• Complimentary dock space is available for one boat up to 22’

• Cape Coral does not permit boat trailers to be parked in driveways

• Water levels in canals naturally fluctuate due to tides and weather conditions, and specific boating or canal conditions cannot be guaranteed

• Pool heaters are typically turned off May–October; weather conditions may affect water temperature

• The purchase of propane for the grill, if needed, is the responsibility of the guest

• Smart TVs include Xfinity cable; guests may log into their personal streaming accounts during their stay

• The owner has a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance for security purposes only
