Dog less than 40lbs will be considered with Owners approval - $20/Night Fee + $500 Additional Refundable Pet Security Deposit Required assuming no damage (pet fees collected following booking). No CATs allowed!

*Briarwood property owners association requires tenants to complete Application for lease approval forms. (Details available upon booking).

If reservation is made less than 8 days prior to arrival, an additional $100 application fee will be required.

Furthermore, if a reservation is made on a last minute basis before Friday @12:00pm for a booking that begins on Saturday or Sunday of that weekend, there will an additional $200.00 charge required by the Homeowners association.
