It sleeps 10 comfortably in 2 kings, 2 queens a double and 3 twins with each bedroom having its own full bathroom. Enjoy the superb views from the back and front porches with sunrises overlooking the Indian River Bay and sunsets overlooking the community. Bring the kids to the spacious FREE pool and kiddie pool with plenty of lounges and tables just a 2 minute walk from the condo as well as the tennis, pickleball, 9 hole executive golf course (fee), basketball court and playground when you're not on your way to Bethany Beach just a 10 minute drive from the home. Park right in front of the home and enjoy. Bring your kayaks and launch into the Bay at the nearby launch or walk, crab or fish (with license). Walk or bring bikes to make use of the endless nature paths.
This home is 5 minutes from two grocery stores. The Bethany Beach, Ocean View area offers a wide range of wonderful restaurants ranging from family style pizza to high-end gourmet for those nights when you don't want to cook. If you're cooking at home, the kitchen is superbly stocked with everything 10 people will need to enjoy their summer vacation including a K-cup coffee pot. Please bring your favorite pods. TVs in the home are streaming only. Please bring your passwords.
In addition to what is offered at Bethany Bay and included with your booking are 8 different activity passes EVERY DAY within 30 minutes of the home. Every day of your stay, your group has access to one pass to EACH activity. Sometimes extra free passes can be made available. The value of these passes is over $300 per day. Beach Access & Nearby Attractions:
Only a short 5 mile drive to the Bethany Boardwalk and pristine shores of Bethany Beach, offering sun-soaked days, beachside dining, art classes at Raye of Light Studio and boutique shopping. Owners will provide an extensive area Guide including things to do in the area and restaurant recommendations. There are several state parks close by, which offer trails and an alternative to parking in the town of Bethany Beach.
**Please note you will need to provide your own bath and beach towels, bed linens and bath mats. Summer blankets and pillows are provided and checked weekly. If you do not want to bring them from home, we recommend the following local companies, which will deliver and pick up linen and beach equipment: Gale Force Rentals, Coastal Beach Services, and Sheets at the Beach** This is a no smoking and no pets home.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Age Requirements: Guests must be 25 or older to book.
- Linens and Towels: Please bring your own. We supply pillows and blankets. All mattresses have pads. If you wish to rent linens and towels or chairs and umbrellas etc., we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. They deliver and pick up.
- Wifi & Passwords: Passwords will be at the home or in your check-in instructions. Sometimes you can find the PW on the router.
- Smoking: Absolutely no smoking ANYTHING in the home. If you smoke outside the home, please be sure to pick up after yourselves to avoid extra cleaning charges. Evidence of smoking anything inside the house or on the patio will incur extra cleaning fees.
- Kitchen & Baths: The kitchen is well stocked with all essentials to cook for the advertised occupancy - but no spices or paper goods. Please bring garbage bags, napkins, paper towels and toilet paper as well as any spices or oils you may wish to use for cooking.
- Pets: This home does NOT allow pets
- Cleaning Supplies: There will be a few provided. It varies by home but most have brooms, vacuum cleaners, sponges.
- Coffee Makers: Drip / K cup.
- Washer and Dryer: Usually there is detergent around but we encourage you to bring your own.
- Cancellation: Most policies are pretty strict. We encourage the purchase of travel insurance, which is available from us or other vendors. Please consult your lease.
- Parking: Please park in front of your building. It is free.
- BBQ: No barbecuing is allowed on the patios or porches.
- Garbage: Please use ties on your bags and deposit it into the dumpster.
- Please keep the temperature between 62 and 78 and do not run the air conditioner if the front door or the sliding glass porch door is open.
- Locate the pool passes for the renter. Hanging on the turtle. Use these to access the pool and club house.
- The folding doors in the two bedrooms are like all folding doors: somewhat annoying. With a little patience, they will open and shut. We tend to the leave them open.
- The screen front door is confusing to some guests. The door can be set open to permit easy entry of luggage and groceries. To get the screen door to shut, open it slightly more and let go of it. It will then close completely.
- Given its dark blue color and texture of the fabric, the couch tends to show lint and hair. There are lint removal rollers in drawers near the couch.
- Check In / Check Out: 3p / 10a (unless otherwise agreed). Please try not to arrive early or stay late without written consent from management. The cleaners have priority. Occasionally, you can park at the house and go to the beach if the home is not yet clean. But please do NOT go inside while the cleaners are there.
- When you check out, please return anything you moved to its original position including all interior or exterior furniture, pillows, games, etc. Please check that windows are closed and that the AC is set to 72.
- IMPORTANT: Please do not have anything shipped to this property. It wilnd up in the mailbox and not retrievable for weeks.
