Steps to the pool and boat dock, 10 minutes to Bethany Beach and 1 minute from groceries and restaurants, this 4 bedroom 3.5 bath corner townhome sleeping 10 features stunning water views from 3 porches, tremendous living space as well as kayaks with life jackets and paddles, beach chairs, umbrellas and a propane barbecue for your enjoyment. Parking for 2 vehicles is right in front of the home and/or in the garage.
The beds are king, 2 queens, a bunk bed sleeping 3 in a full size and twin as well as a Futon. Please bring your own linens and towels or rent them. Pillows and blankets are provided and inspected. To rent them, we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View who deliver and drop off. The kitchen is well equipped with all that you'll need for a week including a combination drip/K-cup. The home boasts 4 smart TVs. Please bring your passwords for your apps.
There are multiple living areas including two primary suites with attached baths, family rooms and 3 levels of balconies and porches with wonderful water views that invite you to soak in salty breezes overlooking White Creek.
Community amenities include a pool, kayak launch, and boat ramp, right outside your house. Everyday conveniences are right around the corner—grocery shopping at Weis or Giant grocery stores, and dining at local restaurants.
Included with your booking are 8 different activity passes EVERY DAY within 30 minutes of the home. Every day of your stay, your group has access to one pass for each activity. The DAILY value of these is $234 in season and $107 off season. You'll receive instructions after you book.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Guests must be 25 or older to book any property. Unrelated groups must all be 25 or older.
- Linens and Towels: Please bring your own. We supply pillows and blankets. All mattresses have pads. If you wish to rent linens and towels or chairs and umbrellas etc., we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. They deliver and pick up.
- Check In / Check Out: 4p / 11a (unless otherwise agreed). Please try not to arrive early or stay late without written consent from management. The cleaners have priority. If you have a problem with the cleaning, contact me immediately and I will address it.
- No smoking in the home please. If you smoke outside the home, please be sure to pick up after yourselves to avoid extra cleaning charges. Evidence of smoking anything inside the house or on the patio will incur extra cleaning fees.
- Wifi & Passwords: Passwords will be at the home or in your check in instructions. Sometimes you can find the PW on the router.
- Kitchens & Baths: Kitchens are well stocked with all necessaries to cook for the advertised occupancy - limited amounts of spices or paper goods will be there. Please bring napkins, paper towels and toilet paper as well as any spices or oils you may wish to use for cooking.
- This is home not pet friendly.
- Cleaning Supplies: There are cleaning supplies.
- Coffee Makers: Combination Drip/K-cup
- Washers and Dryers: All homes have them. Usually there is detergent around but we encourage you to bring your own
- Cancellation: Most policies are pretty strict. We encourage the purchase of travel insurance, which is available from us or other vendors. Please consult your lease.
- Parking: This home has parking for 2 cars. Please be sure to park in the driveway or the garage. No parking on the street. No trailers. If you have a small boat on a trailer, you must park it in the garage
- Chairs and Umbrellas: This home comes with a supply beach chairs or umbrellas.
- BBQ: This home has a propane barbecue including grilling utensils and cleaning supplies. Please clean the grill when you are finished out of courtesy to the next guests. .
- When you check out, please return anything you moved to its original position including all interior and exterior furniture, pillows, games, etc. Please check that windows are closed and that the AC is set to 72.
