This was a great condo for our family trip. The pool was nice and quiet and the condo is right on the beach with easy access just steps away. Parking garage was very convenient. The elevator was broken during our stay so that was a bummer. The patio is very spacious and had a phenomenal view. The pool has no shade in the afternoons and could use another umbrella or two. The dishwasher also had sand in it so was not very effective. You can hear your neighbors footsteps since it is a smaller building but management is very easy to contact if there are any problems. The bedrooms were great and fit a rental crib for our baby. Overall we were very pleased with the condo!

Overall we would recommend staying here. The condo was furnished nicely. There were plenty of towels and cooking utensils. Easy access to the beach. Was updated, plenty of seating. Only a couple issues. The internet was constantly buffering. They came out and looked, but it continued for our last day. The coffee maker needs replaced. It is so full of scale and other debris, I would not recommend using it. Overall would stay again.

We had another fantastic week staying at 303 Oceanway condo in Indian Rocks Beach. The condo is deluxe with gorgeous gulf front ciews in the balcony. We love having 2 king beds as not many condos do. Also, itrip is very attentive and quick to respond to any issues we have. We will be back again next May.

Condo as described, very clean, kitchen dishes well stocked, great pool and walk to nice beach. Unit had water toys, chairs umbrella. Feel a good value for the money. Only complaint is WiFi was not good at all. Constantly going in and out so if needing TV or internet not a good choice.

We enjoyed our stay in IRB January-February 2024. This condo has the perfect view - the Gulf of Mexico! This condo is beautifully decorated and feels like a home away from home. The management company for this unit is top notch with some amazing people who are always at the ready to answer/help you during your stay.

We loved the condo! Despite the construction going on on the beach, it was still very enjoyable and we were able to still sit on the beach! The condo was absolutely perfect and very comfortable. It was beautifully decorated! There was some confusion on guest parking and a call was made to clarify of which I received a call back very quick. The only issue is that when sending the email out with instructions, please make reference to the fact that the guest needs to have a pass in the car and where exactly for them to park. There was compact guest spots that confused both them and myself, but it was clarified when the call was returned. I will definitely be back to rent again. I absolutely loved it!

This condo was great. Furnishings were comfortable, eating table was wonderful. All kitchen appliances worked as they were supposed to. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and most important to us was that the whole condo was clean. It appears that it had been recently updated and or painted. Whoever decorated this condo had a special eye to comfortable, beach like decorations in all rooms. The balcony was a perfect place to view sunsets, the beach and even the storm that blew in was breathtaking. WE will recommend this condo to anyone. it is perfect.

The condo 303 was great! The rooms were spacious, the patio seating was minimum. The lounger on the patio was broken. There were lots of left over beach chairs on the patio for use, which was nice. There was a box fan in the room. I suggest making sure you have a fan or noise machine to drown out the loud noises from the condo above. We’ve stayed at this complex 3 times now, and that has always been an issue. A fan helps at night or I suggest a top floor. The beds were definitely firm. Some people like a firm bed, I personally do it like mine that firm. Pillows were soft, water pressure was great in the showers! Over all it was a great week!

We enjoyed our recent stay very much, The condo is spacious, well decorated and the view from the deck is gorgeous. We had stayed in this complex 2 years ago so we were familiar with the area and complex, The pictures online are accurate. Patio furniture is slightly different, 1 lounge, 2 chairs, coffee table. A large cooler, a huge box of beach toys and a collection of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards were available. Beds were comfortable. The remote controls for the ceiling fan lights in the bedrooms seem to be synced so when we turned on/off light in master, light in second room turned on/off. The touch lights on master headboard did not work for us. Kitchen is well equiped and all appliances functioned fine. We didn't use the stove. We would not hesitate to stay again.

We spent most of January-February 2023 at 303 Oceanway IRB and we loved it. Seeing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from inside or on the balcony everyday was a dream come true. The condo was recently updated and was very comfortable and easy to make ourselves at home. The location is great too. It’s within walking distance to several popular restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi as well as covered parking. But the best part was steps away - the wonderful beach and Gulf water. We enjoyed spotting dolphins from our balcony, and took in amazing sunsets in the evenings. Already booked for next year!

We arrived too experience a freshly remodeled Condo. Decor was fresh and light indicative of its surroundings. The view from the living room and balcony was unbelievable. We even got to witness dolphins swimming by the first night we were there. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes, silverware, and glassware that you would need to cook and serve. The beds were comfortable. Even the hide a bed in the living room was comfortable per the kids. Close to many different restaurants, stores, and activities for all ages. There were a couple minor issues which were rectified very quickly after being reported. The iTrip staff were very responsive to all our needs. Thank you for a great experience and we hope that we will be able to come back again.

