Your thrilling beachfront escape awaits on the 2nd floor of The Commodore, where the gentle murmurs of the Gulf will entice you to relax and rejuvenate. This condo is your personal sanctuary, boasting an incredible balcony that offers an unparalleled front-row glimpse into your own slice of heaven!

The space:

✔ Bedrooms: Two master suites with flat-screen TVs and access to the spacious beachfront balcony. The third bedroom offers two full-size beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private entrance to the guest bathroom.

✔ Bathrooms: Both master suites feature vanities and a tub/shower combination. The guest bathroom features a walk-in shower and entrances from the hallway and the guest bedroom.

✔ Living Room: Queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat, accent chair, and a flat-screen TV with streaming service for family entertainment or relaxing evenings

✔ Kitchen: Fully equipped to ensure you can prepare all your favorite meals, a dishwasher to make clean-up a breeze, and a coffee maker for your morning brew. There is a dining table with seating for six, as well as bar seating for two.

$300 FREE Activities: Guests will receive one complimentary admission to each of our select activities per day. You can attend all of these activities every day, and one person will be free each day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!

Activities and Attractions: PCB Wheel Ride, Mini Golf at the PCB Wheel, Dave & Buster’s, WonderWorks, Bay Point Golf and Tennis Club, Just Jump Trampoline Park, and Island Time Sailing: Dolphin Watch Sailing Cruise

A few details to ensure a prime experience:

✔ A strict no-smoking policy promotes a fresh and inviting atmosphere.

✔ Age requirement of 25+ for booking, fostering a mature and respectful environment.

✔ Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Additionally, noise must be kept at a level that will not constitute a nuisance to the neighbors. Loud and excessive noise will not be allowed at any time.

✔ Guests are not permitted to have pets on the property.

**CANCELLATION POLICY**

If you need to cancel your reservation, please note that cancellations must be made at least 30 days before your arrival date. If you cancel 30 days or more before your arrival, all payments will be refunded, except for a $100.00 administrative fee.

Guests who do not cancel within the specified time frame will be charged the full amount of their reservation. Please be aware that there will be no refunds for early departures unless authorities mandate evacuation due to a hurricane. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

**RULES AND REGULATIONS**

Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises unless otherwise stated in the property description.
Vandalism: Vandalism is illegal and will be reported to local authorities. iTrip is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or personal property.
Outdoor Grilling: No outdoor grilling is allowed on balconies, including ground floors.
Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited within the unit: open flames, fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind, and illegal drugs as defined by the State of Florida.
Language: Foul language is not tolerated. Please be respectful to others.
Balcony Safety: Do not throw any items off balconies. This is a felony offense, and violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and may face immediate eviction.
Hanging Items: Towels or clothing may not be hung over railings.
Feeding Wildlife: Seagulls are not to be fed from balconies.

Compliance with Florida Laws: Tenants and their guests must comply with all state and local laws while on the premises. Failure to adhere to these rules or the laws of Florida may result in the tenant being asked to vacate the premises, with the potential forfeiture of all paid rent and security/damage deposits.

Condo has some issues of concern *Stove burner didnt work *One towel per room/we had to purchase *Coffee pot doesn't work/we purchased one *Carpet tacks as entering bedrooms punctured feet *Draw curtains in bedroom doesn't work well *Tub doesnt drain well *Dryer doesnt wirk well *couch & loveseat musky ordor Overall needs a remodel We had units 203 & 405 slso totally updated and clean

Our family recently took a quick weekend trip and had a great time together in this unit! Our group of 7 ranged in age from 1-53 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The check-in process was easy, and the rental group was helpful in getting us the information needed. Everything about the condo was what we needed and the views were phenomenal!

Had a wonderful time! Everyone was so nice and inviting! Felt super safe with a guard station with guard! They offered so much advice on what to do! We loved our view and enjoyed the easy access to pool and ocean! Water pressure in showers were amazing! Kitchen was fully stocked and made everything much easier! I underestimated linens but everything was provided! We did have a tv malfunction that never got resolved, but other than that we enjoyed our stay! Seemed as though everyone else was loving it too!

We recently had a family vacation to PCB in August 2022. We stayed at the commodore room 205. We rented the unit through VRBO which was a very smooth process. Unfortunately when it came to the actual room that’s where things got a little disappointing. Let me tell you pictures are very deceiving. This unit needs multiple updates and in my opinion a new cleaning company. There were many safety issues especially with 4 children. We all had to re-wash our bedding because it smelled used, several sheets were stained including a few stains that looked to be blood, the couches are disgustingly old and when the cushions were lifted there were crumbs and garbage under them, the beds themselves were so uncomfortable. This is only the tip of the iceberg with issues regarding this rental. The only thing about this unit is the view which is absolutely breathtaking and the location. Do yourselves a favor and don’t book this room until it’s updated and cleaned properly.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay, great ocean views & large nice balcony. We were contacted before we arrived with all our info & checked on us while we were there. Condo was clean, all appliances worked & also found a gift bag of snacks when we arrived! We did not find any sheets for sofa bed but after letting Amber know they were delivered in no time to our condo. The 2 lounge chairs on the balcony do need new pads but other balcony chairs & table were nice. Master king bed is in need of new mattress soon, but we would definitely stay here again! My family and I stayed at this place (The Commodore). Our Condo was nice for the price. We loved our amazing view, and how close we were to the pool/ beach. Elevators were working and super fast! We also loved that this condo is located on the quiet side of Panama City Beach. Was perfect for our family vacation. All appliances worked great! Sheets and towels were very clean/ white/ nice! Only thing I would recommend is to bring a travel sized laundry detergent, paper towels, maybe a few extra dishwasher pods (we have a big family and need to run the dishwasher & washing machine everyday). Also, don’t forget your beach towels!
