Overall it was nice place to stay. It is somewhat outdated. The kitchen floor needs a good cleaning, especially the grout. The light from the hallway will keep the 2 bedrooms so bright. Thankfully someone had taped a bag up to kind of darken the room some. The curtain rod in the master room is barely hanging in the wall. Two of the locks were pushed in the door knobs. The living room and dining area stay hot and the towels need to be updated bad- they are more like towels that need to be cut down to make cleaning rags..

Man I gotta say we had a fantastic time. The location is perfect. The fact that the place had plenty of space for all 5 of us and was very comfortable we where right on the beach and so close to Clearwater was huge. Oh and yeah it is very affordable for my group. We will stay there again.

Upside. Roomy and great location. Well stocked kitchen. Living room area had newer furniture. Now for the downside. Needs a deep clean and replacement of bedroom furniture. Bathrooms had mold around toilet bases. Bedroom furniture appeared to be purchased from yard sales. Beds were broken down. Needs blackout curtains in bedrooms as the courtyard lights beamed into the bedrooms. Kitchen stove is now cleaner than when we arrived since we cleaned with razor blades and cleaner. Oven needs a deep clean. Had maintenance in and replaced bedroom fan and bathroom fans, but exhaust is clogged and still needs to be cleaned out. Maintenance put GFIs in bathrooms and other outlets replaced too. Living room ROKU TV didn't work as it needed to be upgraded and reset. Owner needs to put some effort and money into replacements.

We came to this resort to celebrate my son‘s 18th birthday. We all had a really great time. The view of the ocean is stunning! Our only complaint is they only give you six towels to start with and you are expected to use them the entire vacation which meant we had to do laundry and we did not have a washer or dryer in our unit. The other thing is we only had two rolls of toilet paper for six people for a week and that wasn’t enough so we had to go out and buy some more. The pool was nice but wish there was a hot tub. The location is ideal with lots to do in the surrounding area.

We enjoyed our stay, but we had to clean the bathrooms, kitchen and sweep the floors when we got there. There was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no extra paper towels or trash bag. We went to the store and bought dish soap, hand soap toilet paper and Clorox wipes. The bathroom rugs were also dirty. I think someone needs to check on the house keeping.

We had an excellent stay at the Condo. It was very clean and the communication was excellent when we had an issue with the internet. They came and fixed it immediately. Customer service is above and beyond. Did not expect that! Very pleased with it. The communication during hurricane Ian was excellent and the office was able to answer all my questions and keep us posted about all the changes. Will definitely come back and stay at this condo again. View from the condo was beautiful and it also had plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella.

We have stayed in this building several times and this one was not a great experience. To start we did not get a key to the stairwell door. This normally wouldn't be a problem but the elevator was continually backed up. I had to make 2 calls and talked to 3 or 4 different people before we finally got a key on day 3. The unit was also not clean (shower doors were nasty) and there was cereal on the floor when we arrived. Next up would be the things that do not work in the unit. The AC has a sign saying do not turn below 72 degrees or you will have to pay for any repairs. This wouldn't be so bad if the celling fan in the dinning area worked (it did not nor did the light). There is a nail sticking up through one of the chairs so that was a nice surprise and a pair of shorts that are snagged as a result. The toilet in the master bathroom also sticks so you have to take the lip off to "tap" the fill valve.

Holiday Villas 2 was such an awesome place to stay. Three decent sized bedrooms, enough for my 4 boys…all the amenities from home , it was great! Pool was fantastic…8ft on one end 4 ft on the other and plenty of places to sit around the pool will definitely stay her again!

The condo was great being so very near the beach! The condo was agreeable. The knives need to be sharpened and the cushions on the couch need to be cleaned better. There were food wrappers and food stuck in the sides. The stool needs to be fixed; one leg needs attention. I certainly appreciate Rocio! She got groceries for us since we got in late on Christmas Eve and no stores or restaurants open on Christmas Day. We had a great vacation! The condo was a great place to stay. The elevator needs some work!

The condo looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and everything looked great. Beach Access was as promised and the reserved parking spot was super. This was a fabulous place for my family to hang out. The only hiccup was trying to get the key to the place from the lock box. The lock box was not well marked and was hard to find from all the other lock boxes that looked just like it. Other than that, this place was just as advertised.

The unit was excellently furnished, very clean, and very quiet! The full direct view of the beach was magical!!! There are two weak areas that prevented the perfect rating: (1) parking was very frustrating because residents from other units, and even visitors, would not hesitate to park on our reserved spots, and nobody was ever towed. (2) shared laundry room was also frustrating with very old machines that kept malfunctioning. Having said all this, I would return to this wonderful place without any hesitation!!!!

We enjoyed our condo on the beach! There were never many people on the beach so we had some space to ourselves. The condo was everything it claimed to be. Perfect for our family of 5! We did a lot of fun things, all within 30 min from condo: parasailing, jet ski riding, deep sea fishing. Would highly recommend!!

Decent place, spacious, nice view, but several minor things wrong, such as toilets that barely flush, so we had to manually push the flap down each time we used it, construction noise that we were not made aware of, non-functional garbage disposal. We enjoyed our vacation, but this unit needs a little TLC.

They were very responsive with any issues. There were only two negatives. The first was that the sheets were old and had small balls like some worn cloth will have. There were also no screens on windows. Otherwise the trip was wonderful.
