This fifth floor corner unit has been all updated and features full kitchen, dining room, living room, and two large balconies, one overlooking the bay over the master bedroom and the other overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The complex fronts on the beach and has a heated pool and hot tub.

The condo has tile floors throughout with marble and granite counter tops in the bathrooms and kitchen. All updated appliances in the kitchen. Everything is updated with beautiful furniture.

Our family has been coming to Madeira Beach for years. We always rent the Sea Breeze Unit 501. The Panoramic view from this Corner unit is Awesome! The Windows give the unit light all day long and the two balconies give the best views of the Ocean and of the Bay especially at night. The building is a short walk to John's Pass where we shop and eat at our favorite spots. We look forward to our Beach vacation all year long. This year we found new kitchen pots, pans, and glasses. The full kitchen makes our stay very comfortable as our family enjoys cooking our favorite meals while on vacation. The open floor plan of the unit, decor and furnishings make the unit cozy. The family loves watching movies on the Large Flat screen TV in the family room while sitting on a comfy circular sofa with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. We always find the unit clean and with new upgrades done each year, which makes it so fun to point out when we check in. Till next time.

Door code incorrect. We rcvd the correct code within minutes. The view was awesome. Constant elevator issues throughout trip. 4 75 year old women up and down 5 flights of stairs. One fell. Dishwasher needs replacement and need wine glasses. Guest shower water pressure awful. Had to kneel in tub to wash hair. We loved the unit and rented the same unit for next year. Itrip personnel help immediately with all problems. They are great!

We had a Wonderful Stay! The unit was just as it looks in the pictures, right on the beach and an easy walking distance to John’s Pass. There was a minor miscommunication with an expected fire safety check for our unit during our stay, and Charles and Liz went above and beyond to took great care of us for the inconvenience. August was a great time to visit as well, as the beach and local restaurants weren’t too crowded. We had a great time! Thank you Charles and Liz!

We had a great time staying here during our stay in florida! The condo was clean and spacious and had an amazing view of the ocean. The location was great because the beach wasn't overcrowded with tons of tourists and was within walking distance of John's pass. It was only about a 30 minute drive to clearwater or st. Pete and not far from Tampa. We would definitely come back here for another stay!

This was our 2nd year booking with iTrip and as always, the stay was fantastic. This condo was exactly as described, with plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed cooking breakfast each morning, and then spending the days at the beach or by the pool. We walked to Johns Pass each evening for dinner and then returned to the beautiful beach for sunsets. A perfect vacation!!!

This beach condo was absolutely spectacular! As soon as you walk in, you can see an unobscured view of the ocean. The condo was clean and very spacious. There was more than enough for our entire family to sleep comfortably. You are right on the beach as well, so once you take the elevator down, you only need to walk a few yards before you reach sand. By far the best beach - site location I've stayed at!

First of all, the location of the condo is just what I was looking for - beach front. The unit faces out to the beach. We spend a lot of time on enjoying the view and listening to the waves on the balcony. The unit is large and the building was very well kept. The pool & hot tub were also well maintained and got lots of sun. I say this because the previous unit I rented from had their pool at the front of the building and always had the shadow of the building making it cooler. There were plenty of restaurants close by and within walking distance which we liked. The reason I'm giving this 4 stars is that there's potential to provide better amenities in the unit. While the kitchen was well stocked with enough things for our stay, the quality of the kitchen supplies could be stepped up - the cooking utensils would bend when you cooked and knives would also bend and were not sharp. My biggest feedback is probably the quantity of the kitchen supplies. Given the size of the unit, chances are you'd have a larger group staying and therefore need more quantity. While there were plenty of smaller plates, there were only 7 large plates. We were washing plates constantly after meals to be able to have enough to feed our party. There were 2 large pots which I would say are medium sized at best. Otherwise, there were plenty of silverware and glasses. All in all, we did enjoy our stay and would still highly recommend this unit.

Our stay at sea breeze was wonderful! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Loved the corner unit with breath taking views of the harbor and the ocean! Great location close to John's Pass, local restaurants, and stores. We ventured out to Seminole and found a free park that was awesome could spend whole day there looking out over the pond swinging on the porch swings placed through out the park. Over all it was an awesome trip and will definitely return to Madeira Beach.
