The Calvin Garden Getaway is a newly-built retreat in the heart of East Nashville's super trendy 5 Points neighborhood! This apartment, located at the top of our backyard carriage house, boasts a charming style and sits just steps away from a bustling neighborhood center. WALK to Barista Parlor, Dino's Bar (World Famous Burgers!), Chopper Tiki Bar, Donut Distillery, Vinnie Louise, The 5 Spot, Five Points Pizza, Hunter's Station, and tons more!

There are lots of cubbies and rods for hanging clothes. Checking in was super easy, Kevin was easy to communicate with and the location was great! *This is a great little spot. Incredibly clean and well thought out. Conveniently located to so many amenities and just a 5-minute drive from downtown. A 1-minute walk from a cool little coffee shop, a 1-minute drive from a couple of grocery stores, and several great restaurants all within a 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk. -Jason