We loved the trip we took to Oceanway condos in Indian Rocks. The week was great even though the hurricane just went through close by. The water was a little chilly because of it, but we could still get in. The condo was perfect for what we needed. Maybe could have used a few updates and some better cleaning. Other than that it was great. Definitely needed the getaway! Thanks Becky

We loved the condo, it was clean on arrival and everything they said it would be it was. The pool and beach were literal steps away! Great condo for families for sure. We didn’t even have to buy beach toys for the kids or bring our umbrella or chairs since the condo had it all. Will definitely be back. The only negative is that I wish there were luggage carts of some sort.

The location was great, and pool/amenities were fantastic. The condo itself is showing a lot of wear and tear (the floors are in bad shape, paint is chipped, some things work some don't) The rooms were relatively clean.. but the kitchen and bathrooms could use a deep cleaning. I still give this 4 stars. There were no serious issues, I just had some observations on the upkeep of the unit that could be solved with a relatively small investment.

The good: This condo is very spacious, the beds are king beds and very comfortable, and the view, pool and hot tub are spectacular. There are two brand new gas grills on the property too. The kitchen countertop and cupboards were recently renovated and looked very nice. The bad: There was a good amount of black mold in both bathrooms. The rest of the bathrooms were clean, but black mold is a respiratory health hazard and it was pretty disgusting. Obviously nobody had deep cleaned these areas (corners of inside and outside the showers, around the light above the shower, grout in the tile shower). Both my kids would sneeze when they were near it, and I had mild headaches all week, which may or may not have been related. Also, the flooring throughout the entire condo was cheap peel-and-stick wood planks that were coming up in many spots. Some were obviously nailed down, so it is a known issue but is not being dealt with properly. Small kids could actually cut their feet on the plank edges coming up. I actually wore sandals much of the time in the condo to avoid that happening to me. The televisions in the bedrooms were 19 inches. My computer monitor is bigger. 32 inch televisions are pretty cheap. Seems like they could upgrade for a low cost. Summary: I would definitely stay in Oceanway again but I won't rent this condo again unless I was sure that the flooring and mold issues were addressed. I could even look past the flooring but the mold was a definite turn off. This was one of the more expensive condos I looked at, so I expected a better experience. If it is the same cleaning service covering all condos, I would question if there is mold in the other units as well.

This is a beautiful location and view. You are right on the beach and can walk to dining and activities. It was easy to check in and out and we had no problems with communication. We like the keyless feature. It is a big unit with two big bedrooms, living area and the kitchen is nice size. That is where the good things stop. It was not clean (don't even look under the beds), the king bed had a queen sheet on it, the refrigerator did not make ice or have water, the dishwasher really didn't clean the dishes, the furniture needs a professional clean and the worst was the flooring. I read about it and expected some problems. This flooring is a liability in the making....it is a trip hazard and could cut your bare foot if you hit it right. Just a little investment and this could be a great place. The location and view are a 5, the issues bring it down.

A very nice location and amenities (pool and hot tub), love the view. Unfortunately it was not clean when we arrived, spent the first several hours vacuuming (vacuum cleaner there was junk), had to clean all cookware and silverware. No ice maker, washing machine was inoperable, ceiling fan did not work. Furniture was old and dirty.

This condo has a fabulous location. It is in an area where there is not a lot of traffic. No noise. Terrific view of he beach. New TVs in every room. The floor in the kitchen area has some defects and you need to be careful if you are barefooted. There is a spot of black mold in the corner of the kitchen and sitting area. I rented tis condo in March of 2018 also and while I was there they bought a new mattress for the king size bed They did not put a mattress cover on the mattress. On my visit this year the bed now has a "topper" on the mattress and there is an odor of urine in the bedroom. When you cut on the bathroom light the fan always runs. This might get on your nerves. The chairs around the kitchen table do not have the scuff buttons and they scrape the floor and damage the flooring Simple problem to fix. I hope this review is helpfulDavid McConnell 3/29/2019

Easy to book. The condo was great, espectacular views. The only downside was that work was done on the beach and half of our stay, the beach was closed. But I would definitely recommend this condo.

I think there’s been some kind of misunderstanding we are scheduled and paid for until 28 April we had a cleaning lady stop in today saying that she needed to clean the apartment and I told her that our contract was until next Saturday So far our stay has been great. Please please please get some outdoor furniture. One chair is not enough. Every other unit in the building has at least a table and chairs. Replacing the broken clock on the wall would be nice too.

We spent the week of June 27 to July 4th at this condo. It is located near some great restaurants and on a very nice stretch of beach.. It was quiet and comfortable. Would recommend to any one with pets also. Had a very nice pet area.
