The outdoor living space is the star of the show. Step through the sliding doors to a spacious screened lanai overlooking the freshwater canal, where a south-facing, electric-heated pool and private spa invite you to make the most of the Florida sunshine. Stretch out on a lounger, cool off with a swim, settle into the spa or enjoy a leisurely afternoon without ever leaving home.

A covered outdoor dining area gives you a shady spot for meals overlooking the pool, while the grill makes it easy to cook up burgers, fresh local seafood or a casual family dinner. An outdoor TV means you don't have to head inside when the game comes on.

Beyond the lanai, a south-facing patio at the canal’s edge offers another peaceful place to enjoy the outdoors. Grab the provided fishing rods and cast a line, linger over your morning coffee as sunrise colors appear to the east, or return in the evening to watch the western sky light up after sunset

Inside, Villa Cape Vida is bright, comfortable and designed with relaxed Southwest Florida style. Coastal colors, natural textures and Florida-inspired touches give the home an inviting sense of place, while the open living, dining and kitchen areas make it easy for everyone to spend time together. Comfortable seating surrounds the living room TV, giving your group a welcoming place to relax after a day in the sun.

The dining table seats six and looks toward the pool and canal, with additional seating for two at the kitchen island. The well-equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and the cookware, dinnerware and kitchen essentials you'll need for meals at home. From pancakes before a pool day to fresh local seafood for dinner, you'll have plenty of flexibility to dine in when you choose. A Keurig coffee maker is ready for that all-important first cup before heading outside to enjoy the morning.

When it's time to recharge, four bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to eight guests.

The primary suite is set apart from the guest bedrooms, creating a peaceful retreat all its own. A king bed made with provided linens, TV and views toward the pool and lanai make it a comfortable place to unwind. The private ensuite bathroom features dual sinks, generous vanity space and a tiled walk-in shower.

Three additional guest bedrooms provide plenty of flexibility for families and groups. Two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and TVs, while the fourth offers two twin beds along with a desk. A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination serves the guest bedrooms and doubles conveniently as a pool bath, making quick trips inside from the lanai easy.

Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the provided Pack & Play and high chair, while an in-home washer and dryer make it easy to pack lighter and keep swimsuits and pool towels fresh throughout your stay. Garage space for one vehicle and additional driveway parking add to the everyday convenience.

Located in Southeast Cape Coral, Villa Cape Vida makes a comfortable home base for enjoying Southwest Florida. Explore Cape Coral's many restaurants, shopping areas and waterfront hangouts, spend a fun-filled day at Sun Splash Family Waterpark, or discover the walking trails and natural surroundings at Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve. Horton Park & Boat Ramp is also nearby, and convenient access to the Midpoint Bridge puts Fort Myers and adventures beyond Cape Coral within easy reach. If you choose to visit one of our many famous beaches nearby, you'll appreciate the assortment of beach gear available for your use.

As much as we love animals, this is a pet free home & property. Please do not bring animals into the home or on the property. We want to honor all our future guests who will be staying who may have allergies to animals.

All TVs are Smart TVs, guests will need their log-ins for subscription-based channels.

Smoking is not permitted.

The canal behind the home is a freshwater canal. 3 fishing poles are provided for guest enjoyment, you will need to provide your own bait and tackle. Fishing is "catch & release.

Pool heaters do not run May–October. Pool and spa temperatures can be affected by outdoor weather conditions, particularly during periods of cooler Southwest Florida temperatures.

Guests using the grill are responsible for propane as needed.

As is common throughout Southwest Florida, guests may occasionally encounter native wildlife, insects, geckos or other small creatures around outdoor areas, particularly near the pool, lanai and canal.

Cape Coral quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10pm–8am.
