I rented this condo for myself and 2 of my best friends. It was incredible. Especially for the price. The condo is spacious and has everything you need for a little home away from home. The view cannot be beaten. Everything was clean and functional. Parking was extremely easy. If you are into a low key vacation instead of being in the center of all of the tourist activity, this is definitely the spot. The only thing I wanted was more and better quality patio furniture, but the furniture provided was functional and generally worked for our needs. And the rest of the furniture provided was in good shape and well decorated. Overall, we've loved our stay and I would definitely stay here again.

I really wanted to like this condo. It does have potential with some updating and necessary improvements. The appliances are very old outdated and barely working. As mentioned in other reviews this condo has MAJOR electrical issues which made it extremely scary and uneasy staying there. The lights constantly flicker, appliances dont work properly, there was not enough power in the condo to operate a hair blow dryer. I could possibly recommend this condo if the electrical problems were fixed but until these issues are fixed I would definitely consider this condo unsafe. I hope the owners and property management takes these kind of issues seriously.-Diane

There was an electrical problem with the building. That has been addressed with the condo association and is no longer a problem.

Unit was for the most part clean, floors where sticky. The biggest problem was the electrical issues. The lights would go from dim to bright, anytime the refrigerator came on the TV would flash off and at one time the only way to get the washer to come on was to turn the kitchen lights on. Unit was also to noisy from the unit above and below. I'm usually not one to complain but electrical issues can be bad.

Beautiful location and condo could be top notch with a few improvements. We found the beach chairs and umbrella unusable. Also, a lot of clutter in kitchen cabinets. We had a wonderful vacation and would consider this rental for next year.

The balcony pictures of Sea Isles are deceiving. There are ramps off the elevator that take up half the floor space of the balcony. These ramps are dangerous. You have to step down off them and step up again to get into the unit. There was one board of the ramp that was very warped. When an I Trip serviceman came to change the balcony lightbulb he also observed the ramp was poorly designed and in bad condition but said it was not something I Trip was responsible for. One of us tripped and fell into the unit. Her knees and hip were bruised and sore for days. The elevator is not secure or dependable. Several times it opened onto the neighbors balcony instead of ours. One renter was stuck for over 20 min inside the elevator and was thankful he had his own phone with him to call for help. Also, since we had a corner unit, if the unit in the next building over is occupied, there is no privacy on the balcony. We were all considerate and gave each other time to enjoy the balcony so we made it work. The tile floors were swept, but turned a bare foot black. I immediately had to mop the floors, twice, to get them clean. The master bathroom shower had lots of black mold. The kitchen was well equipped but all the dishes were miss matched and chipped. There were 6 steak knives but not a single butcher, paring, or other knife. We had to buy them. The supplies of beach chairs, umbrella, etc were all in very poor condition. The beds in both bedrooms are just lumpy and bumpy. The linens were adequate and plentiful. The manager of I Trip was always friendly and she responded promptly. Her helper was not so. His replies were curt and borderline rude. This has been our 20th annual trip to winter a month or two in Florida. As seasoned renters, I am sorry to say, we will not use I Trip managed properties again. I did not appreciate the tone of Kevin's replies. I do have to say, we had a lovely time and will continue our beach front vacations, as it is paradise!

This person was looking for a large refund. There is no problem with the elevator or that little ramp. We have had numerous guests stay in this condo and loved it.

Property is spacious and nice! Excellent location. The only issues I’ve noticed is the sliding glass is off track and I couldnt Get the knob for the front right stove burner to turn. Parking is a little right for vans and suv’s But nothing we couldn’t handle. Other than this I’ve noticed nothing major. We would stay here again and recommend to our friends. Thanks ITrip Clearwater!

It was a great spot, nice and clean and exactly as advertised. The only thing we found but didn't even call about it was that there was no key to get into the lock on the first floor. Another issue was that we had been notified that there would be a service person come to repair the handle on the oven door. We had replied that it wasn't necessary for us as we would not be using it but the next day we discovered that someone had been in and repaired the oven door. We had left our personal belongings in the kitchen (wallet, phone etc) but nothing was disturbed so it all went good. Couple of times when the folks next door used the elevator both doors would open giving them access to our side but it did not prove to be an issue. All in all a great spot, very clean and functional. Thanks you - we will be returning. Billy and Carol Justason Moncton New Brunswick Canada

Our week began on a Saturday. Florida has lots of bugs. So, we were not too surprised to see a lot of very small ants on our kitchen counters. However, we were surprised to find the floors to be very dirty. The master bath toilet had not been cleaned. We could tell by the brown material on the bottom of the toilet seat. Also, the wi-fi did not work. So we added that to our messages to the management. We were told to wait until Monday morning for cleaning and bug control. (The wi-fi was fixed on Saturday.) The unit has a great location right on the beach. Although it has an elevator that takes you to the balcony, you cannot lock the balcony door from the outside. So, we had to take the stairs whenever we wanted to lock the unit. The master bath shower filled the room with what smelled like sewer gas whenever we used it. The air conditioning was locked so it could not be turned below 72. For the time of the year when we were there, that was not a problem. But, it did seem strange. The pool is large enough for the unit. It was very nicely heated and the water was clear. However the edges of the pool were covered with a dark layer of dirt and (suntan?) oil. It is a nice location with a good view, but the property felt like it had been neglected for some time.
