourselves to avoid an excessive cleaning fee.
- Garbage: Please use ties on your bags and deposit it into the container. Please make sure your garbage is put out before you leave. .
- Please keep the temperature between 62 and 78 and do not run the air conditioner if the front door or the sliding glass porch door is open.
- Check In / Check Out: 3p / 10a (unless otherwise agreed). Please try not to arrive early or stay late without written consent from management. The cleaners have priority. Please do NOT go inside while the cleaners are there.
- When you check out, please return anything you moved to its original position including all interior or exterior furniture, pillows, games, etc. Please be sure to put remote controls back and to sign out of your apps. Check that windows are closed and that the AC is set to 72.
