✔ Bathrooms: The primary/master bathroom features double vanities and a walk-in shower. The second guest bathroom features a vanity and a tub/shower combination. There is a half bath downstairs.

✔ Living Room: This spacious living room includes a comfortable sofa, a cozy accent chair, and a flat-screen TV, ideal for family entertainment or relaxing evenings. It also provides direct access to the private deck.

**CANCELLATION POLICY**
 
If you need to cancel your reservation, please note that cancellations must be made at least 30 days before your arrival date. If you cancel 30 days or more before your arrival, all payments will be refunded, except for a $100.00 administrative fee. 
 
Guests who do not cancel within the specified time frame will be charged the full amount of their reservation. Please be aware that there will be no refunds for early departures unless authorities mandate evacuation due to a hurricane. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
PET FRIENDLY

We are pet-friendly, but please note that all pets require pre-approval.

Please let us know the size/type of pet you would like to bring so we can approve it. Please note that dog breeds on the list below may not be approved without additional information and proof of
 the pet owners' insurance coverage.

Pets must:
  • be crated anytime they are left alone.
  • be up to date on all vaccinations.
  • have flea and tick prevention treatments.
(Note that If there is an emergency, we or a first responder may need to access the home without disturbing your pet or in fear of being attacked).   

We allow one small to medium-sized pet, subject to the medical and damage provisions outlined in the rental agreement. The pet fee is a non-refundable $150 per stay.  Additional pets may be permitted at our sole discretion; if an additional pet is allowed, there is an added $75.00* fee per stay for each additional pet allowed. (*plus tax per stay)

Please review the pet-friendly property provisions in the rental agreement carefully. 

Please ensure your pet is up to date on their vaccinations (including rabies).

If your pet is not on a regular flea and tick treatment, applying a topical treatment 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL IS ESSENTIAL. Fleas and ticks are prevalent throughout the year, so it is crucial for your pet's welfare that they are protected at all times.  

Prohibited Breeds of Dogs may include any mix of the following. Contact us to discuss your dog: Akita; Boxer; Bull Terrier; Bullmastiff; Chow Chow; Doberman Pinscher; German Shepherd; Giant Schnauzer, Mastiff; Ovtcharka; Presa Canario; Pit Bull; Rhodesian Ridgeback; Rottweiler; Neapolitan Mastiff; Wolf; or Wolf Hybrid.

  • Vandalism is strictly prohibited and will be reported to local authorities. iTrip is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or personal property.
  • Outdoor Grilling: Outdoor grilling is only permitted in the designated area.
  • Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited within the unit: open flames, fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind, and illegal drugs as defined by the State of Florida.
  • Language: Foul language is not tolerated. Please be respectful to others.
  • Balcony Safety: Do not throw any items off balconies. This is a felony offense, and violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and may face immediate eviction.
  • Hanging Items: Please do not hang towels or clothing over railings.
  • Feeding Wildlife: Seagulls are not to be fed from balconies.

Compliance with Florida Laws: Tenants and their guests are required to comply with all applicable state and local laws while on the premises. Failure to adhere to these rules or the laws of Florida may result in the tenant being asked to vacate the premises, with the potential forfeiture of all paid rent and security/damage deposits.
