The space:
✔ Living Room: Queen-size sleeper sofa, accent chair, a power recliner, and a flat-screen TV with streaming service for family entertainment or relaxing evenings.
✔ Bedrooms: King-size bed in the master bedroom, flat-screen TV, and access to the spacious balcony with comfortable seating. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private entrance to the second bathroom. The third bedroom features two twin-size beds, a flat-screen TV, and access to a private bathroom.
✔ Bathrooms: The primary/master bathroom features double vanities and a walk-in shower. The second/guest bathroom has a walk-in shower and entrances from the hallway and guest bedroom. The third bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
✔ Kitchen: Fully equipped to ensure you can prepare all your favorite meals, a dishwasher to make clean-up a breeze, and a coffee maker for your morning brew. There is a dining table with seating for six, as well as bar seating for four.

$300 FREE Activities: Guests will receive one complimentary admission to each of our select activities per day. You can attend all of these activities every day, and one person will be free each day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.
So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!

✔ Age requirement of 25+ for booking, fostering a mature and respectful environment.
✔ Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Additionally, noise must be kept at a level that will not constitute a nuisance to the neighbors. Loud and excessive noise will not be allowed at any time.
✔ Guests are not permitted to have pets on the property.

- Outdoor Grilling: No outdoor grilling is allowed on balconies, including ground floors.
- Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited within the unit: open flames, fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind, and illegal drugs as defined by the State of Florida.
- Language: Foul language is not tolerated. Please be respectful to others.
- Balcony Safety: Do not throw any items off balconies. This is a felony offense, and violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and may face immediate eviction.
- Hanging Items: Towels or clothing may not be hung over railings.
- Feeding Wildlife: Seagulls are not to be fed from balconies.
Compliance with Florida Laws: Tenants and their guests must comply with all state and local laws while on the premises. Failure to adhere to these rules or the laws of Florida may result in the tenant being asked to vacate the premises, with the potential forfeiture of all paid rent and security/damage deposits.
