There is a balcony restoration project ongoing at this property that will restrict access to the balcony until further notice. Views may also be partially obstructed due to exterior boards placed on the lower half of the balcony doors. Work may be done at the property at any time Monday thru Friday between 8am-4pm. Balcony restoration project completion date is estimated to be early 2025.

NOTE: There is an application required for rental of this property that must be submitted 15 days in advance and approved in order to reside at this property. 14-night minimum stay!
