**CANCELLATION POLICY**

If you need to cancel your reservation, please note that cancellations must be made at least 30 days before your arrival date. If you cancel 30 days or more before your arrival, all payments will be refunded, except for a $100.00 administrative fee.

Guests who do not cancel within the specified time frame will be charged the full amount of their reservation. Please be aware that there will be no refunds for early departures unless authorities mandate evacuation due to a hurricane. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

**RULES AND REGULATIONS**

Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises unless otherwise stated in the property description.
Vandalism: Vandalism is illegal and will be reported to local authorities. iTrip is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or personal property.
Outdoor Grilling: No outdoor grilling is allowed on balconies, including ground floors.
Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited within the unit: open flames, fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind, and illegal drugs as defined by the State of Florida.
Language: Foul language is not tolerated. Please be respectful to others.
Balcony Safety: Do not throw any items off balconies. This is a felony offense, and violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and may face immediate eviction.
Hanging Items: Towels or clothing may not be hung over railings.
Feeding Wildlife: Seagulls are not to be fed from balconies.

Compliance with Florida Laws: Tenants and their guests must comply with all state and local laws while on the premises. Failure to adhere to these rules or the laws of Florida may result in the tenant being asked to vacate the premises, with the potential forfeiture of all paid rent and security/damage deposits.

The room was great! We stay at Commodore every year and are happy to say this year we found our forever room! Ground floor, clean and comfortable beds. The pots are name brand (not the usual cheap ones) and the A/C works great.

We had a great time, as always. The condo was clean, but could use more towels for guests. The master bed is very, VERY firm, and so are the pillows. Overall we had a wonderful time and love staying here!

This was our second year in commodore 103 and like the last, it was great. Location as always is the prime reason for our stay. Through the front door and out the back directly to the pool and beach. No stairs, no elevators and close parking.

We have been coming to The Commodore for over ten years and have stayed in unit 103 on the ground floor for the past 4 years at least. With the four kids, having the grassy area right outside and near the pool is a game changer! Our kids talk about this trip all year long. We enjoyed the condo as a whole and its location. Our issues were very below standard cleaning for the Fee we paid!! Kitchen utensils had mold on them, very dried up pepperoni stuck to oven rack, coffee maker needs to be replaced due to lack of cleaning (very dirty), mold in the washing machine laundry detergent compartment, toilets not cleaned, sticky kitchen table, and a cup left in the dishwasher. I have pictures to forward if needed please advise an email address. Thank you!

This condo was a beautiful place. We felt right at home. It is a very pretty place. It was very nice just to walk outside and be close to things you need like the beach or the parking lot. This was our second time to book with Itrip and our stay was fantastic. I highly recommend Itrip, they are very pleasant to work with and keep you completely informed about your stay, from booking to the end of your stay. We were contacted via text before we arrived with contact name and phone number, should we need anything during our stay. We were on the ground floor and only a few steps to the pool. The condo was clean, very accommodating and had all the amenities we needed, then some. We will definitely stay here again.

This was the first time we stayed in a first floor unit. The view was amazing! The room was one of our favorites so far. Beach toys/chairs were even provided. Definitely coming back soon!

Upon arrival, the security guard was super friendly and welcoming. He told us of volleyball and cornhole that was available to us on the beach for free! He also offered us games that he had to share if we wanted them. He was very informative of the parking arrangement as well as overflow parking not far away. The unit was clean and stocked and decorated nicely. The kitchen had “extras” that previous renters left behind to share (we did the same ?). The unit stayed cold! The only thing missing was a mop! We did have a little trouble finding space to pack away food items but just used countertop space instead. Our favorite part of the unit was the outdoor patio! It was very spacious and the yard area extending out from the patio made the space feel even bigger. There is a huge bin full of chairs, boogie boards and sand toys! The pool is within a few steps and the beach is super close! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again! Thank you!

This place was soooo perfect for our family vacation! We had the best time. Everything thing was very convenient. Being on the ground floor is awesome! NO ELEVATORS!!! ? The pool and the beach are both extremely close and our kids loved playing in the grassy area. The unit had everything we need and then some. The decor is adorable! We hope to be back soon! ❤️❤️❤️

We stayed at this unit for 4 days on a small vacation. We loved it! It was on the ground floor and the beach was like 50 feet from the unit. You could see the ocean clearly from the unit and everything was clean. We would definitely stay again. Very chill atmosphere in the town and everyone was was super nice. You are also very close to a whole bunch of water activity's.
