Your 2 star review and reference to "great house if you are mute" is obviously in retaliation for being asked to maintain appropriate noise levels and respect for your neighbors. The fact that we have never had to ask this of any guest is a good indication that we don't typically have this level of guest disrespect. The fact that you cannot recognize or respect our position speaks volumes; as does your attempt to punish us with a 2 star review.
So glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. Also, the house has had an entire exterior painting....quite "refreshed". As for the pool heater, unfortunately it's terribly unrealistic to expect that the pool heater should be set to and/or reach a maximum temp setting of 90 degrees. As we tell all of our guests, when the pool heater temperature is set that high, the chemicals will no longer be effective and pool water will eventually turn green. This is why we don't recommend above average pool heater temperature settings. We're sorry for any confusion and hope that you'll consider returning. We greatly appreciate your business.
Although we’re certainly happy to hear that you had an enjoyable stay at this property recently, we were quite perplexed with your 3 star review. It’s our goal to ensure that all of our guests enjoy a positive vacation experience….and hope for a correlating review & rating. After meeting you in person and offering to assist with any issues and sharing that I was located around the corner, not sure why you would not have reached out. Also not sure what you’re referring to when stating the garage door didn’t work. It was working upon your arrival and after your departure. The gas BBQ grill is cleaned between each guest stay/reservation. Again, if you found either of these things to have been issues, we’re not sure why you never mentioned them during your stay (contact info well established). As for the absence of sunshine on the pool, there was clearly bad weather during your stay, which we obviously cannot control. We greatly appreciate your business and want you to know that customer service is our #1 priority. This is why we encourage our guests to reach out and provide us an opportunity to resolve issues promptly.
