• Pool heaters do not operate May through October. Water temperature varies with weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.

• Exterior security cameras are present for insurance and security purposes.

• No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the property.

• Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent.

• As with all homes in Southwest Florida's subtropical climate, occasional geckos or insects may enter despite routine pest control and are not grounds for refunds.
