Fine but needs some updating

This condo has a great location but there were a few things we did not like. The place is overall too dark. They need more lighting in the bathrooms and bedrooms -especially the queen bedroom at the front - it's very dark. Also, it was not apparent in the listing that the bedroom with the 2 queens beds was the one with the en-suite bathroom. The "main" king bedroom shares a hall bath with the person in the front queen bedroom. It's an odd floor plan. Also the front queen bedroom is right in front of the elevator so you can never open the blinds to help with the light. It is just somewhat "tired" all around and could use updating. The parking is not ideal either. There is one assigned parking spot but if you have a 2nd car (it is a 3 bedroom condo) you have to hope that one of the guest spaces is available and that was not always the case. There is absolutely no other place to park nearby so we had to roll the dice and use another assigned space for a few hours until we could get a guest space - luckily no one showed up for that space while we used it. On a positive note the balcony is a nice size, and the pool is nice.

I am giving this review on the condo my family and I stayed at in September 2026. The building itself was nice albeit a little dated. The parking was marked, the pool was clean and the beach access was great. We LOVED the view from our balcony but the love stopped there. Overall, this condo is VERY dated. Yellowing furniture, moldy shower curtains, improper electrical outlets and chipped dishes were just a few things to name. The floor had multiple cracks and the box fans available were covered in rust/dust and debris. No overhead light or fan was available in either of the front two rooms, which made it complex at night when entering unless you left a bedside lamp on. Multiple “fix it” people came in unannounced with no advance scheduling including an ice maker repair guy and a bug spraying guy. Cleaning crew showed up a half hour early on day of checkout and expected us to leave. No beach towels were available and the beach chairs there were broken. No extra amenities that were advertised were included. We love the area but would not stay here or at one of Kevin’s properties again.

A pretty typical tired beach rental. Furniture stained and nicked up. Appliances appeared pretty new but ice maker did not work. The rental company did come look at the ice maker quickly but never did reply as to when it would be operational; it was not during our stay. The patio furniture was very nice seating for four. All in our party found the beds comfortable. Parking is a challenge as only one spot is guaranteed with the second spot being a guest spot if one of the eleven spots is available. If you manage to get one do not move that car because they were all full the weekend I visited and I would expect that to be typical. The condo is in a great location on nice beach with plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. The pool and pool furniture were both in great shape. The outdoor barbecue’s look in good shape but I did not use them. The check in time is four o’clock, to me four o'clock is simple to much of the first day wasted so for that and because the place was just adequate not great I will try a different rental next time.
