Awesome stay at Swim By The Sea!

We had a great time at this lovely IOP home. Plenty of room to spread out, beautiful home and amazing views. The floor plan worked well with a nice open kitchen and decks to hang out on and enjoy the weather. Quick walk to the beach and a great sunrise this morning. We were able to take advantage of some IOP and Sullivan’s restaurant as well as a nice trip into downtown Charleston.

Plenty of room for two families in this open space. Large outdoor screened porch with large dining and seating area made eating at home easy and lots of room at game time. Plenty of parking. Short walk to downtown St Augustine and nearby attractions like the Lighthouse.

This place was beautiful, centrally located to nice area with food and breweries. Located about 15 minute drive from downtown. The house was very comfy and felt like being at home. The owners were quick and responsive. I would stay there again and recommend it to my family and friends

First, we would definitely rent with them again. We had a couple of significant issues. They were handled quickly and respectfully. The condo description needed a bit more clarification as one of the 3 bedrooms required going through the second bedroom to get to. Maybe fine for kids but for 3 couples it was a bit awkward. Otherwise great place well stocked amazing ski in/out location.

The Cooper was very clean and cozy. Bed was soft, water pressure was wonderful, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this to couples looking for a romantic get away.
