All 3 bedrooms feature queen beds, ceiling fans and spacious custom closets with luggage racks, giving guests plenty of room to unpack and organize their belongings. The primary suite includes separate his-and-hers closets.

The owner's pontoon boat remains at the dock and is not available for guest use.

Guests are expected to observe Cape Coral quiet-hour regulations, which are strictly enforced

We cannot guarantee water levels in the canals; guests are responsible for verifying that their vessel is suitable for local waterway conditions and navigation

Pool heater does not operate May-October and pool temperatures vary with weather conditions

A propane BBQ grill is provided for guest use. Propane is self-service, and guests are responsible for refilling/exchanging, if needed

As with all Southwest Florida homes, occasional insects or geckos may enter despite routine pest control; refunds for finding geckos or insects are not given

Minimum age to rent is 25

No smoking of any type or vaping anywhere on the property is permitted

No pets are permitted
