Treasure Island 905 is located on the 9th floor of the building, only steps from the covered parking area. It's thoughtfully updated and decorated to be your coastal home away from home while you enjoy your relaxing beach getaway!
✔ Bedrooms: King-size bed in the primary bedroom, flat-screen TV, and a spacious balcony with comfortable seating. Bunks are located in the common area. The second bedroom offers a Queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private entrance to the second bathroom.
✔ Bathrooms: The primary/master bathroom features double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a spacious closet. The second/guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and entrances from the hallway and guest bedroom.
✔ Living Room: Queen-size sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV with streaming service for family entertainment or relaxing evenings

**CANCELLATION POLICY:**
If you need to cancel your reservation, please note that cancellations must be made at least 30 days before your arrival date. If you cancel 30 days or more before your arrival, all payments will be refunded, except for a $100.00 administrative fee.
Guests who do not cancel within the specified time frame will be charged the full amount of their reservation. Please be aware that there will be no refunds for early departures unless authorities mandate evacuation due to a hurricane. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Pool hours are 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM Please follow the rules posted for your safety. All registered guests must wear pool bands provided at check-in. NO RESERVING lounge chairs or taking them to the beach. Small children must wear swimming diapers. No animals, NO GLASS in or around the pool area. Smoking tobacco and vapor products is prohibited on the pool deck. No animals, food, or drinks are allowed in the pool.
- Quiet Hours: 11 PM - 8 PM.
- No SMOKING anywhere except designated areas on the paved parking lot. Discard butts appropriately!
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Vandalism is punishable by law. Anyone caught vandalizing will be reported to local authorities. iTrip assumes no responsibility for theft or damages to vehicles or personal property.
- No Outdoor Grilling of any kind on balconies, including ground floors.
- Prohibited items: Open flames, fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind, and drugs that are illegal in the State of Florida are prohibited in the unit.
- Foul Language is NOT tolerated. Be nice.
- No Throwing anything off balconies. It is a felony offense. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law & subject to immediate eviction.
- Towels or clothing is not to be hung over the railings.
- Seagulls are NOT to be fed from balconies.
- Florida Laws: Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida and local laws at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenants to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rent and security/damage deposits.
- TRASH CHUTES: DO NOT put large boxes in the trash chute. DO NOT leave trash sitting in the hallway trash room. Please ensure the trash room door is closed. Only household trash is allowed down the trash chute. No construction debris is allowed. This includes carpet, sheetrock, tile, wood, furniture, or anything else besides kitchen trash.
- GRILLS: Grills of any kind are not allowed on the balconies. Gas Grills are available on the 3rd level of the parking deck. Charcoal grills are located on the East side of the pool deck.
- POOL AREA: Pool hours are 8:00 A.M. – 11:00 P.M. Please follow the rules posted for your safety. All registered guests must wear pool bands provided to you at check-in. NO RESERVING lounge chairs or taking them to the beach. Small children must wear swimming diapers. No animals, NO GLASS in or around the pool area. The smoking of tobacco and vapor products is prohibited on the pool deck. No animals, food or drinks allowed in the pool.
- NOISE LEVEL: Guests must maintain noise to avoid annoying others. Radios with earphones are required in all public areas, including the pool deck. “Quiet Hours” are enforced throughout the resort between 11:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M.
- Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises unless otherwise stated in the property description.
- Vandalism: Vandalism is illegal and will be reported to local authorities. iTrip is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or personal property.
- Outdoor Grilling: No outdoor grilling is allowed on balconies, including ground floors.
- Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited within the unit: open flames, fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind, and illegal drugs as defined by the State of Florida.
