Review the following house rules, safety information, and checkout requests before booking.

Maximum occupancy
The maximum overnight occupancy is PropertySleeps guests. Please ensure your reservation accurately reflects the number of guests staying at the property.

Minimum booking age
The guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old. This requirement applies consistently to all booking guests; it does not prohibit children or younger guests from accompanying an eligible booking guest.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Please follow any additional smoking restrictions disclosed in the listing, including restrictions for balconies or other outdoor areas.

Pets and service animals
The pet policy shown in this property’s listing applies to your reservation.

• At properties designated “no pets,” pets are not permitted.
• At pet-friendly properties, please follow the pet limits and requirements disclosed in the listing. Any applicable pet fee must be disclosed before booking.
• Service animals are not pets. We accommodate service animals, and other assistance animals where required, in accordance with applicable law and the booking platform’s policies. Pet fees do not apply to service animals.

Neighbors and disturbances
Please respect our neighbors and avoid excessive noise or disruptive behavior. Follow any quiet hours disclosed in the listing.
Illegal activity, property damage, and conduct that threatens the safety of others are prohibited.

Fire and cooking safety

• Do not use grills inside the property.
• Grills are not permitted on balconies unless a property-provided grill is specifically designated for use in that location.
• Use any property-provided grill only in its designated location and follow the posted operating instructions.
• Candles and other open flames are not permitted inside the property or on balconies, except for normal use of property-provided cooking appliances or other expressly designated equipment.
• Do not disable, cover, remove, or tamper with smoke detectors or other safety equipment.
• Use the range hood or exhaust fan while cooking, when available.

Property care
Please use the property, furniture, and equipment responsibly.

• Keep indoor furnishings inside the property, and do not remove furnishings or other property contents.
• Do not attach decorations using tape, nails, staples, tacks, or other materials that could damage surfaces.
• Report damage, maintenance concerns, or safety issues to iTrip promptly.
• Normal wear and tear and routine cleaning are expected.

Utilities and service interruptions
Please notify iTrip promptly if electricity, gas, water, internet, television service, or another advertised amenity is unavailable or not working properly.
We will investigate and make reasonable efforts to coordinate repairs or restoration. Restoration times may depend on utility providers or other circumstances outside our control.
Any refund, credit, or other resolution will be handled under the booking platform’s applicable policies and applicable law.

Access instructions
Your door code and arrival instructions will be sent approximately three days before check-in. For reservations made within three days of arrival, instructions will be provided before your scheduled check-in.
If you have not received your instructions, please contact iTrip through your booking platform.

Checkout requests
Before leaving, please:

• Place used dishes in the sink.
• Place trash and recycling in the designated indoor bins.
• Check for personal belongings.
• Close and lock exterior doors and windows.

Our cleaning team will handle routine cleaning, dishwashing, and trash removal.

Damage and rule violations
Please report any accidental damage promptly so we can address it.

If damage or additional cleaning beyond routine turnover occurs, iTrip may submit a documented reimbursement request through the booking platform’s applicable process, subject to its policies and applicable law.

For serious or repeated rule violations, iTrip may contact the booking platform and, where appropriate, local authorities to determine next steps.

Any cancellation, early termination, refund, or reimbursement will be handled in accordance with applicable platform policies and law.
