The Palms of Treasure Island Resort offers a perfect location, fabulous views, a waterfront swimming pool and hot tub, plenty of parking and just steps across from the best section of sand on the Island. Situated in the heart of Treasure Island, you are in easy walking distance of great restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores, shopping, activities, and just moments from Johns Pass Village on the Beach Trolley.

When you need a break from the award-winning beaches and the warm, soft Gulf of Mexico waters, you can enjoy the privacy of your spacious balcony or lounge around the quiet waterfront pool area. The water view from the balcony is a wonderful place to wake up to, and a perfect location for an evening cocktail or meal.

Please note - Palms of Treasure Island is a non-smoking resort. There are smoking areas nearby in the garage area, but smoking is not allowed in any part of the building (including the balconies).

Amazing stay at 407 Palms! Perfect location in Treasure Island, the view of the Bay is amazing. Sitting out on the porch for coffee and evening cocktails is unbeatable. The condo was lovely and clean. We had six people and there was plenty of room. Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend.

We loved our unit we stayed in. It was very clean and updated. It had a nice tv and appliances. The views were beautiful there are several spots from this unit that you can see the ocean and beach. Having a Publix right next door is a big plus and it's a very short walk and you're on the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Also I had no issues booking through itrip.

This was our 2nd visit at the Palms. First time was with kids and this time it was without kids so we enjoyed the nightlife. We wondered back to John’s Pass multiple times due to the shops, boardwalks and restaurants. Beach is top notch and having Publix next door was clutch. Facilities are very nice. We noticed a few cosmetic repairs and maintenance was very prompt. We will be back!

We have stayed at Palms of Treasure Island 407 twice now. The condo is comfortable and has all the basic needs. The views are gorgeous. Look out over the intercoastal way and walk across the street to the beach. Next door is Publix for all your grocery needs. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to renting again one day.

This is our third time staying at The Palms. We love the convenience to everything. We had another great experience. The elevator broke for one day but they came out right away and it was fixed. The only recommendation would be umbrellas at the pool. If they are too difficult some type of shaded area. This is great place for family. It is beautiful place.

We stayed in this condo for 6 nights. When we arrived it was very clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful! I could see the beach out of the bedroom and kitchen window. The pool and hot tub were great amenities. The beach access was right across the street. The bed in the master bedroom was loud when moving around but pretty comfortable. Overall I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone else.

The condo is in a great location. Having the grocery store directly next door is about as convenient as you can get. We found some great restaurants in the area and some really fun night life! The condo was clean and iTrip was extremely responsive to all our questions. Beautiful views from the balcony and some wonderful walks along the beach. Overall, a great stay.

What an outstanding stay at this condo. We couldn't have asked for more. We found the condo to be especially clean and the beds comfortable and fresh. The heated pool was almost too warm :) and sitting out on the waterfront watching the dolphins swim by was almost magical. A definite return spot. No disappointment here. Thank you so much!

I love the Palms. Our favorite in affordable vacations. We had a great time. The grounds are very very clean and well kept. The room has the best view. No need for a car the beach is across the street restaurants all over in walking distance. Publix is next door. ITrip is the best got right in the room no issues never talked to anyone and no added charges.

We had a wonderful week at Palms of TI. We are very familiar with the area as we usually go to a friends condo every May, just down the road. We loved the location, the view, everything was as pictured and described. We go primary for the beach, it's beautiful. This year we were fortunate to see the sand sculptures which were quite impressive. We enjoyed having lunches at Ricky T's, The Hut at Johns Pass and we also had lunch at Caddys. We would definitely recommend to friends and even return if out friends is not available. Thank you so much for a great week! The only negative ( not a big deal ) there was a big chip in one of the dinner plates. There were only 4 of us so we just did not use. Thanks again, Kim

We love our place. The only 2 things I would suggest would be to let renters know how to get in the building when they first arrive. And then I'd suggest putting a ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom as well. Thank you.

Reservation process was great. The condo location on Treasure Island was great, convenient to grocery store and restaurants. Views from the condo were wonderful. We did find the king bed in the master bedroom to be very uncomfortable-- hard and felt as if you could feel the springs or something punching up through the mattress. The mattress needs to be replaced. Queen mattress in the second bedroom was very comfortable. Sofa does not provide much support, seems to be well used. Chairs on the deck were uncomfortable and one of them was not sturdy enough to be safe for sitting. Would definitely rent this condo again if the above issues were corrected.

My family and I booked this condo last minute. The price was amazing for it being as close to the beach as it is!! Everything you would need was provided and very easy access to local stores/restaurants. The view was amazing and we were able to catch the sun rise and it was breathtaking. We would definitely book again in the future!!! The only downfall: elevator took quite some time and I didn't get a response from the owner on a few questions.. but I still give this place a 5 star because of the quality, price, and items at hand in the condo!

The condo is very clean. The location cannot be beat. Only improvement I would recommend would be to supply a few more basic items in kitchen, like coffee filters and salt and pepper. The mattress in the master bedroom could be a bit more comfortable, but overall the condo was a fantastic place for our trip.

I really enjoyed my stay. My only suggestion is I think that renters would like the place to be stocked better. There was only 1 beach towel and was not stocked with coffee. You had to go grocery shopping. I would recommend this property.

Location, location, location! We enjoyed the relaxing view of the inner coastal from the living area and porch, where we saw dolphins, manatees and pelicans diving for fish. We could see the Gulf of Mexico from the kitchen window and loved being able to walk across the street to get to a lovely beach. Groceries right next door and lots of good restaurants nearby. The condo has lots of room and was just as pictured. Bring your own beach chairs or rent a cabana once you get there - beach chairs provided by the condo were not in great shape, but we did use them a couple of times. Great place to stay! We would go back again.

Loved Treasure Island and loved the location of the Palms of Treasure Island. The view from unit 407 is spectacular. Minor issues were taken care of after reporting them. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are large and have nice tile. Convenient to John's Pass, St Pete's Beach and Madeira. Great view of pool as well.

Condo was clean and the location was great. Loved spending time on the patio and out by the pool. Only complaint was that there was no television in the 2nd bedroom as listed on the website and when I sent an email to report it, there was no follow up. All in all, we would definitely stay again.

I could not be more pleased with our stay at this condo! The view of the bay off of the huge balcony was spectacular and we enjoyed it more than ocean views. We were able to spot dolphins and manatees!! The bedrooms and bathrooms were good sizes and we did not feel cramped. The complex itself was maintained nicely and was very clean! we are very satisfied customers and would definitely be repeated customers with any itrip rentals. Thanks so much!
