Located on the bus route and nestled in a quiet wooded area, enter this modern mountain duplex home with a sense of satisfaction for even the most refined traveler. The beautiful three level residence has a flowing floor plan bringing the living, kitchen and dining rooms together on the main level with new upscale decor. This property features a perfect blend of privacy and views. The home is located just 6 miles from Vail and 17 miles from Beaver Creek; accessing the slopes no matter the season is very convenient with the free in town bus stop approximately 300 yards away and runs every 20 minutes in high season.

In-residence, the main level has an open kitchen, dining area, living room with gas fireplace, and 3/4 bathroom. Located on the upper level is the master bedroom with flat screen tv, en suite bath, bedrooms 2 and 3 and shared bathroom. The den with flat screen tv, sofa sleeper, full bath and bedroom 4 (bunk room) are located on the lower level of this home. This home sleeps 10 comfortably in 8 beds.

  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Check-in time is 4pm, however, it may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season. 
  • Check-out time is 10am.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of iTrip Vail - Beaver Creek. Your damage deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited and an additional $1,000.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected.
  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in; normal wear and tear is expected.
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily housekeeping service.  Additional cleaning services can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

Amazing experience

We had an amazing stay and experience. The house was warm, spacious, clean and inviting. Plenty of room and great location. Hot tub was a huge plus. Parking was a bit tight but this is pretty typical for the Vail area. Not a deal breaker. The iTrip Vail Vacation Properties sent tons of check ins and was always available by messenger or text. I ended up leaving some things behind at the house and the team was great with helping me navigate that process. Will be staying again! Thanks!

The Prima Court house far exceeded our expectations! Easy to find! More spacious than we were expecting! Tastefully decorated and well stocked! The kitchen has everything you need to entertain! No noise from I-70! We hope to return! My only suggestion would be invest in inexpensive stemless wine glasses!

We had such a wonderful time during our stay in Vail! The house accommodated our entire family and the location was perfect to get into Vail Village. Overall we truly enjoyed our experience at 5040 Prima Court. The location was great for getting to the mountains. The home was large enough for our party of 10 people. The kids liked to be downstairs watching movies at night while the adults were upstairs talking in the living room. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub! Parking was tricky but ended up working out fine. Frustrations we had were around power issues, starting with the microwave and then a call to the after hours line for the downstairs area/internet. To have the power box locked became a problem since it was a continuing issue. Other problems were minor such as the master sinks not draining well and the toilet flush/latch breaking. We would recommend this home to others and would stay again on our next visit.

We had a large group that stayed extremely comfortable and had a blast while here! This house has everything you could possibly need and more, super accommodating. The hot tub was a must after our days of skiing and snowboarding and was super great and spacious. Plenty of room out front to store skis and snowboards and boots and not too far a walk to the bus stop to get on the shuttle. Loved staying here and would definitely stay again, highly recommend for small or large groups!

Had a great stay at Prima Court 5040-2 in Vail, CO. Plenty of room for 8-10 people to sleep comfortably. 3-5 minute walk to the East Vail bus stop. Nice living space and dining table to share with large groups. Hot tub on the deck just outside the first floor and grill were a perfect bonus. The > 40 inches of snow made for an epic ski trip. Thankfully the snow plows come up the driveway so we could get out at the end of the trip! Thanks to Haley Hatley at Vail Vacation Properties, LLC for setting everything up! We would definitely stay here again.

This home was very clean and beautifully decorated with Restoration Hardware furnishings and rustic but very comfortable pieces throughout the house. It's located just 5 minutes from Vail Village on a quiet street in East Vail. Television and internet worked perfectly without a big learning curve. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were just the right size. We would definitely recommend it and would certainly look at booking another stay if we're in the area in the future.

Simply Amazing!

Everything about this property made our stay simply amazing! Property management was super easy to communicate with, and they even granted us early check in. The property is beautifully decorated, and it made us feel immediately at home. It had everything we could think we needed including a grille, any cookware, a hot tub, sauna, and most importantly comfy beds. Then bus stop to the resort was just a short 5 minute walk which made it real simple to transit. But we drove a few days too which was only a 10 minute drive. Super easy to get to and from. Checkout process was a breeze. Probably the simplest checkout we've ever had, and we've been all around! Definitely one of the best properties we've stayed at.

Snowboarding Trip to Vail

The house is very nice and very spacious. Nice location for East Vail. We were able to check-in a little early which was very helpful. Shuttle stop isn't too far but I prefer to just drive to the village to park, makes getting home a lot easier. My only negative comment would be that the house needs more towels, probably double what is there now.

A true oasis in East Vail, though the kitchen is as small as it looks

This is one of the best mountain places we've stayed in. Spacious, seating and dining space for 10 adults comfortably (12 if you use the sofa bed, which my guests reported was not quite as comfortable -- but even the bunk beds were said to be very comfy although perhaps not the best option for tall folks), and very well decorated. The hot tub was great and the sauna and fireplace were nice treats. Being on the bus line was extremely convenient for skiiers. To highlight some areas that need improvement: - Vail received considerable snowfall during our 4-night stay and the Prima Court road and driveway were not plowed once. Our vehicle got stuck and required 4 grown men in our party to push it out of the parking spot all the way to Main Gore Drive with the vehicle in reverse. This was not an issue during our trip since it was right on the bus line, but it made for some drama on our departure day back to Denver airport. - the kitchen, while well-appointed with higher-end appliances including a double oven and wide 4-burner gas range with a middle section, was still pretty small and cramped for trying to feed 12 people. It requires either 2 batches, or assembly-line-style cooking, or a simple giant-vat-of-chili strategy to get dinner for 12 on the table. More counter space and cook space is really needed for a place that is designed to accomodate this many people as a vacation property.

After receiving 21’ or more inches of snow in 4 days our plows had challenges removing snow when cars were parked day and night in the same spot. Excellent house - East Vail

We had a group of 10 people and the house was perfect. Plenty of space for hanging out, four full bathrooms so no issues with everyone getting ready and everything was SO nice and clean! Updated beautifully. Everything you could need provided - dishes, towels, irons, humidifiers, etc. 10 minute FREE bus ride to Vail Village. Bus stop was a five minute walk from the house. Fantastic place to spend time with a large group.

We had two families stay in this house over New Years. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us to roam around the house and watch the bowl games on the big screen. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked! It was only a short walk to the bus stop to get to vail village for the best skiing ever! Loved this place!

First time we walked in we were in Love! The beds were comfortable and it was clean. The space fits a larger group super well!! The decor was perfect! Loved loved loved it! We didn't need to use the shuttle bus ... Little bit of a walk if you had to, but not bad at all. Will look forward to staying again for sure!
