With 2 wrap around decks, ocean views, and only 20 steps to beach access, Sea Love Beach House is that perfect beach get-away. Imagine sipping coffee on the upper deck while watching the birds soar over the beach dunes. Then, grab your beach chairs and spend all day body surfing or strolling the beautiful soft sand beach, watching boats cruise past. Ahh - Plum Island at it's best!
After a day at the beach, return to your beach house with central air conditioning! Or, if you prefer, open the windows and sliding glass doors - enjoy the lovely sea breezes. So refreshing! With seating for 15, everyone can enjoy quality time together on the upper level living space. Let's start with happy hour! Then, fire up the grill for dinner on the deck. After dinner, watch the sun set.over the bay. The perfect beach day!
Sea Love Beach House is a three level town home that boasts 2 living areas, both with big screen smart TVs. The top floor is the upper level living area with fully-applianced kitchen, dining area, fire-placed living room, and wrap-around deck. A wrap-around deck? You bet! Guests can watch the sun rise over the ocean from one side, and the sun set over the bay from the other. While Sea Love Beach House is not on the water, it's height affords guests water views.
With 2 separate living rooms, this beach house is perfect for the family get-away; Kids can play on the first floor while the adults gather on the top floor.

About Sea Love Beach House
As you enter Sea Love Beach House, guests are greeted by cubbies, hooks, and benches. Ditch your beach gear here - so convenient for heading back out later. The first floor is set-up to be the kids space. You enter the 1st floor living room with a big screen smart TV, 2 comfy couches, and board games. The 1st floor living room has sliding glass doors that lead to one of the wrap-around decks, and seasonal outdoor shower. Adjacent to the living room is a full bath with tub and shower. Down the hall is the kids bunk room with a full and a twin bed. If guests request, we can provide linens for an additional fold-up twin bed as well as the sleep sofa.
Ascend to the 2nd floor, which offers 2 bedrooms and the 2nd full bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed and window seat; the other bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have seating areas, bureaus, and large closets.
Then, ascend to the 3rd floor, and you find the main living space with kitchen, dining area, living room, and powder room. Another set of sliding glass doors leads to the 2nd wrap-around deck. This upper deck is furnished with a gas grill and outdoor dining. The upper living room has the 2nd Large Screen Smart TV and fireplace.

Plum Island is a 6-mile long barrier beach that extends south of Newburyport. Most of it makes up the Parker River Wildlife Refuge, which is visited seasonally by nearly 300 bird species.
Walking on a beach across a National Wildlife Refuge, hearing the waves crashing on long, sandy beaches, watching birds and deer nearby…
A walk is a nice introduction to the extraordinary diversity of the Plum Island scenery. Take a walk both on the beach and on the main Refuge road, which offers wonderful views on the Plum Island River marshes and the Broad Sound.
Plum Island creates a nice protected bay which leads to marshes along the Parker River - take a kayak or paddleboard tour through the marshes.

During peak season, Sea Love Beach House has a strict No Pets Policy.
Beds are made with freshly laundered linens. Clean towels for each registered guest are placed on the beds. Please bring your own beach towels. Each accommodation comes with starter pack of 1 roll of paper towels, each bathroom will have at least 1 spare roll of toilet paper. A starter pack of coffee, cleaning supplies, and hand soap is also provided.
Items you should bring with you: Extra paper products, beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, toiletries, food, beverages, and any other essentials and assundries to make your vacation enjoyable.
- Pay at the kiosk, with cash or credit card
- Pay by phone, through the Passport Parking App, available on these Play Store and Apple App Store.
Free parking lots are at the Train Station and 2 Blue Lane Road on Rt 127.
During the winter, meters and kiosk parking is free. All seasons, on-street parking outside of the meter and kiosk areas are free.
Newburyport Plum Island Public Parking lot is able to accommodate 150 vehicles. This lot is at the far North End of the Island. Enter the parking lot using the entrance adjacent to 278 Northern Blvd, Newburyport, MA 01950. Entrance through Reservation Terrace will not be permitted and any vehicles found entering there are subject to fines and towing.
Non-Resident fees: are Weekday $15, Weekends & Holidays $20
Newburyport Resident (w/ sticker) fees are: Weekday $15, Weekends & Holidays $12
Note: If you arrive before the lot attendant is on duty, an envelope will be placed on your car and your information will be recorded. You can pay the price on the envelope when exiting the lot or simply put your payment in the envelope and add a stamp and mail it to our office. Failure to pay an envelope within two weeks of parking will result in additional fees and potentially a citation.
Privately Owned Plum Island Parking is located at center island at 26 Plum Island Turnpike, Newbury, MA 01951 Fees vary on the season $5-$25 for the day. This is a 2 minute walk to the ocean beach.
Privately Owned Public Parking, with lift gate, is located just around the corner, going north of Plum Island Parking. Fees vary on the season $5-$25. This is a 1 minute walk to the beach
The Cottage (convenience store)- 14 Plum Island Turnpike provides beach parking from $5-$25 depending on the season. Go inside The Cottage to pay and get a ticket.
Parking Lot 1 - located inside the Refuge - Fee is a daily rate or get a $20 season pass (best deal). This lot may be closed in the summer when the Piping Plover's are nesting.
Note: There is no parking on any residential Plum Island streets. Please do not park in the Georgie Peorgie's At The Beachfront parking lot located at Center Island - this is reserved for Newbury residents only, with parking permits.

Good Neighbors honor the right of Sea Love Beach House’s neighbors to peacefully enjoy their homes. iTrip North Shore's guests will:
- Respect Quiet Hours: Quiet Hours are dictated by local rules and ordinances. Unless specified otherwise, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM.
- Not Host Events or Parties: without express written approval from iTrip North Shore, do not host any parties or events.
- Follow the Law: do not do anything illegal.
- Respect Boundaries: Do not encroach into the neighbors’ space, including but not limited to yards, gardens, decks, patios, and parking spaces. Do not use neighbors’ amenities or take neighbor’s property, such as: furniture, grills, pools, spas, etc.
- Follow Parking Instructions: Please follow all parking instructions and only use those spaces allotted to Sea Love Beach House.
- Prudent Use: instructions on how to use appliances and amenities are provided. Please use all items for their intended purpose and per instructions. Please contact iTrip Vacations North Shore Massachusetts if you have any questions.
- Be Neat and Caring: please do pick up after yourselves; put trash and recycling in proper bins, do the dishes, use coasters, and leave the furniture where it belongs.
- Park in Designated Areas: Please do park in driveways, parking pads and garages. Please do not park on lawns or in gardens.
- Do Not Smoke or Vape: smoking or vaping of anything: cigarettes, pipes, cigars, or marijuana, requires special remediation to remove the aroma.
- Do Not Tamper with Safety Sensors: iTrip North Shore homes come equipped with a variety of safety sensors, such as: exterior cameras, noise monitoring, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and more. Respectful guests do not tamper with the owner's safety sensors.
- Be Careful: where there are wet area amenities such as waterfronts, docks, pools, or hot tubs, please take care to secure the areas and take appropriate precautions.
- Return Keys/Passes/Remotes: please return items as described in Check-out instructions.
