We had a great time and the condo made it even better! Plenty of room, balcony seating, parking and best of all no wait elevators!! Everything was super clean and easy access to the pool and beach! Had great and fast response time from Gerald regarding our questions!! Will definitely be staying there again!

We have enjoyed our stay at Bella Playa. We are at a work retreat and there is plenty of room to work during the day but also retreat to our own spaces in the evening. The weather is amazing and the town is so cute! Don't hesitate to book your vacation here!

We feel so lucky to have been some of your firsts guests. We are all serious design enthusiasts and were blown away by the design and are obsessed with every detail. We went room by room, pouring over how homes and elegant it all is. Warm, inviting, comfortable and so so special. Cheers to what you have built. We cannot wait to come back!

We had a great stay! Beds were comfortable, pool was amazing, great location, walking to beach, shops and restaurants. Tons of beach toys, wagon and chairs were a huge plus! Plenty of space for our family of 9. Thanks for hosting us!

absolutely loved our condo on Eaton Drive in Pagosa! I was very pleased with all of the amenities was also very clean. Had the most comfortable beds of any place I have ever stayed management was on point and had plenty of room and space for my grown children loved that it had an upstairs living room for them to hang out without having to hang with us old people
