We loved our time at Surf Park Place! Beautiful views, right on the Greenbelt. The accommodations were clean and cozy. We enjoyed walking just down the path and having lunch and drinks at Lucciano’s Cafe. We will definitely be back!

This spot is perfect for the couple who wants to get to know Garden City in Boise. Each morning I could hear the river just across the path. The bed was nice, the bathroom is roomy and the seating is comfortable even though it looks minimal in the photos. Don't plan on cooking since there are some spectacular places to each within a 5 minute walk. On the downside, they need to invest some money in their pillows. There are plenty of pillows on the bed but they are all FLAT! It made me wonder how many years they have been around. They should provide a fan or install a ceiling fan for those guests that needs more circulation and the heat pump in the bedroom squealed so we didn't use it. On the plus side, we were greeted by a pumpkin and a mum outside our door. They left us coffee, a bottle of wine and some healthy treats. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Garden City! Can’t wait to go back and visit. Our son goes to Boise State so we plan on many more adventures at your facility. Great people watching from the porch and location is perfect. Looking forward going back soon.

This is a great place to stay for 1-2 people. I loved being right on the green belt, opening my door and seeing the river, and being just a short walk away from Quinn’s Pond, Whitewater park, Esther Simplot Pond, as well as a few restaurants. I had an issue with the apartment being cold, and the property managers were quick to respond/resolve the issue. There were snacks and water bottles available for me to enjoy. It was very clean and tidy. My only complaint would be the parking. In the check in instructions, I was told of three possible options, as there is no parking on the premises for guests. One was on a nearby street, but the place where it was suggested I park was peppered with “no unauthorized parking” signs. I could have probably parked farther down the street, but opted not to. Another place was close to a nearby cafe that was closed, but I found this impractical as there were already several other cars parked there no matter what time of day it was. The third and most feasible option was a dirt lot not too far from the apartment. This was ok, and where I ended up parking. I’m not really sure where I would’ve parked if the lot had ever filled up. I lucked out in that respect. As a guest, I appreciate parking on the premises or easy street parking access. I didn’t feel this location really had either. It’s not a deal breaker, and it’s still a nice place to stay. I would recommend this place highly with parking as the one inconvenience,

Thank you so much for such an amazing spot. The apartment was clean and well stocked with towels, shampoo. They were also of quality material and there were extras to make sure I did not run out. The apartment was decorated very nicely and was very comfortable. There is high end sheets and blankets and a sense the host did not skimp on items. The host was VERY friendly and quick to answer any questions I had. She took the time to get to know me and make sure I had everything I needed. The location is fantastic- the river, the green belt was great. It is a very relaxing spot.
