• Pool heaters are not operated May through October. Water temperature is affected by weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.

• Canal water levels naturally fluctuate with tides and weather conditions. Neither the owner nor management company can guarantee specific boating or canal accessibility during your stay.

•As with all Southwest Florida homes, occasional insects or geckos may enter despite routine pest control; refunds for finding geckos or insects are not given.

• Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway, garage interior, and pool area.

• Minimum rental age is 25. Government-issued photo identification matching the reservation holder is required within 24 hours of check-in.

• The City of Cape Coral strictly enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
